Mydöner is absolutely recommendable, a family business that one is happy to support even today; both the service and the quality of the food are top-notch!!
Unfortunately, there were no homemade tortellini. It tasted quite good, but a bit too salty, and the portions were probably adjusted before the vacation. The portions were really very small, and I generally don't eat huge portions 😅.
Service was good at first, but when more guests arrived, we had to wait over 20 minutes for the bill, which was absolutely not okay. A shame.
We ended up here almost by chance, as we were staying at the Hürner Hotel and all the tables were booked for dinner. So we quickly called across the street and were told a table would be free in 15 minutes.
The Reblaus is small, but charmingly rustic, and the owners are incredibly friendly, funny, and accommodating. The food? Absolutely fantastic! My son had the "best schnitzel ever," and the souvlaki, pizza, and bifteki were also delicious. By my third beer, the owner was a little worried and asked if I was going to be driving, but a quick 50-meter walk across the street reassured him.
In the end, we all received a warm handshake goodbye. We'll definitely be back on our next visit to Ansbach!
Sadly, places like this have become very rare, but here you can still find a proper Bavarian inn. The food is excellent and the prices are fair. And something you absolutely wouldn't expect: you can even pay by card.
I highly recommend this place. I was stuck in a repair shop because my truck broke down and saw the location on Google Maps, so I decided to go here and grab a bite. The service was great, the food was very good. I highly recommend it; everything was fresh 🤙👌
I regularly order from this restaurant via Uber Eats. I'm very satisfied and look forward to the consistently high quality and great taste experience every week!
