It was our first time in the ice cream parlor. Service came at some point. The ice cream parlor was delicious and is recommended. The female waiter was a bit rude. Overall service therefore 2 points. We'll see if we would visit the cafe again and maybe give it more stars

We came here spontaneously for the first time today and were absolutely thrilled. Courteous staff, good service and value for money. Only recommended!

The worst ice cream in a long time. It arrived at the table half swollen and the cheapest water ice you could find was served to you. The waffle too. Strawberry sundae with a scoop of orange or whatever it was. The strawberries were delicious though. They just couldn't save the rest. 2 different prices that were signposted. The hint was followed by a mushy answer. Never again

Very nice waiters, fast service and delicious food. The atmosphere is great and gives you the feeling of being in Italy.

We eat here regularly (at least twice a month). The food as well as the service is very good. I can only recommend the restaurant. 😀

You have to wait forever for service (in my case about 40 minutes before I was able to get someone's attention), and I've had better ice cream.

The homemade ice cream is very tasty. The brittle cup and the iced coffee are highly recommended. It's a nice place to sit and watch the market on Friday.

The king is dead, long live the king!!! You managed to knock my favorite Italian off the throne. The food was a taste experience, the chef must have trained at Hogwarts because he must be a wizard. We were definitely not here for the last time. Service is outstanding and the ambience invites you to linger. Thank you for this experience 👍👍👍

The manager of the house calculated his bill with tips. The distorted ice cream sundae was on the menu for 8 euros, but he charged 9 euros. We were identified as tourists and immediately ripped off. So tourists beware.

Today I went to the Villa Romana restaurant again, which used to be one of my favorite restaurants. Unfortunately, I realized that a lot of things have changed for the worse. Villa Romana used to be known for its excellent quality and great value for money. However, those days are apparently over. The prices are now very high, which would be fine if the quality of the food was appropriate. But this is exactly where the problem lies: the quality has deteriorated significantly. The dishes are no longer as tasty as they used to be. Another big negative point was the service. She was very unfriendly and we didn't feel welcome. Of course, such behavior does not help you feel comfortable as a guest and want to come back. In summary, I can unfortunately only say that Villa Romana used to be a great restaurant that I would have recommended to others without hesitation. Now it's overpriced, the quality of the food leaves something to be desired, and the service is disappointingly unfriendly. It's a shame that the restaurant has developed so negatively.

It's been there for a long time and it's only changed for the worse. Schnitzel the worst thing I have ever eaten. 2 out of three meals were not restaurant quality. The service was also not what we are used to in a good restaurant. It's a shame that it turned out this way. We'll definitely never go there again.

Unfortunately, I've eaten better in the TH Wildau cafeteria, at a fraction of the price. The service is practically non-existent, I can only agree with the other reviews. At the Italian restaurant right at the train station you will definitely receive better service and it is edible.

Unfortunately my spaghetti was totally oily. The schnitzel with fries is at best canteen level. The pizza was probably pretty good. Two out of three people wouldn't eat there again, poor value for money. P.s. The owner's post shows how criticism is dealt with. And you can believe the other applications regarding the service, more than inadequate.

The waiter was rude and when asked about milk for the coffee the eyes were rolled. The Swedish ice cream sundae didn't taste good and there were pieces of frozen water in the vanilla ice cream.

Alberto has been my favorite for years. Always friendly, always eat well and the portions are just the right size.

When ockt & ger was still here, I preferred to come here, back then the motto was that spoiled doesn't automatically mean bad

Now an institution in KW! Tastes good, cheap, not too much and quick. And everything with a view of the train station and forecourt.

Much fuss about little. The greeting was not accompanied by a “welcome” but rather annoyed babbling. We were seated and the map was given later. The “ordering process” was driven by a constant “continue, further, further, ...”. You can immediately feel the southern European warmth. To eat: Average. Pizza and pasta were OK - nothing more. 2 people, including me, had entrecote. That was really subpar - on both plates. Really no idea what kind of piece of meat that actually was and how to get good beef flavor out of it. Since I was already annoyed with the operators (service), I didn't complain, but I just won't come back again.

It was a very tasty dinner, in a relaxed atmosphere. The dish was perfect to the bite and also very rich, hot to the last bite and so beautifully garnished that it was almost too good to eat. Thank you very much.

Absolutely unfriendly. When I expressed the desire to pay by card I was told "Not for this amount". So you can probably only pay with a card if the bill says more than €45. Very strange indeed

Kaffee war OK, aber das Eis ist nicht so doll. Kurz mal sitzen und plauschen ist ok. Update: kurz mal nen Kaffee ist nicht. Man muss Geduld haben.

Service hat noch Luft nach oben. Das essen hat geschmeckt. Pizza war knusprig und lecker. Die Spagetti waren hervorragend, mit Rinderhack Bolognese und vermutlich angemacht mit Rinderbrühe. Eis ist ebenfalls zu empfehlen.

Wir waren heute zum Abendessen dort ... der Lachs war ein Traum... war so satt..passte nix mehr rein... Die Kellner sehr zuvorkommend und aufmerksam... Wir kommen gerne wieder.. Schönen Feierabend

Sehr leckeres Essen, aber auch sehr lange Wartezeiten. Von der Bestellung bis zum bringen verging über 1 Stunde. Ja, man ist hier ja nicht auf der Flucht, aber bei der Auslastung, die zum Zeitpunkt des Besuches augenscheinlich sehr gering war, ginge das bestimmt etwas schneller. Wie schon gesagt, ansonsten sehr leckere Gerichte zum normalen Preis. Kartenzahlung ab 45 Euro.

Wir waren soeben zum Abendessen mit unserer Tochter hier und waren rundum zufrieden. Das Essen war sehr lecker, schön angerichtet und auch mehr als genug, sodass man auch gut satt wird. Das Personal war wirklich sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Alles in Einem können wir wirklich sagen, dass wir sehr begeistert sind und gerne wieder kommen.

Ist super....liegt leider direkt an der Strasse und am Kanal...ist aber gut abgegrenzt durch Pflanzen! Essen ist super lecker und der Preis ist angemessen! Personal könnte cooler sein,nicht ganz so arrogant. Aber trotzdem lecker 😋

Schöner Platz auf der Terrasse. Sehr netter und humorvoller Kellner. Moderate Preise.

Echte italienische Küche schmeckt definitiv besser. Habe pappardelle bestellt und bekam Tagliatelle, das ist schon ein Unterschied. Die Nudeln schwammen in der sauce, bekommt man in Italien so auch nicht. Lieblos hingestellt vom Kellner, die keine Italiener sind.

Bisher hab ich einige Eisbecher im Außenbereich verkostet- immer lecker! 😋 Der Kaffee ist leider weniger italienisch... Zum "Leute gucken" gut geeignet, man sitzt am Gehsteig, wer will, mit Schatten..😎

Aufmerksame Kellner Leckere Pizza Immer wieder gerne

Wir gehen sehr gerne hier essen, weil einfach alles passt. Die Gerichte sind qualitativ sehr gut, der Service freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die besten Carbonara weit und breit. Immer wieder gerne. Locker 1-2 mal im Monat gehen wir hierher.

Wahnsinns Ristorante mit leckerem Essen, schnelle u. höflichen Mitarbeitern. Hier arbeitet der Chef noch selbst. Danke, wir kommen gern wieder. Mille Grazie

Sehr netter preiswerter Italiener. Essen ist gut und es gibt eine recht große Auswahl. Die Kellner sind äußerst freundlich und zuvor kommend.

Das einzig positive hier ist das Essen, was wirklich gut schmeckte. Der Service ist allerdings unterirdisch. Der Kellner war betrunken, unfreundlich und wenig kompetent. Unserem Kind viel das Besteck runter, neues bekamen wir nicht. Dann viel ihm der Saft um. Es wurde nichts sauber gemacht oder Tischdecke ausgetauscht. Notdürftig haben wir alles selber sauber gemacht, denn trotz Nachfrage gab es weder Wasser noch Lappen oä zum sauber machen. Nie wieder !!

Zunächst das Positive. Das Ambiente ist sehr einladend. Bis der Chef dich bedient. Extrem unhöflich. Beim Servieren sind die Finger am Rand der Gläser wo man eigentlich trinkt. Bestellung wird wortlos entgegen genommen. Kann man bei Aglio Olio was falsch machen? Ja es geht. Portionen sind klein. 6 Mal Spagetti mit der Gabel aufgerollt und der Teller war leer. Der Wunsch nach Brot wurde mürrisch erfüllt und auf den Tisch geknallt. Eine Unterhaltung mit meinem Gast war leider nicht möglich, da der Chef lautstark sich in seiner Muttersprache mit jemanden vom Personal austauschte. Wenigsten wissen wir nun, das es keine Italiener sind.

Servieten und Besteck wurden meiner Schwester auf den Tisch geworfen. Die Diavola ist in allen anderen italienischen Restaurants sehr scharf - hier haben weder Pfeffer noch Chiliöl helfen können. Zwei Sterne gibt es nur wegen dem netten Mitarbeiter (der anscheinend selbst nicht kassieren darf) und weil es sauber war.

Ich war sehr erfreut und überrascht, weil das bestellte Gericht kam kurz nach der Bestellung, war heisst und sehr lecker. Der Ober war echt flink und zuvorkommend bei all meinen Wünschen und ließ sich nicht aus der Ruhe bringen, aber quittiert meine vielen Fragen stets mit Freundlichkeit und einer hilfreichen Antwort. Tolles Restaurant, ich komme gern wieder. DANKESCHÖN ON

Solider Italiener. Nicht spezielles .

Essen war gut, schönes Ambiente, leider war Rechnungslegung bei Trennung der Gruppe chaotisch. Dort zuviel, da zu wenig . . . trotz Korrektur habe 10,- € zuviel bezahlt. Vertrauen ist dahin.

Wir waren schon öfters da und sind sehr zufrieden. Sehr freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal mit einem guten Erinnerungsvermögen was die Wahl des Weines und der extra Chilis 🌶 angeht. Preis Leistung passt absolut.
