The food (souvlaki and baked gyros) was disappointing: tasteless, loveless and simply bad. There was also an error in the Lieferando order - instead of the described “gyros” from the popular dishes, a pizza came. The boss on the phone? Rude and unhelpful: “Your problem if you can’t read.” We won’t give this restaurant any more chances. Update: The boss has reached out and apologized for his tone - a gesture that can be appreciated. But words don't change facts. Even an apology doesn't make it a recommendation.

Absolutely top value for money. The fish is always delicate and all the other dishes are also very tasty. You should definitely make a reservation as it is always busy.

Super nice service, totally cozy atmosphere, great for children too. Even if it was only short...but we felt comfortable with you.

Everything is beautiful on the outside, but I didn’t go inside, I have no money

Very inhospitable reception. The lady doesn't seem to have time for us, after waiting a while we get a key. She doesn't explain where the room is and how the key works. We also eat there, the food is almost thrown to us. We would have liked to have an extra drink, but the lady was too busy to pay us any attention. When we finish dinner we still want dessert. We wait almost an hour with the dirty plates still on the table, but the waiter is busy with other things and pays us no attention. Finally we get on and go to Lidl to get an ice cream. The room is spacious enough for 2 people, unfortunately there is only 1 chair. The bathroom is dated but clean. It is very noisy there, but it was quiet at night. At breakfast there are only sandwiches, there is a machine that makes pancakes, but it is empty and does not work. There is no reception at breakfast, some tables are set but there is a name card on the table. Finally, just ask yourself how things work here, and they will also prepare a table for us to have breakfast. It is not expensive, but the service is very poor or actually no service at all.

Very well eaten, very friendly, good value for money, regional dishes, good portions. Take-out meals in proper crockery for a deposit, very great.

The pizzas arrived 2.5 hours after ordering, unfortunately none of them were as ordered. Not a single base was baked properly. The Frutti di Mare topping in particular is really a joke (should be renamed Pizza Muschel). The additional services (drinks) were not included... There was a 5% discount, which did not have to be negotiated when the pizzas were delivered. The pizzas were cold, all in all a very poor meal...

The best restaurant ever and all the materials used in the pizza are the best and I would like to thank the owners of the restaurant for their wonderful treatment. I've worked on these before and in my experience they are the best ❤️

We ordered the popular goose from Arno this year because everything went great last year. Unfortunately, this time it was a completely different experience. The food arrived completely cold, the dumplings weren't even half finished, and the two geese weren't enough for seven people. That was really disappointing and a real shame, especially after the positive experiences last year.

First contact on the phone friendly. Employee at check-in also. The night was very restless, we slept directly above the guest room and there was a lot going on there. In addition, you are guaranteed to wake up if someone flushes the toilet in the next room. The room was fine for the money and according to the price. The sanitary areas, toilet and shower, are old-fashioned and quite outdated. Something would have to be done about that. Breakfast was okay and the staff was very attentive and friendly. We will come back again because of the positive experiences with the staff and try to sleep further away from the guest room. If it's always so loud there, we'll have to find somewhere else to stay. Otherwise we could imagine spending the night there more often.

Unfortunately the service is completely lacking. No greeting, verbal, people only noticed us when we called. No smile...... Nothing friendly about the waiters. Too bad. So I save money. Although I like to tip

Here is my information about the restaurant ☺️ (we don't know the hotel any further) The reception, service and food including drinks are absolutely recommended. Everything was uncomplicated and very friendly. Price-performance ratio is totally fine.
