Bistro Femo in Potsdam

Due to its location near Babelsberg train station and its opening hours, Femo has been a kebab shop I've been frequenting for over 15 years after partying in Berlin. Over the years, it's changed a few times. For example, there was a time when they also offered pizza, and although I normally find it somewhat pointless to buy pizza from a kebab shop, I've always found the pizza here quite tasty. One thing, however, has always remained constant: the extremely ugly ambiance. You can either climb a small staircase and sit inside by the slot machines, or you can go outside and sit in a rather cramped space on the busy street. Cleanliness varies, and more than once I've seen people get meat that was still a bit pink. All of this ultimately led me to switch to KarLi. Last week, after a long time, I finally tried it again and got a seitan kebab. The ambiance hasn't changed much. The owner can't do anything about the location, but I think the decision to also be a drinking kiosk was a conscious one. Since the benches were once again occupied by a "social drinking group," I sat down at one of those standing tables. I've been having bad luck with the bread lately, and here, too, it was very thin, not toasted enough, and broke about halfway through. The salad, on the other hand, was pretty good. Everything tasted fresh. The red cabbage was quite heavily pickled and tasted comparatively sweet - but it went well with the dish. The seitan was also quite tasty. It seemed to have a slight smoky flavor - so either that or the fryer was rancid, but overall it was fine. The sauces, however, were unfortunately not good. The curry sauce only tasted of mayo - the hot sauce only of ketchup. So if anyone is craving a red and white kebab, they have it here. What I have to say, though, is that everything was clean, both the skewers looked pretty good, and the falafel they had in the display also looked delicious. I could imagine trying them again. The service was okay, but they were actually more concerned with serving drinks. In the end, Femo is okay for me, but since KarLi is around the corner and Dönerwerk isn't that far away, I'd rather go to the competition.

I ate grilled chicken yesterday and it was absolutely fantastic, juicy as it should be and well seasoned too. You guys did a great job, keep it up ❤️.

Everything you need in a good kebab snack. A little tip: Pay in advance and leave a tip of €1-2. I ate the fattest Turkish pizza of my life. Easily 800 gr+. Top And there was a small plate of meat free for the dog in the car. Fine. Thank you 🐶 I can only agree with the current reviews. Less in it and the taste diminished. Too bad. Off to the S Bhf Babelsberg, Döner Vis a Vis.

It used to be a dream, now you pay a lot and only get half of it.

It was very tasty, but I had food poisoning afterwards. Lay flat for 2 days and puked. Hope it’s not like that next time 😔

I was there again yesterday and unfortunately I noticed, not for the first time, that their compatriots and young, pretty girls put a lot more meat in their kebabs at the same price as ours. We put more lettuce in it to make it look thicker. Got that It's a shame that not everyone is served with the same weight.

Doner kebab slices too thick, bread buttery soft I roasted it at home for 5 minutes

This place has been going down hill for a while. The standards have dropped exponentially. The price has gone up and the amount of actual meat you get has become smaller. For this reason I will not go here again. When I pay for a large Döner I expect it to be LARGE. It looked more like a child's portion. Greedy!

Leckerer Döner, lange auf und freundlich.

Der Döner war überragend gut! Selbst spät abends das Gemüse super frisch und keine abgelagerten Tagesreste. Als vegetarische Option gibt es hier auch Seitanfleisch. Dann voll gefüllt bis zum geht nicht mehr! Besser kann man es wirklich nicht machen. Das Saucenverhältnis war perfekt, genau richtig portioniert. Geschmacklich also einfach formidable. Das Ambiente ist in Bahnhofs- und Straßennähe mehr schlecht als recht. Aber am Ende entscheidet die Qualität des Döners und die stimmt hier. Im übrigen kann ich die Kombination aus Seitandöner und Halloumi sehr empfehlen.

Guter Dönerladen, auch mit Hähnchen. Gerne wieder.

Als Nachtschwärmer bin ich öfters mal hier wenn ich aus Berlin komme. Ich glaube die haben bis 2 Uhr auf und an manchen Tagen noch länger 😍👍

Lecker Döner aber gruseliger Laden

Das ist die mit Abstand beste Pizza die ich anlassgemäß jemals hab verspeisen dürfen

Äußerst freundlich, wenn auch etwas "verpeilt" - das mag auch an meinem fremdländisch anmutenden Dialekt und der damit verbundenen Sprachbarriere liegen. Das nehme ich auf meine Kappe :) Die Döner waren sehr lecker und üppig portioniert; die türkische Pizza des Kollegen sah auch sehr gut aus. Preisleistungsverhältnis top.

Ein Freund und ich haben hier bestellt. Erhielten nicht das online bestellte Essen wie online ausgewählt. Am Telefon hat man uns beleidigt und weder Geld zurück noch das exakt bestellte Essen nachgeliefert. Ich rate davon ab, hier zu bestellen! Der Service ist schlecht. Unfreundlich am Telefon. Keine Entschuldigung. Nie wieder!!!

Essen ist lecker und die Leute sehr nett

+ Faire Preise + Geschmack von verschiedenen Produkten ganz in Ordnung + Auch ausreichende Menge - manchmal lange Wartezeit wen man abend s kommt und mal kein Döner bestellt. (15 Min) daher leider keine 5 Sterne

Döner war für die Uhrzeit um 3 Uhr Ok. Das Corona Bier ist abgelaufen. Habe es umgetauscht bekommen.

Leckerer Döner ohne labberiges, sondern mit gutem gerösteten Fleisch zu jeder Zeit. Chicken Döner gibt es auch, wobei Femo schon allein wegen der möglichen Jalapeños zu meinen Favoriten gehört 👍🏻

hat leider stark nachgelassen, qualität des essens steht und fällt mit der sauce. früher besser, kräftiger und geschmacklich besser....es gibt genug alternativen

Essen war wirklich sehr lecker aber leider kalt. Dadurch waren die Pommes total labbrig.

Sehr freundliches Personal und schöne Sitzgelegenheiten, ansonsten günstige Lage direkt am S-Bahnhof Babelsberg und sehr lecker, auf jeden Fall eine Empfehlung!

Ein flexiblere Ort mit langen Öffnungszeiten für Potsdamer Verhältnisse. Oftmals Rettung wenn man spät aus Berlin kommt und nicht weiß, wo man etwas zu essen findet. Qualität hat bisher immer gepasst.

Für mich die Gaststätte schlecht hin. Freundliche Bedienung, leckere Essen und die Pizzen finde ich einfach nur super. Reichlich belegt, schmecken super und spitze im Preis. Wir kommen gerne.

Gute Auswahl an Pizza und Döner, auch zum mitnehmen. Die Zutaten waren auch noch 1 Stunde vor Schließung noch frisch. Besonders gut ist, dass man auch nach einem sehr langen Konzert noch ein Bistro geöffnet hat (2Uhr nachts). Danke

Der Döner ist hier ziemlich gut. Empfehlenswert. Aber lieber 'zum Mitnehmen' bestellen. Denn die Räumlichkeiten sehen nicht sehr einladend aus.

Schmeckt immer , beste Döner Box der ganzen Stadt ! Immer alles frisch ! Preis stimmt auch !

Einfach lecker - was will man mehr...

Lecker, sauber,schnell und freundlich!!!

Solide und Ambiente stimmt. Service ist hier in einem guten Bereich und die Toilette in annehmbaren Bereich (Größe ist zu bemängeln ). Außergewöhnliches ist hier nicht zu finden und die derzeitige Baustelle lässt mich dazu bewegen nur drei Sterne zu geben.

Döner war lecker und preislich angemessen. Nur der Bereich am Tresen ist etwas eng. Wenn ein paar Leute zum Mitnehmen bestellen ist das Warten nicht mehr angenehm.

Döner um die Ecke der bis weit in die Nacht auf hat. Allerdings ist die geschmackliche Qualität nicht die beste gewesen.
