McDonald's in Tönisvorst

I think it's a real shame that when you're there you always feel like you get fresh and hot food. As soon as you pick something up or use the drive-thru, it's usually cold or has been sitting there for a while and is tough! I drive home from there in a maximum of three minutes. That's why I'll only eat locally in the future - it's always hot!

You would think that with the prices you pay at McDonald's you could afford someone who could clean the branch.

Restaurant is getting dirtier and dirtier. No table was even remotely clean.

You can get real fast food here - no 20 minute wait for a Big Mac! I've only been to the drive-thru and never had to wait long. The employee at the microphone was super friendly and clearly understandable - a real difference to other drive-ins. I can only recommend the store to calm down the coal fumes. Otherwise, I'd rather go to a 'real' restaurant!

Clean quick service Eat something quickly and ready

Food is just mcd. Service wasn't good at all, there wasn't much to do and yet they took a long time to arrive and there were also mistakes on the tray. Atmosphere you can only shake your head. No cleaned floor, let alone the tables.

Since MC changed the recipes I don't go there anymore. But I get the muffins for breakfast every now and then. However, the recipe was also changed here and went through a shrinking process. For this 2.50...

I ordered lactose-free milk and got regular milk. Thanks for the diarrhea.

I was really disappointed, it took far too long to be unfriendly and the food was almost cold. For that money we would have preferred to order food. So sorry, that doesn't work at all.

The food was just average and overpriced. Fries were wobbly, ribbed potatoes were probably soft and crispy! The burger wasn't exactly a hit either!? Overall, this no longer has anything to do with the previous McDonald's quality.

Never, never, ever again to this store Mc drive, I waited 10 minutes to be able to order, there was no car in front of me, right on the intercom, then I ate normally at home, then when I opened the cheeseburger, there was a booger stuck to the paper on the inside, really disgusting, I will go to this store never entered again, not to mention the hygiene in the store was often dirty and nothing was washed.

It's difficult to make special requests (removing ingredients). Ordered a hamburger without mustard/cucumber/onions, a cheeseburger without anything, received cold and seemingly left behind. Ordered two hamburgers with only ketchup, received two hamburgers only with onions. And since it's usually not possible to check directly in McDrive due to other customers (it's difficult to unpack every burger), you only notice it when you get home. You either live with it or have to go back to complain.

The floor and tables were dirty and the children's play area was more broken than anything else. In addition, the staff stood behind the counter and were bored instead of keeping the store clean. This Mecces never again 🤢

Really the slowest drive-in in all of Germany. No matter whether there are 10 cars in front of you or none at all, whether you have a menu or just a chicken burger - you wait forever. If you want to slow down, that's the right thing to do, if you have to move on quickly - which is what fast food stands for - you've come to the wrong place.

Food good as usual. Service as well. Unreasonable prices for soft drinks. €3.99 for a water borders on usury. Unfortunately, this is not an isolated case in today's society. Not that they need me, but for me it was that, never ever again.

Unfortunately, the items ordered at the terminal were only reported ready for pickup after 13 minutes. (There was hardly any activity) Table delivery was not possible because there were no numbers next to the terminal. At no terminal. A terminal is defective. The floor was sticky everywhere, some of the tables were disgustingly dirty, with leftovers, paper, etc. During the 35 minute stay, no one was there to clean. Tray trolley full. In the entrance gate again no information, newspapers, information, etc. Food was ok, the store itself needs to pay more attention to cleanliness!

When I was there on Tuesday, August 20, 2024, the whole organization seemed chaotic. 1) There was quite a long wait 2) No table service offered 3) At first I couldn't find a clean table 4) The floor has almost completely stuck 5) The MC Cafe was not used but the coffee was only available from the machine in the kitchen area and was not served in cups but only in paper cups. I don't have to go to the MC Café, I can also go to the gas station.

The food here tastes just like in a normal McDonald's. But I found that the morning food here was very good. I found the staff to be very nice. The food was always made on time. I found this McDonald's better than the others in the area

They are completely understaffed

Normal orders on Saturdays can take 30 minutes or more. Staff seems completely overwhelmed.

Service is often weak here in the branch but they try very hard. Otherwise everything you know at McDonalds, there is nothing else special here. But it was one of the first branches to start fresh preparation.

Cleanliness is something else and food is just McD. But the service is really to die for. The top performers are clearly the women. You can sole the male employees' shoes while they run. There is no sign of FAST there. Waiting time of 20 minutes or more. No matter whether inside or via drive-thru.

Rumor has it that the MC Café will soon no longer exist. Due to a lack of staff (since employees have to be trained for the machine), guests are now being told that the machine is broken and they don't know when someone will come to replace it. Dear branch manager, don't think the guests are stupid. For months now you've been rolling up your sleeves as soon as you say: A cappuccino from the MC Café, please. The noise coming from the machine at the order counter is really an imposition.

Ordered quickly using the app and shortly afterwards everything was ready and you had warm food and drinks that were cold and carbonated

I waited 15 minutes for the order. The staff just discussed with each other, the order was ready on the counter. Ice had melted and when I complained I was brushed off with the words: it has to be that way

Unfortunately, the quality of cleanliness that Mc Donalds used to have can no longer be seen here. Unfortunately, the service that you get your food brought to the table is never possible. It looks like a lot of thrown together furniture here, chairs don't really fit together. All in all, you only go here if you're in a hurry. It's a shame that priorities are being set differently now.

Only one order board was functional and there were no table numbers at all.

So today I was with my friend Leo and we really enjoyed it! No, it blew us away. We have never had the experience of coffee being prepared live in front of us and being advised at the same time. A big thank you goes out to the best employee at the McDonald's in Tönisvorst. The Max!!! Maximilian Wanders, it's an honor that you kept an eye on our order. The hamburger was the best I've ever eaten. Happy again, carry on!!!

Here one person doesn't know what the other is doing, wrong order, issued, cars waiting for new order, waited outside at the parking counter for 10 minutes. .... Fast food..... Different.

I had a very pleasant experience here today :) There was a small problem with my order that I didn't notice until late. After a short and lovely phone call, I drove back to the restaurant and my order was corrected. Both the employees present and the lady on the phone were super accommodating and accommodating :) It's rare to be treated so kindly these days. Big compliment:)

Most incompetent McDonalds in Germany No matter when you go to this store drives, you always wait 20 minutes - despite pre-ordering with the app. The employees are rude, hardly speak German and are obviously not familiar with their own systems. Absolutely disappointing every time.

I'm there very rarely, but when I am, I'm hungry for everything. I'm happy about these savings coupons because I can't really afford it otherwise. I don't get along well with this app and I don't find it that easy on the terminals from the old generation either. It's really bad when you're hungry and your cell phone only has 1% battery. All of my coupons were used up even though I never activated them. Well, I lost 15 euros, and not for the first time. After 40 years of Mcces fan, I am very disappointed. Suggestion, open a retro restaurant, then I'll come back...Bye

Ordered 3 times and received completely different orders 3 times and at least 2 burgers were forgotten each time. Waiting time is also incredibly long. 1 star is actually too much...

Wie immer schmutzige Tische volle Tablettständer und durchschnittliches Fastfood. Die Servicekräfte sind immer freundlich aber da die Tische wie immer unter aller Kanone aussehen Punktabzug beim Service.

Abends um 23:15 im Drive In gewesen.So gut wie keine Kunden dort. Die Mitarbeiter mussten sich lediglich eine Bestellung merken, die doppelt ausgeführt werden sollte. 2 MC Flurry Lion mit doppelt Karamellsauce. Heraus kam: 1x halbgeschmolzenes Eis mit 3x karamellsauce ohne Lion und 1x halbgeschmolzenes Eis mit 1x Karamellsauce ohne Lion. Nachdem uns das unterwegs aufgefallen war, habe ich anrufen und dann auch noch freche Antworten zu hören bekommen. Mieser Service und schade ums Geld.

Schlechteste DRIVE IN. Man fährt zu mc donalds und stellt sich mit dem Auto ans Ende der (meistens langen) Schlange. Wenn man denn endlich sein (meist kaltes) Essen bekommen hat, muss man sich oft mit dem Auto hinter den Autos die noch nicht bestellt haben anstellen um zur Ausfahrt zu gelangen. Spätestens an der Ausfahrt ist das Essen dann wirklich kalt. Warum hat man die Ausfahrt zur Freiheitsstraße nicht gelassen?

Leider sind die Preise durch nichts mehr zu rechtfertigen. Der Fish Mac ist winzig geworden und schmeckt nicht mehr(billige Remoulade)

Essen wie in jedem anderen McDonald’s, aber dieses Lokal ist im Vergleich ist sehr schlecht gemanaged. Tische kleben, Boden klebt, alte Tablets werden nicht weggeräumt, Tische werden nicht abgewischt. Oft fehlt etwas bei den Bestellungen. Keine Entschuldigungen, nur unfreundliches Gemurmel. Dann lieber zukünftig in andere Möglichkeiten.

Mc Donald in Tönisvorst, Aktuell keine Toiletten!! Draußen der Bereich für kinder bedarf dringend Pflege/erneuerung.!!! Essen war alles ok!

Egal zu welcher Uhrzeit wir hier waren, das Personal wirkte jedesmal überfordert. Zum Beispiel wird als allererstes das Eis zubereitet, nur um dann anschließend festzustellen, dass die Chicken Nuggets noch nicht fertig sind und somit das Eis bei der Übergabe schon zu Hälfte geschmolzen war. Solche Erfahrungen haben wir jetzt leider schon mehrfach gemacht.

Wir lieben Mc Donalds egal wo, Service geht so hier

Wer auf diese Art Nahrung steht, wird sich in dieser Lokalität sicher wohl fühlen. Es gibt einen netten Außenbereich, wobei ich es ein Unding finde, dass dort auch geraucht wird. Der Qualm steigt in den Spielturm der Kinder und bleibt dann dort stehen. Ich appelliere sowieso an alle Menschen mit ihrer Kippe von Kindern fernzubleiben. Drive - in und ein großer Parkplatz sind vorhanden. Für ein Softeis lasse ich mich auch gerne dort blicken.

Toiletten sind schon ewig außer Betrieb. Man wartet oft länger auf die Bestellung und sehr oft fehlt irgendwas. Sehr ärgerlich, wenn man vergisst zu kontrollieren.

Der Mitarbeiter am McDrive war äußerst genervt, jeder hat mal einen schlechten Tag. Wenn ich allerdings in Kontakt mit Kunden stehe sollte man schon in der Lage dazu sein, dies vor dem Kunden zu verbergen.

Gegen 20.00 Uhr in der Woche, recht voll, Wartezeiten vor dem terminal und bei der Ausgabe ca. 10min. Pommes und Burger waren kalt, McNuggets und McRip waren o.k., Bestellung war unvollständig. Sämtliche Tische und Sitzgelegenheiten waren mit Speiseresten verunreinigt, Verpackungsmüll in allen Ecken. Personal freundlich aber unkoordiniert und irgendwie planlos.

Nach 2 Jahren war ich wieder mit meinem Enkelkind dort und war total enttäuscht. Eigentlich kann man dort nur Pommes essen, die Bürger waren zum abgewöhnen. Schade.

War in Ordnung soweit… Sehr schnell und frisch war es auch…

Ohne Begleitperson mit einem Rollstuhl (egal, ob elektrisch oder manuell) bei McDonald's duch die Türen zu kommen, ist schon ein Ding der Unmöglichkeit; selbst mit Hilfe 1 Person ist es schwierig. Beide Türen gehen sehr schwer zu öffnen und dann auch noch beide nach Innen auf. Der dadurch entstandene Vorraum ist so knapp bemessen, dass ich, wenn ich durch die 1. Tür bin (und diese geschlossen ist), zurücksetzen muss, damit genug Platz für die 2. Tür ist. Dass mich das Personal nicht bemerkt, wenn ich vor der Tür stehe, ist normal - hier wäre aber eine Klingel sehr wünschenswert! Endlich im Restaurant habe ich bestellt und als mein Essen kam, war der Mitarbeiter so nett und hat es mir eben um die Abholtheke herum gebracht. Damit hörte die Nettigkeit aber schon auf. Mit der (anscheinen rhetorisch gemeinten) Frage "Geht es?", drehte sich besagter Mitarbeiter rum und war schon wieder weg! So durfte ich mein Tablett, auf dem unter Anderem auch ein 0,5l Becher Cola stand, mit links zu einem freien Tisch bringen. Nicht so einfach, wenn man nicht mit Zuckerwasser duschen möchte. Zudem musste ich dann auch noch - mit dem Tablett in der Hand! - erstmal einen Stuhl beiseite schieben (ich hatt ja meinen eigenen Sitzplatz mit dabei), was wirklich anstrengend und laut war. So hatte ich dann auch die volle Aufmerksamkeit der anderen Gäste - wunderbar! :-( Beim Verlassen des Restaurants war dann ein anderer Mitarbeiter im Kassenbereich, der mich freundlich vor die Tür begleitet hat. Deshalb habe ich beim Service doch noch 2 Sterne gegeben.

Essen war typisch MC Donald's, daran war wirklich nicht auszusetzen. Freundlichkeit war na ja, zum Glück müssen die nicht von ihren Trinkgeld überleben. Aber was wirklich schlimm ist, war die Sauberkeit. Überall tote Fliegen, Essensreste, im Eingangsbereich stand kein Wagen für Tabletts, dafür waren wohl Getränke und Eis da umgekippt. War schön gut trocken und klebte ohne Ende.

Offizielle Frühstückszeit bei Mc Donalds an Sonn-und Feiertagen bis 11:30 Uhr. In dieser Filiale um 11:10 Uhr auf normales Sortiment umgestellt und kein Frühstück mehr im Angebot. Sehr enttäuschend, wenn man extra dafür kommt.

Essen schmeckt wie von MC Donalds gewohnt. Die bekommen es aber nicht hin 5 Menü in eine Tüte zu packen. Die letzten 4 Bestellungen waren alle nicht komplett. 2 mal hat sogar ein ganzes Menü gefehlt. Das geht so nicht
