I have ordered pizza several times and have always been satisfied. This time I thought I would order a pizza calzone and my wife once ordered Rigatoni Al Forno with Bolognese sauce and side salad. And I have to say, it was disappointing. And I say that as a Neapolitan. 1. Given the price, I expect fresh mushrooms in the calzone and not from a jar. But when I do that, I drain the mushrooms. The pepperoni should also not be straight from the jar, otherwise too much water will collect in the calzone. There was also not enough cheese and tomato sauce in it. The taste was a disaster. 2. The portion of Rigatoni al Forno was not large for the price and there is no dried oregano in the Bolognese sauce, as oregano releases bitter substances when heated for too long. Try marjoram. The pasta also needs to be drained properly, as too much water collects in the container. And please use chef hats, then there won't be any black hair in them. It's a real shame because, as I said, I was always happy with the normal pizza. Otherwise the service is always friendly.
