Schöneberger in Frankfurt am Main

Nice restaurant that I have known for decades. The last time I was there was 4-5 years ago and I was amazed that the quality of the food, at least that evening, had deteriorated quite a bit. The burger was small, tasteless and had cheap frozen fries. Too bad.

Good and quick cuisine. celebrated birthday. Great. 10 people, 10 different dishes all 5 stars!

The Schönberger exudes a British charm. The dark wood, the large bar and the mirrors make the room very cozy. I was there for breakfast. There isn't a classic breakfast, but there's a good selection for brunch. I got my money's worth with my yogurt and fruit. The portions are quite large. And the place is very suitable for a meeting with several people. The tables offer plenty of space.

Whether it's a salad with chicken, the baked potato or the Kaiserschmarrn for dessert, the food always tastes excellent and is a visual highlight - 5/5 stars for my visits 😄

Nice location with charm and character. In summer you can sit nicely on the Berger or in the back in the beer garden. In the cooler season it is also very cozy in the bar/restaurant. The service is absolutely top: everyone is always super friendly! When I get visitors from outside, the first place I always go is Schöneberger. So far, the Leutz from my bubble have always been at least very satisfied with everything, if anything even enthusiastic. Clearly: 5 out of 5 ⭐️ PS: Finally there's tarte flambée again!!! 😋

The restaurant offers a large selection of delicious tarte flambée as well as a number of typical German main dishes. In summer you can sit outside in the courtyard. Unfortunately, the noise level in the restaurant is often very high, which negatively affects the overall experience.

Located on upper bergerstr, schöneberger is possible the biggest place to eat and drink in bornheim. The menu is standard german, but cooked perfectly, presented well and severed by a very friendly team of service staff.

Delicious tarte flambée, nice atmosphere inside, in the garden and also on the street.

One of my favorite restaurants in Frankfurt am Main where local cuisine served. Amazing and friendly atmosphere, service is fast and perfect. Great place to go to with family, friends and colleagues. Highly recommend.

Things used to be better. At least to my taste. Service is still super friendly and fast, there's nothing to complain about - on the contrary, it makes you happy. It's actually quite nice, in front of the Schöneberger on the street or in the garden at the back. My main criticism is the food. In my opinion, the food is unfortunately too expensive for the quality offered, which is why I no longer go there to eat. The food is also served very quickly, which somewhat suggests that it is already prepared and not everything is freshly prepared. But I don't know, it just seems that way to me. What I do know is that the portions are quite small and the prices for a schnitzel or a baked potato have become too high. Almost 20 euros for a salad (!) with something on it, almost 22 euros for a schnitzel (it used to be around 15 euros, so almost 50% more expensive) and 16 euros for a baked potato with a little spinach and salad. If it were super tasty, then it would still be OK, but unfortunately it's just "that's how it works." My conclusion; Drinking a beer is fine, but it's better to go somewhere else for delicious food.

Great ambience, delicious drinks and great Kaiserschmarren!

Went there to have a drink. High ceilings and a timeless interior offer a typical restaurant/bistro feeling. Oh, it's quite nice here. Service is polite, service-oriented and quick. Kitchen was already closed. We'll be back, then with food.

Very rude and unfriendly waitress when we were ordering the food. She was mimicking us when we ask her recommendations and questions about the menu. She charged more because of lack of information at the end. Her clarification was even ruder during the payment. However, bartender was really nice and the food in general was okay.

You sit in the middle of life. Very nice! However, the prices have gone really perversely high! We looked at the menu and got up and left. We do not accept this pricing!

We were only there for a drink. The cocktail I drank was delicious and the service was very friendly and quick.

The stuff was very friendly, the atmosphere was also quite nice. Here, you will find local beer and Kölsch. We ordered different types of schnitzel, but unfortunately, none of them was great. I was here in the past, too, and schnitzel was much better before.

Very nice restaurant. Lots of seating inside, including at really large tables - that's what's special about this place. There are also plenty of seats outside, at the front of the Berger, or in the quiet courtyard at the back. Food is good, service is quick and friendly. The only negative point is the loud noise when you sit inside.

Nice place for good food at fair prices, only the waiter could have resisted saying one or two things. He apologized afterwards, but unfortunately it was already too late for me. I'll still come back!

Today we had dinner at Schönberger, my Family and I often come to this establishment, the Service in this Establishment has always been at the same level! But today we were completely disappointed, the Waitress communicated and treated us like pigs!! We also work in gastronomy and we understand what it’s like! But we were simply shocked and very disappointed by today's service.

Schnitzel mit grüner Soße und Bratkartoffeln verspeist. Sehr lecker. Service flott und reichlich. Weiter so!

Wir waren gestern hier am Abend essen und ja fast alles perfekt. Colles Ambiente, sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Das essen war gut, ein paar kleine Abstriche: als Vorspeise gab es einmal Handkäß italenisch (lecker) und einmal Natschos mit Käse überbacken (als Vorspeise zu große Portion) und als Hauptspeise den Schöne-burger mit Pommes. Der Burger sehr lecker, die Pommes leider etwas zu kurz in der Fritteuse. Und es war recht laut.

Waren hier schon mehrmals zum Stammtisch. War immer sehr gut. Es gibt leckeres deutsches Essen. Das Personal ist immer sehr freundlich.

Das Schöneberger war ein absoluter Augenschmaus. Tolles Restaurant mit genialer Karte. Das Essen hat lecker geschmeckt und das Ambiente war sehr einladend. Kommen gerne wieder.

War gemütlich, Küche hatte leider schon zu gehabt aber was so auf der Karte stand wars leckaaa. Das nächste Mal wird auch dies ausprobiert! Getränke reichliche Auswahl.

Tolle Location auch für Gruppen! Die Karte ist abwechslungsreich und bietet auch schöne saisonale Gerichte.

Wir haben im Innenhof gesessen. Bei schmackhaften Gerichten und selbsthergestellten Getränken schöne Stunden verbracht.

Leuke sfeer en goed eten! Bediening was echt super. We waren hier met een grote groep, maar onze serveerster hield alles prima onder controle.

Super Laden mit gutem Essen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der humorvolle Kellner namens Mo, der sich sehr gut um das Wohl der Gäste gekümmert hat.

sehr nette Bedienung und schöne Sitzmöglichkeiten, entweder auf der Straße oder hinten im Garten (für den Sommer), aber das Essen ist dem Preis nicht entsprechend. Der ChickenBurger war krasses convenience-food und die Remoulade war definitiv alt. Also nix für Gourmets.

Schönes, gemütliches Lokal, sowohl der Innen- als auch der Außenbereich. Der Außenbereich zur Berger Straße hin ist aufgrund der Geräuschkulisse nicht ganz so gemütlich wie der Hinterhof. Der Service ist flott und sehr aufmerksam. Sehr positiv fand ich, dass uns angeboten wurde, die Weine, zwischen denen wir schwankten, erst einmal zu probieren. Und das obwohl es voll war und das Servicepersonal viel zu tun hatte! Das Essen war essbar, aber geschmacklich nicht überragend.

Top Adresse im schönen Bornheim mit gutem Service, leckerem Essen und nettem Biergarten im Sommer. Für den Absacker gibts in der Obereren Berger Straße jede Menge nette Läden drumherum. Empfehlung!

Essen ist hier immer sehr gut. Bedienung sehr schnell und freundlich. Das einzige was stört ist die Lautstärke wenn sich die Leute unterhalten (es hallt sehr stark).

Schöne Lokalität mit Gartenbereich und guter Speisekarte. Freundliches Personal, das einen guten Service bietet. Das Essen ist lecker und die entsprechenden Getränke werden gut gekühlt serviert. Gerne wieder.

War sehr schön,Essen und Getränke waren super, dauerte nur etwas,lange bis,das Essen kam, ich persönlich fand das nicht so schlimm aber unsere Kinder waren sehr ungeduldig

Habitue au bon schnitzel avec sauce de Francfort, j’ai été passablement déçu du Burger Schöneburger ( simple burger sans goût extraordinaire, salade industrielle, mayo et ketchup aussi et frites sans goût )
