Chillers is a German franchise concept that currently has 7 branches nationwide. The Pforzheim location is a two-minute walk from the main train station. There are 6 of us at the “all-you-can-eat American breakfast” in the appropriately decorated themed restaurant. Online reservations work smoothly and are highly recommended, as Chillers fills up quickly, even on this Sunday morning.
There is no buffet, instead every table receives a QR code and guests order via their smartphone. The operation is currently not very intuitive: For example, it takes some time until the selected dish is actually displayed in the shopping cart. This leads to involuntary double orders and the correction function is not so easy to find. The actual sending of the order is not immediately displayed on every device.
The friendly service (if I remember correctly, he is also the manager) has to patiently explain navigation details to us and surrounding tables. With disarming candor, he admits that there are still “a few YouTube tutorials” to work through. Short written instructions, perhaps on the table or as an insert in the menu, could make this much easier.
Especially in the face of these challenges, the service does a phenomenal job. They are both super friendly and approachable at any time. They are supported by the cheerful team (original sound: “We are machines!”) in the open kitchen.
And breakfast? Really tasty and versatile, with the extensive selection there is something for every taste. I had the "Bacon & Egg Toast", an "Egg Benedict Toast" and a "Breakfast Burrito". If it gets busier, you should plan on waiting a little longer. Nevertheless, we managed our follow-up appointment at the cinema next door without any problems.
Conclusion: Delicious American breakfast offer, very good service - the usability of the ordering process still needs to be determined.

Not recommended, 5 employees and I'm waiting for 2 children's menus, Romanian jokes are told but not the essentials. Waited 25 minutes but nothing worked. Never again
Wirklich Schade!!!!
The burrito was full of rice and it only had rice, beef and salsa. At least the beef was good, because the salsa tasted store bought. Taco and quesadilla were really oily and small, so you get almost no food.
Mexican food is supposed to be full of flavor. This was not. Nothing Mexican about this.
The food was bland, and I will not order again.
The service was very friendly and even had a smile for us.
Eating be it schnitzel or bowl is an absolute disaster...all I feel is glutamate.
Fries rock hard and cold. Schnitzel well and sauce absolutely disgusting with a chemical taste.
We both had stomach problems afterwards. Yes, the price is cheap, but the whole thing should still be edible.
Similar furniture stores nearby can do this much better...we don't go there anymore.
The food for only 1 euro is really good, but the fact that the church goes along with the state's monkey circus and doesn't let unvaccinated people in is bad. The Protestant Church has always adapted to the spirit of the times. Luther was the worst thing Germany ever produced. A heretical Judas and the Protestant Church continues to act like him to this day.
Two different pizzas were boldly ordered. Ingredients were left out, put on the wrong pizza and ingredients appear that were not included in the order. There are 2 stars because the pizzas were delivered larger than ordered.
At home I just shit a lot. The stool had an aromatic sour aroma.
All in all, a five out of ten star rating is definitely justified.
To my conclusion I add the time when not many are open
