I'd love to try this highly-reviewed restaurant and reserve a table, but unfortunately, I can't get through by phone due to their opening hours. I've been trying since Tuesday. My aunt, too. Closed, on vacation? Maybe I'll get a response like that.
Very nice manager. Our order was overlooked and we received it 2.5 hours late and had to pick it up personally. But he admitted the mistake and apologized. I like that.
Food was OK
We highly recommend this place; the staff is very friendly and the owner is always in a good mood. The food is delicious and scrumptious. Many thanks to the kitchen staff as well.
Still the number one in Kronach after all these years. The doner kebab is simple and straightforward, just the way it should be. I'll gladly come back again.
Friendly service, short wait time.
The food was very tasty, plentiful, and beautifully presented. We've rarely enjoyed so much in an Asian bistro.
If we're ever in Naila again, we'd be happy to come back.
Regarding the ambiance:
The dining room is small but cozy.
The only downside to the ambiance is the restrooms, which are in desperate need of improvement.
In our opinion, the extra urinal right next to the toilet should be omitted.
For users (especially women), it's unpleasant to have their head "doing business" right next to it, both visually and odor-wise. The area in front of the toilet should be a bit tidier.
The restaurant is on the first floor with a large terrace overlooking the canal.
The drinks and food (for a birthday party for 20 people) were brought very promptly. And it was delicious.
I went in at 6:11 PM and waited until my order was taken (two kebabs). There was another woman in front of me who was told to wait another 10 minutes, but by that point I had already been waiting for over 30 minutes. The result: I left at 6:47 PM without my kebab!! Because I didn't want to wait any longer.
We had a similar experience a few months ago. As far as we're concerned, that's it for kebabs.
Update: It was somewhat to be expected that this restaurant in Kolbermoor wouldn't last... Closed again!
Not good value for money!
Small portions at overpriced prices.
Ordering food by number works, but due to language barriers, there's no chance of making changes or special requests. Unfortunately, the noodles come from a rice pot and aren't stir-fried in a wok, and there's hardly any vegetables. Nevertheless, they try hard, and aside from the noodles, everything tastes very good. Everyone is also very friendly; it's just that the limited German language skills often lead to mistakes or misunderstandings.
