Don't order there. The food won't arrive. A cheeky thing

What can I say... I've never had an experience like this - not recommended. First of all: We ordered via Lieferando. We didn't read the reviews beforehand. Unfortunately our order wasn't there after 3 hours, which is why we wanted to ask by phone and tried to call. We tried 12 times before someone answered the phone. Unfortunately they couldn't give us any information about the driver who apparently had our order. The employee wanted to contact him and then call us back. Unfortunately that didn't happen. Our calls went unanswered another 16 times until someone answered the phone. We were then told that they didn't know where the food was at the moment and that it would arrive soon and if not, we should call again - so that it could be cancelled. We already mentioned during this phone call that we would like to cancel the order. After 15 minutes the food was suddenly there, cold.

Very small parking spaces therefore one star less, service and food was good. Watch out for promotions!

“Absolutely disappointing – never again!” I don't even know where to start. The service was subpar. The employee was extremely unfriendly, completely ruined my sub - a disaster in terms of taste - and then she took what felt like centuries of time when it came to cashing out. No smile, no greeting, no nothing. This kind of behavior is absolutely unacceptable in customer service. I have rarely experienced such unloving and disrespectful interaction. If you don't like your job, you should probably do something else - but please not at the expense of the customers. An imposition from start to finish.

Order taken at 10:40pm and never delivered. Calls ignored

It was really bad yesterday, I waited 2 hours for delivery and then it was a cold catastrophe

We ordered there via Lieferando. A delivery time of 70 minutes was stated. After 1 hour 45 minutes there was still no driver in sight. After calling we were told the driver had already picked up the food and would be there in 30 minutes (maybe a little later). As a reason, we were told that the delivery address was far away....with Google Maps this route is 15 minutes long....the order was probably not even processed....having to wait over 2 hours and 15 minutes for an order is evidence of substandard service. We are curious whether it will stay at over 2 hours or whether it will be even later... but then we will no longer accept the order and the driver will be allowed to take it the whole loooong way again... UPDATE: After 2 hours and 30 minutes the driver arrived...it was almost 1:00 at night...the food was cold and soggy...the driver was still friendly and he explained to us that the branch had ordered him back halfway because there were two more orders in our direction. He could no longer deliver one of them because the people were no longer there (probably moved, emigrated or died in the meantime...). Our conclusion: We will never order there again, it's a waste of time, not to mention money. Absolutely not worth the price. Instead of Subway, I would think about completely reorganizing the branch, which might plan better...

Everything was great! I love Subway and am a regular customer

I love Subway. Unfortunately the subway near the bus station was closed, so I ordered something from here. Delicious food, as always. Delivery took a while (I ordered via Lieferando) but there was a pretty precise time on the app, so you can't complain. The delivery person was also very friendly and accommodating. All in all: definitely recommended for a quick meal to go 🤗

Ordered food...never arrived... Tried to call throughout the day...no one answered...

This place is a joke we paid and ordered from here at 5pm it’s currently 8:20 pm , we called there and the guy said 20-30 minutes another hour went by so we called again and they stopped picking up our calls , on the app they set it as delivered took the money and no food. Scam.

Updated rating: I have always enjoyed eating here. We pre-ordered for the first time today and took 4 subs home with us. 3 out of 4 subs were wrong. Once there were jalapenos on a sub that were not ordered (in case of intolerance). Sometimes it had chicken instead of beef. The fried onions were missing. When we complained about it, we weren't believed and there was a lot of discussion. We should then watch so that they don't make any mistakes - we didn't agree to that. When we then asked about compensation for the circumstances, the employee "Achmed" reprimanded us in the most unfriendly manner with a raised index finger. They had already made us new subs and what we wanted now. That's not how you treat customers.

Ordered food two hours ago but nothing arrived - definitely don't order here!!! Update: it took two hours to arrive and it's only about 10% warm, but at least it's here now..

I ordered at the counter, paid and then waited for my order. The guy behind the counter first made a private phone call, ignored my order and then took care of others who came in after me. Service for the ton but what should you expect

Fast delivery, everything great

Ordered from them at 10:50 p.m. and it was expected to arrive between 11:30 and 11:50 p.m. I had lost hope and thought nothing would happen until the doorbell rang at 1:20. I had previously called the store and expressly told them not to ring the bell but to call me when they got to the door. When I asked the supplier why he delivered the food so late, all he got was a dull "we have a lot of orders and few suppliers" and when I then asked why he rang the bell, he said he didn't have any information about it. (It said on the receipt that was attached to the bag that he should call when he gets there 🤗) You can say the same bad things about the food as before, it was soaked in cold water and just looked unappetizing.

Delivery was supposed to take 30-45 minutes, it ended up being over two hours. On the phone it was claimed that the supplier was already on his way. After that, however, it took over an hour. Instead of simply telling the truth on the phone, people simply lie. What arrived was probably already at Subway for an hour...

None of the sauces were there, and then the wrong ones on the subs. Waffle fries totally soggy

Basically a normal subway. But if you can't even speak German to any employee, I have no understanding whatsoever. The promotional bonuses could not be used either, even though this had been clearly agreed with JA beforehand! Unfortunately, we paid far too much and it wasn't even explained. I won't be coming here anymore!

One of the fastest and best Subways I know ordered a double pack from the delivery person and the order was delivered within 15 minutes and was still warm. Very fast delivery and very tasty

An absolute disaster! Instead of accusing the customer of making mistakes, it's better to make sure you don't make any yourself! We ordered via Lieferando at 12:13 p.m., with an announced delivery by 1:05 p.m. After waiting over 30 minutes, we called at 1:35 p.m. to ask where our food was. The first reaction: We were assumed to have given the wrong number - which is definitely not true! When the employee finally realized that the mistake was his, they suddenly said that the food would be “sent out immediately.” But by then my break had long since been ruined! I politely declined the food. Thank you for the messy lunch break – never again!

Used uber eats to order from here and took more than 2 hours and had cancel it .

A modern subway with great service. Everything was very clean, there were hygiene products in the women's toilet. The other subways in Aachen can learn a lesson from this.

The brand must be removed for the people who operate it.

I ordered on thuisbezorgd and waited 2 hours then called them and they said another 25 mins it’s been 25 minutes and the food is still not here and I don’t think it will even arrive it’s currently 23:40 pm and they close at midnight. I ordered at 9:18pm

I ordered 4 subs on December 4th, 2024. They arrived after almost 2 hours. One thing wasn't included and one sub was so dry and hard that I had to throw it away. I called and wanted to send me the 55€ back, unfortunately it hasn't been transferred back until today.

The best subway in Aachen! Great opening times, always friendly and courteous staff. Absolutely recommended!

Ordered 4 subs through Lieferando and all 4 subs arrived cold UNGETOADTED and raw, all inedible. Called the restaurant afterwards and as a gesture of goodwill the restaurant only wanted to replace ONE of FOUR subs for us.

I have been a Subway customer for years and can only recommend it. Always delicious and fresh. And to the idiots out there who complain: a sandwich cools down quickly. If you want to eat it warm, you have to pick it up locally or eat at the restaurant! Subway you are the best, thank you for existing. And thanks for the extra cookie ❤️

If you gonna order food here, then you’d better keep an eye on ur food or the stuff will “forget” something in ur order, this is what I got, a new box of medium waffle fries, totally don’t worth it

Actually 0 stars but unfortunately you can't specify that. Service is so outrageous, there are 4 people standing and loading and you wait over 30 minutes for 2 subs. In addition, the employee is very unfriendly and incompetent!!! It was my last visit and I will advise everyone not to visit this branch! It's a disgrace!!! The food is very tasty, but the service is unfortunately like so many subway services... The staff only speaks a little German or English and understands neither the tablets nor how the economy menus are put together. One employee was okay this time, but unfortunately everyone else was unhelpful. But well, at least it tastes good.

The subs taste the same at every Subway. (That's how it should be)

Ordered with Lieferando, a 30 sub, delivery route because I'm not allowed to leave the premises during working hours: approx. 400m. Delivery time one and a half hours according to Lieferando. We are currently at 2 hours and all I get from Subway on the phone is a ridiculous: “Sorry, the driver is on the way. The driver is on site and delivers in a maximum of 10 minutes!” That was 20 minutes ago! When asked what's taking so long, there's NOTHING going on in the store, I can practically look in there from work, even a tired one: "I'm sorry!" I'm curious to see whether it'll come today or not!

Ordered via Uber Eats during the week. We waited 3.5 hours for our food. After 2 hours I called the restaurant to ask if we had been forgotten, which was confirmed to me. We were promised cookies as a gesture of goodwill. When the order in question arrived it was incomplete and cold. Neither the sauces were there nor the cookies promised as a gesture of goodwill. The subs contain ingredients that shouldn't be there. Very disappointing.

I only know Subway in a hurry, it can take a while when there's a lot going on, but here people prefer to chat instead of processing orders. And if you order at the terminal it takes even longer and it's better to get the other orders ready, after all they still have to pay. When I asked why after waiting for over 40 minutes you still had to wait behind the people who had just come in, you just said yes, you're getting ready now. It took another 10 minutes until you could finally take two subs with you. Subway gladly but not here anymore

The portions are much, much smaller than they were a few months ago, a noticeable decrease.

Wanted to give Subway another chance after years. Employees unfriendly and incompetent. Currently, vouchers can only be redeemed when printed out, although it is not stated anywhere in the terms and conditions or conditions of participation. I will now boycott Subway again and eat somewhere else where customers are appreciated.

I have been waiting for more than 1h20 mins. I just called and I have to wait 20 mins more. I don’t understand what takes them so much time, since I only ordered a sandwich and the shop is only 6 mins away by car. If you are hungry, do not order there. :)

After waiting 1.5 hours for the food, you call and they say you tried to call, which isn't true. Then they say you have to clarify everything with the customer first because you want to pay in cash (this is new to me and has never happened before). Unfriendly staff when you ask where your order is and then they say the order is still being processed and you have to wait another 30 minutes and then you just hang up on the phone. It will definitely never happen again

It took far too long before I got my food. I spent my entire break waiting for food!

My wife was just there and wanted to order something to take away, there are currently coupons available, but the employee refused them because he wanted them printed out... who has those these days??? When my wife asked the employee to present the terms and conditions, which state that the vouchers must be presented in paper form... he simply said: these are the rules... never again... 1 star is still too much here...

As usual, food was exactly what you would expect. The staff didn't speak German, so it was very difficult to order. Fanta to go has expired for 5 months.

Card payment is not accepted. But you're only told that after it's been prepared. Then you should run to the nearest bank to get cash.

After being asked twice to clean the women's restroom and also put out new toilet paper, an employee went in with three rolls of toilet paper and came right back out. What the toilets looked like after the employee's visit. Please refer to the pictures. And that at 12 o'clock when the shop doesn't open until 10 o'clock...

Extremely friendly saleswoman. The freshly made subs and cookies were delicious.

I ordered two chicken teriyaki. The lady, who is short with dark black hair and a bit chubby added vegetables without asking me. When I selected two vegetables, she informed me there would be an extra charge. Later, when it came to the sauce, another lady rushed me, insisting I pay. I tried explaining that I wasn't finished yet with the sauce, meanwhile the other lady proceeded to add a sauce without asking again. When I requested a different sauce and told her i didn’t choose this one, the same lady insisted on an additional payment. Are you hiring people with expertise in fraud? I wasn't given the chance to choose what I wanted, and now others are being charged for things they didn't select. This is the worst Subway branch I've ever been to.

The fries is not fresh almost from the last night if it is not older. Very dry, taste so bad. I couldn’t eat it. I just literally throw it. I had to go to the toilet within 15 minutes after eating the chicken Tyriaki.

The employees at Subway were averagely friendly - not overly accommodating, but not unfriendly either. However, the store appeared deserted and appeared to be lacking staff. I found the prices to be too high, especially considering that the taste of the food was not convincing. If I had spent the 12 euros on two kebabs instead, the value for money and the filling would probably have been better.

Delivery service via Lieferando is an absolute disgrace. Waited 2.5 hours to then throw a cold, rotten sandwich in the trash... Phone calls are blocked and ignored.

The saddest subs I've ever seen. Since I always buy Veggie Delight Subs for myself and my wife, it is of course important to me that there is a bit of green stuff on them. You want to get your fill from somewhere. The last few times I've always been annoyed at how sparsely the subs were filled. The climax was reached yesterday. I really feel ripped off when you can't even put a little salad on my bread for almost 10 euros. Won't come anymore. Been disappointed too many times. The service is also pretty unfriendly but I could ignore that...

Awesome staff, great service. Ingredients in subway sandwiches are usually the same country chain, and how they make is what makes the difference. Well this crew knows how sandwiches should be layered and served. If you crave Sub I would recommend this location in AC.

Gutscheine in der Stadt verteilen und diese dann nicht annehmen. Nonsens. Anscheinend zählen nur Gutscheine in der App. Trotzdem war die Bedienung freundlich.

Da ich jetzt zum zweiten Mal Probleme habe Aktionsangebote, die online und im Laden beworben werden auch zu bekommen war heute erstmal mein letzter Besuch. Die Mitarbeiter wechseln ständig sind daher nie eingearbeitet und am Ende kommen aussagen wie „ja in der Kasse geht das jetzt nicht“ und dann müsste ich als Kunde halt den doppelten Preis bezahlen. Gerne auch mal Hinweise wie „das Restaurant nimmt an der Aktion nicht teil“. Das ist Irreführung.

Wir haben hier über Lieferando bestell. Zusammenfassung: einmal und nie wieder. Wir haben mehr als 3Std auf die Lieferung gewartet. Mehrere Versuche beim Restaurant anzurufen wurden einfach weggedrückt. Als wir dann doch durch kamen wurden wir mit dem Satz „Essen kommt schon irgendwann“ abgespeist. Als das Essen da ankam war das Essen kalt und der Salat sah furchtbar aus. Der Kundenservice von Lieferando war auch nicht sehr hilfreich.

Katastrophaler Service um 15.00 Uhr bestellt und um 19.00 Uhr immer noch nichts vom Essen gesehen. Nach mehrmaligem Hin und Her telefoniere selbst teilweise mit dem "Manager" kam nichts drum herum. SCHADE. Hier auf gar keinen Fall bestellen.

Absolute Frechheit dieser laden. Erstmal warte ich zwei Stunden auf mein Essen. Nach dem ersten mal anrufen wurde gesagt das Restaurant hätte drei mal versucht mich anzurufen was nicht stimmt. Es wurde gesagt das die Bestellung nun fertig gemacht wird und geliefert wird. Nach einer weiteren halben Stunde habe ich nochmal angerufen und dann wurde mir gesagt der Laden hätte zu es wird nix mehr geliefert. Werde nie mehr hier bestellen.

Sehr dreckiger Laden, Mitarbeiter langsam und relativ unhöflich. In der Zeit, in welcher er ein paar Scheiben Gurken drauf gelegt hat, belegt manch anderer drei Baguettes… Baguette war nicht geteilt, falsch herum belegt. Wollte mit Frischkäse und nicht getoastet - das ginge angeblich nicht. Lächeln und Kunden begrüßen ist übrigens immer und überall kostenlos 🫠☺️

Ich mag die Sandwiches. Der Subway war zudem erstaunlich sauber. Ich habe bisher bei Subway immer Probleme mit dem der Sauberkeit.

Ansicht sehr lecker und frisch allerdings habe ich fast 4 Stunden auf mein Essen gewartet ich habe um 17,50uhr bestellt und es ist um 21,40 Uhr immernoch nicht angekommen

Ich wollte ein Sub des Tages bestellen und da wurde mir ziemlich unfreundlich aus dem Hintgrund von einem anderen Mitarbeiter ohne Erklärung zugerufen, dass es das nicht mehr gäbe. Als ich darauf aufmerksam machen wollte, dass es noch beworben wird (z.B. online) wurde mir wiederum unfreundlich gesagt, dass dieses Lokal nun ein "Test"-Subway wäre, in dem es nur noch "Test"-Subs im Angebot gäbe, aber keine Sub des Tages mehr. Ich habe also ein "Test"-Sub genommen, was ich dann feststelklen musste, keine Wahlmöglichkeiten lässt, d.h. Belag, Salat, etc. ist fest vorgegeben. Zudem wurde mir das Sub so dünn belegt, da hätte ich auch nur das Brot essen können. Ich kann also mittlerweile nur noch von der Filiale abraten. Bei andere Subways außerhalb von Aachen zu denen ich regelmäßig gehe bekomme ich ein ordentlich belegtes Sub bei freundlicher Bedienung.

Ihr seid wirklich unverschämt. 20 Uhr haben wir bestellt, es ist 22:54 bis jetzt nicht da.

Leider muss ich einen Stern geben, wirklich der schlechteste Subway aus Aachen !!!!!! Ich bin von Subway was ganz anderes gewohnt. Dann geh ich lieber ein wenig in die Stadt rein und hol mir dort etwas. Nie wieder. !!!!!!!

Die Tische sind nicht alle sauber

Selten ein so dreckiges Restaurant gesehen. Die Toiletten sind total verstaubt. Da hat schon lange niemand mehr geputzt. Wenn die Küche auch so aus sieht… Da vergeht einem der Appetit. Auch der Restaurantbereich ist sehr verschmutzt und braucht regelmäßige Reinigung. Die Tische sind auch länger nicht abgewischt worden. Man wird im Restaurant erstmal stehen gelassen, da der Lieferservice bedient werden will. Ist ok, hat aber einen faden Beigeschmack. Erst nach ein paar Minuten spricht der Mitarbeiter mich an. Focus auf Lieferung. Da braucht man den Laden auch nicht sauber halten. Schade. Früher war Subway mal richtig gut. Chicken Pizziola Sub.

Jetzt mal im Ernst, der Standort sollte umgehend von Subway geschlossen werden. Mehr muss man glaube ich nichts dazu sagen

Wenn man vorort bestellt ist es was man von einem Subway erwartet :) Einmal hatten wir aber auch zur Abholung vorher bestellt. Leider wurde der ausgewählte Zeitpunkt zur Abholung nicht eingehalten und die Angestellten waren anscheinend sehr verwundert darüber dass wir darum baten die subs zu beschriften damit wir sie noch auseinanderhalten können. Die Bestellung selbst war leider auch fehlerhaft. Ein sub war irgendwie mit komplett anderen Zutaten, ein 30er Turkey Ham war bis auf zwei traurige Scheibchen geschmacklich vegetarisch weil es in Soße und sehr vielen Tomaten und Gurken ertränkt wurde (trotzdem ganz okay noch) und es hatte außerdem das falsche Brot. Bei den 4 weiteren schien es mit den Zutaten dann aber gepasst zu haben. Alle subs waren allerdings leider weich und nicht knusprig.

Trotz Vorbestellung zu einer bestimmten Uhrzeit mussten wir hier länger auf unsere Bestellung warten.

Ich weiß nicht wie man eine Bestellung zum Abholen, auf der alles haargenau aufgelistet ist, was man möchte, derartig verkacken kann. Da fehlte die Hälfte und das was drauf war, hatte ich nicht mal bestellt. Absolut nicht zu empfehlen. Zudem wurde ein Abholzeitpunkt abgegeben, welcher nicht eingehalten wurde. Auf keinen Fall dort zum Abholen bestellen.

Preise aufsteigend - Qualität absteigend Nach 2,5 std kam unsere Bestellung endlich an, telefonisch war niemand mehr erreichbar, Lieferung war völlig kalt und das Brot durchgenässt von der Soße. Haben unsere Baguettes nicht essen können, weil es nur noch Matsch war. Die Cookies waren bloß Teig. Hier bestelle ich nicht mehr.

Mijn bestelling klopte niet het vlees was net alsof het van eergisteren was, de broodjes waren ijskoud en het was gewoon niet te eten. Als je goeie broodjes wil zou k beter ergens anders bestellen. Het is je geld niet waard

Niemals bestelle ich hier etwas wieder. Seit 3 Stunden warte ich auf mein Essen und der Fahrer ist immernoch unterwegs. Unglaublich!

Ganz komisches Konzept so macht Subway kein Spass mehr jedes Topping extra und schmutzig ist der Boden auch

Wir sind immer sehr gerne nach hier gekommen, wo es denn sub des Tages gab. Das neue Konzept ist unakzeptabel. Verändert das Konzept, aber lasst uns wenigstens den sub des Tages erhalten. Leider kommen wir nicht mehr hier hin, da wir keinen sub des Tages wählen können und die Daily subs nicht zu vergleichen sind. Ich möchte gerne selber entscheiden was auf meinen sub kommt.
