All employees were attentive, helpful, and took the time to answer questions comprehensively. Requests were immediately implemented, and you could tell that service quality is a top priority here. My room was in perfect condition—modernly furnished, thoughtfully designed, and offering a high level of comfort. The immaculate cleanliness is particularly noteworthy: carpets, furniture, bedding, and the bathroom were all absolutely hygienic and well-maintained. Even small details, such as clean windows and carefully dusted surfaces, demonstrate that the housekeeping staff here works with extreme diligence. The peaceful atmosphere, despite the immediate proximity to the airport, also deserves special mention. The soundproofing is excellent—I was able to enjoy a restful night's sleep without any disturbance. The well-thought-out amenities in the room also stood out: plenty of power outlets in the right places, comfortable beds with high-quality mattresses, a modern bathroom with a rain shower, and small details like a coffee and tea station and perfectly functioning Wi-Fi. The entire hotel is extremely well-maintained, from the entrance area through the hallways to the breakfast room. Here, too, the cleanliness and high-quality furnishings immediately caught my eye. My conclusion: The Best Western Hotel Airport Frankfurt meets the highest standards in terms of service, comfort, and cleanliness. Business travelers and frequent flyers in particular will find this an ideal retreat. I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and award it five stars, which it absolutely deserves.

I had a pleasant stay at the Best Western Hotel Frankfurt Airport and would like to share my experience. The hotel is well located and offers convenient access to the airport, which was very convenient for my trip. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortably furnished. WORST EXPERIENCE SO FAR! DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, it’s a SCAM! I booked this hotel and when I reached they told me this is not the hotel anymore , it’s been renamed or some nonsense and that I will have to go to another hotel that wasn’t even ‘Best Western’ which was 13kms away. We had to pay for two taxis because we had luggage with us which cost €50 extra!! To add to my absolute horror this new hotel was so far from the airport with no public transport connectivity! Which was my main reason for booking this hotel in the first place. Would never recommend this!

Great connection to the airport, one stop with the subway number 8 or 9. We were only there one night before departure, which is ideal for that. It's a shame that there was no shuttle bus to the airport at the hotel at the time. Breakfast is great, there is everything you need to start the day. You can also have a delicious dinner in the restaurant. Coffee and tea are available in the rooms.

If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. We booked a stay at Best Western Hotel Frankfurt Airport and due to an airport worker strike, we needed to adjust our reservation by just one day. This is where the nightmare began. We contacted Best Western global support, and they assured us the hotel would reach out. They didn’t. The hotel takes forever to reply to emails, even for urgent matters. When we called, the staff barely spoke English and told us to “call back later” because the manager wasn’t available. The manager finally answered, told us one thing on the phone, and then wrote something completely different in an email. We asked a simple question about whether our reservation was moved, and they refused to give a straight answer. Best Western global support was very nice but said they couldn’t do anything and that it was up to the hotel. Meanwhile, the hotel ignored us, leaving us in limbo just one day before our arrival. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you’re flying into Frankfurt, do yourself a favor and book literally anywhere else.

So far everything was great, it was a shame that you couldn't mirror the phone on the TV, and cast to TV didn't work either.

We stayed at this hotel before and after our flights. For years, we've stayed at the Hilton (which is also convenient). The value for money at the Best Western convinced us. We stayed in the slightly smaller apartment once and later in the larger one. The rooms are great, both in terms of size and functional furnishings. We were finally able to put our suitcases upstairs and open them. The reception is extremely polite (especially Alexander). The breakfast left little to be desired. Everything was very fresh and delicious. If you need a kitchen, you'll find it there. There are also closets, storage space, a safe, and a TV in the bedroom and living room (large apartment). The mattress was good; I slept very well. Now for the surrounding area: REWE and an Italian restaurant (good and fast service, delicious lasagna) are around the corner. By taxi (€10.10 from the airport to the hotel, Uber approx. €8.50). We would be happy to come back....

I spent one night. The first room had hairs on the bed, of which I unfortunately didn't take a picture. I went to the front office staff who apologized and gave me a different room. Unfortunately I only realized in the morning, that the bed linen in the new room was ripped (it was hidden under the folded part towards the head). I complained to the staff and they told me it's not possible that it was missed, implying that I ripped the sheets. There are so many hotels next to the airport, I'm certainly not going to stay there again.

Unfortunately, we were only here for one night. But everything was very nice. Large rooms, even with a small kitchen. The coffee machine was also particularly good. Everything is well-maintained and clean.

A very nice business hotel at Frankfurt Airport. Located in the Gateway Gardens. Easily accessible by S-Bahn or taxi. Friendly staff, functional and clean rooms. Very suitable as an overnight hotel before and after a flight.

We stayed at this hotel from Wednesday to Friday and were pleasantly surprised. Spacious rooms with fitted kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, wonderful bed, large TV, Nespresso machine. Everything new and modern. The breakfast left nothing to be desired, the first coffee was even served, and the bar with kitchen was also wonderful. We give it 5 stars for this.

Be careful, on New Year's Eve there are almost only dogs in the hotel, but no service at breakfast. You are not allowed in the breakfast room, there are also not enough tablets for the lobby. No area separated for dog owners or water provided. Sausage and cheese started. Baked dry rolls. We've lost our appetite. Next year I'd rather choose a different hotel, there are plenty of them here. Manager stands there helpless and just says they are right.

The hotel makes its money on New Year's Eve with dogs, but you are not allowed in the breakfast room with them. No alternatives are offered. Very unfortunate. Otherwise great. You could stock up separately on this day. And to top it off, the breakfast buffet, sausage and cheese, was completely overrun and no tablets were there.

I have stayed there several times because the hotel is only 10 minutes from the airport. The location is great, the staff is also very friendly. I'll be back as soon as I fly back to my second home, Tenerife.

We stayed at this hotel which is very conveniently located near the Gateway Garden station and is one stop away from the airport. Even by a taxi it is only a 10 Euros ride, and taxis are always outside the hotel. The rooms were excellent. There was a Nespresso coffee maker, and all the facilities were excellent. The only complaint I have is the sharp corner of the cabinet just above where the coffee maker is kept. That sharp point is an accident waiting to happen if somebody is careless. This happened to one of my friends recently at a different hotel where tore open his shin.

The location is really ideal for air travelers and the rooms are also well equipped. Unfortunately the bed was far too soft and the blanket was too big and heavy for one person. The front desk staff was very nice.

Heating was broken (for a few days). The hotel did not consider it necessary to inform the guest before or upon arrival. After I complained about the defective heating at reception, I was given a business card with an email address where I could complain, as well as a mini fan heater that was supposed to warm up the room "in 2-3 hours" (it didn't ). The receptionist came to the room to turn off the heater, which was blowing cold air into the room. The answer to my complaint from the front desk manager Ms. H. was the claim that I had been offered a different room/upgrade/breakfast as compensation, which I refused. Simply untrue, there was never an offer I could refuse. Dubious machinations of the management at the expense of the guests. Was the last stay there.

We had booked the hotel for one night. The on-site staff is very friendly and accommodating. Check-in is quick and easy. We had very quiet rooms on the second floor. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed is large and very comfortable. The WiFi is good and smooth. Small amenities such as a large bottle of water and a few capsules of coffee and tea were included in the room for free. For my next stay I will book the Best Western Hotel Frankfurt Airport again. Before our flight from FRA we spent one night here and parked the car for several days. The hotel is really recommended (especially for the price). The room was sparkling clean, modernly furnished and even had a fully equipped kitchen. Despite the proximity to the airport, it was very quiet. Breakfast was very good. The car was safely parked in the underground car park during our stay. In the environment There are several restaurants and a supermarket within walking distance of the hotel. We walked to the airport, about 15 minutes to Terminal 2. But you can also take the train. Would stay here again at any time, except possibly during trade fair times when the prices are significantly higher.

We quite enjoyed our stay at this best western. It's conveniently located just off the gateway gardens train stop, one stop from the airport. We stayed for one night before our flight back. The room was large and had a decent kitchen setup. It's near a grocery store, so we were able to fend for ourselves for dinner instead of trying their restaurant. We did chose to have the 15€/person breakfast, which was expensive and tasty. The room was incredibly clean and larger than I expected. I wish we were here longer!

Large clean rooms with excellent restaurant. Air conditioning not an issue as many mention. No need to self check in at the hotel kiosk if you have done so in the provided site; simply present your information to the hotel clerk. No shuttle. Taxis and Ubers approximately €15-20.

I specifically asked the woman at reception for an alarm call because of the early flight. She wrote down my phone number and said that she would pass the information on to her colleague on the night shift... In the end, no call, no alarm clock. The employee at the reception said that he didn't get my phone number, even though he had the piece of paper with the information on his table... He didn't think to clarify it if he didn't have the phone number... Crazy !!! Really disappointed! Otherwise the room was really good, big and clean!!!

A very nice hotel in close proximity to the airport, only about a 10 minute drive from Terminal 1. The rooms are modernly furnished and have a small kitchen, which is particularly practical for longer stays. As you can see from the pictures, the rooms are stylish and comfortable. The staff is extremely friendly, helpful and makes you feel welcome at all times. The on-site restaurant offers a solid selection of food, ideal for a relaxed dinner after a long day. Overall, a recommended accommodation for travelers looking for a comfortable and well-located place to stay overnight.

The hotel is ideal for an overnight stay if you have to get to the airport early. It is modern, clean and elegantly designed. It's also great that the rooms have fully equipped kitchens.

You can not turn the 2 main bright white ceiling lights off unless you remove the room key from the slot. If you remove the key, you will have no light in the room or bathroom. Absolutely ridiculous. Also the fridge is off when you arrive. Hours to get it cool. We requested a baby cot when booking and twice more when we arrived at midnight. They did not provide it. Small but excellent breakfast.

The room was beautiful and far beyond for a 3 star hotel. I really really liked it. The reception was quite neutral and breakfast was served quickly. Breakfast was included for me, but I felt like I was being watched a lot by the staff. This made me so uncomfortable that I skipped eating after my coffee and quickly left. Otherwise, the hotel is very close to the S-Bahn and I personally didn't notice much of the planes. Overnight stay September 17th-18th, 2024.

Stylish hotel with delicious breakfast from 5 a.m. Rooms equipped with kitchenette and coffee maker. Walk-in rainforest shower. Everything in the room was very clean. At the weekend the Yazoo restaurant only serves pizza and tarte flambée. But the pizza is absolutely recommended. Fluffy dough, very well topped and aromatically seasoned. The chef and waiter has full control of his restaurant and has everything in view.

If you want to stay overnight at Frankfurt Airport, this is the perfect place for you. Perfectly accessible by S-Bahn, good value for money, restaurants and shopping nearby, room More spacious and clean, soundproofed windows and air conditioning. The breakfast was rich and worth the money. This meant that the start of your vacation was stress-free and you didn't have to drive to Frankfurt city center or book an expensive room directly on the airport grounds. Gladly again on your next vacation!

Hotel and breakfast actually okay. Air conditioning in the entire hotel didn't work (seems to happen often, see other reviews). Room was 28 degrees. At the counter there were only trainees who were pretty helpless and offered me a coffee to compensate.

Were at the stadium for a three-day major event. Only 1 train station away from the Western Hotel (approx. 4 minutes) It's just a shame that the pillow had strange yellow stains. I'm a little sensitive there. If stains can already be seen in the visible area, then......... Unfortunately, the air conditioning was unable to achieve the desired temperature level.

This is the nicest Best Western I have ever been to!! The staff are so friendly, helpful, and multilingual. They went above and beyond to help make our stay with our child in a wheelchair comfortable. The accommodations blew us away! We felt SO pampered. The feather pillows and in-room Nespresso machine were manna from Heaven after a long trip! We were so grateful for the stocked mini-kitchen, too. The location is just a 3-minute walk from the S-Bahn train stop, which made it easy getting there from the airport, even with 3 kids, a wheelchair, and luggage in tow. They made our layover a SUPER experience! Mille danke!

Don't ever make a mistake of booking a room in here. The people here are very rude specially the manager, no morals and respect for customers whatsoever. If you book for 2 people by mistake and you are 3 people they will make you book another room. Here in germany everyone is hungry for money, they need to train their workers properly and show them how to respect customers. Trust Me specially this location in frankfurt airport is the worse ever. Don't! Don't! Don't!

Tl;dr loud sudden noises, room can't be cooled In detail: 1. There is no sound isolation within the hotel. Everytime someone closes a door in the hallway a pressure change causes our door to shake loudly. That's woken me up twice now. 3. It's summertime and they locked the a/c control so that it can only blow in fan mode without cooling and the room is way too warm I know this is an aggressively bad review but it's 2am and I can't sleep and very upset that I booked here. The bed is pretty uncomfortable too the bedding is quite papery

Very close on the S-8 or S-9. After 10pm it has only crisps, beer & wine in its $$$ store. You must ask for amenities like toothbrush or comb. No shampoo provided. Worst, the AC is locked into a pathetic sweat-inducing piddly excuse for ventilation. I was more comfortable in my summer-hot Airbnb room in Rome. No way to tell but it’s at least 23/24C. The phone won’t charge. The front desk could care less. (Just how it is). I can safely say I will never stay again and I would advise you not to too.

We stayed at this hotel for one night to have a quiet and relaxing night before our flight the next morning. Unfortunately, it was not like that. The check-in took a very long time compared to other hotels, despite online check-in. even though there were only two couples ahead of us - at least half an hour. The queue behind us got longer and longer and the guests' displeasure grew. Unfortunately, booking advertised soundproofing, which is why we chose this hotel. Unfortunately there was no trace of this. We were accommodated on the 4th floor. Diagonally opposite is the Ocean Club, which can be heard very loudly and clearly until midnight during the week. The street noises could also be heard clearly as well as the constant loud banging of the room doors in the hallway. Since it wasn't possible to fall asleep, we asked reception for a new room. However, the hotel was fully booked, so this option was not available. We were refused a subsequent cancellation. Since the reception was staffed exclusively by trainees, we were unable to find an acceptable solution and were therefore only offered a maximum of one free drink as compensation, which was a disgrace considering the price of the room, to say the least. The hotel is in a good location, the rooms are clean, the beds are very comfortable and the service itself is nice despite the lack of competence. However, this hotel is not recommended for people who are light sleepers and are sensitive to noise, which is why we would rate our stay as poor overall and would rule out another stay.

Very nice room on the 7th floor with a great view. Unfortunately, the shampoo in the shower is already empty after using it once. Breakfast was good, but unfortunately the pineapple was not refilled.

The hotel is very modern, the room is comfortable and furnished to a high standard, including a comfortable bed, a pleasant armchair, a practical desk, a large TV and a fully equipped kitchen. Unfortunately the air conditioning was broken. Unfortunately, the extremely friendly and open night shift employee was unable to offer us another room due to the fact that it was completely booked out, especially since all of the rooms on our floor had to complain about an air conditioning failure. However, the cockroach that greeted us on the edge of the sink was particularly critical. If the hotel gets its technical problems and bug infestation under control, it will certainly be a good address in the immediate vicinity of the airport. Until then, please take these weaknesses into account.

Hotel is not far from the airport, but still quiet. The stadium is also just one stop on the subway. Rooms very clean and well equipped. Also big enough.

This is one of the best hotels I visited on my travels in Germany. The room is large with a comfortable bed, an armchair, a long desk with an under table, bright windows and extensive furnishings. Kettle, coffee machine, tea, coffee, water, cups, plates, cutlery, toaster, dishwasher, refrigerator and other kitchen utensils - everything is there! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Lots of sofas in the reception area. I felt very comfortable in this hotel and had everything I needed in the room. Everything was extremely clean. Another plus point: You can also pay in cash at the hotel (which is no longer possible in many other hotels.) Unfortunately, the parking fee is too expensive at 24 euros per day. Other hotels I have stayed at have free parking or charge a maximum of 10 euros to 15 euros per day.

Very slow check-in in the night! Two counters yet occupied each by a group of people for over 20 mins and I already have online checked in and just need the key. Frustrating experience 🙂

We were at the airport for 2 days to do plane spotting and chose this hotel. We didn't regret it. It was really a great and pleasant stay. Very large, spacious and extremely clean rooms. Cleanliness is extremely important to me. There was absolutely nothing to complain about here. Our wish to get a room on the top floor with a view of the airport was also granted. They really made a big effort here by giving everyone a room on the corner with two window fronts. Really great! It wasn't noisy either and you could find peace and quiet. The bed was also super comfortable. We will come back.

The Best Western Hotel Airport Frankfurt is a very nice and modern hotel. The location and transport connections are great (direct connection to BAB A3 and A5, as well as public transport with S8 and S9, stop a 5-minute walk from the hotel). The rooms are very functional and modern and are large enough for up to 2 people. The only tiny drawback: there could be a few more wall hooks for towels in the bathroom. A great feature was the tablet, with which you can use various room and hotel services, as well as control the television if necessary. The staff was also extremely friendly and helpful. Here, too, a tiny point of criticism: the kettle in question was unfortunately not replaced even after 2 days. Since the device still worked, this didn't bother me that much. The breakfast buffet was very extensive and extremely tasty. You get a wide selection of cold and warm food and drinks. The restaurant area is also very nice and cozy. I will be happy to book here again on my next stay. I have a clear recommendation for the Best Western. Many thanks to the hotel team for the pleasant stay.

Danger. Restaurant serves only pizza and tarte flambée late in the evening (but until 1 a.m.). Mr. Pizza and ThaiXpress deliver delicious Thai food ( Lieferando ) until 1 a.m. Staff at reception at night very uninformed. Small stall next to reception, although the beer was sold out 😨

Perfect place to stay at while traveling for work. Just 10-15 mins away from both Messe and city center. Amazing breakfast! I was sraying for 4 nights sbd the hotel has offered me an upgrade of room type.

Cheap hotel close to Frankfurt Airport with a delicious on-site restaurant.

The restaurant is a disaster on weekend evenings. There isn't even coffee before 5 a.m. On weekends there is only (baked) pizza in the restaurant in the evening. And then only 2 types. My freezer has more selection and the pizzas there are tastier. If you're staying here so you can get to the airport early the next morning, you should know that there isn't even coffee until 5am. Other airport hotels offer a 24/7 coffee machine that guests can use for free.

Wow, fantastic value for the money! Rooms have kitchenette and lots of space, very clean and modern interior! 25 mins walking distance to terminal 2 or one station with bus or rail just nearby.

Unfortunately completely inflexible, a shame.

Easy to reach from the airport, very friendly staff, good quality of services and the rooms. Not a place to choose for a leisure vacation, but definitely a good hotel option near the airport in Frankfurt.

The hotel is located near the airport. I highly recommend it. Taxi ride to Frankfurt airport €15. Always happy

THESE PEOPLE ARE CHEAT! Frankfurt airport was closed due to strike of security staffs. I placed my cancellation request by calling them. They accepted it and later charged me the whole amount without any further information. When I requested refund, they are showing me the cancellation policy. This was a special situation where airport was closed and I could not travel to Frankfurt. They have not considered the situation and charged me for the room I never checked in. DON´T BOOK THIS HOTEL!!

The room is spacious, clean and nice. The information desk staff are friendly. There is no shuttle bus, but it is only one subway stop away and it is a minute away from the subway.

Although it's near the airport, it's off the route so it's quite quiet. Access is a little difficult, so I think it would be convenient if there was a shuttle bus between the airports.

Very modern hotel one S-Bahn station from the airport. There is also an underground car park, but I didn't use it. A well-stocked supermarket and restaurant is around the corner. The room had a small kitchenette and the bed was comfortable. The reception was very friendly, but you had to enter your details yourself on a tablet. I can imagine that it will take some time if there is a lot of activity. Good breakfast with many machines for butter, juice, coffee and pancakes, among other things. However, the latter are better done by hand. Despite the strong automation, the breakfast staff was extremely friendly and accommodating!
