Always happy, delicious food, very nice owners

The salad tasted the same as if the vegetable mix and dressing had been bought in a normal supermarket for €2. There was a lot of smoke inside and the unpleasant smell was strong. Pizza a bit too dry and other dishes too salty. The staff was nice, but the interior could use a refresh. An unhappy place for me. A few years ago, the pizza I bought there had the consistency of soup.

So far I can only rate the delivery. Extremely tasty, easily the best pizza in Jülich and the surrounding area. Tastes traditional, reminds me a lot of my regular pizzeria from home. If possible, now only order here. Prices are great, an extra two euros here and there would also be fine, as the taste and quality are just right. Kind regards to boss and team, really good food! Edit 06/23/24: Unfortunately, the quality feels like it's decreasing here too, which is why I'm editing my review. Recently, two things happened at two different times that struck me negatively. On the one hand, I ordered cannelloni with one of my last orders, and they were terrible (including extremely hard and unidentifiable pieces in the minced meat). On the other hand, with today's order, first the wrong pizza came and then after a call the right pizza arrived but the delivery person smelled the pizza box in the stairwell (???) and looked very shocked when I caught him and since I ate the pizza (it smelled and tasted normal) I have had a burning feeling in my mouth, throat and stomach, as if I had drunk schnapps... I have no idea what they put on my pizza because I was so cheeky and... I didn't eat the wrong pizza well, but that's noticeable. I think I won't be ordering here again for the time being. A pity.

We order regularly now. Great fresh salad, delicious pizzas. And they are always friendly. I can't understand why some people are upset that they had to wait a while. You can pick it up then you don't have to complain.

We had ordered from Caruso again for a long time. Delivery time according to Lieferando 25-55 minutes. Since we still had no delivery after 1.5 hours and no information from Caruso, we called them. An apology was made that something had gone wrong. But we would now receive new and fresh dishes delivered. But again with a delivery time of 23 minutes. The food finally came almost 2 hours after we ordered. The pizza was cold and very dry. As if it had already been sitting on the stove for half an hour. The pasta was ok, but the pizza rolls with herb butter were missing. It had nothing to do with freshly made pizza. Even though this was promised to us. We won't be ordering any more anytime soon. Only to be picked up then.

Disappointing experience - cleanliness and order accuracy leave a lot to be desired I recently had the opportunity to visit Pizzeria Caruso and I have to honestly say I was disappointed with my experience. First of all I would like to address the order. I had ordered panna pasta with tortellini, but instead I was served panna with penne pasta. This was really disappointing as I was looking forward to the tortellini. The ordering accuracy here left a lot to be desired. I would also like to talk about the location itself. The restaurant seemed very run down and the cleanliness also left a lot to be desired. The toilets in particular were dirty and run down. This further marred my experience and didn't exactly encourage me to return. The food itself was okay, but due to the points mentioned I couldn't really enjoy the experience. It's a shame that such defects affect the quality of the pizzeria. Overall, I was disappointed with my visit to Pizzeria Caruso. Order accuracy and cleanliness leave a lot to be desired.

In view of my long experience as a customer, I explain why the pizzeria has such a high contrast to 5 star and 1 star ratings as follows: Whether you get a good pizza depends on the time of day and perhaps also on the person who prepares it in the store. Sometimes really good and aromatic, but sometimes very bad. You have to be lucky to get the right time. A little tip that you should definitely keep in mind when shopping at the store: Never order shortly before closing time! I guarantee you that the pizza was in the oven too long. In any case, delivery was very reliable and quick. Weird opening hours. Comparatively cheap prices, and the delivery costs are also fair. However, I have to say that some of the delivery men were strange characters. It was obvious that the job was going against their grain. But that's just by the way, the pizzeria can't help it - the point doesn't count towards the overall ranking.

A pizza worth not even a penny was not worth it with 2 tons of salt and full of oil and not even spicy

Mi sono trovata di passaggio per vacanza ed ho.mangiato un'ottima lasagna per me e la mia bimba di 3 anni (io sono siciliana) se andate da quelle parti consiglio di mangiare qua alla pizzeria Caruso fanno pizza 🍕, insalata 🥗, pasta 🍝 il profumo dell'Italia quella vera👍

Die leckerste Pizza bei uns in der Region Wenn man vor Ort isst besser als wenn man es liefern lässt. Und Lieferzeit ist sehr hoch. Aber geschmacklich lohnt es sich zu warten

Pizza sehr lecker, jedoch mit relativ viel Fett. Ich hab damit kein Problem hedoch gibt es vielleicht einige die damit eins haben. Preis-Leistunsverhältnis stimmt bei den normalen Pizzen, die kleine Pizza ist jedoch, genauso wie die Pizzabrötchen, eher sehr klein. Man muss bei der Auswahl also etwas aufpassen, aber wenn man das richtige wählt ist es sehr gut

Freundlicher Empfang und Bestellvorgang, Lokalität von außen und innen, sowie auch das Personal, in einem sauberen und gepflegten Zustand. Pizza Diavolo bestellt: Mega lecker und reichhaltig. Die anderen waren mit ihrer Speise (u.a. Pizza Spinat) auch sehr zufrieden.

Grundsolide Gerichte. Preislich/Leistung ist ok bis gut. Die Mini-Pizzen sind perfekt um sie nebenbei als kleine Beilage zu bestellen, zb damit man als Single den Mindestbetrag erreicht. In den Rezensionen wird zwar viel gemeckert, aber wer im Gegensatz schonmal Erfahrungen mit Neon und Co. gemacht hat, wird von den Speisen von Caruso qualitativ und geschmackstechnisch begeistert sein!

Die Pizzen schmecken nicht. Die Pizzen sind teuer. Die Pizzen sind vergleichsweise zu klein. Die Mitarbeiter sind zwar nett aber der service ist mangelhaft. Da sind die anderen Pizzerien in Umgebung deutlich besser.

Freundliches Personal, leckeres Essen und faire Preise. Es gibt auch Außensitz Möglichkeiten, da das Restaurant direkt am Marktplatz liegt sind diese nur zu empfehlen

Ich werde auf jeden Fall empfehlen. Ist eine Original italienische Restaurant. Pasta sind sehr sehr lecker und genügt für eine Abendessen oder eine Mittags Essen. Ich werde auf jeden Fall nächste Mal besuchen uns immer empfehlen zu meiner Freunde empfehlen. Preis sind nicht so hoch. Kann er haichen durch Lieferando oder Telefon.
