Worst pizzeria I've ever seen Hair in the food didn't taste good at all I will never order from there again

Unfortunately, absolutely disappointing - hygiene is a foreign word here. The staff works completely without gloves. Crumbs, cheese, tomato paste and fat are everywhere on boxes and work surfaces. One employee had extremely long fingernails - completely inappropriate for food preparation. People eat while they work and the staff walk around the store with food. Spices are first placed on the palm of the hand and then onto the product - it couldn't be more unhygienic. After delivery, the pizza driver comes directly behind the counter without washing his hands or following other hygiene measures. For me this was definitely the first and last visit.

I didn't have to wait long, ordering was easy and the staff was friendly. Just don't celebrate the sheet pizza from Dominos, I'm more into Italian pizza... but it was still a solid product made from inexpensive ingredients. The same taste as a frozen pizza from renowned manufacturers. Can you eat...

Unfortunately I have to change my rating after a year. The food is delicious, but after a cancellation you can spend months chasing your money and nothing happens! After I left an incredible amount of money (it's just pizza after all), they don't even come to meet me. Most of the employees are super nice and promised me that they would pass on the problem because the boss needs to arrange a refund. I've been waiting since December now!

I was in the store and what I saw there was enough for me to stop eating there. The young employees with their cell phones shoot selfies with the other person with their finger in their nose 👃 then an order comes in and without washing their hands they start taking the toppings in their hands and topping the pizzas - apart from that they talk to each other in an antisocial and disrespectful way. The floor is dirty, not mopped, there are leftover food everywhere, everyone is just busy with their cell phones. No no, it doesn't work at all. I think I'll have to report all of this so that the store closes. If the boss doesn't know how to manage his employees, then I feel sorry for him.

I ordered there, it was originally shown to take a maximum of 35 minutes, but it takes well over an hour, warm which means it's not quite lukewarm at most. I hope that the vegan pizzas were at least vegan. Price performance is far from this store. To be ashamed.

Stay away from the pizza rolls! You would think that €4.48 for 8 rolls would be cheap. If you've never had one before, it'll disappear when you get it. They're tiny. About half the size of other pizzerias. You can't mix them either, you have to use them all with the same filling. In addition, they are uneven in size and sloppily shaped. Worst of all, they taste like nothing. Unfortunately, Dominos is not dine-in, so pick-up and bottled drinks only. Unfortunately, it's too cheap a concept. Then rather Pizza Hut or a real pizzeria.

Disgusting! How can you send a pizza like that?

A friend had placed an order and it was supposed to arrive within 30 minutes. After about 60 minutes he called the location. There he was informed that this order had come back and would be sent out again straight away. Nobody rang the bell and nobody called??? Why should an order be returned? From then on, our order at Lieferando was shown as delivered, unfortunately even though it did not arrive. After another hour of waiting, he called again after he answered and was immediately hung up on and pushed away again and again. Apart from the fact that the first call was extremely unfriendly, is this how you treat your customers? The pizza I paid for never arrived, the money was never returned and the phone number was most likely blocked. If you treat people like that, you should change employees quickly or not open a franchise. Maybe it's best not to work with people at all

I have rarely experienced such bad pizza. The order arrived over half an hour late and was already lukewarm when it arrived. The covering was sparse and the promised extras were searched in vain. The dough was dry and tasteless. As if that wasn't enough, the delivery person was also extremely unfriendly. For this service and this quality, the price is an absolute disgrace. Unfortunately, I can't recommend Domino's at all.

I've been a customer for years and here's my honest review: 1. Food is prepared incorrectly 90% of the time: I ordered a Magherita and get a salami pizza that I can't even eat! 2. I ordered a salad that comes with several ingredients and you forget croutons and other ingredients that go with a Caesar salad! 3. The service is terrible in my experience! Totally sick delivery men come who are dirty and smelly. I have nothing against all kinds of people out there, but it spoils my appetite when I accept the food...they are all listless and sometimes seem confused and beside themselves... 4. If you order locally, you have to be lucky to meet competent employees. Most of them are very young (some of them underage) and have little idea. 5. If you make a mistake, there will be no compensation from the customer. I just had to deal with the pizza I ordered wrong. There was no compensation from Dominos. I will never order from Dominos again. Unfortunately you lost another customer and I saved myself a lot of stress and time. PS: I (almost) always left a proper tip. Luckily not anymore.

I've really enjoyed ordering there so far, but now my third order (pizza) in a row arrived cold. Customer Lost🤷‍♀️

Very rude and food comes way too late

Well...let's put it that way. I put all my hopes into it, after a long day at work without food I was finally able to get something warm between my teeth and since Dominos is a big chain, it will definitely be good. Yeah, it tasted like cardboard. Since my delivery couldn't be delivered and I "supposedly" couldn't be reached on the phone, I quickly called and was greeted by a very annoyed woman. If you're reading this, I've torn up the €5 discount code because I'm sure I won't be ordering from that store again :) Pizza was of course cold, even though it was supposedly freshly made...the poor driver then had to leave for the third time because he had forgotten something. I felt sorry for him.

Pizza of the usual good quality, although the tuna tasted slightly fishy. Very nice service, we'd rather not talk about the "ambience", but extremely untidy even by Domino standards!

Things are missing two orders in a row. Weak.

The new New York pizza was super tasty. Fast delivery and the food is delivered hot.

I ordered yesterday at 10am. The order came after an hour and they brought the wrong order. I called again to clarify the error. After about an hour they brought the correct order with little burnt cheese. I do not recommend dealing with this store.

We've been customers for years, but that's it for us now. When picking up, you'll now see 2 drivers smoking, their cloud of smoke and a gentleman who blocks the door and doesn't bother to move 1cm. Half the toppings were missing on a pizza AGAIN. That's why we're not going back this time. That's not the point of the matter. Consequence: We have a new pizza delivery person 😉

Food tastes delicious but if you have children you don't want to order in the evening, they have an old driver who just stands downstairs and sounds them the whole time

I paid €11.49 for this Pizza Margherita. She arrived cold and burnt. I don't think I will order here again.

One star too many for such behavior!!! You complain about your order and the lady on the phone answers really cheekily and just hangs up like her father owns the shop. INSURANCE

My experience with Domino's Pizza was absolutely disappointing and disgusting. The pizza I received was hands down the worst I have ever eaten. The dough seemed old and dry, as if all of the pizza was left over from the previous day and had simply been reheated. Additionally, the box had obviously been reused and even contained traces of sugar, indicating a lack of hygiene and quality control. Given this experience, I definitely cannot recommend Domino's Pizza. This was my first and last order from them.

Never experienced such a bad pizzeria... pizzas are small, don't taste good and at a price of €14 they're simply ridiculously expensive. I advise everyone to get pizza there.

Sorry nice service but I've never had such a (bad) pizza. Tomato sauce was a no-no, it was tomato paste. Only a hint of the cheese ended up on the pizza. Pizza rolls okay but very small. The only thing that was good and enjoyed was the muffin.

Eigentlich 0 aber das essen war Naja OK,aber service 0/5,VORALLWM DIE DICKERE DIE DA DORT ARBEITET WENN DU DEIN JOB ND MAGST KÜNDIGE und die meinte noch ernsthaft dass sie Menschen hasst dann arbeiten da nicht problem gelöst

Für eine grosse tonno und eine grosse Margarita 25euro bezahlt frechheit,lieferpreis 6euro bei Abholung währe es 19euro seit wann gibst sowass und dass für 1.2km nicht mal niewieder

Hab mir meine Lieblingspizza (Conchita)aus den Zeiten wo Dominos noch Joeys hieß bestellt mit Jalapeno-Cheese-Bites. War sehr lecker und schmeckte wie damals. Es ging auch sehr schnell mit der Zubereitung, ich bestellte von zuhause und nach 10 Minuten Fußweg kam schon die Abholbestätigung. Top 👍

Das essen kam in ca 45min an. Hat sehr lecker geschmeckt. Habe zum ersten mal bei Dominos gegessen, kann ich hier weiterempfehlen. 👍🏻

Immer frisch gemacht immer lecker was kann man mehr sagen....leider schmaler Eingang mit drei Stufen aber mann kann sich ja auch liefern lassen fals man nicht..zu Fuß sein kann.😎🎸.l

Normalerweise lecker, wenn man bekommt was man bestellt hat. Ist leider oft nicht der Fall, bezahlte Extras fehlen auch teilweise. Heute war eine von 3 Pizzen kalt, eine lauwarm. Es fehlte das Hühnchenfleich auf der Poncho.

Schon öfters online bestellt und das Essen dann abgeholt. War immer innerhalb von 10 Minuten fertig. Pizza schmeckt wirklich gut und der Laden ist sauber.

There’s always the type of people who love to complain about everything … 🤦🏼‍♂️ Domino’s pizza is delicious, of course it’s not a typical Italian pizza , it’s from America so relax also if you think it’s too expensive then why are you ordering it. Price is reasonable 👍🏻 Taste is always there 👍🏻 Staff is always super friendly 👍🏻 Delivery is amazing fast 👍🏻 Dominos is always my top choice when ordering pizza at home, totally worth the money.

Mittlerweile meine Stamm-Pizzeria. Die Röstis (mit Sour Cream) sind einfach unschlagbar. Die Pizza ist gut und der Lieferservice ist unfassbar schnell. Meistens innerhalb von Max. 30 Minuten am Abend.

Gute Pizza aber Leute unfreundlich

Auswahl gering. Es fehlen die Nudelgerichte. Pizza oft nicht bis zum Rand belegt (ewige cm ohne Sauce und Belag). Sonderwünsche werden oft nicht erfüllt, aber berechnet. Bei Paypal Zahlung ist eine Erstattung nicht möglich. Telefonbestellung oft eher unfreundlich. Ich mag Dominos echt gerne! Aber das geht definitiv besser. Die Gesamtqualität der Zutaten ist typisch Dominos natürlich gut.

ich finde die Pizza nicht lecker, zumindest bei der mit Käse schmeckt man eigentlich nur die Tomatensoße. Es gibt kein scharfes ÖL, wie bei normalen Pizzerien. Angstellte sind abwer sehr nett, deshalb einen Stern mehr.

Super Pizza und super Service zum fairen Preis.

Geschmacklich ganz gut allerdings hatte ich die Pizzen viel viel knackiger in Erinnerung ! Das war aber noch zu Zeiten von Hallo Pizza !! Hier arbeiten gefühlt seit Jahren dieselben Leute, daher richtig cool, bin nicht oft hier, aber wenn, dann bin ich glücklich, immer dieselben Gesichter anzutreffen. Die Pizza ist sehr lecker, meiner Meinung nach preislich bisschen zu hoch angesetzt, für vegane Pizza, daher gibt's 4 Sterne.

Ich kann mir die schlechten Bewertungen nicht erklären, es klappt immer alles reibungslos. Essen kommt immer in der angeben en lieferfrist, und das Essen ist immer perfekt so wie heiss. Vielleicht mal nicht über lieferando bestellen, sondern einfsch mal anrufen?

Sind aus München leider erst spät in Krefeld/Hüls angekommen. Das Restaurant in unserem Hotel hatte leider schon zu (21 Uhr) so dass wir nach einer Möglichkeit suchten noch ein spätes Abendessen zu bekommen. Die Pizzeria Da Franco ist ein kleines italienisches Restaurant mit einem überaus freundlichem Personal und super nettem Chef. Wir hatten Cannelloni und Tagiatelle mit Lachs und Scampi. Beides sehr lecker, vorab gab es kleine frische Ciabatti mit einer leckeren Paprikabutter. Zum Abschied noch ein Grappa auf‘s Haus. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!
