I have been to this restaurant quite often and was more than satisfied, and today, March 11th around 8 p.m., I was very sad as we had heard that our favorite restaurateur was looking for a successor for health reasons. So to all restaurant lovers, help these nice gentlemen find someone reputable.

Food 9/10 Ambiance 4/10 Service 9/10 The schnitzels are super tender and juicy. Delicious. Some of the fries are hard and crispy.

Great ambience, very friendly service. Unfortunately the food wasn't good. Asparagus with boiled potatoes and schnitzel. The potatoes tasted like sulphurized ready-made potatoes, the asparagus had an okay taste, but was poorly peeled and many of the ends were woody, the schnitzel was more in the format of a children's plate. Price for it: €28.90 Unfortunately not recommended!

Absolutely not recommended. The bowls were empty. The food was almost cold, and the duck was very tough. Only noodles and rice were refilled, but only very rarely. The ice cream and the salad buffet are also not recommended. The price was completely unreasonable for the food we received. Furthermore, the staff were very slow and uncooperative. The prices on the website are not up to date.

We ordered a party pizza (€25) and asked if we could get the 50/50 with salami and ham. That wouldn't be a problem. The problem only arose with the bill. He simply wanted to charge me €20(!) for it! Pretty cheeky! When I asked what that was all about, he just said he could give me some back "out of his pocket." Highly recommended.

The individual DRK kitchen locations also supply the kindergartens in Isenbüttel. The food is not healthy or varied. Lots of pre-prepared food, pasta at least once a week. Sometimes it seems as if there is no distinction between home and kindergarten deliveries: stews, completely soft-boiled meat, etc. The ordering system is extremely inflexible. As a rule, you cannot unsubscribe in the morning if your child is sick. At first I always picked up the food when our child was sick and the food couldn't be canceled. However, in such cases I ultimately preferred to cook myself (see photo: currywurst, canned vegetables, powdered mashed potatoes and ketchup). Unfortunately, it's not over after kindergarten - the DRK kitchen also supplies the elementary school...

Honestly, 4 stars, but actually 4.2 isn't possible. The owner changed five years ago; he had only managed 3.6 for 10 years or more. The food, selection, service, price, and speed were all very good. I had 8 treasures, a crystal, and an espresso for €23.80.
