We stopped there on a recommendation. I have to say we weren't disappointed. The food was delicious, and we enjoyed our time there. A wonderful end to a day of vacation. The worst dinner of my life. Starting with the pizza which was disgusting in which there was only the taste of garlic. Salmon with inedible orange sauce Waiters who were not even in a hurry to serve tables, were relaxing on the highway with a cigarette The terrace itself is located right next to the road where many cars pass and the noise is terrible And we also paid 70 euros for everything

Highly recommended. Super delicious food. Large portions, very large pizza, and free delicious bread before your meal.

The service was very unfriendly. We later learned that the manager had served us himself. We waited over 10 minutes for our drinks. The food arrived after about 50 minutes. After we inquired about it 30 minutes after ordering, we were told the food was already cooking. We won't be eating here again. With so little business and only three people serving, you'd expect more.

Pizza tastes good, service is bad

I can only confirm the reviews from the last few weeks! I was there with my sister; she ordered pasta and I ordered a calzone. After a 30-minute wait (totally fine), my sister got her food and I was told that the pizza chef wasn't available and asked if I wanted to order something else. When I asked why they hadn't asked me directly, I didn't get a reasonable answer. So I left without my food, which was really great. The third waiter even asked if everything was okay, which was very funny. "The pizza chef will hear from me right away," was his exact words. I have a written recommendation: quit. Once and never again!

Bad service, way too long a wait for pizza... and then a lot of other things went wrong...

I don't understand the good reviews. If you like being served by four different waiters who mix up orders, are happy to wait an hour for a simple pizza, and don't care about eating together, this is the place for you. The drinks came together, and everyone ate one after the other. The pasta arrived very quickly, so one of us could eat while the others watched. The first pizza arrived after an hour, which is completely incomprehensible for such a "simple" dish. Pizza two also arrived at some point, but it was the wrong one. And instead of making it again and correctly, the missing ingredients were simply slapped on and the pizza was quickly put back in the oven. As a result, the edges were beautifully black. I don't know if only one pizza fits in the oven, but I would have liked to eat with my guests and not one after the other. I would have also liked to have ONE server, so I always had ONE contact person. And if I ordered something, I would have liked to have that, not something that had been corrected. Something needs to change here as soon as possible regarding the service and operation. The only thing that's nice is the ambiance.

Unfortunately, we had to wait two hours for our pizza. On top of that, my pizza was very burnt, and after reporting it, the only response we received was that "they would inform the pizza chef," without any apologies. The same thing happened at neighboring tables: missing pizzas, long waits, and a lack of friendliness. The waiters also had a strong odor. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend it.

Probably the worst service I've ever experienced: unmotivated, incompetent waitstaff who would rather smoke than take customers' orders. Rude to boot, loudly insulting them and other customers while they sat next to the customers, yet still not getting an inch of work done. I hope management replaces these young men as soon as possible to avoid further negative customer reviews, because it's not the food or the ambiance that's bad, which is very good. But service and customer interaction are the be-all and end-all in the restaurant business. I hope my review is read and management takes action to save the restaurant from going under.

We were there a year ago and really enjoyed it. This year we went back and were pretty annoyed. First we waited half an hour for drinks and then another whole hour for the pizza. When we asked why it was taking so long, we were told that the pizza maker wasn't in the mood that day. Three pizzas arrived at the same time, and we had to wait again for the fourth. With two small children, the visit was doubly frustrating, as they were hungry.

A good restaurant stands or falls with its service, and unfortunately, that's not the case here. Right at the beginning of our stay, we saw the waiters wandering around the terrace several times, disoriented, carrying various dishes. I'm not sure if they ever read the menu themselves; they can only work with the numbers of the dishes. The salad was dry, possibly having been sitting for a long time. For the rest, we had two pasta dishes, bruschetta, and a pizza. The food tasted good. Unfortunately, the pizza didn't arrive until about 20 minutes after the pasta dishes, and after we had asked for it. At one point, we had to move from outside to inside because a storm was coming, which must have disrupted everything. All in all, unfortunately, not a pleasant restaurant visit...

We ordered our food from the manager himself at the table at 6 p.m. After waiting for 1:30 hours, the manager came and asked us what we were having. After waiting for 15 minutes, nothing had arrived, so I asked if they had any pizza for us... their eyes widened and nothing was ordered, and then the serious question came: Would you like anything else? We were there with two small children, and luckily they held out that long... There wasn't even an apology other than such a stupid question. We've seen problems like this from many guests! The pizza was good, but everything else was so bad that even the pizza couldn't save it, and as I said, we weren't the only one. Then the bill came, and it also showed one drink too many... so all in all, an absolute disaster. We weren't even asked if we wanted anything else in the 1:45 hours. I've never experienced anything like this before...

Subterranean. One star is still too many. We were there today. There were two of us adults. Drinks arrived quite quickly. Then the order, actually quite simple. One "Insalata Delicata" and two pizzas of Prosciutto Funghi. The salad for 10.20 was actually a joke. The cheapest, dry salad. You'd have thought it came straight from the bag at the discount store. The raspberry sauce was more like a tasteless red mush – it had very little to do with raspberry. There was no other dressing. The pizza was quite small. There was no cheese at all, but you could guess the flavor. In general, it was more like a tarte flambée. Selling something like that to a paying customer as a "pizza" borders on impudence. The fact that the pizza was cold is just a side note. The second "pizza" for my wife didn't arrive at all, despite asking. Furthermore, I had the feeling that the two male waitresses were completely overwhelmed. The icing on the cake when paying was the question of whether we still wanted to pay for the second pizza we didn't get. No apology or sorry, nothing. I can understand that a job in the restaurant industry is demanding, but this is simply unacceptable. The neighboring tables were also missing food or were served something they hadn't ordered. Pure chaos, almost funny. The woman at the next table had ordered a Hawaiian pizza for her son. It arrived without pineapple pieces (actually the most important thing in a Hawaiian pizza). When she complained, they simply slapped pineapple on the pizza without putting it back in the oven. A few times we thought we were on "Candid Camera." Everything was a complete mess. For us, it was our first and last visit. Never again.

Unfortunately, this was the worst restaurant experience I've had in a long time. The pizza was burnt and the toppings listed were missing. My complaint was met with the comment that even a new pizza wouldn't improve the result, as the pizza chef was new. I tried it anyway, and the second pizza was also burnt, but it had all the toppings. Of course, my husband and I couldn't eat it at the same time. The manager bought us drinks as an apology, but I still went home hungry.

After 1:20 neither the starter nor the main course arrived.

Our order was forgotten, and we waited almost 1.5 hours for the main course. When the food finally arrived, some of the pizza toppings were forgotten. Some of the food was inedible, as the pizza bread was burnt on both sides and the cucumbers from the salad were stale. We didn't get any cutlery either, and we asked for it several times before we finally got it. Luckily, the drinks arrived relatively quickly. In the end, I complained to the manager. He apologized and removed the unenjoyable food from the bill. I can't really recommend this pizzeria. Unfortunately, we didn't enjoy it very much.

First I forgot the reservation and then waited two hours for the food. Thank you for an unforgettable evening.

Only 2 of the 3 ordered dishes arrived. Penne a la panna turned into spaghetti carbonara. From entering the restaurant to being seated, it took a good 15 minutes. A total of 1.5 hours until the food arrived. Which would have been understandable given the full house. The waitress was always attentive when she did come by. In fairness: what arrived at the table was good, even though unfortunately only one of the dishes was ordered. There's still a lot of room for improvement... Good pizza from the wood-fired oven. It was delicious.

The staff was very friendly, the atmosphere in the garden was very nice (the fountain could be cleaned), the toilet is clean, unfortunately the waiting time from the time the food was picked up to the time it was delivered was over 1 hour, which is not acceptable with small children. Unfortunately, the pizzas weren't very tasty either, seasoned way too hot (too much garlic).

The worst meal we have ever been served. Regardless of the abysmally poor cleanliness, the Mediterranean cuisine leaves something to be desired. Cold plates next to lukewarm dishes caused us to end a lovely evening prematurely. Please don't order wine! Too expensive for the wholesale offer…

We were happy with the food (pizza, pasta, risotto), but unfortunately the lasagne was anything but good. Unfortunately, we waited over 1.5 hours before we even got the starter after asking several times. And then another very long time until we got the main course after almost 2 hours. Unfortunately, that really doesn't work at all. On the way out we met guests who had been waiting for their reserved table for over an hour.

It's easy to go there. Had pizza, crispy good. What was great was that there was chili and garlic oil with it.

The food is average to below average for an Italian restaurant. The ambience is also not a reason to visit the restaurant again.

We went there for Helloween dinner, but only because Gran Sasso was closed, and the theme of the meal was probably spooky. We didn't like it, but hunger drove us in, as the saying goes. Very disappointing. The olive oil was so bitter/hot that it masked all the other flavors. The boss, I assume it was him, was always standing there at the front and we thought he had been waiting forever for pizza to be picked up. Much later he came and asked if we wanted anything else, but at that point we didn't anymore, and the gentleman smelled so strongly of cigarettes that we lost our appetite. The ambience was very nice and pleasantly heated, but we won't be coming back.

Maybe she was just too tattooed for the shop or maybe she didn't want children. A few steps further in the Pizzeria Gran Sasso everything was fine.

Why I even ask for a seat there without a reservation is apparently too much.. well.. Luckily you can just go to another restaurant.. So service wasn't available for me at that moment. Nice terrace. Very slow service. Not particularly authentic in terms of food choice or presentation. Certainly not prepared or served with love. The waiting between courses was seriously long despite the place not being particularly busy.

The waiting time of around 60 minutes announced as soon as you entered the restaurant was worth it. Very good pizzas. The staff noticed that they had a lot to deal with, but they were always friendly. We'd be happy to come back when we're in the area.

Wow. The Tonno + Mushrooms was wonderfully huge and I got a great chilli and garlic oil with it, which improved the pizza even more. The terrace area had already invited me from outside. It couldn't be more perfect.

It takes effort to remain polite and objective in the face of this complete gastronomic disaster. We had reserved. After half an eternity a stroppy waiter came and angrily took the drinks orders. The beer came lukewarm. When I asked for a cold beer, the response was "it doesn't get any cooler in the fridge in this heat". The cola came without the ice cream we ordered. When asked where the ice cubes were, the succinct comment was "they'll have melted by the time I've left the boat anyway." Since it was unfortunately impossible to put some garlic on a standard pizza (it's technically easy to do if you want to), we were still sitting there without food after 60 minutes. When asked several times, there was no answer as to when the pizzas would be ready. After 70 minutes we had the channel full, went into the bar (the desire to speak to the owner exists in a vacuum) and asked what was going on. Unfortunately, the team couldn't answer our question as to whether we could expect our orders within the next quarter of an hour, which is why we preferred to wait elsewhere. Conclusion: A juice shop of the worst kind, unprofessional, stroppy, lame and rude. I can only warmly advise against visiting this restaurant. Apart from that, the menu was written by a dyslexic person, which makes the embarrassing impression perfect. However, the kebab around the corner of the restaurant is really tasty and the staff is friendly and on the ball.

Bad service! A Quattro Formaggi pizza was ordered. We got a margarita with a few lumps of cheese. We called and complained. The employee was very rude on the phone and even hung up on me. Customer service and friendliness looks different. Thanks for nothing, we will never order from you again

Very nice restaurant with an outdoor area. On our first visit we ate a wonderfully delicious salami pizza. It took a little longer for the pizzas to arrive, but it was worth the wait. We were there again two days ago and unfortunately a bit disappointed. We had two salads, one with chicken and one with tuna. Both salads were lightly dressed. We were also given vinegar and oil, unfortunately no salt and pepper. We know that pizza bread is always served with salad, but unfortunately not here or it was forgotten. Salad was average, I assume it was a ready-made salad mix. We probably won't order salad there again, but we'll happily order pizza again.

Our pizzas were very tasty, thin and really big, the garlic oil really suited our taste, my Lillet was also super tasty, the service was very friendly and the food came quickly, and the price was also great for a salami/ham pizza For 11€ you really can't say anything given the taste and size. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

We ended up here by chance while passing through. The pizza is highly recommended; perfectly thin soil. The vegetarian one wouldn't have had to have garlic oil on it, as the guest can dose it better themselves. We would come back at any time.

I had a pizza with buffalo mozzarella and cocktail tomatoes. 3 slices of mozzarella, but definitely not buffalo mozzarella and 4/4 tomatoes (1 cocktail tomato) the dough is like rusks! The pizza took over 1 hour even though there was nothing going on. All in all, NOTHING!!!

Only the very friendly waiter blurted it out with his apology! You really need to work on it! Therefore only 2 stars for the service! Pizza was delicious! Lasagna was plentiful, just a little too heavy on cream and not enough mince! Still delicious! I found the room too bright and uncomfortable!

Ordered three pizzas and a salad to take away. The pizzas were a decent size, the taste was ok if you were hungry, but I personally found the 45 euros for everything a bit too expensive.

We were there twice. On Saturday, December 16, 2023, everything was excellent! Pizza delicious, schnitzel and fries delicious, very friendly and good service! Top! Unfortunately, on Sunday, December 17th, 2023, we were very disappointed. The lasagna was an indefinable mush and didn't taste good at all. Schnitzel and fries were ok, but not as good as the day before. And we didn't get a children's portion. Only the pizza was equally good! We complained about the lasagne. We each got 1 🍭 for this. Conclusion: A lot of money for little good.

Pizza ist fad und bei der Vorspeise hätten die Artischocken mehr gegrillt sein können. Dachte erst die waren gar nicht drauf aber man hat dann doch minimal was erkennen können. Der Service war auf so schnell, schnell, zuhören eher schwierig aber ok.

Die Miesmuscheln in Weißweinsoße waren sehr gut!! Von der Pizza waren wir ein bisschen enttäuscht. Ansonsten, die Bedienung war sehr nett!!

Waren heute dort Essen und wir waren alle begeistert. Preis/Leistung glatte 1. Zur Pizza gibt es fantastisches Chilli- und Knoblauchöl und zur Pasta mehr Parmesan als man eigentlich essen kann :-) Die Straße drum rum hört man halt schon.
