At the entrance you can see a large Halal sticker. There are still beer bottles for sale in the fridge. I simply cannot understand this double standard. However, the food was ok

Ambience and food Bürgerking typically good. The service, on the other hand, is completely forgettable. The coupons that are displayed for the branch do not exist and no one comes when you want to pay. I stood at the checkout for 30 minutes and no one even looked at me. Unfortunately there are no 0 stars because they would have been really deserved. Unfortunately I have to say that this point of view is not recommended.

Food is getting worse and worse. My rockets were simply very dark around the edges, i.e. black. But none of this has anything to do with gastronomy. You really can't eat anymore.

For two people, two normal sized delicious pizza's costed €16,9. It was nice. It was quite busy, it was the weekend. I quite liked the vibe of the pizza chef, who was a pretty chill person. Overall, good price for delicious pizza.

Ordered almost 3 hours ago and never arrived. After 1.5 hours, when I asked, they said that there was a lot going on and that was it... Let's see if I ever see my money again... Now the shop is definitely closed for the day

Ordered food via Lieferando, but nothing arrived

I ordered via Lieferando. I mistakenly thought that this place was on Rothe Erde. (Spoiler: it wasn't) Unfortunately I have to say that I quickly noticed this from the quality, the other pizzeria Mondo had really first-class ingredients and the pizza tasted unique, which unfortunately cannot be said about this pizzeria. It was okay, but it didn't taste like it should and the parmesan was missing too. Otherwise everything was ok, the delivery time was reasonable and the supplier was very friendly.

Service very good, food not so much. The bread was wet rather than crispy and the meat was raw inside. Unfortunately I don't recommend it.

I am used to Dutch and Belgian kebabs where strips of meat are "shaved" from a hunk of meat of often questionable quality on a skewer and possibly fried in a pan. Fairly pricey and always insatiable thirst afterwards. Ended up at Kaya in Aachen in Kaufland. Chicken kebab; so no more unidentifiable meat and no more insatiable thirst. Lots of vegetables, as desired. Very friendly service and always a friendly chat. The taste is really good. Various olives are very tasty, as are the various "pastes"; cheese preparations that taste delicious on a piece of bread and go very well on an evening in front of TV or with friends. Highly recommended! Prices have gone up in recent years, but are still lower than if you get a döner in Belgium or the Netherlands. I am very satisfied, and when I go shopping in Kaufland, I will always stop at Kaya, because for me this is the tastiest döner!

Just don't order here! How the 5-star reviews came about is a mystery to me. Prices are constantly rising, but quality is falling. Unfortunately I only ever ordered via Lieferando, so I didn't know what the inside of the store looked like. According to reviews here, you should send the health department there unannounced. In general, the food is made without devotion, greasy and almost certainly unhealthy

Small bottle of water no glass no ice nor lemon € 3.00, absolute rip off. Miserable service. Same price for an apple water (again no glass nor ice) and coffee (which was cold), all €3.00 each. Must be tourist prices.
