Wir sind regelmäßig da und sind immer zufrieden. Preis/Leistung stimmt hier noch.

Great service, great ambience. The taste didn't really appeal to me. I had Schäufala, but I never got a black sauce with it. The crust wasn't cut enough either. We will test it again independently if we don't come with a group. Let's see if it works better then.

Nun schon zum zweiten Mal Samstag Mittag vor verschlossener Tür gestanden, bei den Google Öffnungszeiten wurde geöffnet angezeigt, sehr sehr ärgerlich. Während den tatsächlichen Öffnungszeiten war der Service dort war jedoch stets freundlich.

Unfortunately, I can only report one negative experience today. I ordered grilled calamari with salad and rosemary potatoes. Tasteless calamari was served that was floating in fat, as were the potatoes. Unfortunately absolutely not edible. Unfortunately I had to return the food. Instead of openly accepting criticism as a host, I was only met with the argument “we always do it that way”. An “oh, I’m sorry you didn’t like it” would have been appropriate. Nobody is perfect, maybe the cook slipped too much oil... maybe... as a guest you might have been understanding... communication is everything.. I had to pay the full price of over €20, which in my opinion was more than unprofessional. I'm sure this store won't see me again.

Unreal how possible that McDonald Feucht Ost does not have its own toilet like everywhere. Shame on McDonald that it does not have its own toilet.
