La Terrazza in Frankfurt am Main

The food is delicious and beautifully presented, and the prices are reasonable. The staff is friendly and the service is good. The ambiance is a matter of taste; it's not my style. The wallpaper has a restless feel. The music is well-chosen but sometimes too loud. A uniform dress code would also be better.

Not recommended. The food was a disaster. There are plenty of alternatives!

If I hadn't left, I'd still be waiting for the pizza. I sat there for almost an hour to no avail. Strange shop. The main reason for the business is probably NOT the restaurant business; they probably rarely wash dishes there, probably something else.

The food tasted terrible and was simply edible. The Coke simply tasted like syrup with water. I cannot recommend it.

My mother and I went there for lunch yesterday. We had a pizza with anchovies and capers and a Hawaiian pizza. My pizza tasted delicious, but the anchovies were somehow inferior or not fresh. After half the pizza, my mother asked me if it was possible that a pineapple could be so sour and that I should try it. Which I did, and I immediately noticed that the pineapple was simply no longer good. It had started to ferment. Since she had already eaten half the pizza, she didn't want to return the Hawaiian pizza and took the pineapple off. When the plates were being cleared, she asked the waiter about it, and he said he would pass it on to the kitchen. When we paid, we expected to hear another word from the "kitchen" or a small apology. But there wasn't another word. What a shame. The highlight, however, were the restrooms. People!!! Please clean your restrooms. This is unacceptable. Even going downstairs was dusty and dirty. The toilet bowl was smeared, the brush was full of toilet paper and little flies. Rounded corners cleaned. Fixtures and wall and floor tiles are sleek and fairly new, but simply not clean. I give the toilet zero stars.

They need to train their chef in actual Italian cooking. This was some of the worst pasta I’ve ever had. Mushy with spoiled cream. Not authentic at all! The place has a lot of potential. Never again.

So first of all, a big compliment to the kitchen, we were more than satisfied with the food, the waiters were very attentive and responded to our every request, we would like to thank you very much for the lovely evening.

Four people went out to eat. Everything was incredibly delicious, and the service was very friendly. After our meal, we were given a drink on the house. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, I have to give one star because I can't give zero❗️ Disappointing experience – Never again! I was looking forward to a cozy evening with good Italian cuisine, but this restaurant was an absolute disaster. From the very first bite of the cannelloni, I knew this was a huge mistake. The filling had a strange consistency, as if it had been prepared days ago and simply reheated. Taste-wise? A bland, mushy mush with no seasoning. The lasagna was even worse – the dough was tough, the sauce watery, and the meat tasted old. It looked as if someone had simply carelessly microwaved a frozen lasagna. There's absolutely no question of authentic Italian cuisine here! Add to that the unfriendly service, who showed no interest in our complaint or offered an apology. Instead, they gave us an annoyed look and told us to stop making such a fuss. Charging such high prices for this quality is outrageous. I can only advise everyone to avoid this "restaurant." One star is still too much!

Worst pizza ever! My girlfriend and I thought we were going to eat Italian food, but no, rotten food would have been delicious. The tomatoes on the pizza tasted like they'd expired three months ago. The gnocchi with Gorgonzola sauce was disgusting! I wouldn't recommend anyone ever set foot in this restaurant. I was speechless! Take down the Italian food signs, because it's anything but. It's a shame there isn't a negative star rating.

I ate there this evening with my wife based on her recommendation; apparently, the chef and/or owner have changed. The waitress's language skills left something to be desired, and he also spoke very quietly. My wife's pasta was unfortunately no longer al dente, and the sauce also tasted more like it came from a bag or a bucket, which was very disappointing for the price. I had the rump steak with onions and fried potatoes. The steak was ordered medium and arrived overcooked and unseasoned, and the presentation was more reminiscent of the 70s. The onions were far too raw and also unseasoned. The fried potatoes were okay. All in all, it was unfortunately not very satisfactory, and we wouldn't recommend it or go there again, especially since I personally only received an unfriendly "Goodbye" as a farewell after politely thanking them and wishing them a nice evening.

Food was not okay - Tiramisu tasted like cheese and probably didn't taste okay anymore - Pay sauce was also slightly sour In the end I said I didn't want to pay for tiramisu and we insisted on it Never again

Tagliatelle with shrimp, prawns, garlic, onions, and mushrooms – delicious! We'll be back!

I can't report anything negative. Everything tasted very good. Large portions. Great mussel dishes very tasty and very good service. The only thing that bothers me is that the heating was saved. It was too cold, you had to keep your jacket on. This sort of thing keeps the guests away. Freezing is not possible at all. I will ask about this by phone next time we come there.

The taste of the food is below average, but if you are very hungry it is acceptable.

Good food with fair prices, portion sizes were mega for the price!

La Terrazza has proven to be La Terror for the stomach, after eating a pizza there yesterday I woke up with stomach cramps and a stomach ache, the dough was undercooked and baked a bit unusually. The toppings weren't really fresh either. And the bad thing was that the waiter gave me my plate while I was still eating my slice of pizza. Unfortunately I wasn't particularly impressed and hope it was an isolated incident.

If you want to eat a 10 euro frozen pizza, I would recommend the restaurant. Otherwise, just go down the street, there are better places there.

I can only say the best about the restaurant. I come here often and have also been to the previous ones. I was always served courteously. And the food was always delicious

This was our second time there recently, once with a larger group. The reservation worked great and the food was served quickly. The pasta and pizzas are very tasty. We would love to come back and will also have pizzas delivered to our home.

Good value for money. The food was not bad and the pizza was quite good.

Wir waren schon öfters beim vorherigen Besitzer. Jetzt zum erstenmal beim neuen Besitzer. Die Räume sind renoviert und die Atmosphäre ist angenehm. Der Service war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Die Speisen waren sehr gut. Auch auf extra Wünsche in Abwandlung zum Angebot der Speisekarte wurden problemlos berücksichtigt. Insgesamt haben wir dort einen sehr schönen Abend verbracht, waren sehr zufrieden und werden auch künftig gerne wieder dort einkehren. Herzlichen Dank an den neuen Betreiber und das gesamte Team.

Die Pizza Milano war sehr lecker. Unser Kellner war sehr freundlich. Wir können die schlechten Bewertungen garnicht verstehen. Können das Restaurant auf jeden Fall, weiter empfehlen!

Wir waren spontan zu 8. Hier zu Abend essen. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Getränke und das Essen kamen in angemessener Geschwindigkeit. Wir hatten Pizzen, Nudeln und Salate bestellt, allesamt hat gut geschmeckt (eine Pizza mussten wir bisschen nachwürzen) und der Salat war hübsch angerichtet. Also soweit alles ok.

Bin überrascht die Rezensionen zu lesen, aber vermutlich ist es in Frankfurt einfach so. Wir waren mit der Familie mittags dort essen. Das Essen war lecker, die Portionen sehr ehrlich. Der Service sehr schnell, nett und aufmerksam. Gut, wenn ich meckern sollte, war Williams Schnaps alle. Dafür gab es sehr leckeren Grappa. Und das beim Italiener. Der Inhaber ist mit Sicherheit kein Italiener, aber worüber soll das entscheiden? Der Laden ist in Frankfurt und ist recht günstig. Das essen schmeckt. Man sollte da die Kirche im Dorf lassen. Ich komme gern wieder, wenn ich in der Gegend bin.

Kleiner, gemütlicher Laden. Wir waren hier zum Geburtstag unserer Mutter. Essen war einfach überragend. Service war auch sehr gut. Ich komme bestimmt wieder. Absolute Empfehlung.

Einrichtung: Lobenswert eingerichtet, die Muster und Farben harmonieren allerdings ist die Tapete nicht typisch italienisch. Zu dem wurde bei der Renovierung unordentlich gearbeitet, teilweise ist getrocknete Farbe auf dem Posen oder die Tapete nicht richtig angekleistert beim genauen hin sehen. Essen: Es wurde Pizza bestellt, diese schmeckte nach etwas Würze von Salz und Pfeffer etwas besser, allerdings war die Pizza etwas verbrannt und definitiv nicht aus einem Steinofen Personal: Das personal war ohne Rassistichen Hintergrund nicht italienisch sondern Türkisch, zu dem sprachen alle miteinander in der Sprache was den italienischen vibe etwas kaputt gemacht hatte. Zum anderen war eine Person ordentlich gekleidet doch die anderen in Alltags Kleidung mit Sprüchen aufgedruckt die auch das Gefühl von einem Restaurant genommen haben Musik: Schöne alte italienische Musik Auf einen weiteren Besuch verzichte ich gerne :)

Wir wollten dem Lokal noch einmal eine Chance geben, nachdem wir es in der Vergangenheit bereits auf Grund des unfreundlichen Services verlassen hatten: leider Fehlanzeige, zudem auch zu teuer. Hatten Bauchschmerzen (& diverse andere Beschwerden….) nach dem Essen , obgleich dies geschmacklich eigentlich iO war - wir sind da sonst nicht so empfindlich, aber schon seltsam oder? Können wir leider absolut nicht mehr weiterempfehlen, sehr schade! Um draußen etwas zu trinken in Ordnung, sehr schöne Lage, deshalb 2 Sterne.

War zum erst mal nach der neue Öffnung da essen sehr freundliches Personal sehr leckeres Essen gerne wieder

Um es vereinfacht auszudrücken: man konnte es essen. 2 Sterne für den frischen Rucola. Mit einem typisch italienischem Nudelgericht hatte es ansonsten wenig gemein. Die frischen Tomaten konnte man suchen und nicht finden, der Käse schmeckte leicht modrig (mit der undefinierbaren Tomatensoße ging es zum Glück). Schade.

Die Nudeln waren nicht richtig durch. Die Soße und der überbackene Käse waren aber lecker. Preis war okay aber nicht günstig (10,90€). Die Bedienung war okay, aber nicht auffallend freundlich. Wir baten ums bezahlen, wurden dann vergessen, obwohl nicht viel Betrieb war.

das essen war ganz in ordnung auch wenn die pizza die ich bestellt hatte etwas verbrannt war kann passieren nur hier gibt es 2 große probleme die mich eher beschäftigten und zwar das die menge an trinken die man eingeschänkt bekommt viel zu wenig ist und ein lauwatmes bier im sommer darauf hat ja keiner lust auch nach nachfrage ein kaltes zu bekommen wurde dies vergessen als ich bezahlen wollte bekam ich keine rechnung sondern nur mein rückgeld zurück musste erst nach der rechnung fragen unmöglich

So schade😕 Heute nach der Übernahme zum ersten Mal dort gegessen. Die Qualität und die Karte sind zwar fast gleich, wenn auch zu deutlich höheren Preisen. Was früher eine Stärke war ist heute leider eine riesen Schwäche. Der Service ist unpersönlich und kein Vergleich zu früher. Ungefragt werden die Getränke einfach in groß serviert. Aber na ja.... Wir hatten eine kleine Portion bestellt und auch bekommen. Berechnet wurde eine normale Portion. Als wir das reklamieren wurde behauptet wir hätten eine normale Portion erhalten und genervt reagiert. Eine Rechnung gab es auch nur auf Nachfrage. So ein zufall😉. Insgesamt ein unschönen Start für den neuen Betreiber. Ich glaube nicht das wir weiter Stammgäste sind😒.

Nach der Neueröffnung das erste mal wieder da gewesen. Neuer Besitzer, neue Enttäuschung! Beim Radler wurde nicht nach der Größe gefragt, es gab einfach 2x 0,5l. Ich fragte nach einer kleinen Portion Nudeln, die ich auch bekam allerdings zum vollen Preis! Unverschämt! Zudem schmeckt die Soße nur, indem man nachwürzte. Das braucht man bei einem guten Italiener nicht . Parmesan wurde auch nicht gereicht bzw. nicht mal nachgefragt , ob wir welchen haben möchten. Als wir die Rechnung verlangten, haben wir keine bekommen, sondern nur einen Preis. Das hatte mich stutzig gemacht und verlangte die Rechnung . Da bestätige sich die Annahme das die Pasta mit vollem Preis berechnet wurde . Nachdem der Kellner darauf angesprochen wurde , kam anstatt einer Entschuldigung, ein Augen verdrehen. Also das war der letzte Besuch hier.
