Went there spontaneously with 10 people and were given a very friendly welcome. The service was very attentive and the children were also taken into consideration. We were invited here for a birthday party. At first we were skeptical about eating in such a large restaurant with so many people. It was very loud. So entertaining was a little difficult. The food, a buffet, tasted good. But we will continue to stop in small, cozy places.

This is a fantastic spot for Chinese food! The all-you-can-eat buffet boasts an impressive variety, and the staff makes a real effort to keep the dishes replenished. The selection of freshly prepared food is also more than sufficient. The outdoor seating is lovely, but depending on how busy it is, it can sometimes take a while to get a waiter's attention out there. On our last visit, it wasn't busy at all, yet we still had a bit of a wait.

Just on site. Allergy sufferers have to be careful here. The chef, who prepares the food freshly, mixes many plates together and then has what you are allergic to on your plate. If you complain you will be laughed at! Absolutely disgraceful. This was the second time in 4 visits.

This was our third time there. The food is good but there are also better Chinese restaurants. The soft ice cream machine is a hit for the kids. BUT the service is subpar. Walk past you at the table a thousand times, don't look and certainly don't ask if you want something more to drink. Doesn't work at all in my opinion. And friendliness is also clearly missing. Never had such a bad meal before! Like in a 2 star hotel with all inclusive. Food on the grill is prepared full of fat. You get drinks at the beginning, then no one asks anymore. End of song, both diarrhea. Never again!!!!! The shop would have to be closed

It has more to do with a train station restaurant. Mega loud acoustics. The food from the grill was very greasy. 3 hours later my husband and I have severe diarrhea. We'll never go there again. We had a lot of fish and some chicken. Definitely not recommended

Just picked something up from too good to go - you're not allowed to go to the buffet and you'll be handed a random box. I think it's normal that you can't like something, but it just didn't taste good from 2 complete cans 😭 unfortunately it still ended up in the trash. Either totally dry or things I don't like or super artificial sauces that really tasted like ready-made sauce. - the noodles were just incredibly oily. - The store looked really promising. 🥲 The food gets a 0.5/10 from me with a lot of goodwill - which I'm really sorry about because the lady at the reception was really friendly. I had actually hoped to be able to choose and try a few things myself - but unfortunately there was only meat and fish mixed together with rice and noodles.

Located on the outskirts of the town in a commercial/industrial area but still quite quiet. Were there for the buffet on Saturday lunchtime. Sitting outside due to the sunny weather, the service was super friendly and quick (drinks). Of course you get the rest yourself. There is also a good selection of fresh fish and meat which you can have fried with side dishes and sauces. There is also sushi, rice and noodles as well as vegetables/side dishes. I'm not a fan of dessert, but I also had some here: including ice cream, fruit and various small pastries.

The weather was so nice that we were able to sit outside. Everything was very clean. Freshly planted geraniums rounded off the good first impression. As always, the waitresses were very friendly and accommodating. And if you can't find what you're looking for at the buffet, you should go to McDonald's and eat Burgers. Personally, I think the prices are too high, like everywhere else. Thank you for going to Berlin. I can only recommend the Orientel Garden to everyone. Always my pleasure.

A great restaurant with both a la carte and buffet options. Great price! The restaurant is very fond of children. There are several high chairs available, as well as a sink with a children's kitchen, arcade machine and table football. It is continuously replenished.

It's very tasty, lots of meat to choose from. Exotic varieties such as Zebra & Kangaroo. When it's full, the restaurant is quite noisy.

The food was delicious, even though it was loud with all the talking, but we still go there again and again! Suggestion for improvement: a chocolate fountain and a better play area for children aged 2 and over so that they might have something to play with.

The food was very appetizing and wholesome. There is something for everyone, whether fish, meat, poultry, etc. Even the children were thought of, which I think is very good, especially with the dessert - soft cream ice cream. It was very busy, it's best to book a table if you plan to go there. What I personally think is a shame is that the service was completely overwhelmed, even when ordering the drinks, but they made an effort. All in all, you can say it was a nice, fun evening, the food was great, we'll be back. (The price is also a bit too high)

Were there again for dinner on February 17, 2024. The service is still poor. No plates are cleared for ages, even when the waiters walk past empty-handed. The meat, which you can have freshly prepared, came to the table after more than half an hour, even though there was little to do in the restaurant and we had already asked twice for the bill. We had freshly prepared lamb in between, but it came to the table cold and tough. 😞 The service is very bad! The prices have increased significantly now, I don't think we will go there again. Large, well-kept and delicious buffet. We were there from 2:30 p.m. to 5 p.m., unfortunately not one of the empty plates was cleared away by the staff. Staff only asks for drinks orders and collects them. The service used to be much better. A pity!

Accompanied by my wife and our two daughters, 2 and 5 years old. There wasn't much to complain about in terms of the location and the food. Now for the absolute no go. The staff is absolutely unworthy of a customer-oriented restaurant business. Very unfriendly and arrogant demeanor, beyond that, without any decency. We decided to eat from the buffet, the children had already eaten at home and wanted something to drink, which we ordered on top. Shortly before the end, when our 2 year old daughter wanted a small ice cream cone and my wife gave it to her, two waitresses rushed to the table as if stung by a bee and told me in an absolutely unacceptable way, both in terms of tone and content, that the ice cream has to be paid for, which is basically not the problem. As is well known, the sound plays the music and this was below all dignity, which other guests also noticed. To note that children over the age of 2 can eat for free anyway, the ice cream was still charged at two euros. So in addition to the fact that they are rude, they seem to take every opportunity to rip off customers. The lady noticed my displeasure when I was paying. A tip, which is usually always welcome and generous after almost every visit to a restaurant, was absolutely not appropriate here. I insisted on the receipt and received it after several requests. This is how you lose customers instead of winning them in the long term. A pity.

Some of the food is cold and some dishes are served from the previous day. An absolute no-go for us, employees are unreasonable and tried to intimidate us with a discount on payment. Very arrogant and snooty.

Always a pleasure to be a guest at the Oriental Garden. Service is always very friendly and attentive. The buffet was very varied and delicious. The grill station is top and offers top-fresh fish and meat variations. The desserts are just great. My favorite is the soft ice cream in different variations. I'm already looking forward to my next visit

Good selection of fish at the buffet, everything fresh and chilled with ice, the already prepared dishes were very good in terms of taste and quality, varied selection of desserts. Das Essen war wirklich lecker. Alles wird immer nachgelegt und Sushi schmeckte gut. Die gebratenen Nudeln waren das Beste. Alles bereits Mariniert und Glasierte ist nicht so mein Fall. Den Kindern hat es auch geschmeckt und der Softeisautomat war das Highlight. Das Tiramisu schmeckte mir besser als bei manchem Italiener. Leider mussten wir trotz Reservierung 25min auf dem Tisch warten was mit 3 Kindern echt nervig ist und zum Getränke nachbestellen kam keiner mehr vorbei.

Essen war gut,das Buffet war nicht so groß, aber das was da war,war lecker. Waren schon Oft hier. Kommen auch wieder.

Wer hier die typischen roten Lampions erwartet liegt total falsch. Ein elegantes Ambiente, wo man im Sommer auch draußen sitzen kann, gepaart mit einem reichhaltigen, leckeren und frischen Buffet. Man kann sich auch alles frisch zubereiten lassen und Sushi steht neben fischen Salaten auch zur Auswahl. Auch die Dessertauswahl ist vielfältig, frisches und eingelegtes Obst, Minigebäcke, Eis und sogar Softeis, aber natürlich auch der obligatorische Wackelpudding in grün und rot mit selbst zubereiteter Vanillesauce. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Alles ist sehr sauber und immer aufgefüllt. Die Raumdekoration ist toll ausgeleuchtet und angenehm unaufdringlich aber keinesfalls langweilig.

Typischer All you can eat Asiate. Das Mongolisch zubereitete Essen war teilweise angebrannt. Sehr unangenehm ist das es teilweise stark nach Chlor gerochen hat.

Wir waren mit 6 Leuten dort zu Silvester essen. Das Buffet ist echt sauber gehalten und das Essen (vorallem die Sushis) schmecken fabelhaft. Ich war jedes Mal in verschiedenen chin. Restaurants Buffet essen, aber der hier hat uns allen super gefallen. Es wird immer frisch aufgefüllt, leere Teller abserviert und da die Gemüsesuppe meiner Mutter nicht so geschmeckt hat, haben die das auch nicht verrechnet. Die Toiletten sind für Rollstuhlfahrer gut erreichbar- also ebenerdig und sehr modern und sauber. Einziger Minuspunkt: das Softeis hatte einen leicht bitteren Geschmack- ich hoffe nur, dass die Eismaschine auch regelmäßig sauber gemacht wird.. dennoch werden wir regelmäßig dahin gehen👌🏻

Das Ambiente war typisch aber nicht kitschig. Soweit alles recht sauber, auf den Toilette lief allerdings das Waschbecken nicht ab, ich denke dass ist aber eher temporär, da waren halt auch viele Kinder. Vom Publikum her, merkte man, dass man eher in Krefeld als in Duisburg war. Soweit also ganz angenehm (bin selber Duisburger, ich darf das sagen). Essen war frisch und heiß, nicht so übertrieben viel Auswahl, aber trotzdem reichlich und es wurde permanent aufgefüllt. Manchmal gab es bei dem fertig zubereiteten Speisen ein Schlange, es gab trotzdem aber die Möglichkeit sein Essen innerhalb von 1-2 Minuten auf den Teller zu bekommen. Anfänglich dachte ich, wow... Endlich mal nicht so viel Glutamat, aber dass waren nur bestimmte Speisen. Naja, vielleicht bin ich da etwas überempfindlich und empfinde jede Salz beim China Imbiss als Glutamat. Empfehlung: die frischen Fleisch und Fischspezialitäten sind wirklich gut für den Grill.

Das Buffet ist wirklich herausragend. Wer gerne Chinesisch isst, kommt (trotz eher gehobener Preise) auf seine Kosten. Preis-Leistung stimmt. Oft schmecken Chinesische-Buffets nicht so frisch, doch hier stimmt alles. Auch die Auswahl an frischen Fischen kann sich wirklich sehen lassen.
