Average. Service could be more attentive and friendly. Prices are ok. The bruschetta is not recommended. Just a few tomatoes on white bread. Loveless and far removed in taste from real bruschetta. Ambiance is cozy.

Actually one of the worst pizzas we have ever eaten. The dough was similar to that of a ready-made pizza, the topping consisted of a thick layer of cheese and a sauce that tasted like nothing. We paid €16 for a pizza with the additional pepperoni and got a large frozen pizza. It was definitely not a stone oven pizza! In addition, the boxes were completely wet and soaked. Absolutely no recommendation, especially given the price!

Parking space behind the house, access to the right of the house. Great service. We were there during the week and there was still a large selection at moderate prices. We really liked it and we will definitely come back. 🍀

You just can't beat my favorite restaurant. Of course the fries 🍟 aren't great, but everything else is super fresh

Here is my second review. I gave the first one 3 stars. Because I wasn't completely satisfied with the order. Well, on October 14th. At 24 I order something again, according to the confirmation of receipt (6.44 p.m.) the food should be delivered around 7.44 p.m. There can always be minor delays and I'm aware of that. But when my food still hadn't been delivered around 8:30 p.m., I called the restaurant and asked. There I was told in a very unfriendly manner that the food hadn't been prepared yet. Quote, "You can cancel." Very unprofessional. I had already paid for the meal, and I had added a tip in advance. I got the money back after the cancellation. The tip was kept. I liked going to this restaurant, celebrated my birthday there, and left a lot of money there, but that's not possible now. This is how you lose guests. I definitely won't go there again.

Visited for the first time today, usually ordered. All I can say is... amazingly tasty as always, value for money and service are really top class. It's a shame that we're moving away from KW, we suggest opening a second restaurant near Beelitz, then we can remain regular guests/orderers.

Regarding delivery service... If you want an additional side dish on a pizza, each side dish costs between 3 and 4 euros 🤨🤨🤨 so please... a few extra onions and you're off for 3 euros... impudence

Hello Team Osteria, We've been ordering from you for delivery for a few years now. The food has always been great. Unfortunately, our last one wasn't really satisfactory. The sauce was probably significantly reduced for pork fillet with chanterelles??'@ Spiced... significantly less. My wife's food... pasta with salmon was great. I could lift my food with two fingers... I thought there were ingredients for the main meal in there... a shame. The fries were unseasoned and sticky. I think... .leave it for 3 minutes after frying...then wrap it in cardboard.Then I put it back in the microwave in 30 seconds while it's hot.Better...Greetings C.Kohlschmidt,Goethrstr.39

Well my spaghetti osteria (actually with cream sauce) came today without cream sauce just with mushrooms, oil and butter So for the fact that you pay more, the least I can do is get the sauce that comes with it on the menu!!!

We were driving through and passed it. The nice and beautiful outdoor area and the good weather made us stop here. Great with guest parking too. The service was warm and extremely friendly. If you also consider that he served everything alone that evening and everything very quickly and without a long wait. Hats off 👌👍🏻. But what is really important. The food was amazing. Also a big thank you to the kitchen (cook) 🤔😉 So we did everything right with our spontaneous stopover. Gladly again.

I ordered a simple Margherita pizza (supposedly stone oven). Unfortunately it's totally limp and tastes like it's ancient! Never again

We spontaneously decided to have dinner there while driving past and didn't regret it. We were welcomed and served very friendly. Our pizza and salad were freshly prepared and tasted very good. The prices are very fair.

We've been eating here every now and then for many years. We were mostly very satisfied. About a year ago I invited a few friends over for dinner for my birthday. It was lunchtime and the place was full. The service seemed to be slightly overwhelmed, but still very friendly and helpful. There's nothing wrong with that. The meal was okay. You're happy to accept a bit of waiting time. The bill came to around 400 euros, which was totally fine. Let's be honest, that's how much cash most people carry around with them. So I wanted to pay by EC card. What was not possible! - I mean, if something like this doesn't work normally, you can point this out to the guest beforehand (when making a reservation or when accepting the order). The end of the song, I rushed through the rain for about 15 minutes to get money from the ATM. Last night we were there again in a smaller group. A meal came wrong - well, it can happen. A recommendation from the house, which I have eaten here very often, is the Scaloppa Bolognese. This time the meat was very tough - I don't know that at all. To top it off, there was another discussion when we wanted to pay with EC. While discussing and calculating, it became apparent that one meal was overcharged. Only now, after a short wait, did we get the bill printed out. If we hadn't discussed it, it would have just been numbers on the waiter's tablet... It's a shame, we always enjoyed being with you, but our recent experiences have left a bad taste in our mouths.

Very nice restaurant, service was good, friendly and also child-friendly. Citizens, meat and co is really good, unfortunately the pizza isn't great, the base was very pale, from which I conclude that it's probably not a stone oven pizza as stated. The rest was great but I don't eat pizza there anymore.

We have eaten here several times, but unfortunately the quality of the food and the service are constantly declining! The food did not come as ordered and unfortunately not in the quality that we had previously known. When paying, the waiter insisted on paying in cash, even though there was an EC sign on the door. He only brought the receipt after asking several times and then not in a very friendly manner. That has a “flavor” to it... This is the last time they will see us as guests!

The homemade spaghetti with scampi was absolutely top! Friendly service, cozy atmosphere, we would love to come back.

We have eaten here many times over the last 15 years. And it was always good! Well not for a while. It was strange that the restaurant was so empty around 6:30 p.m. on a Friday. It's actually always full at that time. I then ordered a “house specialty”...a Texsas Burger (a whopping €15). Although this was beautifully presented, it was otherwise very ordinary and below average! In short, a wopper is better. My wife had Steak Hawaii. That's not really good either. The waiters gave you the feeling that you'd better look away... otherwise there would be work. So zero attention. For us it was the last time for now. A pity

Pizza was cold and unfortunately you didn't taste anything except a lot of salt. Not recommended!

Delicious food, friendly service, prices were still reasonable and at the end we got Ben schnapps on the house - what more could you want :-), The only downer: clothes smelled quite strongly of food afterwards. Still a clear recommendation.

Leider konnten wir hier nicht essen. Wir wurden nicht begrüßt und konnten nicht draußen sitzen, obwohl wie reserviert hatten. Ein Paar vor uns wurde begrüßt und bekam dann ohne Reservierung einen Tisch draußen. Sehr Schade.

Sorry, aber das war nicht so das wahre…. Ich hab mich breitschlagen lassen, mal wieder etwas Essen zu bestellen. Wie befürchtet war es nix… bei den Bruschetta war es mir schon vorab klar, dass sie nicht wirklich knusprig und wie im Restaurant gewohnt ankommen werden… aber von der Pizza hatte ich mehr erwartet…. Ich hatte extra die Nummer größer, aber explizit als „Steinofenpizza“ ausgelobte Pizza bestellt! Was hier ankam, war Pizzabelag auf „gefühltem Toastbrot“. 1cm gerade so gebackener, pappiger Pizzateig, der üppig belegt wurde… da kann jede Tiefkühlpizza locker mithalten oder sogar besser sein… der Teig hat ähnlich wie die Pizzabrötchen vor Ort geschmeckt. Ich finde es einfach ärgerlich, wenn etwas nicht wie beschrieben rausgeschickt wird und man dann daheim keinerlei Möglichkeit hat, um es zu reklamieren.. auch die Kids haben ne lange Nase bei ihren Pizzen gehabt. Schade!

Gutes Essen und sehr nette Mitarbeiter, viele Sachen kostenlos beckommen. Aber etwas länger gedauert aber dafür zwichen durch 2 Sachen kostenlos beckommen ein top Restaurant mit top Mitarbeitern seht zu empfehlen.

Absolut zu empfehlen. Perfekter Service und ein Preis- Leistungsverhältnis ,welcher nicht zu topen ist. Wir haben für drei Erwachsene, mit Vorspeise, drei Getränken und Hauptmenü, nur 55€ bezahlt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Vielen Dank für diese Erfahrung.

Nicht mehr so gut wie es mal war vor 1-2 Jahren. Wirkt so als würde das Essen lange im Voraus vorgekocht und dann nur noch warm gemacht. Kellner waren außerdem überhaupt nicht gastfreundlich als wir mit dem Kinderwagen kamen.

Sehr gutes Essen und sehr schlechter Service. Spitzen Pizza. Der Kellner hat mich offensichtlich geschnitten: keine Frage, ob es passt, keine Frage nach einem zweiten Getränk und kein Schnaps aufs Haus.
