ATTENTION!!! Unfortunately, the restaurant hasn't been open since October 31, 2024, which I find very unfortunate, because it used to have the best currywurst in Ingolstadt (see my old review below!) I was there again on October 31, 2024, to enjoy my favorite currywurst, and I hope someone will take over the kitchen! Thank you for the good and delicious time with you! Zrenner in the Shell transport center has been serving the best currywurst in all of Ingolstadt for years! Period. I've been eating it for at least 10-15 years, and it was a pleasure to finally bite into Ingolstadt's best currywurst again after a two-year break 😅 No kidding! I think everyone who works at Audi knows this amazing currywurst 😊 Regardless of that, the former truck stop has been transformed into a beautiful restaurant, and there are many other delicious dishes prepared fresh and with love! Friendly staff, the location between the GVZ and the Audi, and the option to sit in the small beer garden are simply unbeatable 😁👍 I'd love to give it 10 stars, but unfortunately, I can only give it five 😅 I'm already looking forward to the next time ☺️

Super delicious food and the hosts are very nice. We always like to go there when we are in Germany.

So this is a must. Very quiet, somewhat secluded. You can sit there for a long time.

Berger is a great place to eat if you're hungry. And if you're having a party and don't want to prepare anything yourself, Wolfe is a great place where you'll be well looked after. ALWAYS HAPPY TO COME AGAIN 👍👍👍👍

Great experience! The restaurant is attached to the Best Western Plus hotel. The atmosphere is elegant and cozy, well-lit, well-decorated, and extremely clean—the kind of place that pleases you right from the start. The service was friendly, cordial, and very professional, which made all the difference in the experience. Very complete menu: • Varied appetizers, with snacks, soups, and salads • Main courses with salads, meats, fish, pasta, and even hamburgers • Typical desserts • Drinks with a varied wine list, cocktails, beers, and soft drinks What we ordered: • Drinks: Limoncello Spritz and Weissbier • Impeccable main courses: Schnitzel with fries and Schnitzel with Spätzle and mushroom sauce—both were excellent, very well prepared For dessert, we ordered the traditional Apfelstrudel with vanilla ice cream. The strudel was divine, served warm. Just one point to note: the ice cream could have been of better quality. The bill came to €55, and we thought the price was excellent considering the quality of the dinner and the overall experience.
