Measly kebab, salad older than Helmut Kohl and sauces just nonsense. It's better to walk 5 meters to the grill house in front of the main train station. Tastes about 20 times better.

Pre-grilled cold meat and bottled sauces are an absolute no-go!! I can only recommend everyone to invest the 3 minutes to eat a delicious kebab at the grill house at the bus station.

This was the worst kebab I've ever had and I've tried quite a few. The meat was just barely done, there was hardly any salad and the sauces were mixed together in a bottle and only used very sparingly. In addition, €8-9 for such a kebab is a disgrace.

The kebab was actually ok from the first taste, but personally too greasy for me. Well, the next day I had food poisoning… What a shame :/

Doner tastes disgusting, working with dirty hands, a guest comes in with his family and the guy insults his language because he doesn't feel like working and I speak the language too! The store is unhygienic. I will report it to the health department and they will send an inspection there. All the employees are very unfriendly

I ordered a Big Veggie Box, according to the notice it costs 6 euros. The seller wanted to charge me a box for 7.50, even though, as I said, the notice showed a different price. I kindly pointed this out to the seller, but now the seller behaved brazenly. He acted stupid/ignorant and claimed he didn't see the price, but he looked straight at it. His colleague then said something to him and the salesman realized his mistake. Of course, you can be wrong about the prices or make a typo, but it leaves a somewhat bad taste in my mouth. Who knows how long I would have been arguing with the seller if the colleague hadn't been there. The box was also a disappointment in terms of taste. The seller only put sauce in the salad once and then the fries on top. He didn't put any sauce on the fries, as is usual in many kebab shops. So first I had to eat hot fries without any sauce.

Very very good chicken. Unfortunately the rest was just average. Bread was just this standard bread, which wasn't even fresh or crispy. The sauces weren't particularly good either (it had hot and garlic) and the veal didn't really impress me either. Service nice but slow Doner taste 7.4/10

Food is passable, but prices are set “individually”. When I asked why a different price than the one on the menu was charged, I was treated quite unfriendly. Conclusion: there are better, friendlier and cheaper ways to eat a kebab in Potsdam

The kebab is way too expensive and it's way too small. The thing was super dry. Never go there again.

Just been there, absolutely unfriendly. No hello or nothing. In addition, I only wanted to change my kebab to include fries or a drink as an order. And I was distracted for a moment and then they told me if I was deaf? Small portions for 7.50 a kebab and the menu itself 11.90€ so that's a complete disgrace. You can put a service like this on the side of the road, but not in a train station where people are already exhausted from the journey like I was. Absolute impudence.

For this price not worth the money. Meet and bread are just average. Salad was fine. Never again.

Today I got really bad service. I ordered a hamburger and the employee gave me a kebab for the second time. Unfortunately, I was in a hurry and it took a long time until they were exchanged for burgers. He also laid out the kebab completely messily, the bread was so full that it couldn't be closed and asked me so rudely to eat with a spoon until I could take it in my hand. To be honest, I only experienced this from one employee but the others were really nice.

Worst kebab ever. Not recommendable!

The Divan Grill is located at Babelsberger Str. 16, 14473 Potsdam. The ambience and atmosphere there is very pleasant. I drank a nice beer there and ate a kebab in bread. However, it was closed. Lots of meat and far too few vegetables. A disaster. Added to this is the fact that the music was way too loud. There is no right to noise! Definitely not recommended! The kebab in the store tasted really good, but in my opinion the portion was far too small. Extreme savings were made on the salad in particular, so you wonder why so little of it was added. Although the price was reasonable, the quantity to taste ratio left me a bit disappointed. It's a shame, because otherwise I don't really have anything to complain about.

Börek and zucchini meatballs totally dry. Looks like they've been warmed up a few times already. The meatballs taste quite good, but there is hardly any filling in the Börek.

So I thought it was really tasty. And super nice service. The prices are too high - but unfortunately that's the case almost everywhere these days.

Price for a small, puny kebab: €7 There are simply no normal sauces, the kebab is not crispy, it is smaller than normal, meat is simply not felt inside, the distribution in the kebab is terrible. Vegetarian at the top, just a bit of meat at the bottom. I'll never go here again, I should charge €7 for such bad food!!!

Watch out! Fries were too salty and there was no agreement, I told an MA “small pommwa please”, when paying I was asked what I had ordered and he said it was a big, unfriendly one, wanted to make me pay the price, I offered to take half out, too not and then had to pay 4€ instead of 2€, in the end it almost ended in a fight because the seller cannot accept criticism... So unfriendly and not recommended!!!

The order was issued incorrectly and the vegetables were three days old.

Standard Döner +Gemüse +Frische +Aussehen -sehr wenig Soße -Fleisch hat wenig Geschmack -Standard Fladenbrot -leider keine Alleinstellungsmerkmale Ich werde bestimmt mal wieder kommen. Die Zutaten sind alle frisch und der Laden sieht gepflegt aus.

Stammkundinnen nie enttäuscht, Quantität und Qualität sind vorhanden. Das Personal ist freundlich und lustig. Dieser Döner verdient seine 2etoiles wirklich nicht

I was so hungry and wanted to buy a dooner in this divan restaurant in potsdam but i have been treated so badly, i asked to put a bit extra sauce into my dooner and he accused me in very bad manner, he said are you eating sauce or the dooner, i told him hey sir i am paying for that why would you misbehave me like that, he screamed and he spoke in another language I didn’t understand. It really worse my day, then he changed me more than it costed me. But I paid. It really ruined my day. Such a bad experience.

Also die Einschränkung beim Ambiente ist lediglich dem Standort geschuldet. Ein Candellight-Dinner im Hauptbahnhof Potsdam würde ich nicht empfehlen. Ansonsten war das Personal nett. Wir hatten jetzt kein Standard-Döner, aber der Dürüm war super. Die Salate waren frisch, die Soße war lecker, das Fleisch war ausreichend und nicht zu viel. Wer mehr probieren will, sollte auch die Börek probieren. Ich vermute, dass die nicht eingekauft waren. In anderen Rezessionen habe ich gelesen, dass nur 3 Sterne vergeben wurden, weil es früher mal nicht so geklappt haben soll. Wie soll ein Laden auf vernünftige Bewertungen kommen, wenn er, trotzdem alles in Ordnung war, keine vollen Punkte bekommt. Ich war sehr zufrieden.

Ich hatte heftig Verstopfung! Es war eine Katastrophe.

Hab mir ne Dönerbox bestellt und die war top. Würde ich wieder hingehen. Gerade der Service war sehr positiv, richtig guter Umgang mit den Leuten.

Eindeutig auf Laufkundschaft ausgelegt. Bieten ein Sparmenü für 8,80 € an, knöpfen dir aber den vollen Preis ab. In anderen Läden wird man bereits bei der Bestellung darauf hingewiesen. Hier braucht man scheinbar keine Stammkunden. Aus meiner Sicht nicht zu empfehlen.

Update: Nach langer Zeit habe ich dem Laden mal wieder eine Chance gegeben und wurde durchaus positiv überrascht. Das Gemüse war top frisch und Rotkohl gab es auch wieder. Der Döner war auch gut gefüllt und das Saucenverhältnis stimmte. Einzig das Brot war leider sehr wabberig und nicht kross. Bedienung fand ich sehr freundlich. Insgesamt also ein gutes Erlebnis. Zusammen mit der ersten Erfahrung noch nur 3 Sterne, so komme ich aber gerne nochmal wieder. Erste Erfahrung: Der Döner hat mir nicht geschmeckt. Es gibt kein Rotkraut und die Tomate/Gurke Mischung besteht hauptsächlich aus Gurke. Der vegetarische Döner setzt sich somit hauptsächlich aus Salat, Gurke, ein wenig Weißkraut und Zwiebel zusammen. Leider war es auch zu wenig Soße und dann schmeckte der Döner viel zu trocken und viel zu salatig. Lecker war das nicht mehr. Würde den Döner hier nicht weiterempfehlen.

Auch nachts um 3 noch sehr schneller Service, halbwegs freundlich und geschmacklich in Ordnung. Hat meine (wegen bahnhofsnähe) niedrigen Erwartungen sogar übertroffen.

Minderwertiges Fleisch und unfreundliche Bedienung!

Ich brauchte spät was gutes zu Essen mit meinen Freunden, und das war der einzig offene Laden. Als wir drinnen waren waren wir positiv überrascht. Super freundlicher und lustiger Service der Döner war geschmacklich 8/10 und ein fairer Preis für Bahnhof (7€) Als wir dann online die Bewertungen gesehen haben waren wir schockiert weil wir eine so gute Erfahrung hatten. (Vielleicht weil wir 14-17 sind) Ich würde empfehlen ihn wenigstens mal auszuprobieren.

Sehr sehr nette Mitarbeiter, aber die Dönerbox war für 9€ mehr als überteuert und hat nicht mal geschmeckt😕

Hatte nach langer Zeit nochmal ein Hähnchen Dürüm, Kräuter, scharf ohne Gurken. Vorweg gesagt: die Jungs sind lustig und sehr freundlich. Preislich natürlich grenzwertig, aber ist eben auch am Bahnhof, also normal. Qualitativ aber nicht schlecht, Krautersauce mit etwas Kümmel, scharfe Sauce oder Chili Flakes, Fladen ordentlich. Alles in allem eine stabile 6,0. Luft nach oben ist sicherlich, aber schlecht ist er nicht. Guter Standard, allerdings wirklich etwas wenig Fleisch…

Good place for a quick and hearty meal. Fast service and friendly staff. Good food for a small price.

Für mich der schlechteste Döner in Potsdam, dann noch mit Blattsalat. Kräutersauce schmeckte wässrig. Nicht zu empfehlen. Und zu teuer.

Ich fand die Döner bisher "okay", recht fettig, aber auch nicht total ungenießbar.

Schneller nahrhafter Döner, nette Bedienung und ich weiß echt nicht was alle hier haben. Esse hier regelmäßig und außer dass sie manchmal den Käse vergessen hatte ich noch nie etwas zu beanstanden! Und wenn sich Menschen hier beschweren dass sie um drei Uhr morgens nicht von strahlenden Gesichtern empfangen werden, empfehle ich selbst einmal eine Nachtschicht zu arbeiten! Nicht der beste Döner den ich je gegessen habe aber mit SICHERHEIT besser als 3 Sterne

Der Döner war okay, Fleisch natürlich nicht das beste, wie schon beschrieben, aber was mich diese Rezension schreiben ließ, ist der unterirdische Sevice. Nach der Frage, welche Soßen denn angeboten werden, wurde ich nicht einmal angeschaut und einfach eine Soße gewählt und die auf das Brot gestrichen. Meine Begleitung hat ebenfalls ein Brot bestellt - gefüllt mit Feta - und gefragt, ob man dies noch erwärmen könne. Wurde dann einfach eingepackt und vor die Theke gelegt, wow. Eine absolut schlechte Erfahrung, diesen Döner kann ich nicht weiterempfehlen. Dieser Laden ist wohl eher für die „Laufkundschaft“.

Wollte nur ein Döner war auch echt abgeschreckt vom preis aber Es fängt beim Brot an... Nicht labbrig aber auch nicht zu kross und dann die Soße die dem gemüse in ihm schmeichelt wie die Sonne am frühen Morgen wenn die ersten stahlen den Himmel küssen und dann dieses fast schon unheimlich zarte Hähnchen Fleisch was dem ganzen die Krone aufsetzt und den Geschmacksnerven ein Liedchen trällert so das sie alle einig feiern und tanzen zu diesem Meisterwerke des fast foods Jeder der kein fettiges es will der sollte überlegen ob fast food dann das richtige ist

Ich war schon mehrmals da und hab mir einen Döner geholt. War immer lecker und das Personal ist auch freundlich. Ich weiß echt nicht, wie es zu so schlechten Bewertungen hier kommt.
