We had reserved a table for New Year's Eve. After being seated we discovered that the regular menu was not valid. You could only order from a specially created sheet of paper with only a few dishes. There was no pizza at all that day. At the end of the sheet it was pointed out that you cannot pay by card, but only in cash. Why? These special features that apply on New Year's Eve were not pointed out when we made the reservation by telephone. So we all had to look in our wallets to check whether everyone had enough cash. So the evening started with a nuisance at the table, especially since the prices were also quite steep. Our dissatisfaction continued when the waiter came to the table and asked whether he could accept drink requests, even though we had just sat down and a drinks menu was not available or had not been presented. From our point of view, the waiter, in contrast to his young colleague, unfortunately did not seem particularly likeable and therefore not friendly towards the customer. When we had eaten, the waiter came to our table without wasting any words, his arm outstretched. It took us a moment to realize that he wanted to clear away, so we should pass the empty plates across the table from the back row to the front. We found the waiter's behavior to be arrogant and relatively disrespectful. After the main course, no dessert was suggested to us or a dessert menu was presented to us. We left the restaurant relatively quickly, even though we would otherwise have ordered one or two drinks. Overall, we found our visit to La Fabrica to be quite disappointing and we didn't feel we were treated well. After we wanted to pay, the waiter said that we should go to the cash register and pay there, saying "colleague is coming soon". So we waited at the checkout until the waiter who was allowed to collect came to us. Nobody asked us when we paid at the checkout (we didn't collect at the table) whether we were satisfied. Understandably, I didn't tip because the service wasn't right. If the idea was to present itself to the outside world as a special restaurant that day, this plan failed!

Pizza was tasty, but salad sauce was moldy

I was in the store and what I saw there was enough for me to stop eating there. The young employees with their cell phones shoot selfies with the other person with their finger in their nose 👃 then an order comes in and without washing their hands they start taking the toppings in their hands and topping the pizzas - apart from that they talk to each other in an antisocial and disrespectful way. The floor is dirty, not mopped, there are leftover food everywhere, everyone is just busy with their cell phones. No no, it doesn't work at all. I think I'll have to report all of this so that the store closes. If the boss doesn't know how to manage his employees, then I feel sorry for him.

We were there today with the children. The toilet is fine but that's about it. Old meat was used in Pho Bo. It tasted sour and was returned. Whereupon the cook asked the lady if she had used the old meat. Since my husband understands Vietnamese, we didn't eat any more and left. You should be ashamed to serve something like that to children.

We ordered around 2:40, the waiting time said a maximum of 30 minutes, now it's 4:00 and after more than 10 missed calls, there was still no answer from either the pizzeria or the food, absolute crap DO NOT ORDER HERE!!!!!

The kebab bread and meat were cold even though I only got it 2 minutes home and didn't eat it to be on the safe side and threw 7 euros into the bin at home.

The dough for both pizza and pizza rolls is really not tasty. It tastes something like half raw bread stick, cheese and tomato sauce are fine so far. The spinach in the pizza rolls tasted really disgusting, it was definitely no longer good. Prices are very cheap but still too high for the food. The service was still very friendly.

Top. We have eaten here several times and the ice cream has always been delicious, there is a large selection and the ice cream parlor is open late. This is a great way to enjoy the summer evenings.
