Waited 1:15 hour for our dinner. The cost and description of the menu does not match the bill. A mini chicken breast fillet, which arrived after a long wait, was not completely cooked through and the schnitzel we ordered was unfortunately rather disgusting in taste. The waitress didn't ask any questions and cleared away 70% of the uneaten food without comment. When confronted with this, only an aperitif was offered but that didn't make the 1:15 hour any better. In conclusion, a price of over €50 for two standard dishes and drinks in combination with the toilet situation is incomprehensible. It's a shame about the lost time and an empty stomach for a lot of money.

The food was great, but the waiting time was a bit long.

Ate there with 4 people on a Sunday evening. Three grill plates and a hoof steak. Meat very tender and well seasoned, portions sufficient. Service good, as it should be...no criticism, everything good and tasty. The restaurant is a bit older but you know that beforehand...and it's clean...

Quite nice service and atmosphere. But the vegetarian options were kind of tasteless salads. One small potato on the plate was funny. It has to be changed. I would not recommend.

As before Corona, good, fast and inexpensive.

We go here regularly. Now the menu has been changed and the prices have of course increased. There was hardly any staff on site and we had to wait a long time. Thanks to Ernesto it was made very pleasant for us. While eating it happened... first the wrong burger, I was told it was the right one. After asking several times I got the right one...unfortunately inedible 😮the patty was totally dry. We won't be eating here anymore for now. Want to make money and save on service and quality. No thanks!

Waited over 1 hour for food. Not recommended

Anno is definitely the place to visit if you want to put your patience to the ultimate test. After choosing a seat, I was able to admire the artistry of the staff: how they masterfully manage to avoid any food or drink orders. After just a paltry 30 minutes, someone finally came to take the order and give me the chance to look at a menu. The wait for the food? A dream. I was able to spend an entire hour and a half in the pleasant company of my growling stomach. But then, the highlight: the food. You can't put into words how impressive it is that after such a long preparation time you manage to serve the wrong food. Not to mention the loving presentation of the food on the plate. But who thinks about food during such an experience? I was then allowed to pay at the counter, which definitely rounded off the seamless transition from poor service to ignorance perfectly. Just a disappointment, never again!

Absolutely terrible… Everything. Everything inside smells unpleasant and is just old and has no charm. We waited forever for food (50 minutes!) on a normally busy Wednesday evening. When asked, there was only one stupid saying. I can't understand the good review, unfortunately. Food was also just average, if at all. Never again!

We waited almost 40 minutes for the food. Then not all 4 came at the same time. My schnitzel died twice. Thick breading, dry meat. When I later grilled it, the turkey meat was dry and the beef steak was burnt and raw inside. The service was overwhelmed and inattentive. Drinks were OK.

We were passing through and took a lunch break here. It's good to sit outside. The employee was friendly and served us quickly. The food came quickly and was delicious. The price-performance ratio is appropriate. All in all, you can eat well here and receive friendly service.

The food was again really tasty. We waited a bit, but it didn't matter. Highly recommend the salad with honey mustard dressing

Scampi was full, that's what it was offered. Unfortunately disappointing, there wasn't enough scampi. Or rather, there were too many guests. Sorry, but the boss hasn't just become a restaurateur.

We gave the restaurant another chance... but unfortunately we were disappointed again. There were 4 of us there and two of us ordered scampi, after 3 hours we left because the 4 plate of scampi still wasn't there after 1.5 hours. There are probably 8-10 scampis on a plate, unfortunately it's a shame that there's enough scampi. When paying we mentioned that we were not happy with it, unfortunately this was not addressed and was simply ignored. Very bad service.

It was nice there, but unfortunately the chairs were uncomfortable next to the tables. My asparagus was al dente and the flesh was not good. Unfortunately it wasn't worth the money. Currywurst fries are good to eat there. A meal without cream was not possible or at least an alternative. Here we haven't really gotten to grips with what people have, namely a lot of intolerances!! It's a shame we won't be coming back.

I've never experienced anything like that... There were three of us... I was invited. I ordered asparagus with schnitzel for over 26 euros... the plate smelled. Like vinegar. The asparagus had probably fallen over, looked grayish and was completely overcooked. Then the schnitzel was also dripping in the fermented broth. Even the potatoes didn't taste good... but it goes on... we then ordered 2 Guinness... then the service person arrived and asked again what we had ordered... Guinness... after After another 10 minutes she noticed that the Guinness dispensing system was broken.... ok... then there was a large Gilde, poured into a large Krombacher glass... plus a 0.3 Gilde without a drip napkin. In addition, there were different prices in the window outside than on the menu inside. The store is an imposition.

Delicious rump steak with asparagus eaten, everything as it should be. Super tasty, gladly again. I find some of the tables in the restaurant to be too dark.

Food is really great. Schnitzel highly recommended. The service is very friendly. We ordered takeaway, less than 20 minutes later, even though it was busy, the food was ready and perfect. But no problems with delivery either!! Top

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered burgers there with a friend (apart from the fact that they were unappetizing) I still ate the whole burger. The next day I had to go to the doctor because of an infection. If I wasn't feeling so bad, I would have reported it to you long ago. Dirty shop🤬🤬🤬

Unfortunately, it's a shame we didn't get to enjoy the food at all because we were told before we ordered that we would have to wait about an hour for our food. that's not acceptable, even if it was full. Simply placing a tablet on our table and acting as if we weren't sitting at the table doesn't work at all! We had reserved a table in advance, but there was a reserved table not for us, but for the guests who came after us. There is still a lot of room for improvement in the service!!

Had food there today, schnitzel, spatgel and spare ribs. Everything tasted great. Ambiance was also very nice, we immediately felt very comfortable and welcome. The staff was very, very friendly and professional. Ernesto and his colleague gave the impression that they were having fun at work, keep it up. So you can only warmly recommend this restaurant.

Ordered food and waited almost two hours and it wasn't even worth it. Boss tells his driver to just drive faster so the food comes on time and he will risk his life to eat. It's never worth ordering from there again, it's really not worth cooking it yourself

You can make the baguette (salami) better yourself at home. With a stated delivery time of max. 60 minutes, it took over 1 1/2 hours. The fries are very small and the salad isn't the best either.

I/friends/work colleagues have ordered from Anno more often recently and I can tell you there wasn't even anything to complain about, the drivers are also really super nice. But it's clear that even if you order fries or potato wedges for delivery, they can't be like they came straight from the deep fryer......heat, packaging, moisture......we'll have to see if something else is possible , but some reviews can and I don't believe, moldy tomatoes or something similar. I/we think the price/performance ratio is absolutely top. The ribs are of course amazing.

Rustic atmosphere with a living room feel, friendly and fast service and great food. I can definitely recommend it.

We were welcomed straight away, were allowed to choose our place and were immediately provided with drinks. There was a daily menu and the menu. There is a very nice, warm atmosphere and relaxed sayings. Everything was served very hot, I was amazed. The sweet potatoes, fries and also the fries, just awesome, haven't had such good ones in a long time. The atmosphere, a pub, but everything was clean. We sat by the window, personally it was a bit too dark in the room for me. All in all, we have already recommended the Anno. The boss is unique. *****

The service (Italian) was very friendly and polite. The food tasted really good. Small salad first and main course Chrispiburger and Anno grill plate. Will come back and recommend it to others.

This place serves the best ribs I've had outside of the United States. They are juicy and tender, yet not overcooked. On "Ribs All You Can Eat" day, you pay 15€ for ribs galore and your choice of french fries, wedges or fried potatoes and slaw on the side. Their barbecue sauce is delicious. Service is excellent; this is a very friendly place in downtown Pattensen. I'd go back there just for the ribs.

Actually, Anno has always been one of our favorite restaurants in Pattensen. Unfortunately, the kitchen has really slacked off. The burgers were once THE regular dish that lured us there. We have now regretted the last 3 attempts, every time the petti was like the sole of a shoe, even the employees confirm this and would not recommend the burgers themselves. It's sad that the friendly greeting to the kitchen wasn't well received at all and we got the same burger with a new petti, almost exactly "overcooked", the cooking point seems to be a problem. Schnitzel is still good, prawns are also really good. It's a shame that this actually cozy restaurant doesn't appreciate nice criticism and, above all, the kitchen doesn't use criticism to become better for the guest. After all, the guests ultimately pay their salaries.

What can I say, just perfect. Gladly again

We ate at Anno on January 5th, 2024. A spontaneous decision that we don’t regret. In the “Save Rips” offer. Nice rustic pub/restaurant with lots of decoration reminiscent of old times. Unfortunately, there was apparently only one waitress who served drinks, distributed decorations on the tables, took orders and served the food... we know that everything is missing in the catering industry. Therefore our greatest respect to the waiter! He was accommodating and very friendly. The food was really great, thank you very much

For example, if a restaurant For example, if you offer a full meal of ribs, you should be able to supply enough. Having to wait over 30 minutes for the second portion of ribs is more than annoying. You lose your appetite. Regardless of whether the chef is over 60 years old (this was said by the waitress as the reason for the long waiting time), that the restaurant is well attended and there are few staff on site. The guest's money is gladly taken, but in return for good service from the restaurant, that's what you as a guest must be able to expect. A 0.5 liter wheat beer for €5.70 is audacious. My second and last visit after 1993.

Anno delivered us a finished goose today including side dishes. Everything was super tasty and on time to the minute. Thanks to the team ❤️.

Had a Christmas party, the food was great and plentiful.

Waren mit Freunden hier und wurden nicht enttäuscht. Tolles Essen, aufmerksamer Service, alles super. Perfekt, wir kommen gern wieder

War seit Jahren mal wieder im Anno. Tolles Essen- der Salatteller war spitze. Service aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Ambiente hat sich kaum verändert - gut so.

Ein super Essen, da merkt man die Liebe zum Beruf. Ein sehr freundlicher und kompetenter Service. Das Ambiente ist auch sehr gemütlich und genau das richtige um einen Entspannen Abend zu genießen. Immer wieder gerne.

Superklasse Scampi satt, lecker war's!

In dieser Rezension werden 2 Besuche zusammengefasst. Beim ersten Besuch haben wir Essen mit 30 Minuten Verspätung abgeholt. Beim 2ten Besuch wurden teils die falschen Speisen serviert. Die Burger waren leider dunkel und trocken. Die Saucen waren auch nicht speziell. Andere Speisen wie das Steak waren besser.

Immer wieder lecker.... Sehr gemütlich. Kann man schön draußen sitzen. Ganz nette Angestellte....

Wir haben den Hamburgertag ausprobiert, den Chickenburger kann ich sehr empfehlen

Leckeres frisch zubereitet Essen,wie saßen draußen,es war super angenehm.Schade das es keine Raucherecke gibt, sonst wäre alles super, oder der Wind stand falsch,egal...der Service ist einfach super,nicht aufdringlich,immer höflich,werde wieder kommen

Erste Rezession aus 2018: Zweite Rezession aus 2023 siehe unten: Leider und wirklich leider muss ich nach einigen Jahren meine Erfahrungen teilen. Das Anno hat sich meines Erachtens zu viel vorgenommen und nicht richtig kalkuliert. Es wurden eine unzahl von zusätzlichen Tischen "outdoor" installiert aber leider der Service und cdie Küche vergessen. Dadurch wartet man mittlerweile, und wir haben es über ein paar Monate immer wieder getestet, auf eine Curry Wurst und eine Cole über 1 Stunde! Das geht nicht. Der Service gibt sich Mühe, geht aber leider auch nicht auf die Gäste ein (so etwas wie vielleicht ein Espresso aufs Haus fürs lange warten oder so) und spricht erst von "die Küche hatte ein Problem ein Baguette zu bekommen" bis hin zur neuesten "Ausrede" das neue elektronische System funktioniert nicht. Jedes mal ist irgendwas und das ist blöd! Die Qualität der Speisen hat für mich in den letzten 2 Jahren deutlich abgenommen. Preis Leistung ist ok aber eben auch nicht mehr. Wir (Freunde und meine Frau) waren bei den letzten Besuchen wirklich enttäuscht und durch die lange Wartezeit genervt. Ein Hinweis, die Nachtische (Eiskugeln oder Schokotörtchen oder Tartuffo) sind leider nicht zu Empfehlen. Sehr lieblos angerichtet und geschmacklich ein Fertigprodukt. Wir werden leider, obwohl das Anno bei uns um die Ecke liegt, nicht mehr wieder kommen! Ich würde dem Inhaber dringend raten das Konzept weniger auf Umsatz sondern mehr auf Gäste abzustimmen. Da hat man am Ende sicher mehr von. Update 2023: es hat sich augenscheinlich etwas getan. Der Service hat sich sehr verbessert. Wartezeiten wurde deutlich minimiert. Das Essen hat ebenfalls sehr angezogen. Tolle vegetarische Gerichte sind mittlerweile ebenfalls auf der Karte zu finden. Lob an das Anno. Wir kommen wieder gerne.

Leider habe es am Samstag 21 Uhr nur noch eine Runde...

Das Essen und die Bedienungen sind klasse. Die Burger sind der Hammer !!! Kommen nächstes Wochenende wieder!!!

Ein super Ausflugsziel. Das Essen ist spitze und der Kuchen auch. Tolles Ambiente. Wild kann vor Ort gekauft werden. Ganz toll für Hunde. Immer eine Reise wert.

Tolle Gelegenheit, draußen zu sitzen, mein Burger hat etwas zu lange auf dem Grill gelegen und war sehr dunkel. Aber wir haben wunderbar gesessen und die Preise sind sehr fair

Dort sitzt man eigentlich gern- wenn dann auch mal Getränke an den Tisch kämen, vom Essen ganz zu schweigen 🤫 Bei den Wartezeiten auf mittelprächtiges Essen könnten die sich mit Getränken ne goldene Nase verdienen => nix da: offensichtlich kein Interesse 😢

Immer nett dort aber leider ist es manchmal zuviel für das Personal und dann dauert es bis das Essen fertig wird Trotzdem würde ich es empfehlen

Gerade jetzt in Zeiten von Corona muss Wert auf die Hygienemaßnahmen gelegt werden. Wir haben jedoch gestern keinen Zettel zum Eintragen erhalten. Der Kellner kam leider auch ohne Mundschutz an den Tisch. Hier wird sich leider nicht an die Regeln gehalten. Das Essen war ganz lecker, wenn es auch mehr Sauce hätte sein können beim Schnitzel. Beim Salat sollte man unbedingt das Joghurtdressing dazu bestellen, da das Hausdressing nicht schmeckt. Update: auch nach Corona ist keine Verbesserung in Sicht. Wir waren 8 Leute mit, die reserviert hatten. Das Anno war Mittelmäßig besucht. Die Getränke kamen halbwegs schnell. Die Essensbestellung hat 2Stunden ubd 15 Minuten gebraucht bis sie zu uns kam. Da wir mit kleinen Kindern am Tisch saßen undenkbar. Auch fehlten dann immer noch Salate oder Ketchup. Eine Nachbestellung von einer Portion Pommes dauerte erneute 2Stunden! Unglaublich

Fin service and all in a good mood

Wir waren heute zum Scampi essen im Anno, top Qualität und nettes Personal. Kann ich absolut weiter empfehlen. Auch der Mittagstisch ist absolut zum empfehlen 👍🏼👍🏼

Tolles Restaurant mit erstklassigem Essen. Das Lokal ist vom Stil eher rustikal, aber trotzdem gemütlich. Wir holen auch gerne Essen ab. Die Burger-Auswahl hier ist riesig und einer schmeckt besser als der andere. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

Habe nichts zu meckern, ich bestelle in aller Regelmäßigkeit und war noch nie enttäuscht. Heute habe ich das erste mal das falsche Essen bekommen und nach einem Anruf haben wir festgestellt dass das bestellte Essen unter zwei gleichen Namen zu finden wahr. Mir wurde sofort angeboten das richtige zu liefern aber heee ist alles lecker 😋 also hab ich darauf verzichtet……macht weiter so glg
