Pub feeling with great food. The staff is very attentive. The furnishings have a rustic charm.

We placed a large order at Bella Italia (about 15 different pizzas), and the service over the phone was already very friendly. When the delivery was delayed by 10 minutes, we were also informed by phone, something I haven't experienced at any other pizzeria. I would gladly give it an extra star for the courteous service. All the pizzas were perfect and piping hot when they arrived. We would be happy to order from here again.

Edit: I have visited the restaurant again after a few years. Things seem to have gotten better. The food was great and to my surprise the staff were all very nice. I guess the owner decided to take a step back and let the new generation handle things. Nobody gave me looks this time when I said I would like to pay with card. --------- Service is slow but staff are mostly friendly except the head waitress/owner. When you want to pay with card, the machine is either "broken" and/or the head waitress/owner is really rude to you. Prices have gone up noticeably while the food quality has decreased. The "Thai Ice Tea" now tastes like water. If it's your first time eating there, it is a good experience but as someone who's eaten there quite a lot, I'm probably not going to eat there again.

Delicious gyros with tasty fries and good portions for a reasonable price. You will always receive friendly service from the boss.

I was happy to order from you. But unfortunately you are slowing down a lot. Last week salami pizza was inedible and cold. The salami tasted old. It's just a shame lately. As if the pizza was already 2 days old and was just warmed up. I decided not to order from you anymore.

Today I wanted to order food to be delivered, I couldn't just pick it up, if you have children at home you can't even just pick up the food. The answer was then you were unlucky, ok I won't be ordering anything there anymore. There are others in Jülich that deliver

A magical place that not only offers authentic Italian food, but also a team that is very accommodating towards children. This restaurant is run with heart. You can see and taste it there. And you can also hear it thanks to the wonderful background music of Italian music. A feast for all senses. We'll be back! Grace!

Nice restaurant. Unfortunately, on our last visit we had to wait almost 2 hours for the food. We were told that since we ordered fish it would take longer... excuse! three people who came after us had their food. We, with 4 people, had to wait a very long time. Outrageous!!!

I would describe it as a mix of a Pizza Napoletana and New York Style Pizza. The dough/base is slightly tough but still firm to the bite. The edge is fluffy and airy. The pizza has hardly any cheese fat and the ingredients taste good. Up to now I have always ordered it and it has always arrived hot.

Good staff, good cuisine and no staff who talk badly about guests whose faces don't suit them

The food was good, the staff attentive. We were there in winter and it was quite cool/quick in the restaurant, which is certainly much more pleasant when the outside temperatures are high. I recommend making reservations in advance.

We had a wonderful evening in this restaurant. The food was excellent, the service extremely attentive. The outdoor play area was particularly nice and the children had a lot of fun. An all-round successful visit – we would love to come back!
