OLIVA Hauptbahnhof in München

All employees were annoyed and unfriendly. Breakfast was served. To every question about what kind of sauces they were, because unfortunately it wasn't obvious, an answer was reluctantly trotted out. It tasted as unappetizing as it looked and was prepared. But an extortionate price of €9 for a Falafel Dürüm. Wow

On Wednesday January 5th, 2025 around 4 p.m. I was there and the employee with curly hair treated me racistly because I have Asian eyes!! He thought he would be funny if other people laughed at his appearance or accent!! He should behave in front of customers and take his job seriously!! It's a shame, I was a regular customer for years, I saw him for the first time but I don't go there anymore...!!! That was first in Germany by one of the foreigners who was treated racistly.

I don't know where the good reviews are coming from, the food is extremely bad, no taste in chicken or beef, I'll only eat it if there is nothing else open or is the only thing left on this planet to stay alive. SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY.

Absolutely best place to grab food before the long train ride. Halloumi plate is awesome and the staff is super nice too! Insider tip at Munich main station a bit off the beaten path from the usual main station snack bars.

The most ordinary döner cake is tasty, but dry. The sauce is delicious. There was a lot of meat, but it seemed to have been sitting for a while, and the vegetables were also very sour. I have never seen such a perversion anywhere, but they stuffed mint leaves into the döner. Mmmyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy!!!!!!! Melliiiiiii!!!!🤢🤢🤢🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮 Bitter too! I had a terrible aftertaste the whole evening afterwards. It was impossible to get rid of this mint curse. I rate it 2 out of 5 (two for the delicious sauce and bun). ☺️ Get rid of the person who stuffs old stale mint and vegetables into the döner! And in general, mint doesn’t fit in there at all. 😭🤢

Catastrophe, I ate there today, you better not save your money, the seller was completely unfriendly and, to put it simply, no brainer. The meat is just rotten trekking... old vegetables, hard rice... it's not worth spending any money there. Better to try somewhere else.

Solid kebab, good seating, which makes the kebab box fit in such a wide box and not in these typical cups. I think it's excellent because I find these 0815 kebab box cardboard cups absolutely disgusting, how impractical they are for stirring

The kebab is so inedible. Sauces taste too sour and are ruined. No meat at all in the kebab and no vegetables or salad. The bun was totally dry and had a very strange taste. Employees totally impatient and unfriendly. Very bad service. They don't listen to you and make the kebab the way they would like it after you order. So I can't recommend anything here at all. Please find a better kebab.

Very nice, accommodating staff. Unfortunately, getting something sharp is not possible here. In addition, the red sauce, which was supposed to be spicy, was extremely sweet... Would get something again, but then without this sauce... There are vegan and vegetarian options

Dürüm very expensive, far too small and little meat, but with a lot of salad. Unfortunately the taste is not good. That was the worst Dürüm I've ever had

Doner kebab now costs €8, but with lots of meat, fresh vegetables, grilled vegetables and, if desired, cheese. Sauces also delicious. Only the bread is not optimal, much too thin, kebab drips through the bread after a short time.

We had falafel doner kebab. Falafel was a bit dry, lots of ready-made sauces, bread wasn't freshly baked. Overall it was filling. Service was great.

The Turkish pizza contains steamed and raw vegetables, lemon and even mint. The meat was delicious and everything was fresh. A very good snack.

Very tasty kebab, super nice staff, there are a few seating options in the shop. The shop has been decorated as beautifully as possible, but of course it is still in the subway tunnel. The nice gentleman from the staff even made sure that I got a seat, which is difficult to get there.

Too overpriced and the staff unfriendly if you, as a German, didn't understand what the good gentleman said. Hardly any meat in the kebab, lahmacun completely tasteless. 20 euros for a kebab with just a little meat and 2 lahmacun that weren't topped, brutal.

Ordered the vegan Seitan kebab. It was really full of seitan, also with couscous, mint and fried potatoes. Very tasty and filling. Accepts card payment. Ambience typical of the main station, but there are a few tables. Thanks!

I wonder if a restaurant that works in a restaurant with a long beard doesn't have a health department that monitors this kebab shop so that this kebab shop is clean and beardless. I don't know why no health checks...

delicious I'm really excited: I had kebab with chicken. The bread halves were smeared with 3 sauces and lots of meat and fresh salad! I very rarely write recommendations, but this is a must!

I recently visited Oliva Döner Shop at München Hauptbahnhof and had a very disappointing experience. The shopkeeper's behavior was highly inappropriate, making the entire interaction unpleasant. Due to this negative experience, I have decided not to buy anything from Oliva again. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a respectful and pleasant customer service experience

I would have given him 0 stars if I could. The guy working refused to change his gloves when I asked him to, because he touched the sink with them then washed his hands and wiped them (from when are gloves washed?) Then proceeded to touch the screen with the gloves. When I mentioned that it is unhygenic to do so he said "I'll do as I like". If you're into eating a döner with a nice mix of 🦠, made by someone who wouldn't care about your health, this is the right address!

I wouldn't actually give it any stars. Although the two gentlemen behind the counter tried very hard, I was very dissatisfied. After they asked me what I wanted on my "doner kebab bread", they both gave me completely the wrong toppings. Then why am I even asked? I criticized it, but the seller just said that he would just put more "yoghurt sauce" on the roll, then you wouldn't notice the hot sauce anymore. I don't even want to talk about the herbs (I think parsley and mint) anymore. A kebab (unfortunately I mean something different by kebab) was sickening. Never again.

Super! Despite the queue, things went quickly. A lot of stress but a minimum level of politeness is still maintained. The kebab is highly recommended: cool salad, parsley, lemon, delicious sauces, veal, that's really good. The price is fair. It's also cleaner than before, there's no more salad just flying around on the worktop. Top!

THIS... is the best kebab I've ever eaten. Falafel sandwich at OLIVA highlight of the week. The ambience is just that of a train station and I honestly think that has something. Grilled vegetables, couscous and lemon juice are a GREAT new approach. Love it. Sometimes I go to Munich just to eat at Oliva's. People so nice, food so good. Plus Paulaner specialist YESSIRE

The falafel was lukewarm and of poor quality. The service was extremely unfriendly. At the train station they probably rely on passing customers instead of satisfied customers.

Kebab box: fries were still raw, meat was not grilled enough (in direction of raw meat) with a lot of disgusting fat. All of it covered with too much sauce. The only good thing are vegetables but the mix was not the best choice for kebab. Personel rude, and place dirty. Do not recommend to eat here.

Don't understand the negative reviews. I found the veal kebab here extremely tasty. Staff was okay so far. A recommendation from me.

The staff is extremely unfriendly and unprofessional. I have paid 8€ for a horrible durum literally. The flavor of the durum was absolutely not worthy for that absurd price and the horrible treatment. Please, avoid this place if you don’t wanna have a bad experience in Munich.

Achtung Abzocke! Anders kann man es leider nicht schreiben. 29.Sep 23.30 viele Wiesnbesucher wollen das Sandwich für 7€ Hühnchen. Mehrmals wollte der Verkäufer aber 7.50€ (Kalbpreis) abkassieren. Die Leute hatten aber deutlich Huhn gesagt bei der Bestellung. Einige haben es bemerkt und dann hieß es plötzlich " ah Huhn ja 7€.." incl mir. Ich hab das 10 min noch beobachtet und es war so oft, dass das kein Versehen mehr sein kann. Immer die gleiche Masche. Ein Laden der Abends Leute abzieht, die nur Essen wollen ist unter aller S**. Schade, der Döner war eigentlich lecker aber diese Kette sieht mich nie wieder.

Für mich ist dieser Döner der beste Döner überhaupt. Ich wohne 300km von München entfernt. Immer wenn ich mal in München bin gehe ich zu OLIVA Döner. Der Döner hat einen außergewöhnlichen, frischen Geschmack. Vor allem die Minze, Rucola und Kartoffeln im Döner sind überragen. Es ist ein etwas anderer, orientalischer Geschmack - kein klassischer Döner. Aber ich finde ihn genauso perfekt und er erinnert mich an Urlaub. Ich komme immer wieder.

Laden war sehr sauber (aber recht klein) und die Mitarbeiter unglaublich freundlich. Essen wurde frisch zubereitet und gewürzt. Manche Zutaten waren ein wenig gewöhnungsbedürftig in einer Falaffel Box (Minze) trotzdem war es sehr lecker. Alle Zutaten waren frisch und es war mal was anderes (Salat mit gebratener Paprika, Zucchini dazu). Und zudem besser als die Burger Kette nebenan zu unterstützen und wesentlich gesünder. Daher kann ich die schlechten Bewertung wenig nachvollziehen.. Immer wieder gerne!

They have a distinct taste which is a spicy sweet in the sauce. It taste different but I really enjoyed my mixed box. There were vegan and vegetarian choices as well which makes me invite my other colleagues to give it try here. Service was also topnotch. Cheers!

One of the best halal food at Haupbahnhof Munich

Toller Falafel-Teller - und drei wirklich höfliche und sympathische Jungs hinter der Theke! Wir hatten nen langen Reisetage und waren bisschen gestresst - das Essen bei Oliva hat uns für die Weiterfahrt gestärkt und unsere Laune gerettet! Danke dafür! :-)

Der vegetarische Dürum war top. Mit CousCous Falafel und frittiertem Gemüse. Hier ist auch ein Preis von 8€ vollkommen ok. Der Dürüm war zudem so groß das er bei mir für 2 Mahlzeiten reichte.

Kann die negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. War gestern vor Ort, große Portion, ausreichend viel Fleisch, nettes Personal, auf Extrawünsche (extra Soße) wurde Rücksicht genommen und alles umgesetzt. Die Form des Döners war aber nicht traditionell, sondern eher wie ein breites Baguette(-Brötchen). Positiv war auch das gegrillte Gemüse und der Zitronensaft, der am Ende frisch ausgequetscht auf dem Döner landete. 7,50€ hat das Ganze gekostet, mittlerweile fast der Normalpreis in München.

Ich kann die schlechte Kritik hier keines Wegs nachvollziehen, dies war der beste Döner den ich in der gesamten Republik je gegessen haben. Vom Brot, zum Fleisch bis zur Soße war alles überragend. Und alle Kunden welche nach mir kamen waren mehr als zufrieden

Bester Döner den ich je gegessen hab!!! Das Personal ist sehr nett und es ist immer eine gute Stimmung. Werde auf jeden Fall öfter gehe.

Der war früher mehr so ne Art Notlösung, mittlerweile aber komplett neues Konzept, Gemüsedöner mit brutal guter Soße. Wird definitiv in Zukunft mehr als eine Notlösung.

Haben Kalbsfleisch, aber 6 Euro für die Qualität ist eher bescheiden. Die zwei Typen an waren auch eher überfordert und unfreundlich.

Döner war erstaunlich gut (gg Mittag) Aaaber!! Der ältere Mitarbeiter hat gar keinen Plan. Hinter ihm der Hähnchenspieß und er sagt allen Ernstes er hat kein Hähnchen. Der Depp trägt einen Handschuh und langt damit einfach alles an. Geld, die Kasse, Fladenbrot und das Fleisch anscheinend auch, so wie der Handschuh ausgesehen hat. Echt echt nicht in Ordnung. Ich will nicht wissen was der sonst noch so anlangt bei dem Hygienebewusstsein.

Meiner Meinung nach sind ALLE Oliva-Läden schlecht - was die da als Döner verkaufen ist lächerlich. Aber ganz besonders DIESER Oliva sticht mit extra unfreundlichem Service und teilweise ungenießbaren Zutaten nochmal aus der Menge.

Trödeln ziemlich bei der Zubereitung. Man denkt da kann man schnell noch was mitnehmen bevors auf den Zug geht, stehen ja schließlich 3 Leute hinter der Theke, sollte flott gehen, aber muss dann trotzdem 10 Minuten warten, obwohl nur 5 Leute vor einem sind. Deswegen fast den Zug verpasst. Gegen die Zutaten gibt es nichts einzuwenden, aber die Soße schmeckt extrem fad. Also selbst für den Döner an sich würde ich nur 3/5 Sternen geben.
