St. Tönis Dönerhaus & Pizzeria in Tönisvorst

I was there today with a friend and we each ordered a kebab plate. The table was very dirty and you had to tell the staff you wanted to wipe it down. Then the food came and I took drinks out of the fridge. The fridge handle is all dirty. Food was ok at first until I got home. Colleagues asked what was wrong with him and his stomach was broken and he had the worst diarrhea!!! I have been writing reviews for many years and travel all over the world. By God I don't want to harm anyone, but anyone who sells food like that and takes over 30 euros for it should be struck by lightning 🤬🤬🤬🤬 You really should be ashamed of yourself! But the bad reviews you read here say everything about you! Absolute garbage

Very friendly staff, kebab sandwich was super tasty, lots of meat, 2 sauces of your choice. The third time I picked up food, I already knew how and with which sauces I would like the kebab. I probably ordered it there personally and took it with me.

On the positive side, the pizza was warm and the delivery person was friendly. Unfortunately the taste wasn't high and the portions were manageable for the prices. The service on the phone was also poor. I was interrupted and no goodbye was said. In addition, the food came 30 minutes after the agreed time at 2km as the crow flies. The most annoying thing, however, was that I ordered garlic for €0.30 and didn't get any. We don't order here anymore.

We ordered food there a total of three times and the customer friendliness leaves a lot to be desired. Last time we ordered several kebabs, but they were carelessly prepared - little salad, little meat, and they were cold. You notice that there is no longer any effort behind it. Unfortunately we will eat kebab somewhere else in the future. It's a shame, because it's actually right around the corner.

I'm sorry to leave another negative review You drive your car to the parking lot and wait for the order, then the man from the restaurant comes and tells you to drive away. and you wait for the order. Don't waste your time eating this kebab somewhere else because it's not worth the effort

It's just a kebab shop with a pizzeria, but definitely recommended for Tönisvorst and the surrounding area. The food is delicious, the ambience is just a quick snack. Delivery time is generally good. Just test it out.

Storefront OK. Staff friendly. However, today on Monday, September 2nd, 2024 at around 3:15 p.m. I ordered a large kebab for €9.00 with veal, a bit of onions, a bit of green salad and got: 20% meat, 70% green salad, the rest of the sauce. Of course everything has become expensive, only then should the dish be named accordingly.. Lettuce pocket watered with sauce and flavored with meat. Kind regards

Visiting from America. It smelled so good from outside that I couldn't decide. Opted for a fully loaded doner tasxhe and pizza brotchen. Everything was delicious.

The food tastes good, but I ordered it through Lieferando, you could also order without tomatoes, without white cabbage, etc., but everything else wasn't there either, no cheese, no pepperoni, I called and was told it costs extra, but at Lieferando it says nothing. And it's also unfriendly on the phone .

Ordered today and unfortunately had to accept a waiting time of over 90 minutes with 3 main dishes, and we are only 3 km away from the shop. Food was completely fine, 2 x pizzas and 1 x Dürüm. Customer service was subpar, after which we asked after 60 minutes whether they had lost track of us. Unfortunately a bit of a snap on the phone and after 90 minutes the dishes were delivered. Really too long for a DELIVERY SERVICE, even though 45 minutes were promised. Why can't you just call the customer and tell them that it will take longer (on a Monday). Well, we'll still try it again, even though we usually order from De Luxe in Krefeld.

Forgotten a drink and sent the wrong dish. Not tasty.

We usually have our food delivered from there. Delivery is always very quick. We rarely have to wait longer than 30 minutes. Extra requests will be taken into account. The staff is friendly and the boss is an old idiot who likes to fool around with the customers, which makes the whole thing likeable.

I had turbo kebabs with sausage and chicken, very tasty, fair portion, the price is also ok, I really recommend it

We ordered two kebabs to pick up today... one veal and one chicken. Both actually come complete with extra hot sauce (unfortunately I couldn't find it). The 'complete' kebab consisted of a little meat with a little salad. My husband was very lucky to have a (!) slice of cucumber and a (!) slice of tomato on it, no cheese, no pepperoni, hardly any sauce.. Never again for that money!

Food is delicious. Things are quicker in the suburbs.

Well, I really like the food, but today it was a disaster. The driver (after I asked him nicely if they were busy because I had to wait over an hour for two things) just said in an unfriendly voice and facial expression "OK, have a nice day?" I will never order from there again. Update: Spoken to the boss recently and shared my criticism that I have already recorded here with him and he told me he had already fired the driver because of all the reviews 5/5 stars <3 Next update after I bought a kebab today for around €7 and it was only half full. I can only say that the meat was hard even though I had ordered it with sauce, it was missing and for the price that's a disgrace!

Poor hygiene, an absolute no go! Unfortunately, it has been observed several times: you come from smoking and then grab everything you eat with your fingers without washing your hands.

5th of May. Today the cheese, which you pay extra for, was missing again. Instead of the cocktail sauce I ordered, there was a disgusting curry ketchup mush on my lukewarm kebab. The rice was so mushy like rice pudding. Not edible. 👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽It's a shame....and €31.29 for 2 kebab plates. ‐---------------------------- Update 15.1. I was promised that next time I would add cheese for free. 14.1.Kebab is very good, but the cheese was missing from delivery for the second time today, even though you pay extra for it.

Large selection and delicious kebab. Both the kebab bag and the kebab plate. The portions were very generous and tasty. Price/performance was also okay. Certainly not the last visit.

What can I say, we ordered 2 pizzas and if you want a thin pizza with a burnt base, this is the place for you. Also burnt kebab meat on my pizza. Delivery service was unfriendly.

I was there last night. I got two kebabs for my two children. During Ramazan, other children were offered dates to break their fast and my two children stood by and were not even offered a date. I thought that was really a disgrace. My daughter wanted everything on the kebab and they only put coleslaw and tomatoes on it. So I wouldn't go there to eat anymore.

Very friendly operators, reasonable prices and so far it has always been tasty, hot and freshly prepared.

We had dinner there today. Very tasty pizza, kebab and filled pizza rolls. Only recommended :)

Very nice staff, all the dishes we have eaten there so far taste delicious and fresh, when we go to St.Tönis we like to go there… recommend it!

Best kebab, great meat and bread

Had a Lahmacun there at lunchtime and was pleasantly surprised. Dough was grilled, warm and fresh. All ingredients are fresh, of good quality and taste good. The location was clean/tidy and the food was beautifully presented. The staff was also very friendly👍 Clear recommendation. Only the "ambience" is a bit "sober". But you can also order the food or take it with you and enjoy it at home! 😉 St.Tönis is happy about the Dönerhaus, where there is more than just Turkish cuisine...😋

When we order, it's always here. However, the last 3 times were really disappointing. The burger bun was partly burnt as were the filled pizza buns. Unfortunately, the delivery person wasn't very friendly, on the contrary... He looked at you angrily because the intercom was broken, to which you responded stupidly after you explained it. The day before, you were delivered in an equally unfriendly manner by the same delivery person. I find this kind of service really disgraceful... We've ordered two days in a row now and this is what happened... It's a shame ☹️ it was always our regular pizzeria but after all the disappointments we'll probably have to look for a new one. Tip to the store and the employees: Maybe treat your customers a little nicer, at least when making deliveries, then maybe there would be a tip 😉 The few times before it was actually okay and I would have given 4 stars at the time (approx. 3 months ago) unfortunately not currently the case

Ein Lieferdienst der es schafft heisse Pommes zu liefern ! Wahnsinn 5 Sterne alles lecker und heiss immer wieder gerne !

Haben zum Liefern bestellt. Döner und Pizza. Der Döner war sehr trocken! Die Pizza war in Ordnung - geht aber deutlich besser. Pappiger Teig, der nicht aufgegangen ist, ziemlich fad - war nicht gut. Lieferung ging aber schnell!

Wir haben zum ersten Mal dort bestellt. Einen Hähnchen und einen kalbdöner, mit doppelt Fleisch. Dazu pommes und joppie sauce. Alles war ausgesprochen lecker! Der Fahrer waren sehr freundlich. Wir bestellen jetzt öfter! Danke für das leckere Essen!

Ich hatte zum ersten Mal bestellt - Döner, Pizza und Pizzabrötchen - und war von Geschmack, Qualität und Schnelligkeit sehr angenehm überrascht. Ich bestelle sonst ungern in Restaurants mit sehr großer Karte, doch dieses war ein gelungener Versuch und wird gerne wiederholt :-) Zeitpunkt 07/2023: Qualität und Service haben leider sehr stark nachgelassen, ich bestelle inzwischen nicht mehr. Schade.

Sehr lange Wartezeit bei Lieferung. Ein Teil fehlte: Anruf im Laden, genervter Inhaber,er habe Stress. Essen ( Burger) na ja, Geschmackssache.

Bestellt, ohne Krautsalat......leider nicht umgesetzt. Türkische Pizza mit Hähnchen bestellt ( 2x) absolut TROCKEN gegrillt, dafür grillt jeder besser mit den Produkten. Pizza Salami- OK Bestellung, Entfernung 3 KM, kam leicht "Warm" an, da bestelle ich lieber I Due oder bei PIZZA DELUXE!!!! Fahrer wollte zudem uns um 20€ erleichtern, obwohl er den Fünfziger hinter Portemonnaie gesetzt hatte. Letzte Mal!!!@ Einer unserer Söhne " meinte es ist LECKER, Mein Empfinden , ein klares Nein. Empfehlungen stehen oben.

Nee nicht mehr..Vor allem keine "Imbiss Speisen" Sehr sehr nachgelassen. Pommes labberig und umgesalze n, überbackenes Döner Fleisch sehr trocken wenig Soße. Kleine Portionen. Pizza okay. Lieferung schnell aber nicht sehr freundlich. Schade

Ich habe schon öfters bestellt. Der Laden ist sauber. Die Qualität und Geschmack top. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Macht weiter so 😉👍

Ist halt alles 08/15. Ausserdem wird immer irgendwas vergessen, was man eigentlich bezahlt hat.

Es ist einfach alles perfekt in dem Döner Haus. Wir lassen immer essen liefern, aber diesmal war ich mit meine kleine Tochter dort essen und ich muss sagen ich bin richtig positiv beeindruckt👍👍👍 personal ist super freundlich das Restaurant ist super sauber, das Essen warm und sehr lecker. Ich fand es Mega cool das ist ein Kids Überraschungsbox gab. Alles top top top top top 👍👍
