Super nice service, totally cozy atmosphere, great for children too. Even if it was only short...but we felt comfortable with you.

Great for people with celiac disease! We were there for breakfast and it was great. Nice atmosphere and friendly service. A relaxed place to eat for people with celiac disease. The boss is very knowledgeable and pays attention to contamination. When asked, she also stated that she uses her own deep fryer in a separate part of the kitchen for fries. Simply inform them about celiac disease when ordering and they will take care of the rest.

First of all: We love Andrews ❤️ We have known Andrews for a long time and always enjoy being guests here. The welcome is super friendly and the kids love it there too. Food & ambience always on point! We also celebrated our littlest's first birthday there and it was just great. It was super relaxing for us as parents and the kids had HUGE FUN. There was plenty of opportunity to play, run around and jump on the bouncy castle outside and inside. Due to the high number of guests, we had the entire restaurant to ourselves, which made it even nicer. The service was top notch and planning in advance was super easy. Many thanks to Lena & the great team! You're great and we'll always be happy to come back.

It's great here, the boss is very nice and helpful. Everything was very uncomplicated and always friendly. Also great with children because there is a great play area. We like coming here.

We celebrated a child's birthday. The atmosphere is super child-friendly and nicely decorated. In the toilet you will find hygiene products, from pampars to deodorant for the parents. Unfortunately the food wasn't to my taste, perhaps it could be improved. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the boss is very personable.

What a shame that I have to write this review. We were here in August for a baptism. Since my daughters suffer from celiac disease, it was said from the start that there would also have to be gluten-free food. When we arrived we were informed that simply all the food was gluten free. I thought it was a dream - finally not having to control anything. I even had a quick conversation with the owner and asked about the delicious, gluten-free nuggets. The next day my daughter felt very bad. Abdominal cramps, diarrhea, body aches. I googled the nuggets the owner told me and lo and behold: they weren't gluten free. In addition, the fries were prepared in the deep fryer, which is also used to make gluten-containing foods. I wrote to the owner and now comes what disappoints me the most! After a short conversation I was ignored. My questions were no longer answered and I never received an honest apology. I waited until today and nothing came. I really find that more than disappointing! My daughter felt bad for days and mistakes like that shouldn't happen! And if it does happen, please do so with insight and perhaps compensation.

I really enjoy going to Andrews to meet my friends with children. This way we can relax and talk and eat while the children play.

I am a regular guest at Andrews and feel very comfortable there. A nice restaurant with delicious food. The service is attentive and friendly. I would love to come back in the future.

Perfect if you want to eat relaxed with or without children. There are two free large play areas (one indoors and one outdoors) for small to older children, and even rides such as tricycles, bobby cars and the like are available for the kids. You can also sit in a beach chair on the market square if you don't feel like being close to the play areas :). The choice of food is great because everyone can find something and you can always somehow find something for the little ones - if in doubt, it's worth asking and something will be put together personally for you or your child. If you come with a baby or toddler, you will be happy about lots of high chairs (also great for the toddler group), children's cutlery, children's clothing and even BLW plates. We even celebrated our son's first birthday here and had the lovely owner Lena conjure up a cake for us. We'll probably have to come back for the second birthday, well, it was stupid, unfortunately it was really great 😁🥰. It was really relaxed and the three little dwarves, who were around a year old, were all able to play well and conquer the play areas with the adults.

We went for the 1 year anniversary breakfast buffet, it was a total disappointment! For the price, the quantity and quality were really inferior. Everything was served carelessly and the coffee 🤢 was an imposition, not even sugar helped. Sorry, but I really expected something better. I'm not that picky about restaurants but you shouldn't offer what you can't afford. I'm sorry.

I don't know how the stars come about here. Breakfast buffet was a disaster, never again.

If I were in an amusement park, I would know that this is how the food is presented and that the supposed Wienerschnitzel is actually an industrial frozen schnitzel that was briefly in the fryer. I would have expected a little more here. Yes, the food industry schnitzel and the croquettes were delicious. But a Wienerschnitzel is something completely different. Although I had the Holsteiner schnitzel, you can assume that this type of industrial frozen schnitzel has to be used for all types of schnitzel on the menu. The gluten-free waffle wasn't supposed to come at first because it didn't work and then something was served that looked like a waffle...but the inside was still raw and inedible, luckily we didn't have to pay for it. The cappuccino tasted like filter coffee with more milk than coffee, which fortunately we didn't have to pay for because of the failed waffle. The beautiful chairs in the Google Maps images are there. But these are only some of the chairs, the rest are completely normal wooden bar chairs. All in all, it seems more thrown together than cozy and stylishly furnished.

I borrowed the bouncy castle from Andrews. Super uncomplicated, the assembly and dismantling was relatively easy. The price for the castle was half as high as other bouncy castle rental companies I asked. It was definitely a mega highlight for the children. I'll be happy to reserve this again for the next party.

This is how service and customer friendliness works: We were actually here for breakfast with Grandma, Junior wanted a schnitzel instead of a roll, kids just 🤷🏼‍♂️ Asked the boss, no problem, takes a few minutes, but the customer gets what the customer wants. We'd love to come back!

We borrowed the “Elliot” bouncy castle. It was an absolute highlight at the children's birthday party, super easy to set up and the pick-up, rental and return process was totally relaxed and uncomplicated! Nice place, nothing special. But certainly very interesting for parents with smaller children.

I met my girlfriend here for lunch. The service was super friendly and we were given excellent advice on our choice of food. The bowls were super fresh and delicious and the waffle with vanilla ice cream as dessert was simply the best choice. We will be back.

Great child-friendly coffee/bistro and more... for everyone, whether big or small, for meat-vegetarians or vegans, whether pork or chicken... something for everyone.. hot food all day, great and loving owner... we just wanted tea and stayed with a great gourmet schnitzel... couldn't decide whether to eat fries or croquettes... I got both... great

Avoiding the Altenbekener Damm extra sheet, we went here for the breakfast buffet. The buffet was good, but it was hardly refilled. A refill at 12:30 p.m., just before the end, where I ask myself: Huh?! The service was nice, but not very attentive. Unfortunately, food that had been kept warm was cold. The view leaves a lot to be desired: view of busy traffic. We got our seat at the window quickly. However, there is a large play area further back, the seats there are more comfortable and warmer. Toilets are in the basement and can only be reached via stairs. Conclusion: Next time it would be better to go back to Altenbekener Damm. And please don't misunderstand me, I hope I remained as factual as possible and was able to give the team some suggestions 😉

Our first review had 2 stars, but after the owner's reaction here (see below) I reduced this to 1 star. This completely outrageous and inappropriate approach to objective, polite and constructive criticism once again shows the unprofessionalism of the owners and/or staff. Actually, you should take criticism to heart and try to do better next time... Original text: We went to Andrew's for breakfast today and apart from us there was only one other table occupied. The play area for the children is great, there's nothing to complain about. Unfortunately, the rest doesn't look so rosy... Breakfast was overall okay, but a bit too expensive for what was offered. Unfortunately, the service front and back wasn't right. One had the impression that the waitress didn't really know the small menu and we had to ask several times for improvements. The breakfast bowl, which consisted of a quark dish with fruits and seeds, was served with a knife and fork instead of a tablespoon, the egg spoon and salt were missing for the breakfast egg, and the latte macchiato, which was unfortunately only lukewarm, was served without sugar or sweetener. We then continued with the salad on the breakfast plates. There were several pieces with brown and already mushy edges, and unfortunately the smoked salmon that was served also looked a bit battered. In the end we asked ourselves a bit what the operators would do if the store were really full... I think it would end in chaos. It's certainly a well-intentioned concept and a store in which someone has invested a lot of personal investment, but unfortunately you can tell in many corners that there are no professional staff at work here. A pity…

Everything is really right here! A big win for families with children in Pattensen. The little ones can use a variety of play areas inside and outside and will soon have more stamina when playing than their parents do when eating :) The food is varied and really delicious! Vegan (the pink hummus is a must!) and sweet offerings are also not neglected. The first brunch buffet at Pentecost was also a successful start that left you wanting more. The whole thing is rounded off by Lena and Daniel, who run Andrew's so warmly, committedly and lovingly that we have been here very often and happily and will always come back. Update 02/2024: the menu is unique in Pattensen and is constantly being supplemented with new delicacies. So it's gotten even better :)

The most varied and probably healthiest menu in the area. I don't have any children, but I still come over regularly for dinner. On weekends it is usually very crowded with children, but during the week you can spend your lunch break here. The food has always tasted very good and fresh. Price-performance is also right.

Always a highlight. Pattensen isn't exactly around the corner for us, but the 40-minute journey is worth it every time. The restaurant has just the right personal touch that is missing from so many chains these days. It's a relaxed but still friendly atmosphere and on the second visit the service person even knew which bagel I had eaten 3 weeks before. Surprising as it was always quite full every time I visited. We never had to wait long.

When we came into the cafe we ​​were the first guests. It was thoughtless to take a seat at the children's play area, because half an hour later we were the focus of 6 playing children whose flying balls flew towards us from the ball pit. Accordingly, the volume was also good. We could have foreseen this too. We are certainly not anti-children and have some of our own. However, it was not explicitly clear to us that this is a cafe with a focus on young families where parents can eat undisturbed. However, this is only an advantage if you have children with you... OK. Unfortunately, the breakfast didn't quite meet our expectations either. After we had to wait for almost half an hour (as I said, we were the first and only ones when we arrived), we received two rolls with salmon and cream cheese as well as a side salad as ordered. Unfortunately, neither the dollop of cream cheese was enough for all the rolls nor the salmon slices to adequately cover four halves of the roll. The drinks were exclusive and were brought quite quickly. Unfortunately it took another 20 minutes for the rest to arrive. The drinks were all there. Unfortunately, the price of €34 for two people doesn't seem appropriate to me.

Die Spielecke für Kinder ist super. Die Bedienung freundlich. Es ist allerdings sehr laut durch den kleinen Raum. Das Brunch Buffet ist nicht der Rede wert und der Preis aus meiner Sicht überzogen. Wir saßen direkt an den Toiletten und dem Wickelraum und mussten dann nach 1 1/2 Stunden gehen, weil der Geruch absolut nicht mehr auszuhalten war. So was will man beim Essen nicht ertragen müssen. Wir werden nicht wiederkommen.

Wir haben das Andrews nun mehrfach auf Herz und Nieren getestet. Das Lokal ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und die Inhaberin sowie das Team sehr freundlich und locker. Die Schnitzel und Bowls, aber auch das Frühstück waren stets schön angerichtet und schmeckten wunderbar. Selbst meine Schwester bekam ohne Probleme Ersatzprodukte (Gluten). Der gesamte Laden ist Kinderfreundlich, aber wir kommen auch ohne Kinder sehr gerne her und genießen das Ambiente.

Ein absolutes Traumlokal! Nicht nur, dass hier jeder Familie mit Kids die Möglichkeit gegeben wird, entspannt zu essen während die Kinder ausgiebig spielen. Zusätzlich ist das essen unglaublich lecker, jeder Sonderwunsch wird gerne erfüllt und hier wird man familiär und liebevoll bewirtet. Die Events sind immer toll gemacht und abwechslungsreich, genau wie das umfangreiche Frühstücksbuffet. Hier stimmt einfach alles!

Nicht ohne Grund ruft unser 2-jähriger ein lautes "Andrew's!!", wenn wir in Richtung Marktplatz aufbrechen. Hier verbringt unsere ganze Familie gerne Zeit! Während die Kinder spielen gehen, suchen die Erwachsenen für alle aus der kreativ zusammengestellten Speisekarte aus, die immer mal wieder im Wandel ist. Groß und Klein können hier schlemmen - egal ob Frühstück, Kuchen/Waffeln/Eis oder "warm"... einfach alles ist lecker! (Dabei hat man auch immer die Möglichkeit, vegetarisch oder vegan anzupassen) Hier entspannen wir alle in einer gelassenen Atmosphäre bei lieben Menschen. Was für eine Bereicherung für Pattensen! Und ein happy-place für uns :-)

Ich war vor einigen Tagen im Andrew's Pattensen, das Frühstück war absolut empfehlenswert. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, ich kann dieses Café sehr empfehlen...selbst eine eigene Spielecke ( sehr großzügig) ist vorhanden.👍👌

Wir waren etwas enttäuscht, sehr laut und unruhig und das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr einfach und schnell abgegessen, es dauerte bis Nachschlag kam. Die Enkel haben sich in der Spielecke allerdings sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolles kleines familienfreundliches Café im Herzen von Pattensen. Solche Lokale braucht es in der Umgebung noch mehr! Kommen jederzeit gerne wieder. 🙂

Das Essen ist mega lecker, das Team total nett und freundlich, für die Kids ein Traum. 2 Spielbereiche (1 Indoor, 1 Outdoor) Es ist ein tolles Miteinander dort. Außerdem bietet das Lokal auch viele Workshops und Themenabende an. Vorbeischauen lohnt sich 👍

Super süßes Kaffee direkt am Marktplatz! Mit Bestuhlung innen & draußen! Kartenzahlung ist möglich & es gibt Hafermilch und auch veganes Frühstück! Die Inneneinrichtung ist wild & bunt, aber liebevoll. Besonders Kinder werden sich hier in der großen Spielecke wohlfühlen - ein perfektes Ausflugsziel für Familien. Und ein weiteres Highlight: Das selbstgemachte Eis vom Café Eisblume wird hier verkauft! Eine ganz klare Empfehlung!
