McDonald's in Oranienburg

Toilets stink and my ice cream barely had any chocolate sauce.

Everything is completely filthy. The staff is unmotivated and slow. Burgers are just thrown together without any care. When you unwrap them, the way they look is disgusting. There's something missing from literally every order. (Just check your orders.) It feels like only one person is working there at a time. The floor is always incredibly slippery because everything is covered in grease. Unfortunately, this is the only McDonald's in Oranienburg.

I redeemed a coupon that was supposed to include a Happy Meal and six chicken nuggets. I only got the Happy Meal. This has happened several times when I've redeemed a coupon: my order isn't complete.

Nice staff! The shop isn't the newest, but the café is cute!

I'm there every day to pick up my coffee. The staff at MC Drive are very friendly and I'm always happy to come back.

Addendum: Today, August 21, 2025. Around 9:50 p.m. I pull into MC Drive (two cars are in front of me). 10:10 p.m. I put the car in reverse and drive 20 km to the competitor because the two cars are still in front of me... it couldn't be worse!!!!!!!! You'll never get a single cent from me again...

All in all, a solid restaurant. We've never had any problems with the food, and it's never been particularly dirty. The staff is a bit mixed; some are friendly, some aren't. I don't understand all the complaints, but maybe we've just been lucky so far.

Raise the salaries of the people at the post. You have a choice of languages of communication in the terminal, but the staff does not speak English and French. Install a repaired monitor. And give people gloves for cooking. Strange management, as if you do not care. What kind of disrespect does it mean that someone without a badge comes straight from the street to the kitchen and starts shaking everyone's hands and saying hello, salah malekum. In addition to hygiene, the staff interferes with their duties. The waiting time is more than 35 minutes. This is not respect. Shame.

Bought 20 garlic/pepper nuggets to take away. Inedible, dripping with fat! Deep-frying them in hot oil would be better! And no, it wasn't full.

I actually go to this McDonald's quite often. But over the last year, the place has deteriorated considerably. Even the simplest orders, like two cheeseburgers and a strawberry milkshake, are too much for the place to handle. If you then call to tell the place that you've just left the drive-thru and are almost back on the B96, only to find that the wrong shake was ordered, McDonald's simply doesn't answer. They just let the phone ring for ages and the customer will hang up. I simply can't recommend this restaurant anymore. McDonald's is really capable of good service, but in my experience today, they've clearly forgotten how to do that here in Oranienburg.

A saleswoman didn't want to give me anything from McCafé because she wanted to eat everything herself and she also didn't want to give me the coffee I wanted because she wanted to drink it too, so you can understand why I left a star.

The "restaurant" seems very dirty these days. The tables were sticky and the carts were full of food. The ice cream was delicious, and my order was processed quickly.

I was very disappointed today. The restrooms smelled like a real portable toilet (full of portable toilets). It looked like no one had cleaned them in days. There was no toilet paper. The food court was also rather poorly clean, and the tray carts were stacked to the top.

As someone who travels a lot and has visited many McDonald's branches along highways, I'm really pleasantly surprised. While this branch is usually busy, the team works extremely quickly and efficiently. The food was fresh, hot, and tasted great (for McDonald's)^^ – definitely one of the best McDonald's experiences I've had so far.

Hello, I've never experienced a more unfriendly order taker. First, half the order was wrong, then I complained at the next window and was told there was nothing they could do. In a tone that made me think that was completely unacceptable. Clearly, they were the wrong person.

We drove on MC Drive late in the evening... 2 cars in front of us (there wasn't much going on inside either)...waiting time about 30 minutes for 1x fries and 1 milkshake. When it was served, the milkshake was of course prepared first...French fries followed about 10 minutes later...with the reason that we wanted to eat "warm". It's just a shame for the milkshake. We will avoid this McDonald's in the future.

As we walked out of the store with the ice cream, we noticed that our topping had been forgotten. So we had to go back in and it was just slapped on. So that wasn't a nice experience. Very confused when serving everyone very excited

I've always enjoyed going there, but I'll be avoiding the store from today. At the beginning of January I had a hair in my burger and today there was a big lump of dirt stuck in my drink cup. I was able to overlook it the first time, it can happen once, but not a second time. I have no idea where these ingredients come from all of a sudden but thank you very much for nothing, just don't forget to raise your prices before my next visit!

Unfortunately you can't use double chocolate sauce at Mcflurry, which is a shame. And a slice of cheese at McChicke is too much to ask for... That's even possible in Poland.

The waitress didn't give a refund when we asked for it when we asked for it. the kitchen just hammered the mccrispy together carelessly. The roll was crooked and the 2 tomato slices were stacked on top of each other... No, it wasn't that great. Our second attempt wasn't positive either. The M was crooked like the Tower of Pisa, the cheese and the fried onions lay next to the burger. The recuper that was ordered was wet inside and out.

Anscheinend wurden Sparmaßnahmen hinsichtlich der Sosse auf dem Burger angeordnet. War in 2 unterschiedlichen Restaurants und der McRib war so trocken, dass man ihn kaum runterbekam. Es war ein kleiner Klecks Sosse drauf, in beiden Rdstaurants. Die Sosse macht diesen Burger erst aus. Ich spar mir den Weg jetzt dorthin, denn für das Geld erwarte ich einen ordentlichen Burger.
