Give this hotel a wide berth. We had a reservation a few months ago because a friend's wedding was to take place there. Since we came from a long way and were supposed to arrive late, we called again to make sure whether late check-in was possible, as advertised on the website (24/7 reception, for that matter) We arrived and no one was available. Four of us were stranded in the middle of Pattensen at 2 a.m. After 45 minutes we gave up and looked for somewhere else to stay. Luckily, a hotel nearby came across to us (costing the operator sleep at 3 a.m.) and took us in for the night. The worst of all came the following day. Since we stayed for 2 nights, we wanted to spend at least the night during the wedding reception in the hotel. When we walked past the next morning, the operator apologized and blamed the mistake on a young employee. He initially offered us a room with the same conditions, price per night, as previously agreed. We would have agreed. When we (just!) asked if there was a way (!) that they could compensate for the difference of €20, which we now had to pay in additional effort due to their mistake, he suddenly completely changed and freaked out. Tried to manipulate a friend and me and threaten to cancel the room reservation. Shocked, we went back to the hotel and spoke to the other friends and agreed to stay at the other hotel and cancel the reservation at Zeitlos. When we went back to the hotel to announce the message, the immediate answer was that that wasn't possible. After I made it clear to him what my rights were, he was puzzled and replied that they would quickly find a replacement for our room anyway. I have never encountered a hotel operator so disrespectful, manipulative and rude. I can't recommend anyone to look for a place to live there.

We were in Serengeti Park and decided on this accommodation at short notice. The apartment for 4 people on the market square (5 minutes walk from the hotel) with an associated restaurant had an older bathroom, but was very spacious and clean. The breakfast was very extensive and tasty. All the employees were extremely friendly. The price-performance ratio is great.

Booked a double room and got a single room with an extra camp bed. Really annoying as a couple. The bathroom seems to have been renovated for the last time in 1980, the toilet experienced the Second World War. WiFi is only available in the main building, our room was in the "basement area", so we didn't even have reception in the room. Reception was friendly.

Cute hotel, rooms a bit small and outdated. The staff is very nice, and the breakfast is particularly good, including fresh scrambled eggs upon request. I moved dinner elsewhere due to the rather high prices.

Fine dining, good selection of drinks, tasteful furnishings and nice service. Everything invites you to linger. Be sure to try the timeless mess...everything else too :-)

My stay was very pleasant. The room was clean and had everything you need. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was really great! Unfortunately, the reception was never manned except in the morning and the rooms are VERY noisy, so sleeping in was not possible.

Never experienced such friendly and courteous staff. 5 stars are not enough. The breakfast is sensational. The only minus, no air conditioning in the room. We would love to come back

Top hotel located a little outside of Hanover. Buses run regularly to Hanover. Friendly staff. Breakfast is very good.

All in all, my worst hotel stay in many years. Old-fashioned, cheap-feeling rooms with old bathrooms. The rooms we received were a category smaller than booked. The reception is not staffed at night. There is no WiFi in the rooms. There is a restaurant above the rooms with a loud party until late at night.

Endlessly dirty! Unfriendly! Rip off! Positive fake reviews! Some fake pictures on the website! Stay away from this hotel!

Family with pets. The spacious apartment, featuring a kitchen and two bedrooms, was perfect for our family. It offered space for everyone to relax and enjoy their stay. A standout feature of this hotel is its pet-friendly policy. Our dogs were warmly welcomed, which made our stay even more enjoyable. It's a huge plus for pet owners looking for accommodations that appreciate furry family members. The breakfast was superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. Their cheerful and great sense of humor made our stay all the more pleasant. They went out of their way to ensure we had everything we needed and made us feel right at home. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way. We highly recommend it to families and pet owners looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. We will definitely be returning for another visit!

The worst hotel in my entire life, mold everywhere, and very, very dirty (hadn't been cleaned by the previous owner) and electricity cables hanging out everywhere. I then stunned there and a week later I got a high bill, just a catastrophe 😂

There is no air conditioning or ventilation in the room. The room was musty and smelled slightly of cigarettes. The toilet/bathroom is in dire need of renovation! A busy and noisy road next to the hotel. I do not recommend eating meat or dairy products for breakfast. Free parking is a plus.

We were looking for accommodation for an overnight stay somewhere near Hamburg, without making any great demands. For just under 100 euros we got a huge room for 2 adults plus 1 child. Plus a really top breakfast, including salmon, fresh fruit salad, various types of cheese, pancake machine, etc. The place looks really nice, but we didn't have dinner. All in all, clear recommendation.

We ate here several times. We have never been disappointed. The dishes taste excellent. The staff is attentive and friendly. The menu is lovingly designed.

Scammers! Accept arrive until 11:30 PM. I arrived at 9:30 PM. Room forgiven. Have an employee show up who calls the owner and then says that a message had been sent that arrival would only be possible until 1800. We were not notified in any way. When I requested clarification or spoke to the owner who claimed this, I was bluntly shown the door. Perhaps the fact that there was a fair nearby was the underlying reason. Very unprofessional behavior. If I could have given -stars it would have been -10. This is no way to deal with returning guests.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Zeitlos in Pattensen. The rooms were sparkling clean and the small but very clean bathroom was absolutely sufficient. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, with fresh scrambled eggs, sausages, bacon, pancakes, rolls, fruit, salmon, cereal and yoghurt. The staff was extremely friendly and the price-performance ratio was right. Highly Recommended!

The bathroom would like to be renewed. The shower is far too small and the toilet is very cramped. The lever mixers are very soft and noodled.

Was housed in the basement. Right under the restaurant. It was correspondingly loud. Room seemed to have moisture problems. Bathroom extremely old and disgusting. Mold and cigarette stains. The only positive thing was the breakfast

I just downloaded a decibel meter. It now shows between 40 and 60 DB at 9:17 p.m. Depends on the song. There are notices on the door saying it can get louder today, but that wasn't clear when booking. I turned off the TV and the audio book doesn't work despite the in-ear. Strong bass. I have to do a db measurement again. I have until almost 1 a.m. for this, then it's finally quiet. The WiFi keeps cutting out, I was reading a print book. Breakfast was ok. You always have to keep an eye on the price...

This hotel doesn't get a star. IT'S THE LAST SCRAP. The rooms don't even get really sour, they don't get sour. After cleaning, the rooms are not even locked. WiFi doesn't work at all. Unfriendly....

Jetzt definitiv das letzte Mal dort gegessen. Vegan heißt nicht, dass die Portion auf dem Teller der Menge einer Vorspeise entspricht. Das Preis / Leistungsverhältnis ist nicht gut, auch die Zubereitung ....alles mit sehr viel Öl. Schade, aber wir haben das Restaurant 3 mal besucht und es war jedes Mal das gleiche - auch mit den nicht veganen Speisen war das Urteil unserer jeweiligen Begleitung "naja" bis "schlecht" .

Das Hotel liegt an einer Durchgangsstraße in Pattensen. Das Zimmer ist klein, sauber und sehr günstig. Das Restaurant ist der gehobenen Küche verpflichtet. Mein Dreierlei vom Wildschwein ist tadellos. Ich sitze beim Abendessen, weiß also noch nicht, wie das Frühstück aussehen wird. Wohl aber weiß ich, dass WLAN Probleme für mich ein No Go sind. Nur mein Smartphone konnte sich einloggen, Clips liefen nur ruckelig. Ein altes iPad kam trotz vieler Versuche nicht rein. Nachtrag. WLAN ging dann in der Nacht und am Morgen auch für das Smartphone nicht mehr. Haus ist leider sehr hellhörig. Gutes Frühstück.

Zimmer war gut auch großzügig, Badezimmer total veraltet. Service beim Frühstück war sehr nett. Jetzt kommen wir zu dem großen Problem. Unzumutbar war die Nacht mit so lauter Musik, dass man im Zimmer mit feiern konnte. Jedes Lied war zu erkennen. Auf Wunsch auszuchecken, wurde der Chef frech, sehr Bodenlos! Nie wieder!!

Mehr als unzufrieden und enttäuscht vom fehlenden Service haben wir das Hotel verlassen. Wir haben das Hotelzimmer gebucht, weil wir Familie in der Nähe besucht haben und bekamen das Zimmer direkt unterm Dach. Bei unserer Ankunft spät abends kamen wir in ein eiskaltes Zimmer und mussten feststellen, dass die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Bei entsprechender Außentemperatur war die Kälte sehr unangenehm. Am nächsten Morgen wollten wir zum Frühstück - es war Punkt 10 Uhr. Da teilte man uns mit, dass das Buffet jetzt abgeräumt werden würde, die Zeit wäre vorbei. Bei unserem Check In wurden wir aber nicht über die Frühstückszeiten informiert. Das erwähnte ich, da hieß es nur, man hätte nachfragen müssen oder auf der Website schauen sollen. Auch die kaputte Heizung wurde nur hingenommen. Kein Entgegenkommen oder Service/Kulanz in Bezug auf die Unannehmlichkeiten. Auch fanden wir sowohl in der Badewanne als auch auf den Decken im Schrank, die wir gerne genutzt hätten bei der Kälte, Haare vor. Beim nächsten Familienbesuch suchen wir uns trotz des guten Standorts ein anderes Hotel.

Katastrophe!!!!! Wir wollten unsere Hochzeit dort feiern und wurden mitten während der Planung darüber informiert dass es wohl doch nicht möglich sei. Da waren sogar schon die Einladungen entsprechend versandt. Wir mussten dann ausweichen, aber viele Unserer Gäste hatten bereits Zimmer dort reserviert und auch diese waren 50/50. einige waren wohl ok, einige stark renovierungsbedürftig und nichtmal die Türschlösser funktionierten. Da der Besitzer der gleiche ist wie unser Ausweichlokal haben wir auch eine „falsche“ Rechnung bekommen und warten noch drei Monate später auf eine entsprechende Rückerstattung. Der Geschäftsführer lässt sich verleugnen oder reagiert gar nicht auf jegliche Anfragen

Sehr zufrieden mit dem Personal und Service! Die Zimmer sind gemütlich eingerichtet. Eine schöne Lage und Hannover ist gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen. Ich komme gerne wieder!

Obsługa poniżej jakiekolwiek krytyki - pani chyba z bólem miesiączkowym - nie potrafi wytłumaczyć dlaczego jej koleżanka zadeklarowała że wszystko jest opłacone a z samego rana chce ode mnie podwójnej opłaty. Zamiast pomóc to krzyczy i mnie obraża. Ostatni raz nocuję w tym hotelu !!!!!

Schönes Hotelzimmer richtig groß, die Ausstattung und Einrichtung ist vollkommen ausreichend und gut. Der Fernseher hat alle Sender die man braucht. Einfach ein rundes Hotel.

Ein feines kleines Hotel,mit sehr netten Mitarbeitern und Liebe zum Detail. Das Frühstück ist super,mit frischem Rührei 😋 da können sich die großen Hotels ne Scheibe von abschneiden.Ich kann es nur weiter empfehlen!

Wir waren eine Nacht dort. Positiv: Besonders angesprochen hat uns wie nah es an Hannover ist, wenn man zur Messe geht. Alle sind nett & zuvorkommend. Auch die Einrichtung des Zimmers ist schön & es war alles sauber. Das Frühstück ist gut abgestimmt, ich fand die Kaffeemaschine toll, hat guten Kaffee gemacht auch die Auswahl hat gepasst. Der Frühstücks Raum ist auch sehr ästhetisch, hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Preis Leistungshältnis ist sehr gut! Negativ: Leider ist es bis 0:20 Uhr in der unteren Etage mit dem Restaurant etwas laut. Es wurden Stühle verrückt, Leute reden usw. Man hört das halt alles und wenn man nicht gerade wie ein Stein schläft.. jedoch war ab 0:20 Uhr dann langsam Ruhe. Man merkt dass sich hier echt viel Mühe gegeben wird. Das Bad war komplett sauber und gut gepflegt obwohl es älter ist. Wäre das Restaurant/die Küche (oder was auch immer das war) nicht direkt unter der Zimmern der ersten Etage, beziehungsweise wäre es besser Schallisoliert, wäre es perfekt.

Eigentlich sollte es ein schöner Abend mit der Familie werden. Leider war es das nicht. Das Essen war nicht unbedingt super. Steak mit Silberhaut, Pommes bestellt und Bratkartoffeln bekommen (wurden aber nachgeliefert), Burger lauwarm, Bratkartoffeln mit fadem Geschmack und ein Gericht kam erst auf Nachfrage. Personal eher reserviert und teilweise (bei Nachfrage) unfreundlich. Personal nicht unbedingt Gastropersonal; zumindest machte es den Anschein. Schade, aber das Restaurant ist nicht zu empfehlen.

Das Personal konnte nicht wissen das ein über zwei Meter Typ angerauscht kommt und ich habe die kleine aber nette und feine Dachkammer bekommen. 😂😂 Allerdings habe ich ja auch nur einen Rabatt Preis bezahlt. Also gar keinen Grund hier irgendwas „madig“ zu machen! Ganz im Gegenteil, die Einrichtung ist ziemlich neu, sanitär ist super sauber, Schränke, Bett und Sessel mehr als Zweckmäßig und klug durchdacht!!! Für den Preis wirklich mit der Lupe zu suchen. Die zweite Etage wird auch gerade umgebaut/ neu eingerichtet. Es tut sich also immer was ! 👍👍👍 Die Service Mitarbeiterinnen sind schnell und bemüht alles richtig und mit einem lächeln zu erledigen. Das Restaurant bietet auch großen Gruppen Platz und es ist durch die Raumaufteilung im Gastraum nicht so laut wie in sonstigen großen Restaurants. Man kann wenn man möchte sich etwas separat setzen. Zum Abend gab es das Schnitzel mit Bratkartoffeln und Pilzrahm dazu. Selten ein besseres Schnitzel bekommen. Präzise auf den Punkt gebraten und nett angerichtet. Ehrlich gekocht und ohne Schmuh! Restaurant volle Punktzahl auch was den Service angeht! Ich mag es, wenn der Service ein Auge dafür hat welche Gläser leer, welche Teller wegkönnen, wo msn noch mal nachfragt. Ganz hervorragend!!!! Gerne wieder!!

The room i got was in the attic, which was a bit of a climb. But the room was big. The breakfast was okay but a bit congested. We used this place as we wanted to catch the highway early. Not much to do around.

Wir sind nett empfangen worden... hatten ebenfalls das Zimmer vorab für eine Hochzeit gebucht. Mein Name ist allerdings völlig falsch notiert worden... obwohl ein schriftlicher Kontakt bestand. Da musste erst einmal gesucht werden, ob ich auch der korrekte Gast bin. Nach der Klärung ging es über eine Treppe ins Zimmer. Keine vorhandene Barrierefreiheit! Zur Zeit scheint renoviert zu werden? Es hängen Kabel aus den Wänden.. Das Zimmer selber ist praktisch eingerichtet. Das Bad braucht allerdings wirklich eine Renovierung. Duschkopf war defekt und ließ sich nicht mehr befestigen, zudem waren die Türen nicht dicht, dass das Duschwasser ins Bad lief... Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Ohrenstoppen nicht vergessen 😉 Die Außenterasse ist nett und gemütlich eingerichtet und der Service wirklich freundlich. Das Essen war sehr gut. Ist im ganzen ok gewesen...

Ich war Gast auf der Hochzeit einer Freundin. Die Location war echt schön, dafür war der Service unter aller Sau. Wenn man keine Lust auf Gäste hat, dann sollte man sich vielleicht eine andere Geschäftsidee übernehmen. Es tut mir leid fürs Brautpaar!
