Pitiful service. The restaurant passes its meat off as high-quality. The steak is barely edible. No tablecloth, no bread. Exorbitantly overpriced. Avoid at all costs.

Until our visit here, I thought the best steaks were served in the USA. But Miller & Carter tops that experience. Exquisite Chateaubriand, very tasty sides, and the service is also outstanding. Thank you, Issa, for the exceptionally good experience.

What a perfect dinner! As soon as you step in to the restaurant you get the good vibes! Friendly staff, clean restroom and lovely setting. We were a party of 6 and had 3 Butcher's Blocks all as requested medium. Sauces and sides were tasty as well as the salad. Had 3 deserts and beers thoughout the dinner. Great experience. Total bill just over 530Eur including tip.

An outstanding steakhouse! The "BUTCHER'S BLOCK" dish was excellent and all three cuts were delicious and carefully prepared. The professional and friendly service made the evening perfect. Looking forward to our next visit!

The starter variation was great and tasted great, I particularly liked the vegetables in the tempura batter. But I also thought it was great that my favorite olives were served. Top martinis and the main course was also delicious. I had the zucchini boat, my friend had the steak. There is a 6th star symbolically for our waiter Flo, who looked after us courteously throughout the evening. Thank you for the great evening. We'd love to come back when we're in Frankfurt again.

Per: If you want to eat a good and tasty steak, this is the place for you. By the way, the sauces are also very tasty and the portions are ok. The service is also very humorous, friendly, courteous and attentive. The ambience is right. Cons: The restaurant also has burgers, salads, etc. on the menu, but you should stay away from them. The burgers are worthless. There are frozen patties that taste like nothing or taste very bad. The McDonald's burger is better. The consistency of the patty made you wonder whether it could even be meat. Everything was very strange and it just didn't taste GOOD. Stay away from the burgers! The Caesar salad we ordered turned out to be lettuce leaves dipped in lots of mayonnaise with whole anchovies thrown on top. Of course, everyone makes their own variations of dishes. But it had nothing to do with a Caesar salad and as you could imagine it didn't taste good, not only because of the absolutely unjustified price of €16. Conclusion: If you want to eat a great steak and have requirements in this regard, this is definitely the right place. But nothing more.

I went to this restaurant with expectations that were commensurate with the prices and reviews. I was there on my lunch break and there wasn't much going on. The service was friendly and attentive. I decided on the “Millers Dirty Burger” for €27.90. Everything except the burger was okay. The burger was firm, dry, gristly and well-done. Since the menu says "with minced premium beef", I was expecting a freshly prepared burger. In the end I gave the waiter a polite response, reaction "the burgers are frozen and have to be served fully cooked" - no regrets, no apology. Because I eat out a lot and am happy to pay more for good, hand-crafted food. I was very disappointed.

Food was very good. Unfortunately, the restaurant smelled very strongly of chlorine. We were seated at a table upstairs and it was far too warm. Apparently there was no air conditioning because there was a fan that didn't fit the ambience (looked like a fan from a flea market).

It was an excellent evening. Issa's service was friendly and attentive. We were there for the fourth time and Issa looked after the evening perfectly! Always my pleasure.

It's actually a shame for such a nice shop in the middle of the city center next to the Sofitel. We entered the restaurant at lunchtime to have something to eat when the pungent smell of chlorine hit our noses. At first we thought that the restaurant belonged to the hotel and there was a swimming pool nearby... For the description of the food I'll keep it short: boring and way too overpriced. The steaks were not cooked as ordered, the steakhouse burger was a plain bun, a thin piece of meat from the hip (but cut with the grain - so tough) the side dishes (i.e. the fries) were fine, like in any good chip shop on the corner. As we know, gender issues can be debated... But when I, as a woman, enter a gender toilet (which in this case unfortunately didn't smell of chlorine, but simply disgusting and your shoes stuck to the floor) and have to touch the folded-up lid, then my pain threshold has been reached. I prefer any chip barn - they don't have any toilets

Both dishes that I ordered were below average. Calamari were over fried. Steakhouse burger, the most expensive burger on the menu, was bad. The meat was tough, chewy, and lacked flavor.

Anlässlich des 18. Geburtstages unseres Sohnes haben wir ein Steakhouse mit einem besonderen Ambiente gesucht und im Miller and Carter gefunden! Steak und Burger waren sehr gut und das Team sehr freundlich und engagiert. Unser Sohn hat sogar eine Überraschung samt Happy-Birthday-Ständchen bekommen! Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür!!!

We were there spontaneously because of the many good reviews and decided on the burgers. Everything is very tasteless. Not seasoned. Finished patty with no taste, you couldn't taste any of the pepper BBQ sauce, only the jalapeños were present in the taste - the bread was good. Unfortunately, the coleslaw was too garlicky, but it didn't taste like anything else. The side salad was ok. The fries with the equally tasteless mayo were the best.

Unfortunately I can't share some of the good comments. We spent over €300 on lunch for four and received no corresponding service. The atmosphere is really nice! Of the 4 steaks, 2 were good and 2 were not done as ordered. I was offered a new steak. Since we had been waiting for the dishes for a long time, I decided on a “compensation dessert”. Unfortunately, I couldn't remember that anymore and I felt uncomfortable having to mention it. In the end it was still on the bill...

One of the best steakhouse restaurants in Germany. Since I travel a lot for work, I have plenty of opportunities to compare, so I've rarely seen anything at this level. The friendly staff served me very friendly, professionally and competently and gave me advice on choosing the right steak.

The service is good, the food is delicious, but the prices are high. I deducted 1 point from there.

Impeccable service even better food

This is a steakhouse that I came to instead because the Chinese restaurant I originally wanted to go to was out of space. I went in not expecting much, but thanks to the sensible and friendly waiter, I was able to enjoy a very happy and delicious meal. If you eat the set, they come with french fries (or mashed potatoes) and a salad (you can choose from several types), which was hearty and good! And the additional grilled scallops and king prawns I ordered were delicious! Personally, I recommend adding scallops! I think I had a happy meal on my last day in Germany because the server responded so well until the very end. I enjoyed it☺️❤️❤️❤️

5 stars - absolutely delicious 😋 My friend and I had an absolutely amazing evening at Miller & Carter! The starters were a perfect start, and the steaks – simply amazing! Tender, juicy and fried to perfection. There were also matching cocktails that rounded the whole thing off wonderfully. The service was first class, attentive and left nothing to be desired. We will definitely come back – absolute recommendation!

I visited a couple of years ago and this Miller and Carter was the flagship (and only) branch outside of the UK... unfortunately now, the food quality is only the same as Blockhouse but for twice the price. The service was excellent at the start and very attentive, however after our main courses were served the service stopped entirely, even when all our glasses were empty. The all-young waiting staff were then more interested in talking amongst themselves and playing with the music system than offering us any further service. Yes, it was a Monday evening, but there appears to be a reason that for a booking for 8 people a week in advance, in Christmas party season, every other steak restaurant was fully booked yet Miller and Carter was only 20% full

Perfect service, including perfect food. Thanks to Miller&Carter. On November 30th Before a concert at the Alte Oper Frankfurt we took the opportunity and went to eat at Miller&Carter. To shorten it: First class service. Friendly, unobtrusive, but attentive, super friendly. The restaurant is very attractive, spread over three levels. Food: Great. Excellent taste, quick preparation time. We each had a burger, great quality, great taste. Price: rather upper price category. But… the quality of the food and service is worth every penny. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much for a great evening in your restaurant.

Food, service and ambiente were great! We tried different steaks, sauces, sides & salads and enjoyed all of them. Our waiter Flo was super attentive and friendly, he even used a few Italian words to communicate with all the guests at the table. :-)

The food today was good, but the price-performance ratio just doesn't fit here in any respect, maybe that's one reason why the restaurant Pretty Lehr Was today, Friday, 4-5 p.m. I don't think I'll visit this restaurant again, unfortunately the potential is there, but it's not being used 100% in my opinion

Although the food comes with a price, the quality of it is correspondingly good. Super tasty steak and steak fries, the salad was incredibly tasty (garlic and parmesan). There are many bankers in the ambience who enjoy the end of work or usually a short break there at the expense of their company.

We had a wonderful experience. We came to celebrate my mother’s birthday. The food was delicious and the restaurant played a birthday song and sang it to my mom. It was a very special moment for us and it was very thoughtful on their part.

Teuer und schlecht, Steak für 60,- medium rare bestellt, durchgegart bekommen, falsche Soße serviert , die angebliche Steinpilz Soße hat nichts mit Steinpilzen zu tun, sondern ist ne billige Standartware aus der Tüte. Der Kellner pseudo witzig und lapidar, ungefragt gemischte Vorspeiseplatten serviert. Beim Bezahlen um Trinkgeld gebettelt: „die Firma zahlt sowieso“. Definitiv schlechter als das Angebot der deutlich günstigeren Systemgastronomie. Unbedingt meiden, v.a. als Geschäftsessen mit Kunden, kann peinlich werden.

It’s an extraordinary steak place and also has a really nice ambience to celebrate any special occasion! We tried a lot of things ranging from their exclusive wine selections, salt and pepper calamari, dirty burger(the patty was an absolute treat) and sea bass filet! I had a total blast here and food was extremely good! Great service and a really good vibe! Would totally recommend this place!

We were here on Thursday evening, we had a porterhouse burger and rump steak. Everything together with the salad is super tasty and the conditions are also super fun. The two waiters Issa and Fuso really lightened the mood and made it fun.

Staff very friendly and personable throughout. Ambience spacious and cozy. The Australian ribeye wasn't worth its (high) price. Since I wasn't full, I ordered a “normal” (Argentinian) steak, which tasted superior to the Australian one. All side dishes were OK. Since there is always warm food (except on Sundays), you can also go here at lunchtime if you feel like steak.

Today I had dinner with a colleague on site. The starter came very quickly and was excellent. Our two steaks also arrived promptly, they were grilled to medium perfection and were very good. We were served all evening by Issa, who always made sure that we didn't miss anything. We would love to come back.

This restaurant is located directly in the Sofitel Opera building opposite the fitness studio. Interesting and successful interior design on two open levels. Open kitchen behind glass so that everything can be seen transparently. A large steak menu for real lovers of various meat qualities and aging processes. We decided on a starter of calamari and two different burgers and enjoyed the warm autumn evening on the terrace. Good wine selection and excellent and friendly service.

Outstanding food and service! As I was looking at the menu outside for a late lunch I was warmly greeted with the hostess opening the door and offering me the menu. The hostess Nasi was absolutely amazing, so friendly and attentive, and her timing was perfect. Since I don’t eat red meat I was pleasantly surprised how many awesome alternatives this restaurant had to offer and the hospitality was first class! I ordered the grilled salmon and wild herb salad with balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing on the side. The salmon was fresh, absolutely perfectly cooked and mouth watering. There were also lots of vegetarian options. The ambience was also classy and relaxed, with a fine dining atmosphere it made me feel right at home. I’ll definitely be back to try the rest of the menu.:)

Been here for the first time. Clearly simple and also a bit old-fashioned, you could say classic, steak house interior. USA 1991 - However, the meat selection is varied and TopShelf (300g AUS-Wagyu) - clear and good side dishes, suitable wine. Discreet and friendly service (thanks Flo). Good bar for aperitif and digestive. Recommendation. Thanks.

Amazing cocktails! The waiter who served us was impeccable (Flo). We had a fillet and a wagyu steak , the fillet was well done and the side we’re also very good, the wagyu… I will not suggest it it was nothing special but still it was done properly. If your craving steaks probably one of the best spot in Frankfurt but don’t take the Australian wagyu it’s just ok not worth 100 plus euros.

During our stay in Frankfurt for the automechanika we dined at the steakhouse which was our satisfaction to be advised and served by Mr Fouzo, a rare professional these days. We plan to come back with friends to try other meats such as chateaubriand with béarnaise sauce. Big thanks again to Mr Fouzo and his team for the delicious meal in every way.

Overall, the food was just okay, but the price didn’t match the quality, especially when it came to the steak. I honestly don’t think the meat was worth what we paid. The sauces were terrible and completely lacked flavor. The side dishes were average, nothing special. However, the service was great—very friendly staff—and the atmosphere was pleasant. The restaurant is also in a great location, but unfortunately, the food quality didn’t live up to the price tag.
