Were at the stadium for a three-day major event. Only 1 train station away from the Western Hotel (approx. 4 minutes) It's just a shame that the pillow had strange yellow stains. I'm a little sensitive there. If stains can already be seen in the visible area, then......... Unfortunately, the air conditioning was unable to achieve the desired temperature level.

Did what was promised very well!

This is the nicest Best Western I have ever been to!! The staff are so friendly, helpful, and multilingual. They went above and beyond to help make our stay with our child in a wheelchair comfortable. The accommodations blew us away! We felt SO pampered. The feather pillows and in-room Nespresso machine were manna from Heaven after a long trip! We were so grateful for the stocked mini-kitchen, too. The location is just a 3-minute walk from the S-Bahn train stop, which made it easy getting there from the airport, even with 3 kids, a wheelchair, and luggage in tow. They made our layover a SUPER experience! Mille danke!

Don't ever make a mistake of booking a room in here. The people here are very rude specially the manager, no morals and respect for customers whatsoever. If you book for 2 people by mistake and you are 3 people they will make you book another room. Here in germany everyone is hungry for money, they need to train their workers properly and show them how to respect customers. Trust Me specially this location in frankfurt airport is the worse ever. Don't! Don't! Don't!

Tl;dr loud sudden noises, room can't be cooled In detail: 1. There is no sound isolation within the hotel. Everytime someone closes a door in the hallway a pressure change causes our door to shake loudly. That's woken me up twice now. 3. It's summertime and they locked the a/c control so that it can only blow in fan mode without cooling and the room is way too warm I know this is an aggressively bad review but it's 2am and I can't sleep and very upset that I booked here. The bed is pretty uncomfortable too the bedding is quite papery

Very close on the S-8 or S-9. After 10pm it has only crisps, beer & wine in its $$$ store. You must ask for amenities like toothbrush or comb. No shampoo provided. Worst, the AC is locked into a pathetic sweat-inducing piddly excuse for ventilation. I was more comfortable in my summer-hot Airbnb room in Rome. No way to tell but it’s at least 23/24C. The phone won’t charge. The front desk could care less. (Just how it is). I can safely say I will never stay again and I would advise you not to too.

We stayed at this hotel for one night to have a quiet and relaxing night before our flight the next morning. Unfortunately, it was not like that. The check-in took a very long time compared to other hotels, despite online check-in. even though there were only two couples ahead of us - at least half an hour. The queue behind us got longer and longer and the guests' displeasure grew. Unfortunately, booking advertised soundproofing, which is why we chose this hotel. Unfortunately there was no trace of this. We were accommodated on the 4th floor. Diagonally opposite is the Ocean Club, which can be heard very loudly and clearly until midnight during the week. The street noises could also be heard clearly as well as the constant loud banging of the room doors in the hallway. Since it wasn't possible to fall asleep, we asked reception for a new room. However, the hotel was fully booked, so this option was not available. We were refused a subsequent cancellation. Since the reception was staffed exclusively by trainees, we were unable to find an acceptable solution and were therefore only offered a maximum of one free drink as compensation, which was a disgrace considering the price of the room, to say the least. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable and the service itself is nice despite the lack of competence. However, this hotel is not recommended for people who are light sleepers and are sensitive to noise, which is why we would rate our stay as poor overall and would rule out another stay.

Very nice room on the 7th floor with a great view. Unfortunately, the shampoo in the shower is already empty after using it once. Breakfast was good, but unfortunately the pineapple was not refilled.

The hotel is very modern, the room is comfortable and furnished to a high standard, including a comfortable bed, a pleasant armchair, a practical desk, a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken. Unfortunately, the extremely friendly and open night shift employee was unable to offer us another room due to the fact that it was completely booked out, especially since all of the rooms on our floor had to complain about an air conditioning failure. However, the cockroach that greeted us on the edge of the sink was particularly critical. If the hotel gets its technical problems and bug infestation under control, it will certainly be a good address in the immediate vicinity of the airport. Until then, please take these weaknesses into account.

Hotel is not far from the airport, but still quiet. The stadium is also just one stop on the subway. Rooms very clean and well equipped. Also big enough.

Great hotel, the room was great, very well equipped, the staff was pleasant, even though we did not speak German there was the possibility of speaking in English and French with the staff. Nothing to complain about, I recommend

This is one of the best hotels I visited on my travels in Germany. The room is large with a comfortable bed, an armchair, a long desk with an under table, bright windows and extensive furnishings. Kettle, coffee machine, tea, coffee, water, cups, plates, cutlery, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator and other kitchen utensils - everything is there! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Lots of sofas in the reception area. I felt very comfortable in this hotel and had everything I needed in the room. Everything was extremely clean. Another plus point: You can also pay in cash at the hotel (which is no longer possible in many other hotels.) Unfortunately, the parking fee is too expensive at 24 euros per day. Other hotels I have stayed at have free parking or charge a maximum of 10 euros to 15 euros per day.

The hotel is very nice, clean, modern and the apartment is fully equipped. Only if you want to get there from the airport and back to the flight it costs over €25!!

Very slow check-in in the night! Two counters yet occupied each by a group of people for over 20 mins and I already have online checked in and just need the key. Frustrating experience 🙂

We were at the airport for 2 days to do plane spotting and chose this hotel. We didn't regret it. It was really a great and pleasant stay. Very large, spacious and extremely clean rooms. Cleanliness is extremely important to me. There was absolutely nothing to complain about here. Our wish to get a room on the top floor with a view of the airport was also granted. They really made a big effort here by giving everyone a room on the corner with two window fronts. Really great! It wasn't noisy either and you could find peace and quiet. The bed was also super comfortable. We will come back.

Very nice hotel right on the Gateway Gardens S-Bahn, one stop from the airport. Great rooms and good breakfast (starting at 5 a.m.). One point deducted for the long check-in using a tablet and then promotional emails from Best Western.

The Best Western Hotel Airport Frankfurt is a very nice and modern hotel. The location and transport connections are great (direct connection to BAB A3 and A5, as well as public transport with S8 and S9, stop a 5-minute walk from the hotel). The rooms are very functional and modern and are large enough for up to 2 people. The only tiny drawback: there could be a few more wall hooks for towels in the bathroom. A great feature was the tablet, with which you can use various room and hotel services, as well as control the television if necessary. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. Here, too, a tiny point of criticism: the kettle in question was unfortunately not replaced even after 2 days. Since the device still worked, this didn't bother me that much. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and extremely tasty. You get a wide selection of cold and warm food and drinks. The restaurant area is also very nice and cozy. I will be happy to book here again on my next stay. I have a clear recommendation for the Best Western. Many thanks to the hotel team for the pleasant stay.

Danger. Restaurant serves only pizza and tarte flambée late in the evening (but until 1 a.m.). Mr. Pizza and ThaiXpress deliver delicious Thai food ( Lieferando ) until 1 a.m. Staff at reception at night very uninformed. Small stall next to reception, although the beer was sold out 😨

Cheap hotel close to Frankfurt Airport with a delicious on-site restaurant.

The restaurant is a disaster on weekend evenings. There isn't even coffee before 5 a.m. On weekends there is only (baked) pizza in the restaurant in the evening. And then only 2 types. My freezer has more selection and the pizzas there are tastier. If you're staying here so you can get to the airport early the next morning, you should know that there isn't even coffee until 5am. Other airport hotels offer a 24/7 coffee machine that guests can use for free.

Wow, fantastic value for the money! Rooms have kitchenette and lots of space, very clean and modern interior! 25 mins walking distance to terminal 2 or one station with bus or rail just nearby.

THESE PEOPLE ARE CHEAT! Frankfurt airport was closed due to strike of security staffs. I placed my cancellation request by calling them. They accepted it and later charged me the whole amount without any further information. When I requested refund, they are showing me the cancellation policy. This was a special situation where airport was closed and I could not travel to Frankfurt. They have not considered the situation and charged me for the room I never checked in. DON´T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

The room is spacious, clean and nice. The information desk staff are friendly. There is no shuttle bus, but it is only one subway stop away and it is a minute away from the subway.

Although it's near the airport, it's off the route so it's quite quiet. Access is a little difficult, so I think it would be convenient if there was a shuttle bus between the airports.

Very modern hotel one S-Bahn station from the airport. There is also an underground car park, but I didn't use it. A well-stocked supermarket and restaurant is around the corner. The room had a small kitchenette and the bed was comfortable. The reception was very friendly, but you had to enter your details yourself on a tablet. I can imagine that it will take some time if there is a lot of activity. Good breakfast with many machines for butter, juice, coffee and pancakes, among other things. However, the latter are better done by hand. Despite the strong automation, the breakfast staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!

We stayed one night before our flight, which was very early in the morning. It is very close to the airport, but it is not possible to get there on foot, only by taxi or metro. We used the taxi, which was 10 euros and was very quick. The room has a great kitchen. Shower and beds comfortable and clean. I definitely recommend it.

Rooms with kitchenette, beautiful. Super quick service with check-in on a tablet and almost zero check-out, i.e. only by depositing the card in an urn. Perfect location due to its proximity to the airport with a wide choice of multiple dining options just a few meters away. I have stayed at the hotel twice now. 1 stop to the airport, optimal connection. The star deduction is for the booking system. Only more expensive rooms can be booked online. I tried calling in vain or it didn't work. Nevertheless, I will book there again if I arrive the day before the flight.

Really good and easy to get to the airport by S Bahn There were three of us and we had booked 2 comfort double rooms the evening before our departure. The correspondence in advance was great and our special wishes were fulfilled. Overall, we were very positively surprised and thrilled with the large and modernly styled room, even with a kitchenette. Very clean, very good, large walk-in shower, a good and usable hairdryer, shampoo, shower gel, cream, everything was available. The highlight is a super comfortable box spring bed and absolute peace. A very clean Nespresso coffee machine with a good selection and a bottle of water were available and pleased us. Extremely friendly staff at the 24-hour reception. The breakfast buffet was very varied and tasty. The waitresses in the morning were very friendly. Since the restaurant was closed due to illness, we used a good restaurant in the immediate area within walking distance and the route was explained to us in a friendly manner. But the really good thing is that it's super easy to get to the airport with the S-Bahn - just one station. From the S-Bahn station you basically just walk a few meters across the street. The hotels directly in the airport are no better because the long distances that have to be covered on foot within the large Frankfurt airport are sometimes longer than to the S-Bahn and to this hotel from the S-Bahn station. We know this from our own experience. The hotel therefore has a really good value for money. Full recommendation!

The rooms are a nice size and the bed is also very comfortable. More attention should be paid to cleanliness, especially in the bathroom. The hotel employees seem rather listless or overwhelmed, which is a shame.

Hotel hostile to customers, no chance of goodwill Since my flight from Frankfurt Airport leaves early in the morning in March 2024, I booked a night before at the Best Western Hotel Airport near Frankfurt Airport. Unfortunately, three months before departure, Lufthansa informed me that my flight had been canceled and that I had to fly a day earlier. This meant that my overnight stay at the Best Western Hotel Airport was obsolete. I then contacted the hotel by email, attached the flight cancellation as an attachment, and asked if I could cancel the overnight stay as a courtesy. This request was ignored by the hotel, I'm still waiting for a response today (apparently the hotel's customers don't value getting a response to a request). I then made another request to my booking portal AGODA, and a few days later I received the answer that the hotel refused a cancellation with a refund or partial refund. I don't know the hotel or its facilities, but apparently it's so bad and has such a bad reputation that the hotel management doesn't believe it can sell the vacant room again within three months... Conclusion: The hotel ignores customer inquiries and does not find it necessary to respond to customer inquiries and is not even remotely prepared to help a customer in a situation that is not their own fault. I can only advise everyone not to book with this customer-hostile hotel!

Für eine 1 Wöchige Schulung hier Geschäft einquartiert. Für mich quasi perfekter Standort, gut von der Autobahn zu erreichen, gleich gegenüber der Schulungsveranstaltung. Zimmer zweckmäßig und bequemes Bett. Tiefgarage fürs Auto. Gutes Frühstück.

Die Rezeption ist sehr nett, aber leider musste man jede Leistung die man gebucht hat erfragen. Wir hatten ein Arrangement mit Tickets für die Rhein-Main-Therme für 2 Personen. Ausgehändigt wurde nur 1 Ticket 🎟️. Zum Glück hatte ich in den Umschlag geschaut und gemerkt das nur für 1 Person ausgehändigt wurde. Die Zimmerreinigung ordert man übers Tablet. Jeder der sich darüber beschwert, das keine Reinigung durchgeführt wird sollte sich meiner Meinung nach die Hotelinfos vorher durchlesen. Es gibt keine kostenlosen Parkplätze in der Nähe. Dessen sollte man sich bewusst sein. Die Zimmer waren hochmodern und auch eine Nespresso Maschine war vorhanden. Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher, Tee und Besteck. Einfach super! Das Frühstück wird in einem sehr schönen Frühstücksraum eingenommen. Normalerweise findet am Sonntag ein Langschläferfrühstück statt. An Heiligabend jedoch nicht, das hätte man uns beim Check-In sagen sollen, denn sonst wären wir nicht so spät frühstücken gegangen. Wir hatten nur noch 15 Minuten Zeit und vieles wurde da leider auch schon nicht mehr nachgelegt. Diesbezüglich fehlte jede Info darüber. Aber alles in allem hat das Hotel ein dermaßen schönes Ambiente, das wir jederzeit dort wieder übernachten würden.

Sind in diesenm Hotel „Not - gestarandet“ da unser Flug anulliert wurde und erst 24h später der nächste Flug startete. Hotel an sich ganz in Ordnung ABER die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption können sich nicht sehr gut verständigen. So mussten wir um 12:00 auschecken trotz nachfrage ob es möglich wäre zumindest ein bisschen später auszuckecken. Da unser Flug erst zm 20:00 Uhr startete. Erst durch zufall habe ich erfahren, dass es doch einen späteren check out mit aufpreis gegeben hätte zuminsest um 15:00Uhr. Das hat uns die Frau beim ausckecken dann erst gesagt.. Kommunikation mit Gästen katastrophe! Als ob man uns Not gestrandete eh nicht im Haus haben wollte, den mit normalen Gästen wurde viel freundlicher und zuvorkommender geredet. Am abend wurde uns eine TK-Pizza für 12:00€ angeboten, die, die ganze Situation nicht verbessert hatte. Frühstück war dafür sehr angenehm. Empfehlen würde ich das Hotel trotzdem nicht.

Our room was spacious and efficiently furnished, but the first signs of wear and tear were visible, for example the door handle in the bathroom was missing and the door did not close. The negative surprise was the 24 Euro parking fee for hotel guests per night, otherwise we would have given it 5 stars. La mauvaise surprise a été les 24 euros de frais de parking par nuit pour les clients de l'hôtel, sinon nous aurions eu 5 étoiles. Unsere Zimmer war geraeumig und effizient eingerichtet, allerdings zeigten sich erste Abnutzungserscheinungen, so fehlte der Tuergriff im Badezimmer und die Tuer liess sich nicht schliessen. Die negative Ueberraschung waren die 24 Euro Parkgebuehr fuer Hotelgaeste per Nacht, ansonsten haette es 5 Sterne gegeben.

Wir waren für eine Nacht zu Gast in dem Best Western Hotel. Es war super. Alles sehr modern und geräumig. Ein Top BW Standard. Die Nähe zur S-Bahn ist unschlagbar. Gerade in der Suiten bietet das abgetrennte Schlafzimmer besser Komfort. Rund um sehr zu frieden & wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Easy to get to S-Bahn station and only 5 minutes away from the airport. Breakfast was good. Service was not good. Staying for two consecutive nights, I hung a sign at the door indicating that the room should be cleaned. However, when I returned to the room at night, I found that the room had not been tidied. After calling the reception, the receptionist said that we have to ask for cleaning work! So unfriendly. In addition, I asked the staff to give me new towels, but I didn't expect them to put them directly on the ground at the door of the room. Put it on the floor! It's so unhygienic. At least put it in a bag...

Nahe am Flughafen und direkt an der S-Bahn. Zimmer sind ordentlich, Matratzen dürfen bequemer sein. Frühstück ebenfalls gut.

I just wanted to book something cheap for one night before my flight goes. I'm surprised. Great service, awesome room. Nice and tidy. Super clean. Much more than I expected! I loved the bed. I had my own kitchen. Awesome.

Extremely slow check in. Don’t expect much

This hotel is quite new, all furniture and amenities are new, clean. Although stated as 3*, the facilities are above that. The rooms we stayed were fitted with coffee machine, kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, stove etc. The bathrooms are large and well lit. Bed was comfy and warm. The restaurant has limited options for food, but plenty for drinks. However, the breakfast was great, with a lot of diverse dishes to choose from. If you have to get to the airport in the morning, the location is ideal. Getting to the city center is easy, as the S-Bahn is just 2 minutes away from the hotel. Taxis are 1 minute away from the hotel.

No matter where you are it’s still a Best Western. It seems new and it was clean. The front desk folks weren’t very helpful. The room was very clean but if you didn’t tell them they didn’t clean the room for you. There is a restaurant but there was one server on duty in a full house. Location is literally one train stop between the airport and the stadium so if you are going to a game and leaving the next day there is not a better place to be.

Absolut top. Moderne Zimmer, durchweg nettes Personal und eine gewisse Flexibilität. Lediglich zu Stoßzeiten sollte der Check-In schneller voran gehen.

We will start with the good – excellent breakfast and nice rooms but without daily maid service. Now the bad. We arrived shortly after 1300 hours, and the front desk told us our room was ready, but we would have to pay 30 Euros if we wished to check-in early. While we understand this policy, we have yet to ever be charged that by any hotel we have stayed at in the past and we travel frequently for leisure. So, we were able to drop off our baggage and head to Frankfurt. When we returned to check-in at approximately 1900 hours, there was a line of 8-9 people with ONLY one (1) front desk clerk. This process resulted in an approximately 35–40-minute wait before we got to the desk and another 10-15 minutes to check-in – not a happy camper were we. The following morning after breakfast, we walked by the front desk, and we counted a total of five (5) front desk personnel being available – you think someone might want to schedule a few more staff personnel on Sunday? The next major issue we had with the hotel was again the incompetent front desk staff who all seem to not know absolutely nothing about the area near the hotel or how to assist guests with how the S-Bahn ticketing works. We asked several staff members if they could recommend another place near the hotel to eat other than the hotel’s restaurant – blank stares. Not one of them could assist us other than telling us to take the train into Frankfurt. But the best was yet to come, when we asked them for assistance in what would be the best S-Bahn ticket selection to make for our early morning departure to the airport (note: it is only one stop away and approximately a 2-minute journey) we were told to buy the standard one-way ticket and not the one-stop ticket just to the airport – said that was for the bus and not the train. We ended up eating at the hotel next door to Best Western and we are glad we did. Not only did we have an excellent dinner the staff was able to assist us in purchasing the correct ticket for our travel to the airport the next day but also saved us approximately 10 Euros on the train fare. We loved staying at Best Western Hotels for many years, but this was the worst experience we have ever had with this brand. All we know for sure is we will never stay at this location again on any of our return trips to Frankfurt, I think we will stay at that hotel right next store instead.

W. grundsätzlich kein Shuttle vorhanden, mit Bus und S-Bahn (200 m entfernt) aber super zu erreichen – von daher für uns kein Problem. Supermodernes Hotel, Zimmerausstattung wirklich top. Von Safe, Bügeleisen- samt Brett, Schreibtisch bis hin zu einer kleinen Küchenzeile ist alles vorhanden. Hier könnte es man gewiss auch länger aushalten. Frühstück mit ausreichend Auswahl, Personal generell sehr nett. Preis-/Leistung in unserem Fall und für die heutigen Zeiten absolut okay.

Zimmer Ausstattung ok. Klimaanlage bzw. Rohrleitungen Heizung, Trinkwasser, Kälte in der Decke machen permanente Geräusche was den Schlaf sehr stört und den Aufenthalt sehr unangenehm macht. Kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Keine Entschädigung für die Umstände erhalten und 24 € Parkgebühr für eine Nacht Tiefgaragennutzung sind auch kein Schnäppchen... Werde nicht wieder kommen.

Wir waren vergangenes Wochenende von Samstag bis Montag in Frankfurt und hatten diese Unterkunft gewählt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältniss, sehr saubere, schöne und gut ausgestattete Zimmer (und leise), freundliches Personal, ein gutes Frühstück und eine gute Anbindung an das ÖPNV-Netz. In weniger als 15 Minuten ist man mitten in Frankfurt.. Kommen gerne wieder. Einziger ganz kleiner Malus, die Cocktails in der Bar sind an manchen Abenden nur mittelmäßig (je nach dem wer Dienst an der Bar hat).

I was concerned that the air travel could be heard from our room, but that wasn't an issue. There was a functioning kitchenet. That was very nice. Our room was very nice. It was well cared for, [very clean]. They have snacks & also a continental breakfast. We didn't have it because our flight was very early [before the breakfast started.

Sehr sauber und das personal ist sehr freundlich

Neues Hotel in der Nähe von der S Bahn. Eine Haltestelle vom Flughafen entfernt. Zimmer sind top vor allem die mit der entziffer 1. Hatten die 601. Sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Bad mit guter Dusche. Frühstücksbuffet ist preiswert und für den Preis ausreichend. Am Abend gab es ein Buffet für 25 Euro. Schnitzel,Reis inkl. Alkoholfreie Getränke. Mitarbeiter sind jung und freundlich. Kommen gerne wieder. Zimmer sind ruhig trotz Flugzeuge. Zimmer haben Klimaanlage.

Das Hotel kann ich uneingeschränkt empfehlen, sehr sauber, schöne und geräumige Zimmer, tolles Bad. Einen schönen Abend in der Hotelbar verbracht.
