The food was very tasty, but the server wasn't quite on top of things. He unfortunately forgot our drink orders and didn't serve pizza rolls, which worked perfectly for the table next door, which arrived after us. It wasn't the end of the world, and I'll definitely eat here again because it was really good, but it does somewhat spoil a lovely evening.

The food was average for the price and quantity. Some was better, others not so much. Drink prices were also higher. In the evenings, there were a lot of flies circling the drinks, which also quenched your thirst. Service was sometimes very quick and attentive, while others were a bit slow. Considering a weekday, we had to wait a very long time. The ambiance inside is nicer than outside, with an Italian feel, and outside, it's more like a village restaurant.

I'm very excited when I go there to eat. There are so many options and the food is delicious. The staff are very friendly and polite.

Disappointing... I don't need to say more. After work, you want to treat yourself to a pizza in the village. And this is what you get served here. See photo...

It was another fantastic girls' night out at a fantastic restaurant. The food and drinks were incredibly delicious. The service was fast and very friendly. The value for money was perfect. We'd love to come back.

Whether it's a casual midweek meal or a fancy night out on the weekend, I heard about it through friends and immediately became a fan. Great food, friendly service with familiar faces from the restaurant world, and owners who are always there to welcome guests. All at an absolutely fair price-performance ratio. You can choose from everything from pizza to filet. Wines range from good to exceptionally special.

We ordered via the app on Sunday, as the website recommends this. We ordered food. Initially, it said delivery would take 45 minutes, but the second email said 75 minutes. After over three hours and multiple phone attempts to reach someone, we decided to skip the food and head to the golden M. Unfortunately, it was a total disappointment.

We ordered at 5:40 p.m., which was given as a 60-minute wait. Finally, at 8:05 p.m., the food arrived and was simply told "it was busy," which isn't a problem in itself. We just tried calling several times and no one answered. No one from the restaurant even thought to contact us by phone or email to let us know. Apart from that, the food was delicious.

We arrived at 7:00 p.m., and at 7:30 p.m. we were finally asked what we wanted to drink. We immediately ordered everything—drinks, appetizer, and main course. The drinks arrived after 20 minutes, the appetizer another 20 minutes later. We waited in vain for the main course—after two hours (9:00 p.m.!), we canceled it. The staff's reaction? No regrets, no apologies, no coffee to make up for it. But the bill arrived on time. Truly an evening you won't forget—unfortunately, not in a good way.

After a bike ride, we stopped here in the evening and got a good seat outside. We ordered pizzas, which were very good. Unfortunately, we had to wait a while due to a lack of staff, but with the nice weather, it wasn't a problem. Our second visit in July was very good, with excellent service. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The pizzas were delicious, as always.

First-class food. On the day we visited, we waited about 45 minutes between the starter and main course. Otherwise, nothing to complain about.

Unfortunately, our visit to Pizzeria La Casa was anything but pleasant – even though the food was generally good. Upon arrival, a situation arose that would have been reason enough to leave immediately: We politely asked if we could move our reserved table (originally inside) outside due to the nice weather. Instead of a friendly greeting or at least a clear answer, a few tables were silently pushed together – with the comment: "That's enough, right?" The tables were crooked and wobbly – we had to level them ourselves to prevent the beer from spilling or the pizza from sliding off the plate. Immediately afterwards, we were greeted by an extremely unfriendly waiter – although "greeting" is an exaggeration: Without a word of welcome, he simply offered a curt "Drinks!" The appetizer – mushrooms in pepper cream sauce – was delicious, as was the pizza. But the main course was served with the wrong order because the same unfriendly employee had apparently misread it. An apology? None – instead, we were blamed. Only after further warnings did the waiter disappear without a word with the incorrect dishes. After about 15 minutes, the manager personally brought the correct pizzas – at least with a "Bon Appetito" but also without any apology for the previous inconvenience. Later, we wanted to order drinks again – again from the unfriendly waiter. They didn't arrive even after more than 30 minutes. Only after speaking to the friendly employee Uwe did we receive the drinks within a few minutes. It seemed as if the order had been deliberately withheld – pure harassment? Then, when paying, the next surprise: The canceled items were missing from the customer receipt. Apparently, this couldn't be displayed differently "for software reasons" – only a later printed receipt contained the correct information. Why not that from the start? We were also charged €3 each for two portions of rolls – even though we hadn't ordered them and wouldn't have ordered them. Firstly, the rolls are part of the salad order and therefore cannot be billed separately anyway. Secondly, even the first round (which is on the house at many Italian restaurants) wasn't even requested. Conclusion: Good food alone isn't enough if the service ruins the entire evening. The behavior of one particular employee in particular was consistently unprofessional, rude, and unacceptable. We definitely won't be back – and regret that we can't give 0 stars. 1 star – because less is unfortunately not possible.

Our first visit to Ristorante La Casa was a complete success. The food was great. The service was excellent. The ambiance was very pleasant. The staff were all very friendly, accommodating, and welcoming. We'll be back.

Unfortunately, the service didn't keep up with the holiday crowd. The food was good. The location is also okay. Better communication with guests would definitely help when it's so busy before guests realize the problem. 🤷‍♂️

I was particularly impressed by the consistently high quality of all the dishes - everything was fresh, perfectly seasoned and very tasty. The service was attentive, friendly and accommodating. You really felt welcome as a guest. The ambience was also very pleasant – stylishly furnished and cozy at the same time. The prices are absolutely justified for the quality. I will definitely come back and can only warmly recommend the restaurant!

Terrible restaurant. The restaurant wasn't even 1/3 full and 13 of us waited well over an hour for a few pizzas. When the food came after 1.5 hours, dishes that weren't ordered also arrived! Even the order was taken incorrectly. INCREDIBLE... A fillet steak we ordered was medium rare and tough as a shoe sole. I've never experienced that in a restaurant. And the supply of drinks was more than poor at times, but the service was still the best… Maybe the operators should choose a more suitable business... A stand-up pizzeria, for example, because while we were waiting, boxes of pizzas went out. So that seems to be working. Or better yet, something that has nothing to do with SERVICE, because YOU CANNOT do that HERE... Stay away from this restaurant, there are enough alternatives in St. Tönis where you don't starve at the table while waiting 1.5 hours for your food. We haven't experienced such a bad overall picture in a restaurant in years... For us and our guests it was the last time in this restaurant. And that at a party for a 75th birthday.

Go there regularly. The owners are warm and you just like them...at least we do. There are also long-standing employees in service, e.g. Uwe. Always friendly and always joking. The food is of course also good and they don't shy away from accommodating special requests. In summer we also like to use the large outdoor terrace.

We were there with several people and felt very comfortable in the cozy atmosphere. The service was very good, we were well served and didn't die of thirst. With the few offerings in St Tönis you are at the top, the food was really top, we had various dishes that were all very well prepared and tasted great, no Gertigpamape, stay like that and we will happily come back again.

We ate at La casa at the weekend. First the positive: the food was good. However, the service and ambience leave a lot to be desired. First we had to wait 20 minutes for food to be ordered and drinks to be brought. A waiter told us that there were no children's or senior portions for meat dishes, so we had to order an adult portion for our toddler (schnitzel, fries €21.50). The waiting time until our food was brought was then another hour. By 7 p.m., the small guest room was already stuffy and oppressive (from the pizza ovens in the anteroom?) (a good way to test this is to go to the toilet and come back), the windows on our side couldn't be opened, and there is apparently no air conditioning in La casa. We finally found it completely inappropriate that when we wanted to take the remains of our child's adult portion with us, we were charged €1 extra for the packaging (aluminum bowl, cardboard lid). And that in a pizzeria that also has a delivery service? Seriously? Not good style!

I was there for the first time with my family shortly before Christmas and was very disappointed. We were the first in the restaurant and waited two hours for our main course. It was only shortly before the waiter came to us and said that he had forgotten about us. I ordered my steak medium-well and received it raw, so English. This restaurant is an insult to all food lovers.

Eating on Christmas Day. The atmosphere was very pleasant and also Christmassy. The service was very nice and accommodating. Especially for Christmas there was a Christmas menu with a good selection of dishes. From fish to pasta to pizza, there was pretty much everything there. Unfortunately there were no simple dishes for the children (e.g. pizza salami), but we were able to order them separately. We ate there with 17 people and everyone was satisfied. Pizza with beef fillet, rocket, porcini mushrooms Recommendation: Clearly coming back!

We ordered pizza at 5:10 p.m. The statement was that it should be delivered at 6:15/6:20 p.m. After the pizza wasn't there at 6:30 p.m. we tried calling several times to ask when the pizza would come. Unfortunately it was permanently occupied, so we couldn't get any information. We went there ourselves at 7 p.m. The pizza had just been packed and was scheduled to be delivered an hour late. Very bad service! Now we wait and hope that we have at least picked up the right food ourselves. Small addendum: One pizza was wrong and when we complained about it by phone, we were told it would take 40 minutes until the correct pizza could be delivered. Conclusion: We drove ourselves the second time so that the very hungry child could get his pizza.

Unfortunately there were a lot of leftover food on the menu and cutlery. The food is ok.

Went there for lunch. Very relaxed as we were almost alone there. Pizza and pasta dishes were very good. Service was good so we'll definitely be happy to come back!

Service was bad. Waited too long for service. Food was below what I expected. A dish from a friend was absolutely wrong...friendliness has probably become a foreign word...It seemed that everyone was a bit overwhelmed...sorry that was the last time.

Italian restaurant with excellent cuisine, both for pizzas, meat and fish dishes

Small restaurant that conveys more of an upscale style. The food was really good. Unfortunately they don't have a children's menu, but the desired dish was simply offered as a small one. The drinks were beautifully served (juice spritzers), unfortunately not for children's hands. We were there spontaneously and quite late. There was a long wait until we were allowed to place the order, but then it happened almost quickly. Parking spaces are available in the area. All in all, more like a candle light dinner than a family meal.

I can only give the Pizza Frutti de Mare a 10/10 over and over again. Tastes like a little bit of vacation 🤝🏻

Catastrophic!!! Ordered and paid for via the app and the pizza comes and doesn't come. Tried to call a hundred times, nobody answers the phone or the receiver is next to it. Drove there and complained. Apparently she's on the way. Still waited forever. Called again and finally got through and said she would be on her way in 2 minutes. Never, never again!!!!!!!!!

Have ordered today. After 40 minutes we were there to pick up. Only then were we informed that part of the order was no longer in stock. Of course the rest wasn't finished either. We took a makeshift salad for the hungry child. Everything was prepared very poorly and roughly and there was very little dressing. Unfortunately not recommended

I will never order there again. I ordered 4 pizzas and they were supposed to be delivered after about 40 minutes. After an hour I called where the delivery was. The order was lost, they were very busy, they apologized and would make and deliver the pizzas immediately. After 40 minutes still no pizza delivered, called again. Answer: Pizza would be on the way. Since no pizza came after another 15 minutes, I called and said that they could put their pizzas somewhere. It's a shame you shouldn't treat your customers like that. Kind regards, Wolfgang O.

We have eaten at La Casa several times. The food was always very tasty and the service left nothing to be desired. I was particularly pleased with the actually boring passion fruit spritzer, which was served like a cocktail. The wine selection is also great. We always enjoy coming back.

It was my first time there and I wasn't that impressed. A pity. My pizza was okay, but not as topped as I would have liked. We waited over an hour for the dishes. Maybe it was because of the day that things were a bit bumpy there. But I had imagined the evening would be more pleasant there. Prices were moderate.

It's nice that there is such an Italian restaurant in Tönisvorst. We have been there several times and have eaten very well. The price level is very good. Above all, the friendly reception and service should be emphasized. The boss is very friendly with all his nice employees. Here the guest feels comfortable, as it should be. An enrichment for the city.

We celebrated a 90th birthday with a larger group at Ristorante La Casa. Everything was beautifully laid out, nice decorations, great ambience, no loud music and the very attentive, humorous service we were offered there. We ordered the main course a la carte and from what I heard from all the guests, there wasn't a single person who wasn't happy with their choice. Thank you very much for the successful hours, dear La Casa team!

04.2023 Heute hatte Vater zum Geburtstag eingeladen "leider" kamen zu den reservierten Personen noch 2 Personen dazu,(das war unsere Schuld) dennoch hätte man darauf Kundenfreundlicher reagieren können als mit diesem Spruch der da kam. Wir fühlten uns wirklich unerwünscht.! Wir rückten etwas zusammen und dann ging es. Dann hieß es warten.... Die erste Getränkebestellung wurde aufgenommen danach die Essensbestellung, dann passierte erstmal fast 2 Stunden garnichts. Das Restaurant war voll, alle Tische maximal belegt die Lautstärke auch maximal und es war verdammt eng. Andere Gäste die erst nach uns kamen hatten ihr Essen bereits fast aufgegessen als bei uns niemand mehr einen Tropfen im Glas hatte, was auch leider noch eine Zeit so blieb. Irgendwann kam dann das Essen und es schmeckte auch wie von LaCasa gewohnt sehr gut. Leider ging der Herr vom Service lieber draußen rauchen als sich weiter zu kümmern Viele Einzelheiten und gestresste böse schnippische Bemerkungen des Personals hatten heute zur Folge das niemand von unserem Tisch das Restaurant wirklich zufrieden verließ. Da half auch nicht die Entschuldigung von einem der sehr freundlichen und bemühten Chefs . Unser Fazit heute: Viel zu voll und zu eng , das Team war mit dieser Anzahl an Gästen total überfordert. 2 Tische weniger in der Mitte würden das ganze entzerren. Was ist denn in einem Notfall ? Und die Sprüche des Herrn vom Service sind kundenunfreundlich.

Das Restaurant war sehr gut besucht. Wir waren früh da, gut so, denn es waren alle Tische reserviert. Wir wurden an einen 2er-Tisch gebracht und hatten etwas über eine Stunde Zeit für Bestellung und Essen. Der Service war schnell, freundlich und das bestellte Essen sehr schmackhaft

Manch' eine Veränderung ist vielleicht sinnvoll, aber nicht immer auch gut. Der alte Standort war klein und fein. Nun ist alles größer, mehr Personal und die Abläufe verändern sich. Es läuft am Wilhelmplatz noch nicht rund. Alles wird teurer, gar keine Frage, da kommt auch das La Casa nicht vorbei, jedoch sollten die Speisen weiterhin gleichen Stand behalten, wie es immer war. Das ist aber leider nicht mehr so, es wird weniger und die Qualität schlechter. Schade. Man muss jetzt darauf achten, dass man die Kurve nach oben bekommt und zum alten Standard zurückkehrt, damit sich beide Seiten der Theke, wieder erfreuen. Auf geht's...

Die Bedingungen waren nicht organisiert.

Alles wie gehabt, mittlerweile am neuen Ort und deutlich aufgewertet, zumindest was die Terrasse betrifft. Essen wie immer lecker und bewährt, Karte ist auch gleich geblieben, Personal auch (was in der heutigen Zeit schon etwas bedeutet!), hier herrscht ein freundlich, familiäres Ambiente. Preislich im Rahmen, keine lange Wartezeiten aufs Essen, alles gut, Daumen hoch. Einziger Wermutstropfen ist nun, dass der Umzug an diese attraktive Stelle in Tönisvorst nun häufiger zu voller Auslastung führt und man schon mal keinen Platz bekommt. Aber das spricht ja eher für das La Casa und nicht dagegen😀

Schade drei Kunden bestellen zusammen und bekommen ihr Essen mit 10 Minuten unterschied und wir waren Mittags die ersten Kunden! Echt schade, die Pizza Brötchen von Haus waren sehr trocken, mein Putenbruststreifen waren Stücke und Tod gebraten, echt schade, die Pizza war auch zu trocken wohl 45 sec. Zulange im Ofen. Das heileit war der doch sehr nette Kellner. Schade da geht echt mehr ...

Sehr nettes Personal! Essen war auch lecker. Die großen Schinkenstücke auf der Pizza hätten etwas kleiner sein können! Die Wartezeiten für die Vorspeise knapp 50 Minuten und der Hauptspeisen 75 Minuten waren nicht nachvollziehbar! Es waren insgesamt 5 Tische belegt! 3 Tische die teilweise 20 Minuten nach uns da waren - bekamen ihr Essen wesentlich früher! Hier hätten wir uns ein Entgegenkommen gewünscht! Was sie auszeichnet: Es wurde sich mehrmals entschuldigt!

Seit über 5 Jahren unser absolutes Lieblings-Restaurant. Sehr freundliches und unkompliziertes Personal. Sowohl die Mitarbeiter im Lokal als auch die Liefer-Jungs sind immer freundlich, "Sonder-Wünsche" für mich als Vegetarierin werden zuverlässig umgesetzt. Bisher haben sowohl alle Nudelgerichte, als auch die Pizzen, Salate und das Risotto wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt, wurde schnell und noch heiß geliefert. Die Räumlichkeiten im Lokal sind sehr stimmig eingerichtet und sorgen für ein Wohlfühl-Ambiente. Lange Rede, kurzer Sinn: absolute Empfehlung! :-)
