A highly recommended restaurant with friendly and fast service. A large menu with a wide variety of dishes. There's something for everyone! Generous portions; very good value for money.

It's worth noting that Rathausgrill has been sold and is now under new ownership. The two new owners are super friendly. I've only ordered the doner kebab for now, and what can I say... it tastes good! One other thing to note is that the prices have increased... and the doner kebab is relatively small compared to other kebab shops.

The new employees are catastrophic!!! Waited over 15 minutes for food. Unimaginable!!!

Unfortunately I can't understand the good reviews. All the dishes at the buffet tasted the same and unfortunately not good or very neutral in taste. Of course the price is great at 19.90 p.p., but even then it should taste good and it doesn't. Only the fries and the fried chicken were tasty (so the deep fryer works 🤣)

Ein etwas verstecktes Schmuckstück. Liebevoll renovierte ehem. Wartehalle. Schöne Terrasse. Essen sehr gut, kam schnell und war frisch und toll gewürzt. Personal sehr aufmerksam und sympathisch.

The last time we ordered for delivery was a year ago. We used to be regular customers about 10 years ago. However, the order a year ago meant that he no longer went to this restaurant. The kebab plates only consisted of thick pieces of ham and were inedible. It's a shame, the boss was always friendly and accommodating. But you can't make a guest happy like that.

It's okay, there's a small selection of food, but it's relatively expensive. Great view of the Rhine.

Tried to order via Lieferando, but it doesn't work. "Unknown error" is all that is said. Then we order over the phone, the delivery person makes a mistake and comes 20 minutes late and they screw up the order and deliver the wrong pizza, blame us and insist on the 25 euros that this mess has caused. Originally the order was supposed to be a little under 50 euros, but in the end it was suddenly 75 euros. So we were allowed to stand straight as customers and now I'm sitting here with a huge pizza. Never again.

We've ordered there several times now, and I always get an upset stomach afterward. After yesterday's meal, we'll never order there again. I couldn't get out of the bathroom because of the nausea and vomiting. I felt fine all day, but immediately after eating, it was over.
