When we had taken our seats, the waiter (Uwe called from the kitchen) came and wordlessly placed the menus on the table. After a while he stood at the table again and waited without saying a word. He took our order without words and without eye contact. The waiter served our food without a word and cleared the plates again without a word after we had eaten. The only thing he said during our stay was "cash or card?". We have never experienced anything so rude! The waiter is completely unsuitable and scares away guests. The waiter ruins the work of the kitchen and the beautiful location with his listless, unfriendly and rude manner. What a shame!

We were at a birthday party and unfortunately had a very unpleasant experience. The service was terrible: drinks were not poured and the bottles of champagne were left warm and unopened on the table. The salad was passed from one side of the table to the other like in a cafeteria, and sheep was sold to us as lamb. We also had to constantly ask for the waiter. The ambience was also disappointing - flashing fairy lights and music that was way too loud contributed to an overall poor experience.

We came very spontaneously, without a reservation and shared the solyanka as a starter and enjoyed the roulade and the chicken liver as a main course👍🫶 The welcome was very warm and we were served in a friendly and courteous manner... Any time again, even if we were just up in transit were… Absolutely recommended!!

Nice restaurant on the ASB premises in Zeesen. Lunch is also available to the general public every day from 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Prices are okay, staff friendly, food is great.

Today I went to the Villa Romana restaurant again, which used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, I realized that a lot of things have changed for the worse. Villa Romana used to be known for its excellent quality and great value for money. However, those days are apparently over. The prices are now very high, which would be fine if the quality of the food was appropriate. But this is exactly where the problem lies: the quality has deteriorated significantly. The dishes are no longer as tasty as they used to be. Another big negative point was the service. She was very unfriendly and we didn't feel welcome. Of course, such behavior does not help you feel comfortable as a guest and want to come back. In summary, I can unfortunately only say that Villa Romana used to be a great restaurant that I would have recommended to others without hesitation. Now it's overpriced, the quality of the food leaves something to be desired, and the service is disappointingly unfriendly. It's a shame that the restaurant has developed so negatively.

We actually wanted to eat at a different restaurant on our trip to KW and spontaneously stopped at Los Tacos. We were very excited. I've never been to such a nice Mexican restaurant. The cocktail (Bossa Nova) and the dishes (Cimichanga Vegetariana and Alambre di Pollo) were so delicious. The selection of dishes and drinks is large and it's difficult to choose because everything sounds so delicious. We would love to come back on our next trip. 😊
