We had to wait two hours for our food yesterday. When it finally arrived, everything was cold; the fries were inedible, cold, hard, and dry. We had to throw them away. The prices are also unfair for the service. Very disappointing. We won't order again.

The food was truly delicious and freshly prepared, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Unfortunately, the ordering process was a bit chaotic: We were initially asked to order through Lieferando, but they then declined to accept our order. They finally took the order over the phone, but we had to wait another 45 minutes for the food to be ready. One dish was also missing, but it was delivered later. Overall, the food was excellent, but the organization could have been better.

The price/performance ratio for lunch is very good...

I don't know where to begin with the praise. First of all, thank you so much for this wonderful evening! The service is outstanding. The communication is always friendly; you feel so welcome, like at home. The food is amazing!!! I had the Currywurst XXL. I'm from Berlin, so I never thought I'd say this, but I've never eaten such a good currywurst. The ambiance is also indescribably wonderful. Inside, it's rustic and traditional, which I've always loved. We sat outside, though, and it's so cozy there, too. I can only recommend everyone who comes to Pattensen to stop by here.

We always stop by here on our way home from the airport, whenever we have time. It's always a great place for good quality, large portions, and friendly service. The food is meat-heavy, but there's also a small selection of vegetarian dishes. I highly recommend this place, and we enjoy coming back again and again.

After a 2.5-hour wait and a lot of patience, we were still very disappointed. Little sauce, soggy fries, and the schnitzel, with a lot of imagination, was a 4/10. Not recommended at all!!!

A not so successful or pleasant restaurant visit. There were smelly ashtrays on the tables outside. All the guests gradually fled inside because of the wasps. The restaurant could do something about them. There were a lot of guests inside, and it was loud. A family was sitting at the next table, and the two preschool girls were sitting topless at the table, staring at us while we ate. The family's meal must have been left in the kitchen, because at some point the mother went home to put the baby to bed. Afterwards, the family received their meal, including the mother's portion, in a package to take home. But it's up to the family to say something about that. The scampi weren't cooked perfectly and didn't come off the shells easily.

The food was good. We had a salad and a potato with quark. The service was very friendly, and they gave us a table with a one-hour time slot even without a reservation.

We picked up three dishes that we had previously ordered via a delivery app. I had to wait a bit, but that was okay! Everyone was very nice and attentive, and I was offered a drink to pass the time. The ladies serving were busy, everything outside was occupied, and the manager had everything under control 😅 Nevertheless, the atmosphere was good, and everyone was friendly. And the food was also delicious. We had schnitzel. It would definitely have been even better served fresh. Next time, we'll come and stay!

A nice shop. Very friendly service. But the food is truly a disaster! We had the salmon, carelessly presented, and the rosemary potatoes, gray and soggy, reheated several times. The salad, with a ready-made dressing, was a joke. The fish, okay. We complained about the R-potatoes and got fried K. I think it was convenience food. What a shame

Super local climate and tasty food

The food was excellent, the menu was appealing and the vegetarian and vegan selection was particularly impressive. The staff was friendly and attentive. Despite the busy restaurant, the waiting time was surprisingly short. The prices are fair and absolutely reasonable. Definitely a recommendation!

The atmosphere in the restaurant fits and is very harmonious. The service was very polite. When eating, we "unfortunately" had to criticize that the schnitzel was too oily and the burger was below eating temperature. And no fresh mushrooms were used for the burger, which influenced the taste. But we would still recommend the place and come back when we are on the corner :)

I ordered hot chocolate, they brought it to me in half an hour, if not more, it felt like the woman was working alone, because the woman brought orders to others, and to new people. I thought she would make straight chocolate, but in reality it was warm cocoa, and the milk didn’t add much flavor. Disappointment. The only positive thing is my company and the interior of the cafe, beautiful old style with many antique items.

Went there on Saturday for XXL day. The food is good as always, but the waiting time to eat is a bit too long. On cold days it is generally rather fresh in the restaurant. However, the rustic style of the decor fits with the overall look and the food. The prices are rather cheap for the portion sizes.

It's impossible how guests are treated here! I had my daughter bring me a Caesers salad. Soft iceberg lettuce, mushy chicken breast on equally mushy croutons, a touch of dressing and 2 small mushy pieces of baguette. (just 12 euros) When I complained by phone, a new salad was supposed to be delivered to me shortly, which never arrived... I then called Anno again to be brazenly ironed out! People keep it up and scare away the last guests!!!!!!!

Were there to celebrate a birthday, 14 people. We waited 2.5 hours for food. Then only 2 dishes came, after 10 minutes again 3 dishes, etc. The ladies from the service weren't attentive enough. Drinks were empty and guests had to go to the counter to let us know that we wanted to order. Unfortunately, after the long wait, the food was quite bland. I've eaten better schnitzel. It's a shame because the shop has a cozy atmosphere but unfortunately that's it.

It was our first time at Anno, based on a recommendation, and we really liked it! Very friendly reception and service! The steak I ordered was very well seasoned and well fried, although I wasn't asked how I would like it 😂! I could have said that too 😉 My partner had the “Anno pot”! Very, very good!! So, highly recommended! And it's worth mentioning!! Attractively priced!! Where else is this?!?!

We ordered the popular goose from Arno this year because everything went great last year. Unfortunately, this time it was a completely different experience. The food arrived completely cold, the dumplings weren't even half finished, and the two geese weren't enough for seven people. That was really disappointing and a real shame, especially after the positive experiences last year.

We ordered a “flying goose” for December 25th. Sorry dear team, after the positive experience last year, that was a “lame duck”. It arrived 40 minutes late and wasn't fully cooked! A new goose was delivered very quickly, which is why I expressly rate the service as good! The goose that was delivered later didn't make us happy either. She had a smell of her own that no one in our family could describe as appetizing in any way. It's a shame ☹️. After the experience, I'm leaning toward “doing it myself” next year. That doesn't have to be the case, as I'm happy to pay money for a good product. The side dishes (red cabbage/dumplings) were very good! I can't complain about anything there.

The goose was ordered for 12 p.m. called twice. We were not forgotten!!! At 1:30 p.m. she still wasn't there. And now we don't need them anymore. Elke Kooss

Unfortunately, after years I have to renew my review. Unfortunately, the year has developed towards a negative trend. We used to enjoy ordering or eating there, but the last visit will probably be our last visit. The waiting time has always been a bit critical, but waiting over 1 hour for 4 schnitzels on a working day, even though the restaurant wasn't that full, is unfortunately not that cool. And the carelessly prepared schnitzels were unfortunately repulsive in taste. Totally dry and as if fried to death in rancid fat. I could only eat half of it because it wasn't good and I passed it on to the waitress. She simply accepted it and said it would be passed on to the kitchen. I've read similar things in the other reviews and I wasn't the only one that felt the same way that evening; everyone at the table didn't think the taste was good. Unfortunately we won't be coming back for a while...

Ate there with 4 people on a Sunday evening. Three grill plates and a hoof steak. Meat very tender and well seasoned, portions sufficient. Service good, as it should be...no criticism, everything good and tasty. The restaurant is a bit older but you know that beforehand...

Cute pub, we really liked the layout but that was it. Long waiting times for the food. The first portion of scampi was to death, completely unseasoned, you couldn't even get it out of the shell The second portion was cold, but with garlic or something similar because we couldn't identify the taste. The third portion was okay and the fourth was also acceptable. Unfortunately everything was very tasteless We would have liked to drink more, but the service couldn't keep up, so a third person in the planning would have been smarter, knowing that the place is fully booked. Unfortunately the long journey wasn't worth it.

We love the year... The selection on the menu leaves no wish unfulfilled...everything from salad to burgers and schnitzel to vegetarian dishes The ambience is unbeatable, we are there so often and every time we discover one "new old" decorative piece. The service is good, sometimes the language barrier gets in the way, but so far we haven't starved or died of thirst. As I said, we love the year.

Waited 1:15 hour for our dinner. The cost and description of the menu does not match the bill. A mini chicken breast fillet, which arrived after a long wait, was not completely cooked through and the schnitzel we ordered was unfortunately rather disgusting in taste. The waitress didn't ask any questions and cleared away 70% of the uneaten food without comment. When confronted with this, only an aperitif was offered but that didn't make the 1:15 hour any better. In conclusion, a price of over €50 for two standard dishes and drinks in combination with the toilet situation is incomprehensible. It's a shame about the lost time and an empty stomach for a lot of money.

Quite nice service and atmosphere. But the vegetarian options were kind of tasteless salads. One small potato on the plate was funny. It has to be changed. I would not recommend.

We go here regularly. Now the menu has been changed and the prices have of course increased. There was hardly any staff on site and we had to wait a long time. Thanks to Ernesto it was made very pleasant for us. While eating it happened... first the wrong burger, I was told it was the right one. After asking several times I got the right one...unfortunately inedible 😮the patty was totally dry. We won't be eating here anymore for now. Want to make money and save on service and quality. No thanks!

Anno is definitely the place to visit if you want to put your patience to the ultimate test. After choosing a seat, I was able to admire the artistry of the staff: how they masterfully manage to avoid any food or drink orders. After just a paltry 30 minutes, someone finally came to take the order and give me the chance to look at a menu. The wait for the food? A dream. I was able to spend an entire hour and a half in the pleasant company of my growling stomach. But then, the highlight: the food. You can't put into words how impressive it is that after such a long preparation time you manage to serve the wrong food. Not to mention the loving presentation of the food on the plate. But who thinks about food during such an experience? I was then allowed to pay at the counter, which definitely rounded off the seamless transition from poor service to ignorance perfectly. Just a disappointment, never again!

Absolutely terrible… Everything. Everything inside smells unpleasant and is just old and has no charm. We waited forever for food (50 minutes!) on a normally busy Wednesday evening. When asked, there was only one stupid saying. I can't understand the good review, unfortunately. Food was also just average, if at all. Never again!

We waited almost 40 minutes for the food. Then not all 4 came at the same time. My schnitzel died twice. Thick breading, dry meat. When I later grilled it, the turkey meat was dry and the beef steak was burnt and raw inside. The service was overwhelmed and inattentive. Drinks were OK.

We were passing through and took a lunch break here. It's good to sit outside. The employee was friendly and served us quickly. The food came quickly and was delicious. The price-performance ratio is appropriate. All in all, you can eat well here and receive friendly service.

Scampi was full, that's what it was offered. Unfortunately disappointing, there wasn't enough scampi. Or rather, there were too many guests. Sorry, but the boss hasn't just become a restaurateur.

We gave the restaurant another chance... but unfortunately we were disappointed again. There were 4 of us there and two of us ordered scampi, after 3 hours we left because the 4 plate of scampi still wasn't there after 1.5 hours. There are probably 8-10 scampis on a plate, unfortunately it's a shame that there's enough scampi. When paying we mentioned that we were not happy with it, unfortunately this was not addressed and was simply ignored. Very bad service.

It was nice there, but unfortunately the chairs were uncomfortable next to the tables. My asparagus was al dente and the flesh was not good. Unfortunately it wasn't worth the money. Currywurst fries are good to eat there. A meal without cream was not possible or at least an alternative. Here we haven't really gotten to grips with what people have, namely a lot of intolerances!! It's a shame we won't be coming back.

I've never experienced anything like that... There were three of us... I was invited. I ordered asparagus with schnitzel for over 26 euros... the plate smelled. Like vinegar. The asparagus had probably fallen over, looked grayish and was completely overcooked. Then the schnitzel was also dripping in the fermented broth. Even the potatoes didn't taste good... but it goes on... we then ordered 2 Guinness... then the service person arrived and asked again what we had ordered... Guinness... after After another 10 minutes she noticed that the Guinness dispensing system was broken.... ok... then there was a large Gilde, poured into a large Krombacher glass... plus a 0.3 Gilde without a drip napkin. In addition, there were different prices in the window outside than on the menu inside. The store is an imposition.

Delicious rump steak with asparagus eaten, everything as it should be. Super tasty, gladly again. I find some of the tables in the restaurant to be too dark.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered burgers there with a friend (apart from the fact that they were unappetizing) I still ate the whole burger. The next day I had to go to the doctor because of an infection. If I wasn't feeling so bad, I would have reported it to you long ago. Dirty shop🤬🤬🤬

Unfortunately, it's a shame we didn't get to enjoy the food at all because we were told before we ordered that we would have to wait about an hour for our food. that's not acceptable, even if it was full. Simply placing a tablet on our table and acting as if we weren't sitting at the table doesn't work at all! We had reserved a table in advance, but there was a reserved table not for us, but for the guests who came after us. There is still a lot of room for improvement in the service!!

Had food there today, schnitzel, spatgel and spare ribs. Everything tasted great. Ambiance was also very nice, we immediately felt very comfortable and welcome. The staff was very, very friendly and professional. Ernesto and his colleague gave the impression that they were having fun at work, keep it up. So you can only warmly recommend this restaurant.

You can make the baguette (salami) better yourself at home. With a stated delivery time of max. 60 minutes, it took over 1 1/2 hours. The fries are very small and the salad isn't the best either.

Ordered food and waited almost two hours and it wasn't even worth it. Boss tells his driver to just drive faster so the food comes on time and he will risk his life to eat. It's never worth ordering from there again, it's really not worth cooking it yourself

I/friends/work colleagues have ordered from Anno more often recently and I can tell you there wasn't even anything to complain about, the drivers are also really super nice. But it's clear that even if you order fries or potato wedges for delivery, they can't be like they came straight from the deep fryer......heat, packaging, moisture......we'll have to see if something else is possible , but some reviews can and I don't believe, moldy tomatoes or something similar. I/we think the price/performance ratio is absolutely top. The ribs are of course amazing.

We were welcomed straight away, were allowed to choose our place and were immediately provided with drinks. There was a daily menu and the menu. There is a very nice, warm atmosphere and relaxed sayings. Everything was served very hot, I was amazed. The sweet potatoes, fries and also the fries, just awesome, haven't had such good ones in a long time. The atmosphere, a pub, but everything was clean. We sat by the window, personally it was a bit too dark in the room for me. All in all, we have already recommended the Anno. The boss is unique. *****

The service (Italian) was very friendly and polite. The food tasted really good. Small salad first and main course Chrispiburger and Anno grill plate. Will come back and recommend it to others.

This place serves the best ribs I've had outside of the United States. They are juicy and tender, yet not overcooked. On "Ribs All You Can Eat" day, you pay 15€ for ribs galore and your choice of french fries, wedges or fried potatoes and slaw on the side. Their barbecue sauce is delicious. Service is excellent; this is a very friendly place in downtown Pattensen. I'd go back there just for the ribs.

Actually, Anno has always been one of our favorite restaurants in Pattensen. Unfortunately, the kitchen has really slacked off. The burgers were once THE regular dish that lured us there. We have now regretted the last 3 attempts, every time the petti was like the sole of a shoe, even the employees confirm this and would not recommend the burgers themselves. It's sad that the friendly greeting to the kitchen wasn't well received at all and we got the same burger with a new petti, almost exactly "overcooked", the cooking point seems to be a problem. Schnitzel is still good, prawns are also really good. It's a shame that this actually cozy restaurant doesn't appreciate nice criticism and, above all, the kitchen doesn't use criticism to become better for the guest. After all, the guests ultimately pay their salaries.

We ate at Anno on January 5th, 2024. A spontaneous decision that we don’t regret. In the “Save Rips” offer. Nice rustic pub/restaurant with lots of decoration reminiscent of old times. Unfortunately, there was apparently only one waitress who served drinks, distributed decorations on the tables, took orders and served the food... we know that everything is missing in the catering industry. Therefore our greatest respect to the waiter! He was accommodating and very friendly. The food was really great, thank you very much

You lose your appetite. Regardless of whether the chef is over 60 years old (this was said by the waitress as the reason for the long waiting time), that the restaurant is well attended and there are few staff on site. The guest's money is gladly taken, but in return for good service from the restaurant, that's what you as a guest must be able to expect. A 0.5 liter wheat beer for €5.70 is audacious. My second and last visit after 1993.
