Super nice service, totally cozy atmosphere, great for children too. Even if it was only short...but we felt comfortable with you.

The Zeitlos restaurant impresses with its cozy interior and an attractively designed menu. Unfortunately, the quality of the food did not live up to this promise. The steak was not cooked well and the potatoes, fries and fish all had a slightly rancid aftertaste. Although the service was friendly, it seemed disorganized overall. Drinks were mixed up several times (e.g. Alster instead of iced tea), and several non-alcoholic options on the menu were unavailable. In addition, the waiting time for drinks and food was quite long. Overall, the Zeitlos left a mixed impression despite the cozy atmosphere and the promising menu.

Very well eaten, very friendly, good value for money, regional dishes, good portions. Take-out meals in proper crockery for a deposit, very great.

We ordered a “flying goose” for December 25th. Sorry dear team, after the positive experience last year, that was a “lame duck”. It arrived 40 minutes late and wasn't fully cooked! A new goose was delivered very quickly, which is why I expressly rate the service as good! The goose that was delivered later didn't make us happy either. She had a smell of her own that no one in our family could describe as appetizing in any way. It's a shame ☹️. After the experience, I'm leaning toward “doing it myself” next year. That doesn't have to be the case, as I'm happy to pay money for a good product. The side dishes (red cabbage/dumplings) were very good! I can't complain about anything there.

We celebrated a birthday with 13 people. Unfortunately we were very dissatisfied. The buffet and the meat skewers were very unsatisfactory for €33. The buffet was very sparse and not varied. The meat skewers were cold at the table every time we tried them, and nothing changed even after the problem was addressed. The meat wasn't tasty either. The criticism was noticed and confirmed by the person on site. There was no compensation in terms of price. Except 4 bottles of Prosecco. The restaurant was pretty empty and unattended on a Friday evening.

Here is my information about the restaurant ☺️ (we don't know the hotel any further) The reception, service and food including drinks are absolutely recommended. Everything was uncomplicated and very friendly. Price-performance ratio is totally fine.
