Great shop, clean and delicious 😋 food, I love this shop

Catastrophic conditions. Garbage is piling up outside and inside. The restaurant is completely overcrowded and dirty.

Unfortunately it wasn't very friendly and the burgers weren't really well made either... half of them were next to the burger - something was missing every second visit and when you check on site you roll your eyes and then there isn't even one Sorry to point out the missing.

It was dirty and the food was cold.

Food was ready quickly! But dirty! It's better to look on the floor at the stools and tables. 🤮 The smudge of the last few years is everywhere here, including on the walls and in the sockets. The store in Lindenberger is already disgusting, but here it's even worse! This is my second Mc that is no longer driven. Bon appetit! 🫣

We were here for the first time. I can only rate the drive since we weren't in the restaurant. We ordered via the app, arrived and received what we ordered very quickly. It was fresh and actually tasty. The service was absolutely top and the employee was very nice and friendly. Points deducted, just for the already quite high prices. Conclusion: if we feel like it again, we're happy to do it here.

Best McDonald's meal I've ever had, then went to another McDonald's restaurant and just longed for one from this restaurant. I was pretty amazed, no McDonald's has ever been as good as this one.

When she wanted to drink it, she noticed that 1. It was as solid as ice cream 2. Then yesterday on August 19th, 2022 I was there with my girlfriend. We got there at 11:30 p.m. and saw that the lobby was closed for maintenance work and the mc drive closed at 12:00 a.m. So then we said good to ourselves then we'll take the bikes to the mc drive because walking is just stupid, so we waited until it was our turn. I wanted to announce the coupon I wanted, the gentleman at the counter then said: "we can't serve you" I said: "why?" "You are in the Mc drive with bicycles?" We were at McDrive today (Sunday) at 1:30 p.m. and just wanted to get 2 milkshakes. Answer: "We don't have milkshake anymore today." Sorry, but yesterday didn't work at all. I ordered 20 nuggets and 1955 small menu (2×mayonnaise) at the drive in yesterday around 1:50 p.m. using a coupon. Then I got home (less than a 5 minute drive) and the burger and fries were cold, cold as the Coke. Mayonnaise was only included once. I've been going to this branch more or less regularly for 28 years. Back then I built the mccafe in the branch myself. But eating, I couldn't describe it as anything else, was the last thing. The mcchicken was so chewy, I thought it was a cheeseburger! Bigtasty? Old, stuffy and simply disgusting....! Served? None! Sad really!

Overall I'm very satisfied. Always use McDrive. Every now and then something gets mixed up when ordering, but given the rush, that can happen. Fast and always friendly service. Food is just fast food. Tastes like any McDonald's.

Immer schlechter werdener Service dieser Filiale. Leider werden bei McDonalds immer noch kaum vegetarische Burger angeboten und Fleisch aus ökologischer Erzeugung ist nicht im Angebot - längst überfällig!

wir hatte kaffee und ein mc flury mit schokosauce früher konnte man dort kaffee trinken das war ein traum jetzt war er nur reudig mit milch bestellt, schwarz bekommen ungenießbar das eis gut aber nur ein klecks schokosauce. es lohnt sich nicht mehr dort anzuhalten

Wenn ich dort einige mit einer Bomberjacke sehe die hinten im Service die Burger einpacken, will ich garnicht wissen wie es mit dem Rest im Hintergrund aussieht.

Immer sauber und nette Mitarbeiter. Was mich generell bei McDonalds stört, sind diese blöden Bestellautomaten. Ich möchte mein Essen direkt bestellen, diese Automaten sind meines Erachtens zeitraubend, direkt ging immer viel schneller. Schade Mecces, ihr vermiest es euch selbst. Aber dafür können die immer netten Mitarbeiter ja nichts. Darum die volle Bewertung.

Kannte den MC Donalds schon viel schlimmer. Personal war sehr freundlich und das Essen kam auch sehr schnell. Positiv überrascht zu vorigen Erfahrungen.

Diese Automaten für die Bestellung können weg und gehören Verboten de RR Keimschleudern.

Das Eis schmeckt meist recht gut, die Tische könnten öfter abgewischt werden, die Wartezeit für Bestellung ist recht lang trotz geringer Anzahl von Kunden. Dafür wird der Tischservice sehr freundlich ausgeführt und da kommt ein Eis schon mal auf dem Tablett mit Servietten und freundlichem Lächeln.

Habe ein stinknormales Menü bestehend aus Burger, Cola und Pommes bestellt. Die Pommes wurden vergessen. Beim nächsten Mal wollte ich einen Iced Coffee Caramel haben und es wurde einfach Milchshake mit soviel Karamellsirup reingeklatscht, dass ich das mit dem Strohhalm nicht mal trinken konnte, weil das die ganze Zeit mit Sirup verstopft war. Ach ja und Kaffee war in meinem Iced COFFEE auch nicht enthalten. Danke für Nichts :)

Es wird Zeit alles mal zu putzen nicht nur die Tische sondern einmal von Fußboden bis hoch zur Decke....

Vor dem Umbau hat es mir besser gefallen. Jetzt sieht es runtergekommen aus.

Ich gehe oft mit meiner Tochter hin essen. Das Pommes kommt immer kalt an.

Wir waren am Sonntag Mittag da. Das Personal war flott. Nur der Schichtführer war bei kleinen Fragen genervt.

War bisher 3 Mal dort. Jedes Mal ein anderes Problem. Einmal am MCDrive: da wurde bei der Bestellung ein McChicken (der ja auch nicht gerade billig ist) vergessen. Ist mir bei noch KEINEM McDonald's passiert! Leider erst zu Hause gemerkt, damit zu spät zum reklamieren! Danach zwei Mal im Restaurant bestellt, um gleich reklamieren zu können. Die Bestellungen waren vollständig. Aber an einem Tag dauerte die Zubereitung fast 20 Minuten, obwohl es nicht voll war. Selbst der MC Donalds in Tempelhof ist viel schneller, obwohl sich dort die Kunden teilweise schon stapeln. Beim nächsten Filialbesuch musste ich ebenfalls, wie auch andere hier feststellen: Tische dreckig, Müll der vorherigen Kunden auf den Tischen, Müllrückgabestation überfüllt. Würde ich nicht bemängeln, wenn die Filiale kaum Personal hätte und bei der Zubereitung schon ausm letzten Loch pfeifen würde. Aber an dem Tag standen drei Mitarbeiter quatschend hinterm Tresen. Keiner machte Mal Anstalten nen Lappen in die Hand zu nehmen oder sich in Bewegung zu setzen, den Müll weg zu räumen. Diese Erlebnisse hatte ich nicht heute, sondern innerhalb der letzten 2 Monate. Mitarbeiter waren bei der Bestellung aber freundlich. Dafür ein Stern. Und das vorhandene Essen schmeckte wie McDonald's Standart. Dafür den zweiten Stern. Bei den Unterkategorien: Essen: zwei Punkte Abzug für vergessenen Burger, bei Ambiente: nur ein Stern wegen Dreck und Müll, bei Service nur zwei Sterne für die Freundlichkeit. Abzüge weil quatschen wichtiger als Sauberkeit ist, wegen der langen Wartezeit und der Burger vergessen wurde.

1 Stern weil 0 nicht geht. 35 Minuten Wartezeit und dann doch selbst am Tresen holen. 15 Angestellte in der Küche und ein Durcheinander wie beim Karneval. Wer immer das liest: fahr hier vorbei ohne anzuhalten.

Das ist die reinste Katastrophe!! Egal was man bestellt , es läuft einfach alle schief und man bekommt nie das , was man bestellt hat . Und das ist sehr ärgerlich bei den überteuerten Preisen . Ständig wechselndes Inkompetenes Personal macht die Sache noch schlimmer. Dabei ist es soo einfach , die Bestellungen richtig auszuführen!! Einfach erbärmlich der Schuppen !

Wir dachten wir gehen an den Drive-Inn allerdings war der wie immer voll und der Parkplatz leer also entschieden wir uns rein zu gehen. Als wir wieder draußen waren nach etwa einer halben Stunde war die Schlange erst ein Auto weiter aber darum geht es nicht. Mit uns kamen noch zwei Familien an. Alle Terminals zeigten einen fehler an, trotzdem wies man uns in gebrochenem Deutsch darauf hin dort eine Bestellung aufzugeben, wobei drei Leute an der Kasse standen und am Handy spielten. Nach etwa 5 Minuten ging eins der Geräte wieder. Während wir darauf warteten an das Terminal zu kommen, wollte eine Familie wieder nach Hause. Sie versuchten es bei der Eingangstür über die wir auch rein kamen, allerdings kamen sie nicht raus. Auch die Seitentür war abgesperrt. Der Familienvater bat darum, dass man ihnen die Türen öffnen solle. Es dauerte einige Zeit bis die Mitarbeiter verstanden haben, dass sie die Tür aufschließen sollten. Die Bestellung lief dann sonst ohne Probleme ab. Als allerdings ein Mitarbeiter rauchen ging brauchte auch er einen Schlüssel um raus zu kommen, wir nutzten den Moment um mit raus zu gehen.

Auf unserer Fahrt von Dresden nach Hamburg sind wir von der Autobahn abgefahren um nicht an der überfüllten Raststätte halten zu müssen. Leider entschieden wir uns für dieses Mc Donalds. Die Sauberkeit war die reinste Katastrophe.Die Tische klebten und uns verging das Essen. Die Kleinkindhochstühle waren versifft und absolut nicht zu benutzen. Die Kinderspielecke lud ebenso nicht zum Spielen ein. Die Sitzwürfel und kleinen Stühlchen waren kaputt und zerrissen. Wir sind nicht pingelig, aber ein gewisses Maß an Sauberkeit sollte gegeben sein. Wir wickelten zudem unser 11 Monate junges Baby auf der Toilette für Menschen mit Behinderung. Diese Toilette war ebenso nicht geputzt, der Wickelplatz klebte, das Waschbecken verdreckt.. Die Damen-und Herrentoiletten klebten ebenso. Wir verließen nach 10 Minuten das Restaurant, da es wirklich unzumutbar war. Gern hätten wir etwas länger Rast gemacht. Wir bekamen während unseres 10 minütigen Aufenthalts mit, dass mindestens zwei Bestellungen reklamiert worden sind - immer fehlte etwas. Nie wieder werden wir hier anhalten. Eine wirkliche Zumutung, wie wir sie noch nie zuvor gesehen haben. Gern hätte ich die Zustände auf Fotos festgehalten, aber wir wollten so schnell wie möglich raus.

Jetzt gibt es hier kein Frühstück mehr im Internet steht es noch drin Danke für die umsonst Tour auf einem Sonntag vormittag dann könnt ihr den laden gleich schließen

Vor einigen Jahren hat man ewig gewartet auf seine Bestellung und jetzt ? Was soll ich mit einem Mac rip auf dem die Zwiebeln fehlen und der andere ist ohne Sauce.... Leider ist es nicht das erste Mal. .. Keine Lust mehr drauf ...

Das nicht dem deutschen Sprachgebrauch mächtige Personal ist nicht in der Lage die Bestellung ordnungsgemäß auszuführen. Entweder es fehlt die Hälfte, die Bestellung ist total falsch , es ist kalt oder einfach in die Türe geschmissen. Sagt man was, dann werden diese Personen auch noch frech. In den letzten Wochen mehrmals falsche Bestellung erhalten , es fehlt etwas und will man reklamieren dann auch noch frech und provozierend. Geht einfach woanders hin.

Pommes roh, vollkommen andere Burger bekommen als bestellt!!!! Personal war Freundlich ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen!!!!!

Gesamt 5 Bürger im Menü gekauft, leider waren Big Mac und Mc Rip fast gänzlich ohne Soße, dadurch sehr trocken und geschmacklich schlechte Qualität.

Habe 3 burgen bezahlt aber sie waren nicht in der tüte also umsonst bezahlt und der dressing zum Salat war auch der falsche sehr schlecht nicht zu empfehlen.

Eine Absolute Sauerei,wie ist es möglich das so ein Aufkleber im Essen landet? Einfach widerlich und als Konsequenz daraus, werden wir diese Filiale ab heute meiden.

Ich hätte wenigstens heute morgen 8 Uhr als es öffnete, dass die Toiletten sauber sind. Auch der Geruch war nicht gut. Theoretisch müssten die Reinungskräfte doch morgens vor 8 Uhr reinigen. ? Nunja. Leider war es heute nicht der Fall. Schade.
