The individual DRK kitchen locations also supply the kindergartens in Isenbüttel. The food is neither healthy nor varied. It's a lot of pre-prepared food, with pasta at least once a week. Sometimes it seems as if they don't differentiate between home and kindergarten deliveries: stews, overcooked meat, etc. The ordering system is extremely inflexible. You generally can't cancel your order in the morning if your child is sick. At first, I always picked up the food when our child was sick and it couldn't be canceled. However, in those cases, I ultimately preferred to cook it myself (see photo: currywurst, canned vegetables, powdered mashed potatoes, and ketchup). Unfortunately, it doesn't end with kindergarten—the DRK kitchen also supplies the elementary school...

Highly recommended is the Gifhorn Music Summer 2025, every Sunday from May to September in the beer garden or in bad weather in the bakery

Food 9/10 Atmosphere 4/10 Service 9/10 The schnitzels are super tender and juicy. Very tasty. The fries are sometimes hard and crispy.

Great restaurant with good food. Everything was on time, and it was delicious, too. The portions are absolutely fine.
