Hi everyone, there were five of us eating at the pizzeria today. The service was super fast and friendly, just like at home. The pizza is one of the best in Fürth and the surrounding area, and the dessert pizza slices with Nutella and strawberry sauce are highly recommended. I'll be back.

Unfortunately, the service has become really poor. Something is forgotten with practically every order. Sometimes you stand at the counter and are completely ignored for 10 minutes. Because of this, we've decided not to go there anymore and not to order takeout either. It's a real shame, as the food was usually quite good.

You can save yourself the €7.50 for the doner kebab, never again. I went into this place for the first time to try it out. Upon arrival, you first have to climb some stairs, which is very unusual. The door doesn't open automatically, and consequently, there are a lot of bacteria on the door – lovely, I thought, this is off to a great start. When I arrive, I'm completely ignored and have to try to make eye contact with the doner kebab vendor. Then I get a cold stare and a rather unfriendly "Please," as the meat I wanted would take even longer because it was still very raw on the rotisserie. I also wonder, are there four of you behind the counter? Is it too much to ask to get the meat you're offering in a timely manner? I placed my order and then witnessed the complete chaos. A jumble of people, back and forth, everyone chatting away in Turkish to each other. As if the meat situation wasn't bad enough, suddenly there was no bread left! Two minutes later, it arrived and was set out to be warmed up. Money was already taken from me even though I hadn't received anything yet and it was still being prepared. Later, they tried to charge me again because they'd forgotten? The meat had already been cut off the rotisserie and simply left on the plate, even though the bread wasn't ready to be filled. When it was finally ready after almost 20 minutes of waiting, it was wrapped in a plastic bag and handed to me without a napkin. I've never experienced anything like it. Then came the big moment: as soon as I opened it, the first bits of food fell out because it was poorly filled. The first bite and I thought, "What is this?!" The vegetables were as cold as if they'd been taken straight from the fridge, and the bread was more like a large sesame roll. There was meat in there, but it was mostly vegetables with just a little bit of meat mixed in. There was absolutely no flavor; it tasted like nothing at all. I'm sorry, but after my experience, I absolutely don't understand the many positive reviews, and for the first time ever, I wasn't even full after a doner kebab. Kösem - No, thank you!
