Mamma Mia! I want to say thank you, thank you to the whole team at i due for the wonderful evening yesterday. The food was incredibly delicious again, and my special request for the mussels worked out perfectly.

A very authentic, "real" Italian restaurant. Friendly, welcoming service, super delicious pizza. The starter was bread with dip and pesto. To finish, we were treated to a homemade panacotta as a welcome treat. It's apparently very popular in Tönisvorst. A different language was spoken at every table. Wonderful. Everyone understands each other here. If we're ever in the area again, we'll only stop here. Thank you, Mile. Kai and Heidi from Wanne-Eickel, where the moon shines so beautifully.

We were here today for my mother's 80th birthday. It was perfect from start to finish. Perfect service, perfect food. The food was incredibly delicious with homemade pasta, and the service was super attentive and friendly. And my mother even received a birthday serenade. Thank you so much for everything. We'll definitely be back, even though the drive is almost 650 km for us :-)

We were nearby and spontaneously stopped in on a Saturday evening. The restaurant was very busy, and despite not having a reservation, we had a table within three minutes. The service is very friendly and fun, but sometimes it takes a little longer. The reason for this is the large number of guests, and they come for a good reason: The food is phenomenal. They serve far more than just good Italian classics: The kitchen serves the owner's own magical creations. In fact, I ate the best pasta of my life in this restaurant. The price/performance ratio is reasonable. The restaurant is undersized for the number of guests, which affects the noise level and the speed of service. But we really enjoyed it and had a great, delicious, and fun evening. Thanks to the team at I Due. We'll be back!

The truffle pasta on carpaccio was absolutely amazing 🥰 We were absolutely thrilled again today. Service was great as always, and the chef was very friendly.

First time there, the ambiance, food, and service were simply fantastic. 100% back!

The seating is tight, and the music is very loud. Starter: a trio of beef carpaccio, vitello tonnato, and bruschetta. Everything was pretty bland. 1/2 slice of bread with a bit of tomato, no discernible seasoning, topped with something cheese-like, but with no flavor. The menu listed Parmesan cheese... Main course: Saltimbocca alla romana, mediocre. The meat was cooked very dry. The only thing worth mentioning was the fresh vegetables on the side. Then there was Insalata Faraona with guinea fowl and pear. Unfortunately, everything was swimming in fryer oil. The "guinea fowl" was chicken breast, thinly sliced ​​and thickly coated in breadcrumbs. No sauce selection was offered, although the menu lists several. For my taste, the sauce was too sweet and, above all, far too fatty. Otherwise, a few slices of cucumber, a few pieces of tomato, and lots of iceberg lettuce... A bottle of Pellegrino water for €7.90... All in all, totally disappointing!

We went to I Due today with a larger group (26 people) to celebrate my mom's birthday with a larger group. The welcome was very warm, the food was delicious and well prepared, and the drinks were also tasty and arrived very promptly. We had a lot of fun and didn't leave until after 5.5 hours. This evening we ate here for the first time and all four of us were completely thrilled! Every meal is a poem! Best Italian and we will definitely come back because there is a lot more on the menu that appealed to us 😋

We ordered 3 pizzas to pick up. 2 of them were incorrectly filled, which we unfortunately only found out when we got home. Our telephone complaint was ignored because the lady was communicating with us or with other customers at the same time. Then the conversation ended. The pizzas were quite cold and very salty. For us, i due is done for now. A mistake can happen, but then I have to act as an innkeeper or accept the criticism.

It's my first time here and I'm from Düsseldorf. I have to say there's nothing like that in Düsseldorf in terms of service and food. We ordered at least 15-20 different dishes with the family. One is better than the other. We can only recommend this restaurant

The food was very tasty. The service was also good, but unfortunately it decreased significantly towards the end. Due to an unpleasantly large group, people had already been cleared and basically thrown out, even though they would have liked to have ordered one or two drinks.

We were there with 16 people, with a reservation. Good food, very good main courses, 4/4 chocolate sufflés unfortunately without a liquid core. At the end a large group came and it was already cleared away, even though we wanted to have a drink. Accordingly, the ending was very unpleasant and unfortunately made the experience not recommended.

I could imagine eating there, but the driver of this restaurant has been endangering the safety of our children in our town for years with his reckless driving style. Unfortunately I cannot reconcile that with my values.

The fish soup was to die for – it’s definitely one of the best I’ve ever tried! The flavors were perfectly balanced and the fresh ingredients really enhanced the flavor. Every spoonful was a pleasure! The service was also outstanding.

If I could I would give it more than 5 stars! I don't know of a single restaurant where you get both a free starter and dessert. Very friendly staff, the pizzas were very tasty and the waiting times were very short despite a well-filled restaurant. We will definitely come back to try the other dishes. Absolute recommendation!
