Two waiters on duty, only one waiter trying hard. Sticky menus. A nice terrace in itself, but not that well maintained. Pizza OK, but not outstanding. Salad rather coarse and simple.

Unfortunately, on a Sunday at 5 p.m. it was too difficult for one person to go spontaneously without a reservation. Why I even ask for a seat there without a reservation is apparently too much.. well.. Luckily you can just go to another restaurant.. So service wasn't available for me at that moment. I can't judge the rest.

Nice terrace. Very slow service. Not particularly authentic in terms of food choice or presentation. Certainly not prepared or served with love. The waiting between courses was seriously long despite the place not being particularly busy.

The waiting time of around 60 minutes announced as soon as you entered the restaurant was worth it. Very good pizzas. The staff noticed that they had a lot to deal with, but they were always friendly. We'd be happy to come back when we're in the area.

I can't understand the current negative reviews; the food (pasta) was super tasty and fresh. The service was also very friendly. In addition, the price-performance ratio is really great. We would recommend it!

We had a total of THREE service staff for coffee and cake. #1 and #3 had no idea. No. 1 came straight back from vacation and let us know that he didn't feel like it at all. Absolute disaster! Has he ever thought about who actually pays his salary?

Pizza was finely prepared. Staff unfriendly and overwhelmed. Most people probably had a bad day. The salad we ordered came after we had eaten in the piazza, after all the dishes had already been cleared away. It's a shame there won't be any more.

A pizza was forgotten on the first visit, but there was an excuse. On the second visit we made reservations for outside. We were then left standing twice longer, sent to a wet table with wet chairs and left standing again. Then a waiter came by and told us in an absolutely unfriendly tone that there was no staff to dry the table... Thank you very much and never again.

After 35 minutes no stealing... Catastrophe.....

We stopped by by chance at this wonderful restaurant and were pleasantly surprised. The food was very tasty. The staff is very attentive and friendly. We decided to come here again and try other dishes. I recommend visiting this restaurant

Wow. The Tonno + Mushrooms was wonderfully huge and I got a great chilli and garlic oil with it, which improved the pizza even more. The terrace area had already invited me from outside. It couldn't be more perfect.

It takes effort to remain polite and objective in the face of this complete gastronomic disaster. We had reserved. After half an eternity a stroppy waiter came and angrily took the drinks orders. The beer came lukewarm. When I asked for a cold beer, the response was "it doesn't get any cooler in the fridge in this heat". The cola came without the ice cream we ordered. When asked where the ice cubes were, the succinct comment was "they'll have melted by the time I've left the boat anyway." Since it was unfortunately impossible to put some garlic on a standard pizza (it's technically easy to do if you want to), we were still sitting there without food after 60 minutes. When asked several times, there was no answer as to when the pizzas would be ready. After 70 minutes we had the channel full, went into the bar (the desire to speak to the owner exists in a vacuum) and asked what was going on. Unfortunately, the team couldn't answer our question as to whether we could expect our orders within the next quarter of an hour, which is why we preferred to wait elsewhere. Conclusion: A juice shop of the worst kind, unprofessional, stroppy, lame and rude. I can only warmly advise against visiting this restaurant. Apart from that, the menu was written by a dyslexic person, which makes the embarrassing impression perfect. However, the kebab around the corner of the restaurant is really tasty and the staff is friendly and on the ball.

Good food and good prices and nice beer garden

Bad service! A Quattro Formaggi pizza was ordered. We got a margarita with a few lumps of cheese. We called and complained. The employee was very rude on the phone and even hung up on me. Customer service and friendliness looks different. Thanks for nothing, we will never order from you again

We ordered pizza and pasta here by phone and were able to pick it up 40 minutes later. Everything was very delicious. Great value for money. 👍

Very nice restaurant with an outdoor area. On our first visit we ate a wonderfully delicious salami pizza. It took a little longer for the pizzas to arrive, but it was worth the wait. We were there again two days ago and unfortunately a bit disappointed. We had two salads, one with chicken and one with tuna. Both salads were lightly dressed. We were also given vinegar and oil, unfortunately no salt and pepper. We know that pizza bread is always served with salad, but unfortunately not here or it was forgotten. Salad was average, I assume it was a ready-made salad mix. We probably won't order salad there again, but we'll happily order pizza again.

Our pizzas were very tasty, thin and really big, the garlic oil really suited our taste, my Lillet was also super tasty, the service was very friendly and the food came quickly, and the price was also great for a salami/ham pizza For 11€ you really can't say anything given the taste and size. We will definitely come back if we are in the area again.

A very nice Osteria, cappuccino and the tiramisu were very tasty

We ended up here by chance while passing through. The pizza is highly recommended; perfectly thin soil. The vegetarian one wouldn't have had to have garlic oil on it, as the guest can dose it better themselves. We would come back at any time.

I had a pizza with buffalo mozzarella and cocktail tomatoes. 3 slices of mozzarella, but definitely not buffalo mozzarella and 4/4 tomatoes (1 cocktail tomato) the dough is like rusks! The pizza took over 1 hour even though there was nothing going on. All in all, NOTHING!!!

Delicious food, bruchetta and pizza. Friendly service, the pizzeria's premises could be made a little friendlier. It was great that you were served 2 different oils with the pizza (chilli and garlic)

It is absurd that the pasta team in the kitchen and the pizza maker team are not coordinated! The pizza arrived at least 5 minutes before the lasagna! Probably not an isolated case as you hear! Only the very friendly waiter blurted it out with his apology! You really need to work on it! Therefore only 2 stars for the service! Pizza was delicious! Lasagna was plentiful, just a little too heavy on cream and not enough mince! Still delicious! I found the room too bright and uncomfortable!

Ordered three pizzas and a salad to take away. The pizzas were a decent size, the taste was ok if you were hungry, but I personally found the 45 euros for everything a bit too expensive.

January 31, 2024, according to Google open until 10:00 PM. But we drove there at 7:00 PM and... closed!! No note on the door when they are open. Very bad. Making things better for each other guys! Not recommended.

We were there twice. On Saturday, December 16, 2023, everything was excellent! Pizza delicious, schnitzel and fries delicious, very friendly and good service! Top! Unfortunately, on Sunday, December 17th, 2023, we were very disappointed. The lasagna was an indefinable mush and didn't taste good at all. Schnitzel and fries were ok, but not as good as the day before. And we didn't get a children's portion. Only the pizza was equally good! We complained about the lasagne. We each got 1 🍭 for this. Conclusion: A lot of money for little good.

Pizza ist fad und bei der Vorspeise hätten die Artischocken mehr gegrillt sein können. Dachte erst die waren gar nicht drauf aber man hat dann doch minimal was erkennen können. Der Service war auf so schnell, schnell, zuhören eher schwierig aber ok.

Die Miesmuscheln in Weißweinsoße waren sehr gut!! Von der Pizza waren wir ein bisschen enttäuscht. Ansonsten, die Bedienung war sehr nett!!

Waren heute dort Essen und wir waren alle begeistert. Preis/Leistung glatte 1. Zur Pizza gibt es fantastisches Chilli- und Knoblauchöl und zur Pasta mehr Parmesan als man eigentlich essen kann :-) Die Straße drum rum hört man halt schon.

Ich war schon öfters in der La Osteria No 8 ,von Spaghetti Carbonara, Penne al Forno ,Salat und Pizza ,mir schmeckt es sehr gut, geschmacklich sehr lecker und die Portionen sind super, Preis/Leistung stimmt. Das Personal ist freundlich, der Service funktioniert, klar kann es mal dauern, wenn es voll ist, ich verstehe nicht, das Einige sich hier beschweren, wo bleibt das Verständnis, alles wird frisch zubereitet ,da kann man doch wohl warten , sonst kauft euch ne Tiefkühlpizza und kocht selbst . Unmöglich solche Gäste!! Vielen Dank für Eure Arbeit, Respekt für Eure Arbeit, weiter so, ich komme gerne wieder!

Wir hatten kürzlich das Vergnügen, das Restaurant "Osteria No. 8" in Scheidegg zu besuchen, und wir müssen sagen, dass es eine wahrhaft gastronomische Freude war. Von der Qualität des Essens bis zur entspannten Atmosphäre auf der Sonnenterrasse konnte uns dieses Restaurant in jeder Hinsicht begeistern. Das Highlight waren definitiv die Pasta und die Pizza. Sowohl die hausgemachten Nudelgerichte als auch die knusprige Pizza waren von außergewöhnlicher Qualität. Die Pasta war al dente gekocht und mit köstlichen Saucen verfeinert, während die Pizza einen perfekt ausgewogenen Belag und einen herrlich knusprigen Boden hatte. Jeder Bissen war ein Geschmackserlebnis, das unsere Geschmacksknospen verwöhnte. Die Sonnenterrasse des Restaurants war ein weiteres Highlight. Die Atmosphäre war angenehm und einladend, und das freundliche Personal trug dazu bei, dass wir uns rundum wohl fühlten. Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt wäre die Synchronisierung der beiden Küchen. Wenn wir als Gruppe oder Familie sowohl Nudeln als auch Pizza bestellt haben, hätte es besser klappen können, dass alle Gerichte zur gleichen Zeit serviert werden. Dies würde es ermöglichen, das Essen gemeinsam zu genießen, ohne dass jemand warten muss (3* bei "Service" - obwohl der "Service an sich" super war). Dennoch können wir sagen, dass dies den Gesamteindruck nicht wesentlich beeinträchtigt hat. Alles in allem können wir das Restaurant "Osteria No. 8" wärmstens empfehlen. Das Essen ist erstklassig, die Sonnenterrasse ist ein Traum und die freundliche Atmosphäre macht den Besuch zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis. Wenn Sie auf der Suche nach einer kulinarischen Offenbarung in Scheidegg sind, dann sollten Sie unbedingt einen Besuch in der Osteria No. 8 einplanen.

Wir müssten eine Stunde auf unsere vier Pizzen warten. Leider waren die Pizzen dann noch an einigen Stellen schwarz. Ohne schwarze Stellen wäre die Pizza sehr lecker gewesen! Wir konnte uns nur glücklich schätzen, dass wir alle eine Pizza gewählt hatten. Denn der Tisch neben uns hatte sowohl Pizza als auch Schnitzel bestellt. Das Essen kam nicht zeitgleich, sodass nicht gemeinsam gegessen werden konnte.

Wir waren das erste Mal länger in Scheidegg! Zum Abendessen sind wir dann in die Osteria No.8 eingekehrt. Gut, dass wir rechtzeitig da waren, denn in der Sommerzeit ist der schöne Garten schnell komplett ausgebucht. Sowohl die Pizza als auch die Pasta waren hervorragend. Die Pizza wunderbar dünn, kross und sehr gut belegt und die Pasta auf den Punkt al dente! Besonders hervorzuheben ist, dass die Pasta nicht in der Soße schwimmt. Dazu ein leckeres Simmerberger Bier. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich, das würde ich mir auch einmal von einigen Gästen wünschen! Gerade in der heutigen Zeit, weiß man freundlichen Service zu schätzen. Daher großen Dank an das Osteria-Team! Wir kommen gern wieder !

Essen Super Pizza auch die selbst gemachten Knoblauch und Peperoni Sauce ist super.Draußen toll drinnen könnte gemütlicher sein.

Bis auf den Straßenverkehr sitzt man hier schön draußen in der Sonne am Abend. Der Brunnen macht eine angenehme Atmosphäre, die Möbel sind i.O. Die Lasagne ist sehr schmackhaft. Die Dorade gut filetiert, aber als Portion zu wenig. Vor allem die Pellkartoffeln sind recht wenig. Der Salat ist frisch und Standard. Wir waren zu Fünft. Vier bekamen ihr Essen sofort, aber der Fünfte mußte ca. eine halbe Stunde länger auf sein Essen warten, obwohl es nur eine schnöde Pizza war, die in 5 min. fertig ist. Der Service ist manchmal durch den Wind. Wir wollten Nachtisch essen, bekamen aber keine Speisekarte. Gerade für Diabetiker Typ 1 ist das hier schwierig zu managen, denn hier kann es sehr lange nach der Bestellung dauern, bis das Essen kommt, ohne dass man vorgewarnt wird.

Essen und Service waren sehr gut . Das Ambiente wäre auch in Ordnung ,doch der Teich war nicht sehr schön ,und eine Angestellte fegte die Terrasse , während die Leute gegessen haben.Das ist ein No Go.

Pizza sehr gut. Jedoch wenn man fragt, ob es eine frisch gepressten Zitrone gibt und es mit ja beantwortet wird. Jedoch dann ein Zitronenkonzentrat im Wasser kommt, das nicht zum Trinken ist, dann ist das sehr ärgerlich. Ich bin nicht der Typ, der dann zum diskutieren anfängt. So ist das Getränk stehen geblieben und ich war verärgert. Ich Frage mich, wird man für blöd verkauft, oder ....na ja .... vielleicht Mal den Unterschied zwischen frisch gepresst und Konzentrat selber ausprobieren. Und mit der Wahrheit kommt man besser an

Sehr leckere Pizza! Es war sehr, sehr voll, als wir da waren und uns wurde von vorne herein gesagt, dass wir herzlich Willkommen sind, aber es aktuell eine Wartezeit von ca 1 Stunde fürs Essen gibt. Die haben wir gerne in Kauf genommen. Das Warten hat sich gelohnt.
