Simply top-notch! The food is fantastic every time – authentic Italian, full of flavor, and always beautifully presented. For me, a clear 10 out of 10! The best Italian cuisine in the area. Highly recommended!

I've been a customer since day one, but this is definitely my last! The only highlight: the tomato soup, which at €8 is way above average. The Estate salad (I don't know what's supposed to be summery about it) for €13.50 consisted mainly of iceberg lettuce and radicchio, with 3-5 arugula leaves, a bit of grated carrot, shredded onions, 1(!) quartered small tomato, 4(!) slices of cucumber, and a mini portion of feta. The whole thing was completely drowned in ready-made sauce. Corn was forgotten, and rolls would have been served with it if I had asked (I was told afterward...) 🙄. I've rarely, if ever, been treated so condescendingly in a restaurant despite my polite requests. And instead of accepting the complaint(s), the overpaid €3.50 was withheld from my payment without being asked (apparently as a tip)! Absolutely unacceptable!!! PS: Better go to the bathroom at home first! PPS: Prices online are lower (sometimes €2), so they apparently forgot to adjust them. So be careful when ordering, and always ask!

Great food, friendly service, great location.

Very friendly, attentive service, good wine, and delicious food. Unfortunately, I was just passing through, but if I ever find myself in Jülich again, this restaurant would be my first choice. It was very busy, which speaks volumes for an Italian restaurant on a Monday evening.

Was in the restaurant with several colleagues. The food was generally really good and the service was also very nice. However, the cleanliness of the dishes (especially glasses, but also the small plates that were already on the table) wasn't that great.

I stayed with them on the first evening of a business trip and I returned the following 3 days because the quality and hospitality were truly excellent! Truly quality Italian cuisine, highly recommended.

Great Italian restaurant with delicious, decent pizzas. Even though the restaurant was full, we still managed to get a seat. Food and drinks came quickly and were very good. The dessert was also good to eat. Price-wise, completely okay. I would definitely come again.

Apart from Mike, the most personable and competent waiter, the food is always delicious. Special requests are also taken into account. 100% recommendation.

A magical place that not only serves authentic Italian food, but also has a team that's very accommodating to children. This restaurant is run with passion. You can see and taste it. And hear it too, thanks to the wonderful Italian music. A feast for all the senses. We'll be back! Grazie!

The rating has to be now because I feel ripped off from start to finish. I ordered a large tray of pizza margherita the day before, 24 hours in advance, for 6 p.m. Shortly before 6 p.m. I picked up the pizza. I set off from Aldenhoven and took the 8 km to buy it. When I got home it was 16 km back and forth. When I got home, the pizza margherita I ordered was so black and completely burnt that I had already gotten eye cancer, supposedly twice the cheese. For €22.50 it's a disgrace. It was such a shame that a customer would give something like that, I drove 32 km there and back and then when we arrived the waiter wanted to hit us and threatened to beat us. This is supposed to be hospitable?? Please avoid this store, shame on you

Absolutely not recommended. Pizzas arrived absolutely cold and had to be put in the microwave immediately. The supplier then charged a delivery fee of more than five euros, although this is not stated anywhere on the ordering card. After speaking, the supplier wanted to discuss this with his boss. When complaints were made to the restaurant, they fell on deaf ears. The restaurant doesn't accommodate you and in the background an employee said that the pizzas were cold because the weather was also only a few degrees. Since when are pizzas not delivered in a box that maintains the temperature of the pizzas? I definitely expected more from a restaurant that has been in Jülich for so long. No recommendation.

Under no circumstances should you use the toilets.

Very good Italian restaurant with very good service and delicious food.

After a long time we went to eat at Pinocchio again with the family. Nothing has changed, the staff has remained the same, very good. The seating is a bit cramped and it is relatively loud in the restaurant, but that's not a big problem. The problem was more the quality of the food, the spaghetti with salmon was very fatty, as were the vegetables in the grilled chicken breast. Unfortunately, the pizza was rather bland - a shame, it used to be much better.

This is definitely not a salad for 10.50. Too bad...

Unfortunately the quality of the food has declined significantly and the service was very poor. Drinks were forgotten several times, bread was given but not everyone had a plate. With the lasagna there was nothing between the pasta plates, with the three different noodles there was hardly any seasoning and no sauce here either, and the pizza had no spices or herbs on it either.

Waiter was inattentive and unkempt. The pizza had few toppings and didn't taste good at all. Lasagna was first burnt, then cold and when it was at eating temperature it only tasted like fat. Most of the pizza rolls were not yet cooked through on the inside. Once and never again.

Here the boss bakes the pizza himself. Excellent food with a good price-performance ratio. Lying in a city arcade. Friendly Italian staff, good service, nice atmosphere. Recommended.

Actually, I've been there a few times and everything was fine, but yesterday I was very annoyed. When asked if one could make a children's pizza, this was declined. Why? That wouldn't be worth it!!! As if it were a problem to cut out the 30 cm pizza dough with a 26 cake ring! Since this was a "disadvantaged person", the quarter of the pizza had to be thrown away afterwards. This person's self-esteem is at the bottom, food waste is at the top. Little tip: small pizza with soft drinks for the same price as normal pizza. Still deserve it. Then I'll come back too

We ordered, unfortunately the time limit was exceeded by half an hour and then a dish was forgotten. The lasagna was just a lump of noodles and the tagliatelle were overcooked. Salta without dressing and poorly cut.

I grew up with this restaurant. For me, coming here was and is always a highlight and brings with it many wonderful memories. The food is delicious and the staff are friendly and authentically Italian. I love it😊

Ordered spaghetti cabonara. We received spagetti with pure cream sauce without bacon (ham) and absolutely no spices. Absolutely not edible. Thrown it away. Never again!!!!

Food (pizza) is ok but nothing more. Atmosphere outdated, service (waiter) seemed a bit listless, you had to look for him if you wanted to order something else. Oh well

Ordered 2 pizzas and a salad. The mixed salad consisted of 2 slices of carrots and cucumbers. Half a tomato, the rest was roughly chopped, the dressing tasted like nothing. Never again for us.

Gemischter Salat sehr bescheiden, fast nur Eisbergsalat, aber 9€ !?? Nudeln waren leider VIEL zu weich.

Wir essen dort schon seit Jahrzehnten und das Pinocchio ist für mich der beste Italiener . Ich würde eigentlich alle Sterne geben . Jetzt hat man aber den Pizzateig umgestellt. Habe den Kellner angesprochen und der hat es sofort bestätigt. Früher Handarbeit , heute kreisrunde Fladen . Wirkt jetzt industriell . Noch einen Versuch werde ich unternehmen. Einen solchen industriellen Boden bekomme ich auch woanders. Schade ☹️

Waren jetzt 2x dort essen. Sehr freundlicher service, sehr leckeres essen zu fairen preisen. Habe lange nicht mehr so eine gute pizza Margherita gegessen.

Essen war sehr lecker, bolognese soße mit sehr viel Fleisch, ich war positiv überrascht!!

Ein alt eingesessenes Resto mit dem Charme vergangener Zeiten. Der Service ist immer freundlich und aufmerksam, das Angebot klassisch ohne große Überraschungen, die Qualität beständig und die Preise sehr fair.

Das Essen hat uns leider überhaupt nicht zugesagt. Die Nudeln waren FÜR UNS ohne Geschmack und Würze, von Italien ist man anders gewöhnt. Wie gesagt, für uns. Der Salat war für 9 Euro wirklich wenig. Zu den Kindern war der Service aufmerksam. Trotzdem war kaum ein Lächeln oder eine freundliche Atmosphäre zu sehen. Wir werden da nicht mehr hingehen. Für den Geschmack des Essen, waren die Preise leider viel zu hoch.

Food is Ok. I ordered the Chicken marsala and didnt enjoy it at all. Chicken looked boiled and the sauce was limp and super sweet. The rest of our party ordered pasta,gnocci and 1 pizza. No complaints, but no wow factor either. Pizza looked crisp and had lots of toppings, but was unfortunately soft and soggy in the middle,taste wasn't bad. Overall, better suited to take out rather than dine in (very noisy inside) but affordable pasta and pizza.

Wir waren heute Mittag mit 3 Leuten hier essen. Der Service und das Essen waren sehr gut und das Ambiente hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Nette Pizzeria im Zentrum von Jülich. Die Pizza war gut und die anderen waren mit dem Essen auch zufrieden. Obwohl viel Betrieb war, war die Bedienung immer freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Wir waren spontan mit 8 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern vor Ort. Wir haben sofort sehr freundlich einen Tisch bekommen ohne Reservierung. Die Getränke und Essensbestellung ist schnell und freundlich erfolgt. Kleine Extrawünsche, gerade für die Kinder, waren kein Problem. Kurz darauf bekamen wir für die kleinen auch schon Bruschetta und Pizzabrötchen mit Kräuterbutter. Ansonsten ließ das Essen leider etwas länger auf sich warten. Dies lag wohl aber auch daran das wir Abends zur Stoßzeit vor Ort waren. Das Warten hat sich gelohnt, das Essen war frisch zubereitet und hat sehr gut geschmeckt. Der Koch versteht sein Handwerk. Ich empfehle das Hähnchenbrustfilet in Marsalasauce. Die Pizzen haben aber auch sehr lecker ausgesehen. Der Service war absolut freundlich und zuvorkommend, war auch immer wieder bei uns und fragte ob alles passt. Leider saßen wir sehr zentral. Die Geräuschkulisse war dermaßen laut das man seinen Gegenüber nur schwer verstehen konnte. Über den Gegenüber hinweg ließ sich dann gar nichts mehr wirklich verstehen. Ein Kinderhochstuhl ist vorhanden, einen Wickeltisch für die ganz Kleinen haben wir allerdings nicht entdeckt. Kartenzahlung ist möglich. Zum Abschluss gab es dann noch einen Espresso und ein Schnaps "auf's Haus". Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Abend.

In diesem Restaurant fühlt man sich einfach wohl. Die Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam und freundlich. Wir haben Salat gegessen, der sehr sehr köstlich war. Zum krönenden Abschluss gab es den weltbesten Cappuccino!

War ein schön eingerichtetes Lokal, die Pizza war sehr lecker, die Kellner waren freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder.

Leider kann ich die positiven Bewertungen überhaupt nicht nachvollziehen. Das Restaurant war früher immer sehr gut und wir haben häufiger dort gegessen. Heute allerdings bin ich weder mit der Qualität noch dem Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis zufrieden. Wir konnten durch das Fenster in die Küche sehen und die Vorgänge genau beobachten. Gnocchi und Tortellini sind Fertigwaren und liegen gestapelt auf der Fensterbank. Cannelloni kommen als Fertigware aus der Kühlung. Unsere Gerichte, sowohl Pasta als auch Pizza, waren verglichen mit früher nicht besonders gut. Zudem sind 9,- für einen Salat „Mista“ ohne Zwiebeln und recht kleiner Portion, oder 7€ für eine Tomatensuppe echt viel Geld. Auch 2,30€ für Pepperoni extra auf der Pizza ist echt viel. Bis zur Vorspeise musste man 45 Minuten warten und die Gerichte kamen teilweise zeitversetzt. Dennoch waren fast alle Tische besetzt. seltsam. Wir kommen nicht mehr.

Jülich und Umgebung kennt keine bessere Pizzeria! Super!

Ich war letztes Jahr dort essen,und muss sagen es wird immer weniger auf den Teller serviert. Nichtsdestotrotz,werde ich weiterhin Pinocchio besuchen,,weil es schmeckt,Service super und ebenso das Ambiente.

Ein großes Lob an das gesamte Team des Restaurants. Das Ambiente und der Service sind seit Jahren konstant Klasse. Die Pizza, aber auch die anderen Gerichte sind einfach super. Wir kennen die Pizzeria schon seit über 35 Jahren. Ich freue mich jedesmal wenn ich in die Heimat komme und dort essen gehe..... weiter so...
