NEVER AGAIN! I had lunch from the buffet. The food was just cold and the chicken wasn't even cooked through but was still raw inside. Unfortunately I noticed it too late. My complaint was simply not responded to at all.

I ate a kebab box here. Both the meat and the fries were very tasty. I didn't have to wait during my visit.

I ordered sushi home and paid 25 euros. Rice is sour. The evening is ruined.

I ordered three pizzas and a mixed plate, one of which was €18.50 with a cheese wheel that had nothing on it other than a few olives and cheese. Mixed plate for 12.50 was so pathetic and a complete joke, everything was frozen from the supermarket. The food was cold. In total I paid €50. So never again!!

The staff at this snack shop has drastically increased the prices. 3 years ago the kebab plate cost 8 euros. Today the kebab plate costs 13 euros. I wonder what price expectations the staff has?! In my opinion the prices are not realistic.

No matter when I go between 7-8 a.m. there is never lactose-free milk or oat milk, which makes me pissed off. In this day and age, something like that shouldn't happen. If I bring a latte for someone, it's always lukewarm and an absolute no go. For me, after trying to get a hot, lactose-free latte three times, this store is no longer an option.

My visit to Domino's Pizza in Frankfurt's Gallus district was entirely positive. What particularly impressed me was the friendliness of the employees. They made me feel very comfortable there and I'm already looking forward to my next visit. All in all a really great experience!
