The best Greek restaurant in all of Munich and the surrounding area. Very good, fresh food, very friendly owners, and everything is absolutely top-notch. And good value for money. What more could you want? Highly recommended.
Three of us were there today. All three of us were really disappointed. My mother-in-law didn't like her meal at all, as the flavors were just thrown together. The welcome from the kitchen was well-intentioned, but a shallow, mini-bowl of spread for three people was a bit of a rip-off. Better to skip it. Our second time at Globo and unfortunately our last. The value for money is really bad; we shelled out €95 for three meaningless main courses and four small beers. A meal best forgotten quickly. :-(
Starter 6 stars. The main courses were ok but too expensive. Just empty dry rice, which you should make edible yourself with a piece of butter and a tomato... And a dry meat skewer with it...
For almost 30 euros, that's a lot.
Eating a starter of flatbread on the patio in the backyard in the summer is the dream.
It was also too loud inside.
We don't come for the main courses. Hope summer comes again and we enjoy our appetizer platter outside. Njaaam a poem!
I was craving fried chicken so I searched and came here. I ordered C1 and it was really great. The portion was huge and the chicken was really solid and tasty...🥹 The outside of the chicken was really crispy and I loved it. It was a little salty, but it was still so tasty that I ate it like a maniac. The French fries were also crispy and tasty.
The one next door has the potential to become a favorite bar for after-work drinks. The beer garden is absolutely beautiful, and the ambiance inside also has a great feel-good factor. The prices are absolutely reasonable and below the (far too high) Munich average; please keep them that way. The food was super delicious and served quickly. The drinks were good too.
Unfortunately, we had to wait a very, very long time several times before we could order again, as no one came out or came to our table, even though there was enough staff. One employee even said, "Sorry, everyone seems totally unmotivated today." That's certainly not something you should tell your guests ;)
I'll be back anyway!!
I ordered a bowl through Lieferando and have been waiting for two hours for delivery. When I call, hardly anyone speaks English. The order never arrived, and I haven't received my money back. I won't order from there again and can't recommend this place – very unprofessional. (I'm Spanish and used the translator to write this review.)
