La Piazza in Gifhorn

Was at La Piazza again today. As always, the service was very good and the food prepared by the chef “Rocco” was absolutely delicious 👍🏻🙂

I was at La Piazza and I really loved it. The food was simply delicious – you can tell that they cook here with fresh ingredients and a lot of love. There is also a great atmosphere in which you immediately feel at home. The atmosphere is relaxed, stylish and warm at the same time. For me it was an all-round successful evening – truly world class. I'll definitely be back!

Was here for dinner on a Sunday evening and received very friendly service. The pizza was delicious and the price was right too. The staff is courteous and the food was tasty. What more could you want?! :-)

You can always eat very well at la Piazza. Was there again last week and really tasty 😋. Everything is very nicely prepared and tastes good. Whether pizza or antipasti plate etc. Recommended.. The service is also great. Keep it up.

Viva Italy! Yes, there are many good Italian restaurants. There are 100 pizzas and 100 pasta dishes everywhere. But what is very rare - real Nonna cuisine! With a lot of love and Italian charm I experienced Nonna Küche here again today. There is no recipe for this, this is cooking from the heart. Far from the menu, I finally wanted to enjoy "Cacio e Pepe" again - which, by the way, is rarely found on the menu. A quick question, a nice conversation with the chef and after a short time I finally had a really outstanding portion of "Cacio e Pepe" in front of me. Even the Romans didn't do it better - except for the city's home advantage with the weather, which Gifhorn finds difficult to copy ;-) Thanks to the really great team, this clearly sets you apart from “08/15 Bella Italia”.

I had to wait 25 minutes for the waitress to come to me when the restaurant was empty. I ordered a beer and a pizza. I waited 15 minutes for the beer and then it took another 50 minutes until I got my food (pizza). I WILL NEVER VISIT THIS PLACE AGAIN.

We, parents and grandparents of 3 teenage girls (4, 7, 10), were there for lunch on the occasion of a birthday. We were given a nice side room (the children were thrilled and loudly expressed their enthusiasm). The attentive service fulfilled all wishes in a friendly manner (despite the relatively large lunchtime business). The food was really very good. The eldest girl objected several times that she would give 'full marks'. I can only recommend laPiazza and it won't be the last time I've been there.

Hostess Maniela knows exactly what to do and how to give an evening of truly beautiful Italian food that extra dimension with heart, natural charm and genuine friendliness. I walked in there years ago and...I'll continue to do so!

Underground shop. Simply canceled 3 days before the reserved visit with 7 people and thus ruined our mother's 75th birthday. Serious is different.

I have no idea why it's so buzzing, I imagined the duck ragout on fussili to be different, this carelessly thrown together dish tastes like nothing. The stuff comes from a can and the pasta from an Aldi pack. The tables outside are carelessly bare, no napkins, no decorations. The cola could use some carbonation and be cooler. Only the service is friendly, you don't have to wait long, but still not recommended. I imagine a real Italian to be different.

We drank a large and a small beer on the terrace. We didn't read a drinks menu. But charging €6 for a large beer and €4 for a small beer is quite daring. On a terrace at the end of Gifhorn's pedestrian zone. Wow! :-/

Draußen ein großes und ein kleines Bier getrunken. Man sitzt dort ganz nett. Allerdings kostet ein großes Bier 6 € und ein kleines Bier 4 €. Eindeutig zu teuer... und man geht dort halt nicht mehr hin.

A top shop with a feel-good atmosphere, always tasty food and especially the waiter Niko really rounds the whole thing off with his charm and his funny manner. Best pizza in Gifhorn.

The service was very friendly and responded to special requests. Bread was served in advance and the ambience with white tablecloths was very harmonious. Unfortunately the food was mixed. A pizza was forgotten at our table and the Nizza salad was carelessly served in a pasta plate and poured over with “house dressing”. The other dishes were tasty.

Pizza was good, the tagliatelle with chanterelles not at all. “Al dente” a foreign word in an Italian restaurant? The oily sauce also left a lot to be desired. Was it perhaps the “dish of the day” that seemed to have just been warmed up in the evening? Unfortunately we don't recommend this pasta dish.

Insalata Mista: watery, dressing bland and poured too much on top and tasteless. Wheat beer 6 euros... Waiter would like to be like the grown-ups, but can't, embarrassing! Never again!!!

Authentic and delicious Italian in Gifhorn. Price-performance ratio is really great. The staff are very friendly. I can recommend the tagliatelle with salmon.

Had a spontaneous meal there with a friend last Friday. We were lucky that we got the last free table. Reservation is better! Very good service. Thank you again for the great white wine recommendation! Unfortunately, the requested spaghetti with clams on the daily menu was out. Alternatives to spinach ravioli and pasta with salmon were also very tasty. There was also delicious fresh bread. Gladly again!

Pleasing experience. Amazing food, good service clean restaurant, really everything you can wish for in a restuarant. I had the Spaghetti with shrimp, amazing. The texture and taste were both amazing. There were a couple tables free, so thats good, no wait time at all. Another thing, is that they give as much parmesan cheese as you need. The restuarant itself was really really clean, and so were the bathrooms, surprisingly. One of the bad things though is its a bit expensive. 2 waters and 2 plates of spaghetti with shrimp was almost 50 euro. Understanably though. The service was also really good. Wait time was no more then 7 minutes for my food fo arrive. Also, the worker gave my little brother and me a free lollipop. 10/10 honestlyz

Google just tells me I was here five years ago. It is a mistake to have been a guest here so rarely. Today I was finally here again and I'm still thrilled. For me, Nico in particular is the ideal image of a restaurateur. Super friendly, attentive and always keeping the guests' wishes in mind. The whole thing was still humorous and sent in a friendly manner. I enjoy being here and look forward to the excellent food.

Relatively spontaneous in GF with an old friend for a pizza at an Italian restaurant... What can I say, service was very nice (our waiter even introduced himself by name, something we've never experienced before) and very attentive, drinks and food were at the table in no time, pizza was really good, boss Lucano was there shortly afterwards table and asked if everything was OK, we talked briefly about the good old "La Gondola days", and at the end there was a Marsala, perfect! Very, very happy again!

Das Essen war wirklich ausgezeichnet wir haben Vorspeise und Hauptgang genommen und wir konnten NICHTS bemängeln. Die Porzionen reichlich und dazu schön dekoriert. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Das Geschäft verdient mehr Sterne, weil wir uns bei La Piazza so wohl gefühlt haben, dass wir bestimmt wieder vorbei kommen werden.

Der Service war sehr gut und freundlich, das essen hat super geschmeckt und der service ging schnell.

Es war sehr schön, die Bedingung war sehr nett und das essen war sehr lecker. Kann ich nur weiter empfehlen.

Der Mitarbeitermangel in der Gastronomie hat sich bei La Piazza zum guten gewendet, dass was manche vielleicht gestört hat kann ich nicht nachvollziehen. La Piazza, hat mit den neuem mitlerweile seit einem Jahr fleissigen und kreativen Koch, sowie dem alten Chef Luciano und der Bedienung unschlagbares Team gebildet. Das Essen ist wirklich qualitativ hochwertig und sehr schmackhaft. Man freut sich immer wieder hinzugehen. Der Chef, wenn ihm die Zeit erlaubt nimmt er sich Zeit für den Gast. Die sehr freundliche Bedienung macht alles, dass der Gast sich wohlfühlt. Ein Typ für die Besucher, ein Tisch vorbestellen.

Ein toller Ort zum relaxen. Vor allem in der Sommerzeit draußen im Biergarten, auf dem Rathausplatz. Allerdings darf man nichts gegen Kirchenglockengeläut haben.😊

Wir waren zum Muschelessen da. Das Essen war grandios wie immer ! Der Service Top ! Wir freuen uns aufs nächste mal.

Der Nizzasalat echt richtig lecker.

Wir waren an einem Mittwochabend zu Gast im La Piazza. Das Restaurant war an diesem Abend gut besucht, einen freien Platz haben wir aber dennoch ohne Probleme bekommen. Das Servicepersonal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Getränke wurden schnell gebracht und auch die bestellten Speisen wurden in einer absolut angemessenen Zeit serviert. Die Speisen waren appetitlich angerichtet und geschmacklich sehr gut! Die Portionsgrößen waren passend. Das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis ebenfalls. Wir hatten ein gutes Abendessen im La Piazza und kommen gern wieder!

War lecker. Nichts aussergewöhnliches.eben solides ital.Essen. Kann man wieder hingehen. Der Wintergarten ist schön. Personal freundlich.

Zwei lauwarme Espresso 6,00 Euro und darauf 10 Minuten gewartet, ich komme nicht mehr.

Mittelmäßiger Italiener. Teilweise etwas zu arrogant im Verhältnis zur Qualität und dem Preis der Speisen.

Das Essen war gut, der Service hätte ein bisschen Freundlicher sein können. Aber ich würde wieder kommen.

Die Mitarbeiter sind super, das anbiete ist top, Vorort gibt es beste Speisen und Getränke aber zum mitnehmen ist der Laden einfach nicht gemacht weil Anspruch und Wirklichkeit weit auseinander liegen.

Kommen schon seit Jahren hier her. Sehr frisches und vor allem leckeres Essen.

Sehr gutes Essen und freundliches Servicepersonal. Das findet man heute selten.

Seit Jahren lieben wir den Nizza Salat und nehmen ihn uns mit, wenn wir mal in der Nähe sind. Genauso lecker wie der Salat ist das dazu gereichte Brot. Dazu kommt eine immer freundliche Bedienung und faire Preise. Immer wieder gerne 👍

Wir waren heute abend dort um vor dem Tanz in den noch zu essen leider wurde unsere Pizza vergessen und die Bedienung hat es leider auch nicht bemerkt nach 30 min warten bekommen wir unsere Pizza essen

Wir haben einen schönen Abend verbracht. Es ist ein sehr familiärer Italiener - super Essen - toller Service

Der Besuch war ein rund um gelungener Abend. Das Restaurant, die Mitarbieter und das Essen haben den Aufenthalt zu einer sehr schönen Zeit gemacht, die man gerne wiederholen möchte.

Pizza "zum Abholen" bestellt und pünktlich zur angegebenen Zeit abgeholt (Außentemperatur ca. 20 Grad, Fahrtziel ca. 2 Min. entfernt) - Pizza war bei Ankunft allenfalls noch lauwarm Geschmacklich war sie leider auch nicht akzeptabel - auf den "typischen" Geschmack einer italienischen Pizza habe ich vergeblich gewartet. Außer "salzig" war fast kein Geschmack erkennbar.

Sehr freundliche, nette Bedienung (Tanja), ein super leckerer Salat (Mista), ein hausgemachtes Brot, das viele Bäckerei-Brote voll in den Schatten stellt. So grosszügige Portionen, dass du den Teller selbst als guter Esser nicht zu Ende bringst. (Der Rest mitgebrachter Rest zu Hause ebenso lecker aufgewärmt!) Der Expresso ist Italien pur, die Grappa noch eine Spur mehr. Danke für diesen unvergesslichen Moment im "La Piazza".

Netter Service, 1a Lage, jedoch sehr unterdurchschnittlich Antipasti Teller, alles bereits sehr abgestanden.

We’ve been met by the very friendly staff. We ordered pizza and pasta (it was really big portion). Everything was tasty but I can’t say that it was something special in this food, just a regular pasta and pizza. We spent 65 EUR for food and drinks and we were really full. Anyways I can’t say that there were something outstanding.

Wir wollten eine Kleinigkeit essen und sind in La Piazza, lieht sehr schön am Marktplatz. Draussen war nichts mehr frei und wir mussten ins Restaurant, was aber durchaus ansprechend war. Die Bedienung war nicht unbedingt unfreundlich, wirkte aber eher genervt. Wir bestellten ein Tagesnudelgericht mit Pilzen und eine Pizza mit Paprika. Es ist wirklich schon lange her, dass ich so schlecht italienisch gegessen habe. Alles schien recht lieblos zubereitet, viel zu viel Käse auf der Pizza, zu Fett. Bei den Nudeln war es ähnlich, ebenfalls sehr ölig und leider alles ohne Pepp..., schade... lg DE

Siempre que voy a Gifhorn es mi restaurante preferido, me encantan los macarrones al horno y el picante es para gente con mucho aguante. Muy recomendable

Die gegrillten Calamari sind ein Gedicht, die Lachsnudeln sind samtig weich und würzig, die Getränkeauswahl ist überdurchschnittlich, das Servicepersonal ist aufmerksam und freundlich, das Tiramisu ist ein Gedicht. Ein italienisches Team, das den Gast zu verwöhnen weiss. Bravo - sehr sehr gerne wieder.

Freundliche Gastlichkeit und eine richtig leckere Pizza. Das Ristorante La Piazza befindet sich direkt in der Fußgängerzone von Gifhorn.
