We, a clique of usually eleven people, have been guests of the Fotiadis family in Stuttgart-Dachswald every week for two years. There we are always warmly welcomed and treated to fantastic food in an atmosphere full of attention to detail. Therefore, it made sense for us, the Preu family, to visit one of the brothers' two restaurants during our stay in Berlin. This time we chose the Ikarus in Königs-Wusterhausen. The space is inviting and cozy, the preparation and quality of the food is first class, and the service is friendly and attentive. Whether in Stuttgart or Berlin - the Fotiadis family's love of gastronomy, their ability to prepare Greek food wonderfully and to always focus on the well-being of their guests are a true calling. We were with you for the th time today and were once again completely satisfied and happy. We would like to have a Greek like that in Schöneberg. Maybe after more than 20 years we will be able to convince you to open a second restaurant in Schöneberg. That would be great, but we always like to come back to the south and of course to you... thanks to your loyal guests Anna and Heidi

August 2024 Stopped for lunch on a whim and were not disappointed. When the weather was nice we were able to sit outside. The service was great and the food was delicious and plentiful, so we were well full. We didn't lack for ouzo either, JAMAS.

The food was really delicious. I treated myself to a Hugo but it was way too sweet for me personally. The service was okay, but there were a total of 5 waiters at our table. This resulted in two orders being forgotten. The atmosphere is inviting.

It is a large restaurant which is located in the immediate vicinity of a gas station. There is a very limited parking area in front of the restaurant. You usually come to the restaurant without registering in advance. The menu is too extensive. There are Hardly any vegetables with the dishes. In advance you get an iceberg lettuce with dressing. This is where mass cooking takes place instead of class. I don't have to write more. The waiters are friendly fast i.e. the service is good. I know 2 very good Greek restaurants approx. 22 km (already LK Teltow Fläming) I would rather recommend these. The journey is worth it. It will be there with Cooked with love and it shows.

Delicious and really relaxing if you treat yourself to it between weekends. So not necessarily Friday or Saturday. It is always tasty and delicious.

Enjoy your meal! We had starters and main courses. All in all very, very tasty and recommended. Only the ambience around it is so semi. The shop and everything were very nicely done (we just sat outside), but the buildings opposite and next to it are less attractive. But a great place for a cozy, simple meal together. The service was very nice, funny and quick when you needed something.

We had the food delivered. Unfortunately, one dish was missing (as it was for the third time) and there were family discrepancies. Delivery costs of €2 for just 6 minutes travel time and on top of that there are the high prices of the dishes: So I recommend eating locally!

Good food - nice service - the location is the best now but they try to make up for it with food and staff - definitely recommended (although I don't need 5 ouzo :-)

Super tasty food and friendly team.

Unfortunately we were very disappointed with the food and service. Had lamb with green beans. Beans were overcooked and the lamb was swimming in the bean water. The second dish was not served as ordered. Small meat platter with garlic potatoes… served with rice. The drink order also went wrong. Instead of a small glass, the drink we ordered was served in a large glass. When asked, the answer was very defiant... yes, of course, small glass! What a shame!!

For us one of the best Greek restaurants in the area. A great atmosphere, huge winter garden, the staff is absolutely great (!!!), everyone is nice, friendly and quick, always has a smile on their face and we just feel like we're in a big family. Thank you for the great experience!

Mediocre! Sidewalk atmosphere at the seats in front of the restaurant! Frozen schnitzel for the junior for a “good” price. Otherwise the gyros and beftiki were better. Quality reduced prices increased! Bad value for money. Not for gourmets!

We ordered there for the first time today. The time until delivery was completely fine. What unfortunately doesn't work for us is the missing tzatziki in a souvlaki dish for just under €18. We actually always know this as a side dish and assumed that it was included. With tzatziki it would have been a TOP meal. The price is definitely on the higher side, but that would have been ok WITH tzatziki.

I got a place straight away, but that's probably not the norm. Very fully booked. Food and service are almost perfect. Prices are reasonable, portions are quite large. I'll definitely take a look again.

“Vouchers” business model Unfortunately, we repeatedly had the problem that vouchers that were older than six months were not redeemed. We occasionally eat there as a family and are always very satisfied with the friendliness and the food. However, it is very annoying when a voucher that is older than six months is simply not accepted. We have experienced this twice and have now discovered that our third voucher expired in January. However, case law says that a voucher only expires after three years. Alternatively, the voucher holder has the right to a refund of the monetary value - the operator should remember this! How the desire to go to dinner there disappears.

We like going here. However, we were very surprised that prices have been increased significantly twice in the last 4 years. The Ikaros plate cost around 39 euros on our first visit at the beginning of 2020, in the meantime it cost around 45 euros and now around 52 euros. 33% in 4 years is a lot for us as a family.

A nice restaurant. The chef probably didn't have his best day. Rump steak medium means not chewed through and on the second attempt it was medium rare. When cleaning glasses in the dishwasher, you should make sure that there is salt and rinse aid in it. The service was great, a little more care and you'll be at the top.

Nice reception and service. Super Service. The ambience is not that great given the location, but the food here tastes great. I wish that olive oil was generally served with salads. I don't like these dressings. I don't get that on Crete, for example. That would be a tip for all Greek restaurants. That's why there are 4 stars. We'll be happy to come back .

Our first visit. The Suzuki and the Tzaziki were the best. Fries were ok too. Now for the no go. Meat from the skewer was dry and hardly seasoned. The slightly older waiter was rude and physical contact with guests was not possible. First of all, the question of card or cash. What does that mean? Were served by four different people, of which the youngest were the most pleasant and very friendly. Last but not least, the paper bag for the leftovers was billed at €1.😳 Without prior notice. Conclusion no recommendation no goodbye

Be sure to reserve a good Greek restaurant on public holidays as it is very popular. Motto an Uso always works 😁. The garlic potatoes should always be taken as a side dish. The fried liver was very tasty.

A large Greek restaurant in Zeesen. There are a few parking spaces at the restaurant and in the adjacent streets (although it is full in the evenings). There is a separate smoking area in a kind of winter garden (heated). The prices are more in the high segment (lamb with side dish 33€) starters around 10€ but what really surprised me was the lack of vegetarian dishes, and no vegetarian main course at all. I then put together my meal with starters which ended up being more expensive than the lamb. A pity The waiters are friendly, there is ouzo to greet and say goodbye.

We were promised more from the Greek restaurant, we really enjoy eating at the Greek restaurant. The list is too long to write everything. We won't come again.

Excellent food, very large portions and fast, very friendly service. After lunch there was a good, strong espresso from the house and the prices were appropriate to the service and the good cuisine. I think it's a restaurant to recommend. The only thing that isn't so good is the location on a busy street, right behind a gas station, especially during the warmer months. There is a terrace at the restaurant, but the view takes some getting used to. Otherwise I would like to go there again. Also a good location for family and company celebrations.

A good, inexpensive Greek restaurant with very courteous and humorous staff. Very plentiful, very fresh food, well prepared and at a good temperature, with the main courses there is a delicious salad plate and also an ouzo and a very good espresso. The waiting time for the food was short, only the location next to a gas station and in an industrial area were less appealing. Still a hospitable place to recommend.

Waiter says “see you tomorrow” to everyone as he leaves. And as confident as he is, the food is just as good.

Everything is perfect here. The food is delicious and any special requests are catered for. We appreciate the friendly, courteous and appreciative service and feel very, very comfortable in the Greek atmosphere. Unfortunately, you usually have to reserve a table on the weekend and if you spontaneously decide to eat there, you have to resort to picking up the food and eating it at home. At least this way you can still enjoy the delicious dishes even if you have a short-term appetite :-)

The food is super delicious when we go to the Greek restaurant, and this is the only place we go to. The portion is also enough and you will be full. If you're not very hungry, you can get most of the dishes a little smaller.

Sehr gutes griechisches Restaurant welches man nur empfehlen kann. Bedienung sehr freundlich und schnell und die Gerichte sind sind sehr lecker. Vor allem geht man nicht hungrig wieder raus.

Gast bin ich seit Eröffnung des Ikaros und immer noch begeistert von der Qualität der Speisen. Bei der großen Auswahl an Speisen hat man die Qual der Wahl. Die Portionen machen satt, aber auch der kleine Hunger wird hier berücksichtigt. Die Frische und der Geschmack rechtfertigen die höheren Preise. Das Restaurant ist gut besucht und hat sehr viel Stammkundschaft. Für eine größere Gruppe unbedingt vorher reservieren. Das Ambiente ist sauber und gemütlich, der Service nett und zuvorkommend. Fazit: Wenn man lecker essen gehen und eine angenehme Zeit verbringen möchte, hier ist der richtige Ort dazu.
