Ordered various dishes to take away from home. Service is punctual and friendly. Unfortunately, some dishes were poorly packaged and carelessly prepared. The taste was also manageable. My lasagne was nothing. I expected much more. The colleagues with the pizzas were all satisfied.

Everyone makes the same mistakes, poorly trained staff, the portions of the main toppings are getting smaller and smaller, as are the portion spoons, and the quality is noticeably declining. And the staff is extensively trained to have excuses ready for questions and complaints. No, dear owners, that can't work!!!! Especially in this day and age, you should think customer-oriented again, then sales will also work! I wish others bon appetit, it was my last attempt with Subway!

I ordered in the evening at 9 p.m. as normal during opening hours (10:30 p.m.) via Lieferrando, the order confirmation came immediately shortly after 9 p.m. and delivery was announced for 10:03 p.m. At 10:20 p.m. after the order was declared delivered promptly at 10:03 p.m. but there was no sign of the food, I called. Unfortunately, I was pushed away several times. I continued to try calling until almost 11 p.m., but unfortunately the phone was turned off, so there wasn't even a dial tone anymore. Unfortunately, at 12:16 a.m. I wrote it down and wrote to the business via Lieferando, but so far I haven't received a message, an apology, let alone my money or food. As a regular customer, I am more than disappointed and unfortunately have to definitely advise against purchasing!

We really enjoy going to the Teufelsmoorschleuse. Everything is always perfect 👍. The staff is always very nice and the food is great!

Ordered again today for a long time and are absolutely dissatisfied. The sharp cheese baguette was so soggy, as if the bread had been in water for three hours, with almost nothing on top. Forgot sauces. Ordered 2 cheeseburgers, one was not received at all and the other was received without cheese. Large gyro pizza doesn't taste good either, it's totally dry, you can't eat it without sauce and then the price! Absolutely not suitable. Several things were missing when ordering, even though everything was given and compared three or four times. We don't order there anymore!

Definitely the second best kebab in the Osterholz-Scharmbeck district! Very tasty sauces and crusty bread. Juicy meat and sucuk also taste great. I don't understand the negative reviews. It's always delicious with you, don't let it get you down!

Ein sehr gut besuchtes Lokal. Die Preise sind fair die Mahlzeiten ausreichend, man wird satt. Es gibt die Möglichkeit durch Extras mehr Beilagen zu kaufen, hierdurch muss nicht soviel Essen in den Abfall. Also nachhaltig. Gerade in der Kaserne wird der Gastronomiebereich immer weniger. Man kann froh sein in Garlstedt einen so gut laufenden Gastronomie Betrieb zu haben. Das Essen schmeckt und die Getränke haben günstige Preise. Das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend. Danke für eure Leistung macht weiter so. Und an alle Besucher: Den Besuch zu etwas schönen zu machen liegt in eurer Hand. Zeigt ein Lächeln, seid höflich und freundlich so wird man es auch erwidern. Today we had “regional” 😉 Delivered quickly, we were excited to see what the lightning pizza would taste like: And lo and behold: The dough is nice and thin and also folds towards the middle. The edge is loose and tastes good too. 😋 Luckily there was NO skimping on the toppings (including meat!) 👍🏽 So: food 👍🏽 service 👍🏽 ambience cannot be estimated from home 😉 All around a delicious “round” thing.
