If you want to eat quickly you have to pay cashless otherwise you will wait forever for your order! Apparently the orders that are processed in cash fall under the table at the tax office 😏

I've tried to get lunch here a few times now. The store is open, but the cash register is unmanned. Even after 15 minutes, there are no signs of life, except for potential customers who leave the store hungry.

Order first time from this branch yesterday and it was a disaster. The food was not fresh at all. Ordered chicken wings and they tasted like fried in an old oil or they fried the already fried one again and again. Waited for mire than an hour to get the food and the taste was pathetic.

We ordered chicken parts from uber eats. So I can't rate everything else. The chicken was absolutely fine. A little dry at times, but really okay. Pretty much like KFC. Although it was significantly less greasy than KFC. The order arrived very quickly and warm. I would eat something there again and try something different

I was there last night based on a recommendation and I have to admit that my expectations were exceeded. Super friendly staff and really delicious food. The ingredients were very fresh and especially the hot wings were the best I've had. Definitely gained regular customers :)

I would never recommend anyone to go here!!! Even if someone wanted to, I really want to persuade them to go somewhere else. Very terrible! I’m generally silent about delivery, the first time I thought it was ok, but to wait at least 1.5 hours for delivery every time? This is quiet horror!!! Also, when you call a restaurant, if they answer, and this doesn’t always happen, then talk on the phone like it’s our fault! Your order will be sent immediately, be patient, our employees deliver food. I don’t care who delivers, if you don’t know how to deliver, then remove this service. We don’t order food to wait another 2 hours!!!

I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. First of all, I had to wait sooooo long for the food, and then they brought the wrong food, and it was cold too. Then I ordered again and waited another 30 minutes and they delivered the wrong order again. They also said that I should pay even though they sent the wrong orders themselves.

I ordered through UberEats, the food was never delivered. This was NOT the fault of the Uber drivers, but of the restaurant operators. A total of 6 drivers came to the branch in a row within 2 hours and the employees couldn't be persuaded to do so because they had ALLEGEDLY already sent out my food. Ultimately it turns out they gave my order to the wrong driver and my food was delivered to someone else. It was an order worth €55, so not even a small sum. After several phone calls to the restaurant, I was cheekily turned away with a “I don’t have time for that.” In the end I got my money back from Uber and hope that this branch made a loss! The other Rooster branches are great and there have never been any problems. The franchisor should take a close look at the work of its franchise partners. This branch tarnishes Rooster's good reputation.

Bad bad service 0 customer orientation and 0 experience in the catering industry you can't say that to anyone

Never ordered there! We waited 2 1/2 hours for our order and called 5 times in between (no one ever answered) until the app said it had been delivered, but no one ever came. We never received the order, but we already paid over 100 euros in advance. Now you have to go through the trouble of getting the money back and writing back and forth to customer service... just stressful.

Food was never delivered, no notification, nothing. Paid more than 100 euros!!!! Restaurant not accessible, several people in front of the hotel ordered from the same provider and also unsuccessfully!!! Please never order there! Oh, and of course they don't answer the phone either. Lieferando was contacted and their response so far “could take 48-72 hours” outrageous, you just want your money back when you already waited 3 hours yesterday for your food and at the end it said “delivered” but never saw anything about it!

I waited 2 1/2 hours for my food after ordering on UberEats. 30-50 minutes were given. It's not the first time this has happened. However, this time they canceled my position at 2am sharp as they close at exactly 2am. Never seen such damn behavior in my life. Dirty shop

1) I waited 40 minutes for my order even though there were only two customers in the restaurant. 2) Some pieces of meat were raw. I absolutely do not recommend it.

Arrived again in Frankfurt and went back to Rooster Fried Chicken. The chicken popcorns are so incredibly delicious and the double decker is simply a delight!!! I'm looking forward to my next visit to Frankfurt, not because of Frankfurt itself but because of Rooster! :)

Unfortunately I have to report an extremely disappointing experience. I waited three hours for my food which never arrived. Despite asking ten times on the phone, I was ignored and finally had to call with a blocked number to get an answer. I was promised that my issue would be taken care of and that I would be called back, but that didn't happen. The driver supposedly rang the bell, but it remains unclear to whom as no one rang my bell. Finally I was told I had ordered wrong. I don't understand how this stops the driver from delivering the delivery. I am very disappointed with this service and hope you can avoid these problems in the future. Thank you.

Normally it tastes very good, but this morning on Sunday it was a disaster. The fries are inedible, dry and cold, the hot wings are dry, everything tastes like it was forgotten yesterday. The order was not completely taken. No sauces added to the fries, the order was to go. I'm happy to pay for sauces, but at least the warning has to come, it's damn dry without sauces. After the call, no insight at all and stupid excuses. Now we can just throw the whole €20 worth of food in the bin because it tastes terrible. Very disappointing.

1.5 hour delivery time is absolute disgrace

Nice atmosphere, great food, very good quality. You notice the freshness in the food. The employees put a lot of effort into making every customer happy. The team is great. I've been there many times and so far I can only report positive things.

We were lucky to get something to eat at a very late hour and were not disappointed. Friendly staff and food came relatively quickly (15 minute wait). Price-performance ratio fits so far and I'll be happy to come back. The only small drawback was that the fries were a little too seasoned for my taste, but it was all in a very nice shop.

Either the organization is uncoordinated or they have really good storage boxes. The wings and the chicken burger was really good and looked and tasted handmade instead of being heated up. They did give a ton of fries which helped me get full. They tasted great aswell

Food was good, but service is a thing in itself. At times you felt like you were in a prayer room. The colleague at the checkout didn't even respond to the "goodbye". Definitely the worst Roosters branch. It's a shame actually.

Their service is very bad, none of them speak German, they talk like they are making fun of people, we waited 4 hours for our order, they didn't even call and said we couldn't come, we called and asked and that's how we found out it ended up in the wrong place.

For anyone who is hungry, do yourself a favor and don't order. After two hours of delivery, no one came. Neither price discount or anything. I would rather close the shop.

Double decker and chicken fillets + fries are highly recommended! Very tasty. Crispys are also delicious but small compared to others.

Ich habe vor einer Woche drei Hähnchenteile bestellt. Seit einer Woche ist mein Körper komplett im Eimer, weil ich mir eine Salmonellenvergiftung eingefangen habe. Danke für nichts. Hähnchen hat nicht geschmeckt, lag aber wohl eher daran, dass es kurz vor Feierabend war und die Dinger den ganzen Tag da rumlagen.

Burger ist gut, Pommes it ok, Service is unterste Schublade.

Wir sind an einem Freitag Abend spät in FFM angekommen und hatten Lust auf Hähnchen und sind dabei auf diesen großartigen Laden gestossen. Cooles Team und netter Besitzer der sich genug Zeit genommen hat um ums die Speisekarte zu erklären. Die Burger waren der Hammer und die Hot Wings angenehm scharf und zartem Fleisch. Wir haben zum krönenden Abschluss einen leckeren Tiramisu aufs Haus bekommen. Wenn wir wieder in FFM sind kommen wir definitiv wieder hier. Klare Empfehlung!

Bester Burger in Frankfurt! Ich hab in Frankfurt ja schon viel probiert, aber an die Qualität von dem Chicken burger kommt nichts ran. Freue mich auf den nächsten Besuch!

Essen kam erst nach knapp 2 Std an. In Lieferando steht eine ganz andere Adresse! Essen wurde auch felerhaft geliefert! Ich frage mich wie man es nicht schaffen kann, ein Essen nach einet Liste zu befüllen, ich verstehe es einfach nicht wie dumm man sein kann. Schmecken, naja muss sich jeder sein eigenes Bild machen oder am besten sein Geld nicht dort ausgeben!

Würde gern 3,5 Sterne geben aber gibt ja immer nur ganze… Hatten uns die Box1 bestellt 9 Hot Wings 4er onionrings Käse Soße und Knoblauchsoße.. die hot Wings waren schön von der Bräune und zart im inneren und hatten auch eine leichte Schärfe.. der Kraut Salat schmeckt wie jeder andere auch da gibt es jetzt nicht wo ich sagen könnte boah der schmeckt Hammer… die Pommes klar aus dem tiefkühlbeutel und die onionrings genauso… die Käse Soße schmeckt nur rein nach Käse und nicht bisschen gewürzt und sogar nur ein klekks von Soße.. naja rein vom Fleisch her schmeckt es lecker aber jetzt nicht wo ich sage wenn ich in Frankfurt wieder arbeite das ich etwas von dort bestelle. Von der Zeit her ist es perfekt und schnell das Essen ist noch warm genießbar Wieso wurde die Rezension gelöscht?

Ich war einmal in Frankfurt, zum ersten Mal im Leben. Da habe ich dieses kleine Restaurant entdeckt. Ich habe es versucht und war begeistert. Da ich nicht so genau wusste wie was schmeckt, bat ich den Mitarbeiter an der Kasse um eine kleine Beratung. Super Beratung, genau was ich wollte (zum probieren einmal alles im kleinen Maßstab. Dann wurde alles frisch zubereitet. Ich musste zwar etwas warten, aber das ist bei frischer Zubereitung klar. Ich bezahlte alles in allem 15€ (Bild). Auf jeden Fall war es den Versuch wert. Das Lokal selber wirkte allerdings etwas baufällig. Ich hatte das Gefühl, dass an der Inneneinrichtung gespart wurde - wahrscheinlich war das auch nur mein Empfinden. Ich habe gehört, dass dieser Baustil aktuell in Mode sein soll. Aber das war wirklich der einzige negative Punkt.

Preis Leistung passt hier👍🏼 Alles lecker, gibts nichts zu meckern!

Das Essen ist gut, die Menüs sind ein bisschen wie bei KFC. Das Fleisch ist halal. Das Personal ist freundlich und das Ambiente ist ganz schön.
