I was a regular customer here and have really always ordered here, but for weeks the food has been arriving dry, disgusting and cold and not even on time, for example yesterday I was out all day and at night I was really hungry and thought I would order a pizza on the phone he said 30 minutes, I waited over an hour and when it arrived it was cold and again, that was my last order here, it was a real shame because I have actually always ordered here for years

Fast delivery, the driver was friendly and the cheese spaetzle was nicely fried, just like I love it. However, I had to look for the cheese in the cheese spaetzle because there was hardly any, which was a shame. The Bolognese, on the other hand, smelled and tasted like fish/seafood. I also had a stomach ache afterwards and felt sick, good thing I only ate a little. I called the location and they apologized and thanked you for the information.

Every time something was missing from the order or it was prepared incorrectly, I personally spoke to the boss on the phone and tried to find a solution. A small and a large pizza were delivered with the wrong toppings and to make up for it I got a large pizza that had half of it correctly topped. Of course I felt ripped off and complained again because we have been ordering from this pizzeria for 15 years. I was asked never to order there again because they wouldn't have any luck with me, and I won't do that again. I've never experienced anything so unfriendly and rude, you pay for something and get something else and are made guilty for it. Never again !!!!!

I asked for a big birthday here and was then invited to tour the property. No one was there at the agreed time and all doors were locked. Attempts to reach someone by phone were unsuccessful. I received an email reply saying that I hadn't confirmed the appointment either. After I copied the appointment confirmation I had sent in advance into my answer, they apologized and suggested I could just come again. But with a journey of 80km one way, it's more than annoying to stand in front of a closed door... For these reasons, I won't be celebrating my birthday here, as there's no planning involved. After I contacted the organizers again by email about the situation, I received no response. I consider this to be highly unprofessional and can therefore not recommend this location to anyone.

Worst pizzeria ever had ordered 1 to 2 months ago it was said it would come then and then we wait for 2 hours nothing came then I went to sleep the next day I see the call almost 3 hours later and suddenly the pizza is there of course I couldn't accept it anymore because I was sleeping today I wanted to order a pizza again then he tells me I'm a fool then I explained to him the situation from last time he said ok he gives the order I wait an hour I often have He often called and pretends to reject the call all the time and suddenly he answers and says, "If you call me again I'm at home sleeping then I said I ordered a pizza and he tells me bye bye. People never order there, worst delivery service, I would be ashamed.

The bottled water wasn't cold, everything else was good.

Leider wurden wir heute sehr enttäuscht. Um 18.30 sollte man die Bestellung nach einer Stunde abholen, jedoch war alles erst im 19.20 fertig. Kein Angebot für ein Getränk während des Wartens und bei einer Bestellung von 110 Euro, 2 kleine Cola als Entschädigung ist ein Witz. Zudem waren die Burger und Fritten kalt und einige Saucen fehlten. Geschmacklich wären die Burger gut gewesen, wenn sie warm gewesen wären und keine Haare drin gewesen wären. Wir waren leider sehr enttäuscht.
