We went there yesterday for a family dinner, unfortunately this time it was a bad decision. It started with reserving a seat, we would have liked to book 2 additional seats, but we were denied this because of a lack of space. Yesterday we found out that there were still enough places left. We were then greeted by a noticeably unfriendly waitress whose friendliness didn't improve. Unfortunately, the food was also nothing; some guests' fish was fried to death. Drinks didn't come either, so it was a rather disappointing idea. We won't be going there again.

Very nice hotel. The staff is friendly and approachable at any time. The room is very cozy and nicely decorated. The selection at the breakfast buffet was varied and delicious. Neuharlingersiel and the beach are only a few minutes away.

Very good food, but above all unbeatable service: friendly, relaxed, professional, so that you feel absolutely comfortable. This makes going to a restaurant fun!

Very nice restaurant with a small menu of exquisite dishes in a great atmosphere. It tasted excellent, the service was extremely friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Very friendly and attentive service, a fantastic restaurant in a lovingly preserved historic building. And the food is amazing! Incredibly good and prepared with fantastic, fresh ingredients. Definitely worth a try. Try something different than a fish sandwich by the harbor!

Fine cuisine, price/performance is right. We had dinner there and were completely satisfied. This restaurant is definitely planned for your next vacation in Neuharlingersiel.

A really great and friendly team, fair value for money, great selection, tastes very good, highly recommended, always worth a visit, greetings from the exiled English.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the beach 🏝️ Everything is easy to reach on foot, whether it's the harbor or restaurants! The staff is also friendly and accommodating! Breakfast was great, rolls, eggs, muesli, everything was there, but there was less choice of sausage and cheese, and it only started at eight and you had to be ready by 10:30. Unfortunately, the room with a sea view does not have a sea view, you can only see the sea through the balcony and there are two trees in front of it. Sitting for two in the room is also not possible, but there is a public area where you can sit in the hotel (the breakfast room is open to guests from 4 p.m.). The hotel is also a bit noisy so you can hear when the room next door is occupied, but it didn't bother us so much. But what could really be improved are the beds, the double bed consisted of two single beds pushed together, the mattress was rock hard (we're not sensitive but it was really uncomfortable) and there was only one small pillow 80x40 (which wasn't very comfortable) per bed, so the four nights weren't that relaxing. You have to set the shower to completely cold then you can shower, there is no cold water, if you set the water to 30 degrees it is boiling hot, probably the thermostat is defective. So we couldn't take a refreshing shower in our room. What was really good, however, was that the whole hotel was very clean so you can't complain! Another little info, the TV doesn't have internet, so it's just free TV, so if you don't want to go without Netflix etc. on vacation, you should pack a laptop or a TV stick, especially for children there isn't really anything on normal TV in the evenings.

Das Restaurant heißt jetzt "Tulipano". Wir hatten reserviert und waren schon am Eingang überrascht wieviel Personal dort rumläuft. Ich hatte Spagetti mit Meeresfrüchten und meine Frau eine Pizza. Vorweg, die Pizza konnte man gerade noch so akzeptieren. Aber die Spagetti waren eine Zumutung. Die Meersfrüchte konnte man suchen, dafür aber sehr viel Soße. Geschmeckt hat es auch nicht. Ständig kam eine Bedienkraft vorbei und fragte ob alles in Ordung sei. Es war jedesmal ein anderer. Zum Abschluß kam die üblich Frage ,wie bei einem Italiener üblich, ob man noch einen kleinen Schnaps möchte. Wir bejaten das und waren aber total überrascht, als auf der Schnaps auf der Rechnung stand. Ehrlich, wir fühlten uns "verarscht". Mit einem Italiener hat dieses Restaurant gar nichts gemeinsam.
