Very friendly and personable staff, burgers very tasty, meat quality top and the selection and coordination of the ingredients such as sauce and cheese were very well chosen. Definitely happy to come back. 😊

Das in diesem Jahr in Eisenhüttenstadt neu eröffnete Restaurant hat unser Interesse geweckt. Wir entschieden uns für zwei Hauptgerichte mit Ente. Geschmacklich ging das insoweit in Ordnung, jedoch waren die Portionen recht klein. Im Restaurant war die Heizung kalt, Gemütlichkeit kam keine auf. Insgesamt entspricht das Ambiente eher einem Bistro.

What else can you say about this store? It's a wonder that it's still running at all, but that's probably only due to the fact that this is the only McDonald's in Oranienburg. Orders take forever, only to be wrong 9 times out of 10. You save on every corner here (e.g. McFlurry twice as expensive, only half as full) and you probably haven't heard much about hygiene in this store. Ordering from the employee is a real pain because they usually don't even understand you. Mcflurry ordered with chocolate lentils, Oreos and caramel sauce, debated for ages because now you apparently can't get three toppings anymore and finally get one with chocolate sauce and cookie dough. I have no idea where these ingredients come from all of a sudden but thank you very much for nothing, just don't forget to raise your prices before my next visit!

We have been regular customers for years, but when there are changes, supposedly because of the supplier, this is not communicated. Wedges become a kind of fries and people want to say that they are wedges. We’ve been ordering these particular “wedges” for years. I'm happy that the service always wants to regulate everything, but if they knew that "fries" were being delivered, we wouldn't have ordered them in the first place. That's at least 12 euros for two portions. Next time please just call and let us know. Thanks. Otherwise delicious!

Unfortunately, 0 stars cannot be awarded. Ordered 4 pizzas for delivery and paid online. We were told it could take up to 90 minutes. When we didn't have any pizzas after 2 1/2 hours, we called the pizzeria. Unfortunately our pizza was still not in progress. We offered to pick up the pizza and were told it wouldn't do any good. Ultimately, after several calls and a 4-hour wait, we got our pizza delivered at around 11 p.m. Unfortunately we had already paid online otherwise we would have canceled the delivery. There was no excuse for being late. The pizza wasn't a highlight in terms of taste. The pizzas were too expensive. We will never order here again. Pizzeria not recommended.

"Fast delivery, good taste, food is always hot when it is delivered. Highly recommended, keep it up." That was my old review from 5 years ago. Unfortunately I have to update it today. The lasagna I got today was horrible. The sauce only consisted of minced meat, which had no taste, and water. The only thing you could eat from the lasagne was the cheese. And my wife paid €12 for it. In addition, the lasagne and the Napoli as well as the pizza were cold. And just as bad in taste. We have been loyal customers for a long time and have recommended you. Unfortunately, we will now look elsewhere.

The kebab meat is really not tasty. It's not real kebab meat. The service was friendly and okay. The rest of it was just “well”. Unfortunately not recommended.

Very disappointing! The lady at the stand was very rude and simply didn't want to understand the order. A hot chocolate without cream should be perfect for the knowledgeable lady m.M. nothing extravagant. Nevertheless, she was unable to fulfill this order. Instead I got a cold chocolate with cream. The taste was also very questionable for me. For this price I definitely could have had a better chocolate in a better atmosphere. Very overpriced. Not again.

We wanted extra fresh fish for our baby. But; Fresh is different. If the worms are already 5 cm long, the fish has been lying a little longer.

We used a table stand. The McDonald's employee (apparently of Indian descent) ran past us three times, even though the thing was clearly visible. When I pointed out to the lady that we were here, I was looked at stupidly and shook her head. I don't know what hit her. The fries were very oversalted so that I had a dry mouth instead of a feeling of fullness and the burgers were also served cold. In general, I would recommend perhaps going to Potsdam where my colleagues are friendlier or the Burger King if you are allowed to go to the competition
