So I can't agree with some of them. 1. I should be surprised if the boss doesn't know anything about wine, I learned the job from the ff, which I didn't like wine, I worked in the Balkans myself and learned the intricacies of wine connoisseurship from the boss. 2. If you go to a restaurant, you have to expect waiting times, and sometimes the food comes in installments. It is most likely to be observed at Christmas time, so as a guest you have to look past it. I've been doing this job for 28 years now, but even today I notice that guests consciously look for mistakes. When I noticed in the Balkans that it might take longer, I gave my guests brief information and, in consultation with the boss, gave them a round on the house. You have to show the guest that he is being taken for granted.

We have been here for 2 hours and had a drink. Maybe something else will work...Arrival 6:15 p.m. - now 8:00 p.m. Totally overwhelmed, everyone stares at the waiters hoping that food will come. Let's see what happens next. 9:15 p.m. ...Hurrah, the food is coming...well, we'll close straight away. The taste is really great. Everyone enjoyed it. But will we come back again? Very questionable!!!

We were in the Essen branch yesterday (8.3.25). The food had been there for a while and wasn't freshly prepared when ordered. In Saxony the food is only prepared when we order it. It's questionable why you prepare so many burgers in advance when there's nothing going on with customers. The food can only be there for a certain amount of time and then it has to be taken out. The women's toilets and flushing have been broken for months and it smells very disgusting. It's a shame that no repairs are being made there.

So if you don't know what curry sauce tastes like, you shouldn't offer it! Disgusting....

Delivery arrived very on time! I have a little recommendation! I would only add the red onions after baking! The way it was made they burned and no longer had any taste! So a little tip on the side! It would be great if you implemented it like this! Then the pizza would be tastier

Whenever I visit Eisenhüttenstadt I go to the "Schnitzel-Wirtschaft". A very nice atmosphere and the good food will definitely make me come back here on my next visit.

Das in diesem Jahr in Eisenhüttenstadt neu eröffnete Restaurant hat unser Interesse geweckt. Wir entschieden uns für zwei Hauptgerichte mit Ente. Geschmacklich ging das insoweit in Ordnung, jedoch waren die Portionen recht klein. Im Restaurant war die Heizung kalt, Gemütlichkeit kam keine auf. Insgesamt entspricht das Ambiente eher einem Bistro.

The pizza was good so far! But unfortunately it was too soft due to too many toppings! Delivery went fine, arrived 15 minutes later! But the pizza was still hot! My tip is to add a little less topping! Because sometimes less is more and it tastes better!

It tastes as good as my grandma's food (my grandma is dead)😢😢😢😢
