Great, fresh food in a lovely atmosphere.

The food is very good, the restaurant is OK, and the service is extremely customer-oriented and friendly. I highly recommend it. But beware, if it says it's spicy, it's spicy inside.

I was so looking forward to my Citizen, but unfortunately the entire Pati was burnt and I had to throw everything away😒But the Kaiserschmarrn was super tasty, it scores really well!!

Don't miss it. After a short time, we (6 people) were served at the same time. The food was warm, freshly prepared, tasty, and delicious. I highly recommend it.

Dear Bürgerhaus Bodenseestraße, I visited you personally and wanted to buy two drinks. When I heard that one drink costs three euros, I was honestly shocked. I paid six euros for two drinks – that's completely excessive. The food was also extremely expensive. Everything, absolutely everything, was far too expensive for a Bürgerhaus. Why such prices? Are we at the airport or in a Dubai lounge? Unfortunately, only one star from me – that's simply too much for you.

Cozy, small shop with very attentive service and a very friendly boss. Food was great. Had the bratwurst and cheese spaetzle. Beer tastes good too :)

Update May 4, 2025: After having been there several times since the first review, we were here again today for the first time in 10 months. A disappointment across the board. The food: The burger buns were cold and too soft. The meat, although not a ready-made patty, was fried too dry (crumbled apart) and relatively unseasoned. Little sauce on the citizens and the onion rings way too cross. The service: The usual courteous and friendly boss was not there. The service staff was friendly, but somehow not really suitable. An order change (wrap WITHOUT avocado) was not taken into account. A single portion of fries that was ordered as a side dish didn't even come. We waited in vain for cutlery, it was only brought after the second request. The ambience: The benches have been amateurishly upholstered since our last visit. In terms of style, however, it is more suitable for a Mexican cantina. Since the rest of the restaurant is rather modern, it seems a bit inappropriate. However, the condition of the women's toilet was unreasonable. A southern Italian motorway rest area is cleaner. My 6 year old daughter refused to use the toilet. I'll save myself any further details. Just as an example: the trash can overflowed and definitely hadn't been emptied for days. All in all, I have to say that it's a shame what has become of this. Anyone who reads my original review will understand my disappointment. We had dinner here today with 3 adults and 3 children... and we will definitely be back. The meat on the burgers was perfect, the side dishes were fresh, the sauces were exceptionally tasty... Definitely one of the best burger shops in the region.

Special requests are handled with a smile, and you feel very welcome as a guest. The food is absolutely delicious, especially because you get homemade fries instead of those frozen ones. I had the Insalata Mista with delicious freshly baked pizza sticks as a starter and a small pizza; both were very tasty. I would order them again. The pasta dishes at the next table also looked very good. It's just a shame that the outdoor seating is right on the street.

Fine noble Italian from Sardinia with excellent cuisine in a small restaurant with only a few tables. It is therefore strongly recommended to make a reservation.
